Black Panther costume designer Ruth Carter also made her way to the party scene to celebrate he historic win in a B. Michael gown fit for a queen. After being nominated three times, the costume designer nabbed the Academy Award for Best Costume Design for all the hard work she put into making Wakanda REAL in Black Panther.

"9-1-1" actress Angela Bassett went for all black everything when she reappeared for the party scene after slaying in a custom fuchsia Reem Acra gown that featured an exaggerated shoulder and front slit on the red carpet. The 60-year-old actress didn't look a day over 35 in a black plunging neckline Vitor Zerbinato ensemble paired with Loriblu heels, and Alexis Bittar jewels, styled by Jennifer Austin.

After presenting at the awards show in Armani Prive, Serena Williams amped up the glam factor in a black and blue sequin Giambattista Valli haute couture gown. And she nailed it.
