Jussie Smollett is speaking out for the first time on TV since his attack, and he's getting quite emotional about people not believing his story.  The first look inside.

Robin Roberts secured the first interview wtih Jussie Smollett since his Chicago attack, and their sit down will air tomorrow (Thursday) morning.  He spoke on being angry that people are doubting the truth of his story.

"What is it that has you so angry? Is it the...attackers," Roberts asked. "Attackers, but it's also the attacks," Smollett responded. "It's like, you know, at first, it was a thing of, like, 'Listen, if I tell the truth then that's it, 'cause it's the truth."

Then it became a thing of like, 'Oh, how can you doubt that? Like, how do you-- how do you not believe that? It's the truth.'" "And then it became a thing of like, 'Oh, it's not necessarily that you don't believe that this is the truth, you don't even want to see the truth,'" he added.

Jussie also spoke up recently about handing over his phone records, despite Chicago PD claiming he didn't.  The police reportedly rejected his submission, saying they needed an original hard copy bill instead of a downloaded PDF.

Bill Cosby's Spokesman Says He's 'Not Remorseful,' He's Having An 'Amazing Experience' In Prison & Compares Himself To Political Greats Like MLK

Bill Cosby is speaking out behind bars via his rep Andrew Wyatt and he's making some eyebrow raising statements. Find out everything he said inside....

Disgraced comedian/actor Bill Cosby is speaking out from behind bars via his spokesman/self-proclaimed right-hand man Andrew Wyatt four months after he turned himself in to a maximum security Pennsylvania prison And he's making some bizarre statements.

The "Cosby Show" co-creator is currently behind bars serving 3 to 10 years after he was found guilty of drugging and sexually assaulting Andrea Constand in 2004 after two trials. It's reported he recently settled a civil lawsuit with her for nearly $3.4 million.

In a new interview with Philadelphia's NBC10, Wyatt shares a few details about how the 81-year-old entertainer - who's legally blind - is handling life behind bars. And despite being locked away from his wife, children and friends, he's seemingly having an "amazing experience." So he claims. Hmph.

"Despite the circumstances, he said, ‘This is an amazing experience,'" Wyatt shares in an interview with NBC10.

Oh, and there's much more.

Wyatt says Cosby is in high spirits and he remains unapologetic about his situation because he feels he did nothing wrong, even if it leaves him to serve the 10-year maximum.

“When I visit him, it’s nothing sad about it,” Wyatt says. “He’s not sad. He’s not remorseful because he did nothing wrong."

Not only does he feel like he hasn't done anything wrong, Cosby considers himself a "political prisoner," comparing himself to political and social leaders like Martin Luther King Jr. and Nelson Mandela.

In an emailed statement to USA Today, Cosby says (via Wyatt):

"My political beliefs, my actions of trying to humanize all races, genders and religions landed me in this place surrounded by barb-wire fencing, a room made of steel and iron," the statement from Cosby reads. "So, I now have a temporary residence that resembles the quarters of some of the Greatest Political Prisoners... I stand upright as a Political Prisoner and I Smile. The Truth is Strong!”

Cosby's wife, Camille Cosby, nor his children have come to visit him at SCI Phoenix maximum prison.

"Right now I'm his only visitor outside of his attorneys, and that's the way he wants it," Wyatt tells NBC10, noting that Cosby's wife Camille hasn't seen him in prison because "he does not want her to visit him."

Cosby prefers to speak to his wife on the phone, three times a day for three minutes, the most he's allowed.

Wyatt also shares Cosby's day-to-day routine, which includes waking up everyday at 3:30AM to workout before breakfast and rinsing off all of his food to reduce his sodium intake. Cosby doesn't have a cellmate, however, some inmates have been assigned to help Cosby navigate the facility, given his age and being legally blind.

"He’s mentally strong. He's just a strong man," Wyatt says.

21 Savage May Still Get Deported Due To Trump's Policy + D.C. ICE Officials Allegedly Ignored Rapper's Expunged Conviction & Kept Him Detained

$

21 Savage is a free man after being released on bond (pictured above being picked up from near the detention center yesterday), but he could be deported thanks to Trump. Get the deets, plus find out how ICE officials were plotting and scheming (allegedly) inside...

More details about 21 Savage's arrest are trickling in and it seems ICE officials were up to no good, IF what's being reported is true. We'll get to Trump in a few.

So, 21 Savage (real name She’yaa Bin Abraham-Joseph) has been released from the custody of the Immigration Enforcement Agency (ICE) after he was arrested in Atlanta over Super Bowl Sunday during a "targeted operation." ICE claims 21 is a citizen of the United Kingdom and was living here illegally, but he filed for a U-Visa in 2017.

Apparently, ICE officials in Atlanta have been on 21's heels over the last few months. It's reported they wanted to arrest him and hold him without a bond until he could be deported.

The reason they wanted to keep him detained without bond? They THOUGHT he was a convicted felon and that would automatically disqualify him from being able to post bond. You see, 21 copped a drug conviction in 2014, however, it was expunged from his record. Somebody must have been sleeping on their job in the court system because his records weren't updated, so all ICE officials saw was the conviction. Supposedly.

So check it, once they have him detained, they allegedly found out that he's NOT a convicted felon as they previously thought. But apparently, they didn't care. TMZ reports:

We've learned just days ago ICE headquarters in Washington D.C. got involved in the case, and when they did, ICE had already figured out 21 was not a felon and therefore should have been released on bond. Our sources say ICE in D.C. IGNORED the fact that the conviction was erased and doubled down, saying 21 should NOT be released. No one we've spoken to has any idea why D.C. took such a position when it was not supported by the facts.

We wonder why they ignored the fact that the conviction was expunged.

Since the 21 arrest was a "targeted operation," ICE officials were on the scene when he was arrested in Atlanta. It's reported ATF first scooped him up and then handed him over to an ICE agent on the spot.

What's interesting is that it was previously reported the police first pulled 21 (who was driving) for allegedly "driving across a sidewalk" to get onto another street. So, were they following him waiting for him to do something to arrest him or what? And if they were looking to detain him, why not just go pick him up and arrest from his home? Questions that need answers.

So here's how Trump gets into the mix...

21's U-Visa application will be processed and it's very likely he'll be approved - even though it usually takes 4 years - now that he meets all the criteria. He has children in the country, he has no convictions (thanks to that expunction) and he has been here for more than 10 years. But, not so fast.

A new Trump policy could still have him deported. TMZ reports:

Turns out Trump changed the immigration policies from Obama and Bush. We're told Trump's marching orders are to deport people who have a pending visa application -- even if it's a slam dunk -- and they can come back if and when it's approved.

We've learned, before 21 Savage was released Tuesday, ICE agents told him they would drop deportation proceedings if he voluntarily left the country. We're told he passed and will fight to stay.

As you know, Jay-Z hired high-powered attorney Alex Spiro to assist in the case. While things are seemingly looking up for the "A Lot" rapper, it's still a waiting game.

His mom, Heather, posted some pictures of her son after he was released and thanked everyone, including Hov, Cardi B, Offset, and J. Cole - who has helped him in the case:

SO HERE'S WHAT HAPPENED: 'Blackballed' Mo'Nique Tells Steve Harvey He Should Have Had Her Back, He Says He's Not Going To 'Crumble' To 'Make A Statement'

$

 photo mosteve1.jpg

We already knew things got heated between Mo'Nique and Steve Harvey when she came on the show for a taping. Now, we see what exactly went down. See for yourself inside...

Two weeks ago, we told you ish got REAL between Mo'Nique and Steve Harvey when she appeared as a guest on his show, "STEVE."

Tea was spilled that Steve wanted Mo to apologize for her controversial comments about Whoopi Goldberg, along with what she has said in the past about Oprah and Tyler Perry. That "suck my d***" comment was a bit too much for Steve. At the time, it was reported that their discussion got SO heated Mo threatened to SLAP Steve.

“Steve said she needs to apologize," the source spilled at the time. “She threatened to hit Steve in the face. He told her if she hit him, her husband [Sidney Hicks] would have to come out and square off.”

We're not sure if the part about Mo's husband was edited out or not, but the conversation that aired on television didn't seem as serious as it was originally reported to be. Yes, it got heated, but not to the point where Steve and Mo's husband Sidney Hicks would be throwing bows. Mo did mention punching him, but it was in a comedic way and based on their friendship.  They were likely (at least semi) joking.

So here's what really happened...or what was aired...

Mo - who's gearing up for her Las Vegas residency at the SLS Hotel - said she and her husband were labeled "difficult" for saying no to a few Hollywood heavyweights. She said people like her "brother" Steve, Oprah, Tyler Perry and Lee Daniels told her she wasn't wrong behind-the-scenes, but none of them never spoke up in her defense publicly. She went on a media run claiming she had been "blackballed" from the industry.

As you know, Mo declined to go to the Cannes Film Festival to promote Precious because she felt she should have been paid to go. She ended up winning the Oscar for Best Supporting Actress for her role in the film.

Mo said she was hurt that Steve publicly criticized her without even talking to her first.

"Y’all knew I was not wrong. Each one of you said to me, ‘Mo’Nique, you’re not wrong. When you went on the air and said, ‘My sister burned too many bridges and there’s nothing I can do for her now,’ do you know how hurt I was?”

Steve said he felt she didn't do anything wrong, however, she went about it the wrong way. He said when she went on stage and told Oprah, Tyler and Lee to "suck her d*ck" that's when he had to step back.

“When you called me with the morning show on the phone, I said to you, ‘Steve, my family is suffering, is behind this and y’all know I did nothing wrong. Y’all know that my husband did nothing wrong. But none of y’all in real time, in real time, were strong enough to go publically and say ‘we can’t throw our sister under the bus,'" Mo said.

"We you tell the truth, you have to deal with the repercussions of the truth. We black out here. We can’t come out here and do it any kind of way we want to,” Steve said. “This is the money game. This ain’t the black man’s game, this ain’t the white man’s game. This is the money game. And you cannot sacrifice yourself. The best thing you can do for poor people is not be one of them.”

Mo responded, “Before the money game is the integrity game.” Steve continued, “If I crumble, my children crumble, my grandchildren crumble. I cannot, for the sake of my integrity, stand up here and let everybody that’s counting on me crumble so I can make a statement. There are ways to win the war in a different way."

Honestly, both have valid points.  But it comes down to how a person chooses to live THEIR life and go about THEIR own career.  Everybody will not take the same path and will not create or abide by the same rules.  And that's OK.

Watch it go down above and below.

By the end of their debate, Steve admitted he should have reached out to her and called her when everything was going down. He said he doesn't like the fact that she has been "blackballed" and want this to end for her. He offered to call up Oprah, Tyler and Lee and arrange to have them say what they want to say about the situation publicly and he wants her to apologize for bashing them publicly.

"Looking back on it, I probably should have called you more readily. But, I didn't, so now I'm here and moving forward as your big brother, I just want to help you Mo," Steve said.

"That's all I ever wanted," Mo said.

Just FYI, if Blackballed means a long Vegas residency (huge for a black female comedian especially), still winning awards and getting roles after the original Precious promo fiasco, and still having plenty of followers on her social media accounts and her podast with her husband, so be it.

Thoughts?

Since welcoming twins - Sir & Rumi Carter - in June 2017, Beyonce and Jay Z have kept them pretty low key. Yes, we've captured a glimpse of them via her birth announcement and some grainy photos by photogs, but we don't see much of them.

The Carters aren't saying much about their double bundle of joy, but grandma Tina Lawson is. Well, a little.

The twins will turn two this summer, and Granny Tina says they already have distinct personalities. Sir is more like his dad and Rumi is more like her mother.

“The girl [Rumi] is really just going to rule the world, and the boy [Sir] is kind of laid back and chills like the dad,” the 65-year-old fashion designer spilled at the National CARES Mentoring Movement’s For the Love of Our Children Gala.

So, what's 7-year-old Blue Ivy like as big sister?

“She’s the Queen B. The second Queen B.”

Ha! We can totally see that.

Speaking of Queen B....

Over Grammy weekend, Grammy nominated singer Janelle Monae hosted a skate party with Warner Music Group to celebrate their artists' nominations at the new NoMad Hotel. And guess who popped up? You guessed it, Mrs. Carter.

Decked out in a Colin Kaepernick jersey, someone on the scene was able to sneak a few clips of the Everything Is Love singer doing her thing on a pair of skates.

Check out her footwork below:

Other celebs in the mix included Grammy nominated rapper Nipsey Hussle, Evan Ross and Rita Ora.

While the Carters didn't attend this year's Grammy Awards, they def were busy on the LA scene - they celebrated Michael B. Jordan's birthday and hosted the annual Roc Nation brunch.

R. Kelly May Get Indicted After NEW Video Of Him Reportedly Having Sex With An Allegedly Underaged Girl Surfaces

 photo rkellyupdate1.png

Police could be close to indicting R. Kelly after a NEW video of the singer allegedly having sex with an underage girl surfaces. Deets inside...

The walls are closing in on R. Kelly and it seems prosecutors are closer than ever to hold him accountable for allegedly sexually assaulting underage girls.

Lawyer Michael Avenatti released a statement today revealing his office discovered a new, never-before-seen video of what appears to be R. Kelly sexually assaulting an underage girl. He made it clear this is NOT the same tape that was used in the child pornography case againt Kelly in 2008.

Avenatti said he has been low key investigating the R&B singer since April after several "clients in connection with allegations of sexual assault of minors by musical artist Robert Kelly (R. Kelly)."

 photo rkellyupdate2.png

The new tape is a 42-minute long VHS recording that allegedly shows the "I Believe I Can Fly" singer engaging in sexual acts with a girl, "who refers to her body parts as 14-years-old."

CNN has reported to have seen the video.

Avenatti claims he's representing a man against the singer on a case, even though it's not clear the plaintiff's exact allegations. Once Avenatti got his hands on the tape, he turned it over to the Cook County State's Attorney Office in Chicago last weekened, but not before showing the tape to the news outlet.

"My client knows the identity of the girl and R. Kelly. He identified the two of them on the videotape. He worked for and has known R. Kelly for decades and he met the girl on a number of occasions," Avenatti told CNN.

CNN shared details about the tape:

The newly unearthed footage, which lasts 42 minutes and 45 seconds, is clear and explicit.

There are two scenes on the video: one apparently in a living room and another in a bedroom. A naked man who appears to be R. Kelly is seen performing multiple sex acts with the girl. She is heard calling him "daddy" multiple times.

It is impossible to know her age just from the video. They both refer to her "14-year-old p***y." Six times the girl refers to her genitalia as 14 years old.

At one point, the man asks the girl to urinate. After she does, he urinates on her.

What is on the video mirrors some of the alleged acts for which Kelly was arrested for child pornography in 2002, when he was 35, and then acquitted six years later.

It's unclear when the recording was made, but Avenatti believes it's within the statute of limitations.

R. Kelly's attorney, Steve Greenberg, told CNN he hadn't heard about the new video.

"We are unaware of any new information involving Mr. Kelly," Greenberg told CNN. "We have not been contacted by anyone. We have not been informed about any new information by anyone and we have not been contacted by law enforcement." Chief communications officer for the State's Attorney's Office, Tandra R. Simonton, stated: "We cannot confirm or deny an investigation."

According to the New Yorker, Cook County state’s attorney, Kim Foxx, would not comment, but a law-enforcement official said that an indictment is pending and Kelly could be arrested soon. Chief communications officer for the State's Attorney's Office, Tandra R. Simonton, stated: "We cannot confirm or deny an investigation."

In early January, Lifetime aired Dream Hampton's “Surviving R. Kelly,” a six-hour docu-series that shared the stories of women who have allegedly been abused by the Grammy Award winner. It brought renewed attention to reports of predatory behavior by the singer, which has been reported and rumored for decades. Foxx issued a statement urging any survivors or witnesses of Kelly's alleged abuse to come forward. Kelly is also reportedly under investigation in Georgia.

Cops have pulled up on the singer twice since the docu-series aired. The last time they made contact with the singer, Chicago PD spoke to two women - believed to Joycelyn Save and Azriel Clary. They reportedly told the police they were there on there on free will. Joycelyn Savage and Azriel Clary's parents have been speaking out publicly about how R. Kelly has "brainwashed" their daughters and believes he's holding him "hostage."  SONY Music has dropped the singer from their roster and another woman has come forward and said the singer sexually assaulted her when she was 16 when she was an intern at Epic Records.

On a side note, it was recently reported Michael Avenatti gave up financial control of his firm to settle a dispute with a former partner. The former partner made claims that Avenatti hid millions of dollars in order to fund his lavish lifestyle and avoid having to pay a $10 million judgment. STORY

Just in time for Valentine's Day, single lady Angela Simmons is talking self-love, and how to achieve it after a toxic relationship. She dishes on her own experience inside...

On tonight's episode of "Growing up Hip Hop," Angela Simmons heads to the Fearless Conference to chat up ladies about bouncing back from a toxic relationship.

She doesn't name names, but it does seem like she could possibly be speaking about her recent relationship with her late ex-fiancé and father of her 2-year-old son SJ, Sutton Tennyson.

She gave advice on how to spot toxicity - like your significant other isolating you from family and friends - and how to love yourself enough to leave before it's too late.

Check it:

"Growing Up Hip Hop" airs tonight on WeTV.

Earlier this week, more information about Sutton's November 2018 murder leaked. His autopsy results were released, and he was shot a reported 13 times. TMZ reports:

We knew Sutton Tennyson was shot multiple times back in November, but now his autopsy reveals the exact number of fatal shots was 13 ... to his chest, stomach, legs and arms. The Fulton County Medical Examiner says 3 of the shots did an "enormous amount of damage" to his heart ... piercing several chambers of the organ.

Other shots were lodged in Sutton's lungs, and pierced his stomach and spleen. Nine of the shots penetrated his body, and 4 only cut or grazed him.

Sutton was in his Atlanta home's driveway when he reportedly got into an argument with the now arrested suspect Michael Williams, who reportedly fired shots then fled in a car. He denies the claims.

21 Savage Says He Was 'Definitely Targeted,' Cops Told Him 'We Got Savage' + NEW Felony Warrant Pops Up After Rapper's Release

 photo 21savagespeaksout.png

21 Savage speaks out for the first time since he was released on bond this week after being arrested by the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). Find out rhe details of his arrest, plus a new report about a felony warrant against him inside...

Rapper 21 Savage (real name She’yaa Bin Abraham-Joseph) was released from the custody of the Immigration Enforcement Agency (ICE) after he was arrested on Feb. 3rd (Super Bowl Sunday) in Atlanta during a "targeted operation." ICE claims 21 is a citizen of the United Kingdom and was living here illegally. The arrest forced him to miss his performance at the 2019 Grammy Awards. He filed for a U-Visa in 2017 (which is currently pending), but he still could face deportation (thanks to Trump's new policy).

One day after his release, he sat down with "Good Morning America" for his first interview since his release and he's sharing details about how the arrest went down, what it was like being detained and his thoughts on the immigration policy.

"Yeah, but I feel like I done been through so much in my life, like, I learned to embrace the times when I'm down 'cause they always build me up and take me to a new level in life," he told ABC News' Linsey Davis in the interview.

The Grammy nominated rapper said one minute he was driving around ATL and the next, he was in the back seat of a cop car.

"I was just driving. And I just seen guns and blue lights. And, then, I was in the back of a car. And I was gone," he said about his arrest.

When asked if he was told that he was under arrest, the rapper said, "Nah. They didn't -- they didn't say nothing. They just said, 'We got Savage.'"

"It was definitely targeted. There was helicopters," he said.

High profile people are often targeted, especially when they have legal issues, so it shouldn't really come as a surprise.

The "A Lot" rapper came to the United States at the age of 7 with his mother in 2005. ICE says the 26-year-old rapper is a citizen of the United Kingdom and entered the country legally in July 2005 as a minor, but subsequently overstayed his visa. He apparently had applied for a U-Visa recently and was awaiting a response.

While being detained, he said he was only allowed out of his cell for an hour-a-day.

"So it's like even if I'm sitting in a cell on 23-hour lockdown, in my mind, I know what's gonna come after that. So I'm not happy about it. But I'm accepting of it," he added. "My mama told me to picture where I wanna be," 21 Savage said, describing what was going on in his mind when he was detained. "She said, 'Visualize yourself, whatever you wanna do, just close your eyes and visualize yourself doing that. And as long as you do that, you will never be in jail.'"

The "A Lot" rapper, who was arrested just days after he released the visuals for "A Lot," said he didn't even know what a Visa was and had no idea how it would affect his life as an adult.

21 said his lawyers think ICE targeted him due the lyrics in his song, but he isn't sure if that's the real reason.

Several celebs, including T.I., Kendrick Lamar, DJ Khaled, Cardi B, and more, have spoken out in his defense, joining together in solidarity with the "Rockstar" rapper and others detained by ICE.

Dina LaPolt, the rapper's lead attorney, questioned the timing of the rapper's arrest in aninterview with "Good Morning America" on Thursday and said that she thinks he could have been targeted so that the administration can send a message on immigration.

"The Trump administration, their policies on immigration have been pretty debilitating. And I think that, you know, they look for ways to make examples of people," she said, suggesting that the government already knew that the rapper didn't have legal status because he already had a U visa application pending with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.

The Administration - like local law enforcement - has been pretty upfront that yes, they do often do things to send a message.  It's how enforcing laws for the masses works.   21 said he doesn't think the policy is broken, however, they way the policy is enforced is broken.  Valid point as well.

As you know, Jay-Z hired high-powered attorney Alex Spiro to assist in the case and they're all working tirelessly to get the rapper out of this sticky situation.

As if he needed something else to go wrong, a new report claims a felony warrant against the rapper as come to light. 21 Savage was reportedly scheduled to perform at a gig in Southern Georgia, but he bounced after he was paid. It's alleged he was given $9,500 in advance from the promoter and received the $7,500 balance when she showed up, however, he never hit the stage for the scheduled performance.

TMZ reports:

For some reason, 21 bailed without taking the stage, but still left with the money. In all, the promoter claimed she was out $17,000.

The promoter went to cops in October 2016, filed a police report and then filed paperwork to get a felony warrant for theft by deception. The warrant was issued, but sat for more than 2 years.

North West is only 5-years-old and she's already raking in expensive gifts for Valentine's Day, just like her mother. Go inside to see what Nori received, what Kanye West copped Kim and see what Quality Control CEO Pierre Thomas got his two pregnant babies mothers inside...

North West was laced with expensive gifts this Valentine's Day. And she's only 5-years-old.

Apparently, rapper Consequence's 7-year-old son has his eye on the 5-year-old celebuspawn - daughter of Kanye and Kim Kardashian West - and he's laying it on thick.

Days for V-Day, Caiden Mills (via his parents) chronicled his gift giving pursuit in a series of Instagram posts. In several captions, he mentions Nori as his "boo" with kissy face emojis.

"Shout out to Northie, Babygirl I’ll see you soon," Caiden captioned on Instagram attached to a picture of him holding a Tiffany & Co. bag.

Caiden copped Nori a Tiffany & Co. necklace for Valentine's Day:

Kanye and Consequence go way back - like Ye's debut album College Dropout days.

Lil Caiden got cleaned up in designer threads and made his way to his "boo" house to gift her jewelry and chocolates:

We'd have to agree with the above tweets. While it is very  likely just innocent cuteness, this could also be a tad bit too much for a 5 & 7-year-old.

While Nori received expensive jewelry for V-Day, Kanye West pulled a big surprise for his wife...

The PABLO rapper booked famed saxophonist Kenny G to come play in their living room and Kim dubbed him the best husband ever:

Kim gifted her husband fried chicken for V-Day:

 photo northboyfriend3.png

Oh.  We know this is his fave food and all (we assume) but if only she could think outside the chicken box & soul food for once when it comes to the black folks in her life...

This also happened on Valentine's Day....

Quality Control head honcho Pierre Thomas copped one of his two currently pregnant babies mothers, Kaylar Will, a new house and a Bentley for Valentine's Day.

Folks were wondering what he got his other pregnant babies' mother Lira Galore for the holiday. Not long after, she hopped on Instagram to share what he gifted her:

He copped her a load of flowers, a hotel stay and quality time.

Hmmm. These certainly aren't equal but maybe he copped his main chick a house too?

In other news, shout out to the women earning their own and/or striving to be more than one of multiple people simultaneusly pregnant by the same man.  You deserve too, sis.

'Breakfast Club' Co-Hosts DEFEND Kamala Harris On Marijuana Smoking Comments - 'Fox News Lied!'

"The Breakfast Club" co-hosts - Charlamagne tha God, DJ Envy and Angela Yee are defending presidential hopeful Sen. Kamala Harris amid backlash over comments she made about smoking marijuana in college. See their explanation inside...

Presidential hopeful Sen. Kamala Harris (D-CA) came under fire after she appeared on Power 105's "The Breakfast Club" where she revealed she smoked marijuana as a college student.

During the "Breakfast Club" interview a few days ago, Sen. Harris told the radio personalities she smoked marijuana during her college days. Then, DJ Envy asked her what is her favorite type of music to listen to (meaning, currently).

"Definitely, Snoop. Tupac for sure," she responded.

Sen. Harris was responding to Envy's question, however, Charlamagne made comments about what music was she listening to while she was smoking. Folks automatically assumed she was answering Charlamagne's question. FOX News quickly caught the soundbite and ran with it. They were quick to point out that Tupac and Snoop Dogg didn't release music until AFTER she graduated from college.

“They’ve been calling it ‘Reefergate,’" Charlamagne tha God said during an interview on MSNBC with his co-hosts DJ Envy and Angela Yee.

They came to Kamala's defense, confirming FOX News lied on the subject.

“Absolutely, positively lied,” DJ Envy said. “We wanted to humanize her, not just talk about politics. Talk about what she likes, what she does. And I asked what she listens to, and she said she listens to Snoop Dogg and Tupac. At the same time, my co-host was still talking about the marijuana. And it was just a funny exchange. But she was actually answering me, and people took it she was answering Charlamagne, and said she was lying, which is not true.”

“And I want everybody to know they’re doing the work of Fox News,” Charlamagne added. “The black Twitter people you see that are going in on Kamala because of this, ya’ll doing the work of Fox News. Fox News got ya’ll. They got ya’ll.”

"That's why it's important to listen to things for yourself," Angela Yee added.

Love was in the air for Soulja Boy and Blac Chyna on Valentine's Day. Find out how the new couple celebrated, plus the drama Lil Mo is going through with her husband Karl Dargan inside

 photo IMG_6213.jpg

Yesterday was lover's day, so Hip Hop's newest couple celebrated their first holiday today.

Soulja Boy and Blac Chyna were spotted shopping it up in Beverly Hills on Valentine's Day. Chy loves a good shopping spree when she gets a new boo.

The new couple hit up Saks Fifth Avenue and were seen exiting the store holding hands. The "Crank Dat" rapper held several bags as he escorted his lady to a white Rolls Royce. He put the bags in the car while Chy signed an autograph, then he opened the door for her to help her inside the ride, but not without copping a quick feel on her butt.

On Instagram Stories, Soulja shared videos of Chyna opening Christian Dior candles and he also panned the camera over several Chanel handbags he gifted her.

 photo IMG_6210.jpg

"Happy Valentine's Day," Soulja wrote on IG, captioning a picture of himself with Chy in the passenger side of his Rolls Royce.

 photo IMG_6209.jpg

We just learned about Soulja and Chy's relationship this week after the rapper posted up pictures and IG Stories with the mom-of-two. After calling it quits with their previous partners, the two slide into each other's DMs and have been dating for about a week now. They reportedly met up at Sean Kingston's LA penthouse last week. During Grammy weekend, they were practically joined at the hip.

 photo IMG_6215.jpg

Looks like it's official. And it's safe to say he and Nia Riley are dunzo. At least for now.

Soulja's "Marriage Boot Camp: Hip Hip Edition" co-star Lil Mo is here for the new love:

Interesting since Mo has been supportive of Soulja and Nia on the show.

She has her own mess to deal with though. Apparently, her husband Karl Dargan made a very not-smart decision to Facetime a woman with 27 cameras on him at all times on the show. Hmm...PR stunt or???

Of course, he did it while Mo wasn't in the room, we're just confused why he thought he would get away with Facetiming ANOTHER woman on national television. Oh, and it gets worse.

“Tell me you love me,” he is head telling the unidentified woman on the phone. Dumb.

Peep the clip below:

Once she caught wind of the clip, Mo went slam off on Twitter. Peep the tweets:

Karl then hopped on Twitter, posting tweets asking the fellas to "flow" with him - whatever that means. Of course, Mo responded:

After the spat, Mo tweeted she has a new song coming out with Wiz Khalifa:

It was all good a week ago:

Well alright. Be sure to tune in to "Marriage Boot Camp: Hip Hop Edition" Thursdays at 10/9c on WEtv.

Colin Kaepernick & Eric Reid Reach A Settlement In NFL Collusion Case, But Details Are Staying Sealed (For Now)

Colin Kaepernick and Eric Reid have seemingly gotten justice, at least in part.  The former and re-signed football players just reached an undisclosed settlement with the NFL.

See where standing your ground gets you?  Maybe not 100% of what you want, but you get heard, respected, and gains in other ways, all while being able to say you kept your integrity.

Colin Kaepernick is still been arguably blackballed from the NFL after leading the kneeling protests in 2016 during the National Anthem played at the beginning of football games.   In August of 2017, he sued the NFL for collusion.  Today, his lawyers confirm both he and Eric Reid, their other NFL client who says he too was unfairly treated for protesting, reached a settlement.

Due to confidentiality, we don't know the terms of the settlement.  But what we do know is, the NFL agreed to give $100M over 7 years to social justice organizations right after Colin's suit was filed.

Sportswriter Mike Taddow explains:

It remains unclear if the NFL admitted wrongdoing or how much money Reid, Kaepernick or others may have received.

Colin still works out everyday and has said he's still interested in playing football again.  Not so shockingly, no team has sign him.  Eric has re-signed since the fall out, and recently just signed another contract with the Panthers.

Colin, who signed a $1M book deal back in 2017, has been putting his efforts into giving money and resources to justice organizations, running his own Know Your Rights camp, and being the face of constantly sold out Nike merch supporting his vision for equality.

We hope both men got the coins and settlement they deserve.

NBA Legends, Stars & Wifey Gabrielle Union Show Love To Dwyane Wade At 'One Last Dance' Dinner

 photo onelastteaser.jpg

Before Dwyane Wade finishes up his last and final NBA season, several of the league's legends and stars celebrated his 16-year career to kick off the 2019 NBA All-Star Weekend. And, of course, his wife Gabrielle Union and their newest addition, Kaavia James Union Wade, were in attendance. More inside...

 photo onelast1.jpg

With three championships and a Finals MVP award under his belt, Dwyane Wade is ending his 16-year career in the National Basketball Association.

Back in September, the Miami Heat baller announced he would be returning to Miami (from the Chicago Bulls) for a 16th and final NBA season. The 37-year-old, who is the Heat's all-time leading scorer, said it was a hard decision to make, but he had to come to terms with reality. D. Wade was drafted as the No.5 pick in the 2003 NBA draft, and now, he's ending his career the way he wants to...with "One Last Dance."

Last night, several NBA legends, current players, coaches, family and friends gathered together to send him off in epic style during his "One Last Dance" dinner in Charlotte, NC to kick off the 2019 NBA All-Star Weekend.

This marks D. Wades 13th and final All-Star Game appearance.

Friends and players - including Carmelo Anthony, Chris Paul, Charles Barkley, Magic Johnson, Miami Heat president Pat Riley, and more - came together to celebrate his illustrious career, both on and off the court.

Melo and CP even presented the Miami Heat legend with his own Hollywood Star - NBA Style!

“People joke about the banana boat, but we more than a banana boat," Melo said during his speech.

Check it:

Magic Johnson reflected on D. Wade's most memorable championship run when he brought the Miami Heat back from a 0-2 deficit in 2006.

"Your hero was Michael Jordan. Well, you were Michael Jordan in that Dallas series," Magic said about D. Wade.

Mrs. Wade also took the stage to deliver a speech (which was funny as hell) to honor her hubby's retirement:

And baby Kaavia James Union Wade was also in the mix -- still mean mugging and being the cute "shady baby" that she is:

Adorbs.

"Power" star Lala Anthony was there as her husband's date. They made their reconciliation official with lovey dovey social media posts on Valentine's Day.

HOT mama.

Notably missing was D. Wade's longtime homie LeBron James. The Lakers played their last game before the break on Tuesday.  By the way, King James/fellow Banana Boat Crew member selected D. Wade in the third round of the All-Star Draft for his team.

The 2019 All-Star Game goes down February 17th at 8pm EST.

Woman Speaks Out After Filing Lawsuit Against ATL Nightclub Following Alleged Sexual Assault Captured On Facebook Live

A woman has come forward after filing a lawsuit against Atlanta nightclub owners after she was allegedly sexually assaulted. A stream of the assault was captured on Facebook Live. More details inside...

An Illinois woman has come forward to speak out after she filed a lawsuit against an Atlanta nightclub claiming negligence.

30-year-old Jasmine Eiland filed the lawsuit against Opera Atlanta, as well as the owners, security companies and security personnel in Fulton County State Court after she was allegedly sexually assaulted in a club. The alleged crime was captured via Facebook Live and went viral, sparking yet another discussion about sexual assault and what it actually looks like.

In the lawsuit, she claims the club failed to provide adequate safety and security when the alleged attacked went down last month. She claims she was sexually assaulted twice that night - once on the dance floor and again in an area that was off-limits during the August Alsina concert. The man who allegedly committed the crime turned himself into police after a warrant for his arrest was issued last month.

In a recent news conference, Jasmine and her attorney L. Chris Stewart, said the club was not staffed with proper security, and due to Opera's negligence, she became a victim of sexual assault.

“Something like that should not happen in a nightclub,” Eiland’s lawyer L. Chris Stewart said in a phone interview. "She went from coherent, having fun ... to being out of it," he said. "They chose profits over protecting the people of Atlanta."

We're not posting the video evidence here, but her lawyer posted a clip of the Facebook Live stream that captured the assault. In the clip, you can hear Jasmine yelling, "No! No! Stop! Oh, God Help!" She then begins screaming and you can hear a man's voice telling her to "be quiet" and "chill." You can view the clip at your OWN discretion here.

CNN reports:

A suspect is in jail. Dominique Williams, 34, turned himself in two weeks ago after police obtained a warrant for his arrest on a charge of aggravated sodomy.

An attorney for Williams, Shequel Ross, said in late January in a statement posted to her Instagram account that he maintains his innocence.

"These allegations are false, and the evidence will prove our client should have never been charged." Williams appeared in court Wednesday for a preliminary hearing where a judge found there was probable cause for the sodomy allegation and for a new charge of rape in a 2018 case involving another woman.

Prosecutors will take the cases to a grand jury.

Dominique Williams was booked into Fulton County Jail on January 29th and remains there since no bond had been set.

In the news conference, Jasmine said she came forward to become the face of sexual assault in an effort to help other women who may fall victim to sexual predators.

"I'm going to continue to fight. I'm a victim but I'm a survivor as well," she said. "I figured that, had I not come forward and put my face forward, what would the next woman do?" she said.

Emotions took over as she spoke to the media. See the emotional conference below:

The Jussie Smollett Attack Saga - Suspects (Who Once Filed For Bankruptcy) Released & Allegedly Tell Police Jussie Paid Them To Stage Attack, Jussie Denies Claims & Lawyers Up

$

 photo JussieSmollettJussieSmollettPerformsTroubadourChffCu3EGJ2l_zpsc69ctpnf.jpg

The Jussie Smollett"alleged" attack saga has gotten messier than ever.  The latest inside.

Just two weeks after Jussie Smollett took the stage in Hollywood days after his (now alleged) attack in Chicago, police and the public are doubting if the attack is even real due to new evidence.

While there were early mumblings that Jussie's story - him claiming he was attacked by two MAGA-shouting men after 2AM on the freezing streets of Chicago - didn't add up, police confirm new evidence has shifted the case.  And they want to talk to Jussie again - stat!

Less than a day after two Nigerian brothers were arrested as suspects in the case, they were released.  Minimal info has been released officially about why, but that quick of a release does NOT bode well for Jussie.

 photo Screen Shot 2019-02-18 at 5.08.07 AM_zpsvq7uikwt.png

The Blast confirmedOlabinjo “Ola” Osundairo and Abimbola “Abel” Osundairo were taken in as suspects after they arrived back in Chicago from a recent trip (they left the day of the attack) to Nigeria.  At least one of them was confirmed to have acted recently on "Empire," and is also Jussie's trainer.

So why, then, did Jussie tell Robin Roberts on "GMA" that he feels the arrested suspects could be his attackers?  Did he not know who they were identified to be?  The police said they had their ways of knowing the two brothers were very likely the men on the surveillance video, but it still has not been confirmed the men on the video has anything to do with the attack, though it's heavily suspected.

So, wouldn't Jussie have recognized their voices, statures, something about them, if they were in fact the attackers?

We've also learned that the brothers each filed for bankruptcy in Chicago back in September 2016.  The Blast reports:

As for what they owed, each brother listed thousands of dollars owed in student loans, as well as other liabilities, and both claimed to earn minimal income.

Abel claimed he had $72,771 in liabilities, including $39,000 in student loans. The bodybuilder stated he only made $142 per month from “odd jobs,” which left him over $300 in the hole each month.

Ola claimed his debt had soared to $161,481, including $85,000 in student loans. Ola, who is an aspiring rapper and appeared on “Empire,” listed his income at $160 per month.

Both brothers listed a party and decoration store, It’s Party Time, as a shared asset, but claimed the business was operating at a loss. The party store, located on Archer Ave in Chicago, is now reportedly closed.

These are important facts, as now, there are reports, including one from CNN, that claim two law enforcement sources believe Smollett paid the Nigerian men to orchestrate the attack.

Chile...

The brothers' attorney isn't giving major details, other than saying her clients' story will be told soon.  But we've also learned thanks to reports, that during a search of their apartment, cops found bleach that they believe may have been used during the attack with Smollett.  There's also supposedly a receipt showing the rope that was bought yesterday to create the noose Jussie claimed was placed around his neck.

While there's still questions left unanswered, things aren't looking great for Jussie.  He could very well be telling the complete truth and it's his word vs. the brothers'.  It could all be a misunderstanding by us, the public, of what Jussie is saying happened. Could he have been set up? Who knows.

The brothers' lawyer, Gloria Schmidt, says her clients indeed have new evidence that shifts the case.

Because of all the recent fall out, Jussie has hired a criminal defense attorney, Michael Monico, who also represents Donald Trump’s former attorney, Michael Cohen.

Interesting...

Through his lawyer, the "Empire" star denies ANY suggestions that he orchestrated this attack:

Jussie’s legal team released a statement, lashing out at the reports he paid the Usondairo brothers.  “As a victim of a hate crime who has cooperated with the police investigation, Jussie Smollett is angered and devastated by recent reports that the perpetrators are individuals he is familiar with,” the statement began.

Smollett’s attorneys said, “He has now been further victimized by claims attributed to these alleged perpetrators that Jussie played a role in his own attack. Nothing is further from the truth and anyone claiming otherwise is lying.”

“One of these purported suspects was Jussie’s personal trainer who he hired to ready him physically for a music video,” the statement continued, adding, “It is impossible to believe that this person could have played a role in the crime against Jussie or would falsely claim Jussie’s complicity.” to

Just messy. No one knows WHY Jussie would orchestrate an attack on himself if he did.  But Chicago PD is trying to get to the bottom of it.

According to reporter Rafer Weigel, detectives have reached back out to Smollett’s attorney after releasing the Osundairo brothers from custody and expressed an interested in speaking with the star again.  He is not officially a suspect a this time, but do confirm that their "investigation has shifted" after new evidence was revealed by the brothers.

CBS claims Jussie and the brothers rehearsed the attack, and that Jussie paid them $3500. Again, Chicago PD is not confirming or denying any such details. Yet.

It started off a bit rocky for LeBron James' team, but they pulled off a WIN against Giannis Antetokounmpo's team.

Once they hit the court for the 2nd half, Team LeBron flipped a 20-point deficit into a 178-164 victory. King James got to play with his homie Dwyane Wade one last time as this was D. Wade's last NBA All-Star appearance and his final season in the NBA.

Warriors forward Kevin Durant copped the All-Star Game MVP after wrapping up the game with 31 points and seven rebounds.

Congrats, Durant!

Several celebs were in the mix, including Janelle Monae, Gabrielle Union, Allen Iverson, Antonio Brown, Ludacris, Gucci Mane, Keyshia Ka'oir, Spike Lee, Chris Tucker, JB Smoove, Guy Fieri, 2 Chainz, Quavo and more:

Give Cardi B.her things! But take those things back from J.Lo though. The black ones. Natasha goes in on the latest episode of The YBF Podcast.

It's a TRYING convo to have when you easily spend coinage on anything J.Lo related because she's one of your faves.  Anybody who has a problem with that can keep it. But Natasha's still big mad about that Motown tribute. And this ish needs to be said. She's also letting y'all know how she really feels about the Cardi B. fallout.

Natasha brings her longtime friend and veteran entertainment journalist Karu F. Daniels into the studio to ki-ki about Grammy shenanigans, why Cardi B.'s Grammy win was EVERYTHING but she's still mad about something else, what's REALLY good with the upcoming Oscars (he's an expert of experts so you're gonna want this tea), J-Lo's un-black a** tribute for the very black Motown, Bill Cosby'slegit on some other ish, our fave show that may shock you, and plenty more.
