Tracee Ellis Ross is all about family!

Last night, the "black-ish" star made her way to the Warwick lounge in L.A. to support her brother Evan Ross and his wife Ashlee Simpson Ross' new reality show. The married couple, who tied the knotin 2014 and had a baby girl in 2015, will give their fans an inside look at their lives on their upcoming E! reality series, "Ashlee and Evan." The show is expected to premiere sometime this summer.

The YBF actress made sure to bring her "cool kitty" along for her night out on the town. She rocked a pink sweater with a picture of a cat on the front. Cute!

Evan was spotted arriving with his big sis Chudney Ross.

Before hitting the party scene, the 45-year-old actress got in some "auntie" time with her niece Jagger Snow Ross, daughter of Evan and Ashlee. Check it:

Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez are still going strong as ever. The happy couple lit up the streets of the Big Apple as they held hands while leaving the Casa Lever restaurant after dining on some delectable Italian eats on Friday.

J-Lo looked amazeballs in the perfect, casual summer 'fit. While her look was casual, it was still extra, but in a good way. The "World of Dance" judge rocked a colorful striped top that she paired with white, sleek fitted trousers. She accessorized her look with a diamond pavé Cartier Panther ring and chunky gold bracelet, a stylish white Chanel bag and chartreuse stilettos. And she's still feeling the big hoop earring trend that she has been styling in lately, rocking a pair of oversized Jennifer Fisher hoops.

Meanwhile, J-Lo's man kept it dapper stone colored tailored suit. He stays fresh in a suit.

After dinner with her possible future husband (give her the ring already!), the "Shades of Blue" star hit the streets with her kid and possible future stepkids...

The 48-year-old entertainer took her daughter Emme (10) and Alex's daughters Natasha (13) and Ella (10) shopping at Intermix in yesterday's super hot streets of Manhattan.

In a recent interview, J-Lo said she and Alex are taking things slow and aren't rushing to the alter as they both have been down the road before.

"We have to take our time," she told"Good Morning America. "I've made plenty of mistakes in my past. We're mature. We're grownups. We're going to take our time and take things at our own pace."

"Our life right now is incredibly wonderfully. Between our kids and our work, we're truly blessed. We don't need anything more right now."

But chick did do a whole song this year (she said a 'When Will I Get The Ring' lyric on 'El Anillo') basically saying give her the ring already.

Speaking of J-Lo's daughter...

The "Dinero" singer's daughter Emme is looking to cop a book deal...at 10! Jenny shared a video of herself and her daughter in the backseat of a car as they made their way to an important business meeting.

“It’s a very special day. Emme and I are off to our very first book publishers meeting for an idea Emme had for a book,” J-Lo said in the clip posted to her Instagram stories.

In fact, young Emme had a full day of meetings lined up to pitch her new idea.“We’re excited — we have three meetings today,” Jennifer said in the video with a caption that read, “Emme’s first meeting.”

Good luck Emme!  She may be a shoe in considering who her mother and father (Mark Anthony) are, but we love they are teaching her to work for it regardless.

The cast of "Power" is heavy on the promo trail before season 5 premiere tonight at 8pm EST on STARZ. LaLa Anthony, Naturi Naughton and Rotimi were spotted leaving the AOL Build offices after wrapping up an interview together.

Is it over for Shaq and his girlfriend Laticia Rolle? That's what our sources are telling us. And there may be a few social media clues to back up that claim. Get it all inside...

Just a few months ago, TheYBF.com chopped it up with Laticia Rolle about her TRESS hat business and her relationship with former NBA baller Shaquille O'Neal. At the time of our conversation, it appeared everything was all good between the two.

Now, things may not be as peachy keen as they once were. Has Laticia finally "freed" herself from a situation she didn't want to be in any longer?

A source tells TheYBF.com the former NBA star and lifestyle blogger broke up a month after her birthday, which was February 11th. Apparently, things turned sour and they called it quits in March 2018. We actually spoke to Laticia at the end of February/early March and based on our conversation, she and Shaq were very much still together. In fact, she was talking engagements and possibly a wedding in the future.

However, the source claims by the time we spoke with Laticia, she and Shaq had already broken up. Oh?

"Sha and Laticia broke up a month after her birthday. They ended things in March. I don't know when you interviewed her for your site, but they were broken up by the time you posted it. Or, she may have been trying to save face and figure things out...but they were broken up for sure," the source tells us.

Oddly enough, Laticia has erased all of her recent birthday pictures on her Instagram, which included shots with Shaq.  There are still pictures of the Basketball Hall of Famer on her account though. The couple hasn't been seen out publicly together since around her birthday in February. The couple's most recent picture together dates back to January and, according to the source, she's reposted it since.

Recently, the designer has been on some "Eat, Pray, Love" type "journey" where she has been hitting up several travel spots. For her most recent trip, she jetted to Venice, Italy at the very last minute to find solace:

On her lifestyle blog's Instagram page, she has been posting up pictures with captions that allude to woman who's seemingly going through some things. Particularly, a breakup. She talks a lot about "feeling free" for the first time in a long time and how it's important to "stop settling".

Shaq is out here living his best life. He hit up the carpet at the Uncle Drew NYC premiere this week with his whole family, sans Laticia. Also, the picture she posted about being free (above) was posted around the time Shaq was attending the 2018 NBA Awards. And nope, she wasn't there either.

Welp.  The sports experts tried to tell y'all.  Now it's official.  Deets on LeBron James signing with the Lakers inside...

L.A., get the welcome wagon ready. LeBron James is sliding in to be your new hometown hero. After 3 seasons with the Cavs, the 3-time NBA champ is taking his talents to the west coast as he reportedly just signed a 4-year, $154 million contract with the Los Angeles Lakers.

The Western Conference just got interesting.  Houston's definitely expected to give the Warriors a run for their money again, and now Lebron may have just put the Lakers back in the Conference championship mix.  Plus, he's battling his bestie Dwyane Wade again in the same conference.

Yahoo Sports reports the deal mainly happened with L.A. as opposed to any other team because "the Lakers had a large amount of cap space to work with."  Plus, we all know Bron is ready to be back on a MAJOR flashing-lights-style platform again, especially one smack in the middle of the television and movie world, a place Bron has been flexing his Executive Producer skills often.  He's also probably ready to put his losses with the Cavs behind him.

It'll be interesting to see how Lonzo Ball (and his helicopter dad Lamar) handles this news.

Windell Boutte, who has been dubbed the "Dancing Doctor," will no longer be dancing while conducting surgery because her license has been suspended. Why? Find out inside...

Windell Boutte has seemingly been trying to go viral as she has posted up several videos of her and her staff dancing during surgeries. And it seems she specialized in cosmetic surgeries like booty augmentation, liposuction and tummy tucks.

This almost reminds us of how Dr. Miami performs his surgeries. He doesn't dance, but he definitely plays rap music in the background while chatting with his assistants about the most insane things all while posting the videos on SnapChat.

The series of videos she posted ended up earning her the name "dancing doctor," but it's all a wrap now.

Boutte, a board-certified dermatologist (chile...), has agreed to give up her medical license for 2.5 years after signing an agreement with the Georgia Composite Medical Board on Friday (June 29th). Reportedly, her license to practice medicine in Georgia is indefinitely suspended, but after 2.5 years she can petition to have the suspension lifted. She can not use the title "doctor" or engage in any practice of medicine during her suspension.

"Windell Davis-Boutte respects the process and has voluntarily accepted the consent order for suspension," Windell's publicist said in a statement. "She is hopeful that the suspension will be lifted and she is able to practice Medicine at some point in the near future." So why exactly did they snatch her license? Was it the now-deleted videos? Nope.

According to CNN, seven instances of questionable treatment between 2014 and 2018 for patients who underwent procedures such as liposuction, fat transfer or breast augmentation have caused the medical board to put a halt on her doctoring.

It's reported by HLN that there are five malpractice lawsuits pending against Boutte. She did an interview with them earlier this month and the following day the medical board suspended her license, citing allegations of malpractice regarding her treatment of seven patients.

During her interview, Boutte defended her dancing while conducting surgery and also made claims that the patients who had post-op issues did not follow her post-surgery instructions, and that's the reason they're suffering. She refuses to admit she simply may not have performed the surgery correctly. One of the victims was interviewed as well, and she claims she never gave Boutte permission to film her in the first place.

After canceling some events due to serious death threats, Rep. Maxine Waters (D-Calif.) decided she is no longer hiding and if you have a problem...STEP! But, you better come correct.

Auntie Maxine took the podium at the Families Belong Together rally in Los Angeles over the weekend where she issued a strong warning to those threatening her life. Several thousand protesters came out to protest against Trump's zero tolerance immigration policy. This rally was one of hundreds across the nation.

"We have some members of Congress who are intimidated. I have no fear. I’m in this fight," she said as people began cheering.

"There are those who are talking about censuring me, talking about kicking me out of Congress, talking about shooting me, talking about hanging me. All I have to say is this: If you shoot me, you better shoot straight. There’s nothing like a wounded animal…They dare me to say impeach him. Today I say Impeach 45."

It was renewed just a day after the season 2 premiere. Woot! The hit dramedy debuted its 2nd season raking in 1.3 18-49-year-olds, which was 38% higher than last year's series debut. "Claws" now ranks among the top 5 cable dramas this year. Eeooow!

Lead star Karrueche made it a casual date night with her man Victor Cruz. The happy couple - Kae keeping it casually cute in a pair of Daniel Patrick jeans - was all smiles leaving leaving Delilah in West Hollywood.

WNBA star A'ja Wilson hopped on Twitter to speak her mind about LeBron James' $154 million contract with the Los Angeles Lakers. Here's what she had to say inside...

Last night, it was announced LeBron James is leaving the Cleveland Cavaliers to join the Los Angeles Lakers after signing a $154 million four-year deal with the organization.

Naturally, everyone was losing it. And everyone has their own opinion about it...including WNBA star A'ja Wilson.

The Las Vegas Aces player commented how it "must be nice" to receive a $154 million contract. Then, she proceeded to "stay in her lane" when folks got in their feelings about her pointing out the wage disparity:

DeMarcus Cousins will be joining the Golden State Warriors for the upcoming season and reportedly, Draymond Green had something to do with it. Deets inside...

What a shake up!

After it was announced LeBron James would be heading to the Los Angeles Lakers, another big trade followed. And now, folks are complaining the NBA is unfair.

DeMarcus "Boogie" Cousins just signed a one-year $5.3 million deal with the two-time defending champion Golden State Warriors, leaving the New Orleans Pelicans behind. He's currently recovering from a torn left Achilles, and since the Warriors are already beefed up with some of the top players in the NBA, he'll have time to comfortably recover from his injury before he hits the court for the 2018-19 season.

The Warriors will now be almost impossible to beat. Their projected starting line up includes Steph Curry, Draymond Green, Kevin Durant, Klay Thompson and, of course, DeMarcus Cousins. What?! Legit all multi-time All Stars.  With these stats on 100, this could possibly be one of the best starting lineups in NBA history.

So check it, it's being reported Warriors baller Draymond Green was working behind-the-scenes to get his homie DeMarcus on the team.

According to Yahoo Sport writer Shams Charania, Draymond held conversations with general manager Bob Myers and head coach Steve Kerr to try and get DeMarcus on the team:

The Warriors’ recruitment was led by Green, who has a strong relationship with Cousins, and general manager Bob Myers, and it included a positive phone call between Cousins and coach Steve Kerr, league sources said. Both Cousins and the organization understood the most critical time of the season — the playoffs — will be the stage in which Cousins shines the most for the Warriors.

We're crying like this is our own niece/nephew coming into the world!

Remy Ma and Papoose have let fans follow them on their journey to having a baby. It's been a rough road for the two as they embarked on a journey to use IVF to help with getting pregnant. You may recall, Rem suffered a devastating miscarriage in January 2017 and was told she could no longer get pregnant naturally.

Well, the IVF treatments worked and they are now FOUR months into a new pregnancy!

The couple made the announcement at their super gorge outside wedding vow renewal over the weekend. Rem and Pap first got married over the phone in 2008 while Remy was serving time in New York State Prison. Then, after she got out, they had a huge wedding ceremony in 2016 that aired on "Love & Hip Hop."

This time they went for a more intimate setting with family and close friends. And that was the perfect opportunity to announce Baby Mackie is on his/her way!

Jay-Z is bringing his Peabody Award-Winning team the story of Trayvon Martin. Watch the first look at the brand new docuseries that is so necessary for the culture.

The life and legacy of Trayvon Martin is coming to life via a new six-part original docuseries, produced by The Cinemart and Shawn “Jay Z” Carter, called “Rest in Power: The Trayvon Martin Story."

Paramount Networks is also backing the project, which tells the story of unarmed 17-year old African American high school student, Trayvon Martin, who was shot and killed by a "neighborhood watch member" in the Sanford, Florida community on February 26, 2012.  The story exploded around the world, as it was a pure case of racism, hatred and "fear" being a legal defense to taking someone's life in Florida.

Trayvon was visiting his father and on a return trip waking home from a convenience store, was confronted by George Zimmerman because of his "suspicious" look and hoodie.  Instead of the state's "Stand Your Ground" law protecting Trayvon who acted to defend himself from Zimmerman's attack, the law protected Zimmerman after he shot and killed Trayvon.  He was acquitted of a second-degree murder charge, claiming he shot Martin in self-defense.

The fatal encounter between Trayvon Martin and George Zimmerman and the subsequent trial polarized the nation, sparking outrage and protests and shined an unforgiving light on issues including race, politics, power, money and, gun control.

Now, the recount of how the horrific tragedy gave rise to the #BlackLivesMatter movement and prejudice as a defense will be shown in the new documentary series.  It premieres Monday, July 30 at 10 PM, ET/PT on the Paramount Network (formerly Spike TV).  It's also co-directed by Jenner Furst and Julia Willoughby Nason, and produced by the Peabody Award-winning team behind last year’s critically acclaimed series “TIME: The Kalief Browder Story.”

Travon's parents, Tracy Martin and Sybrina Fulton, Angela Rye, Carmelo Anthony, and more will appear.  Interviews combined with home videos, family photos, and news footage will take viewers beyond the news cycle and offer an intimate look inside exactly what happened.

The future Hall of Famer may have won an Oscar, but that isn't enough to get him inducted into the Motion Picture Academy.

The retired NBA star nabbed an Academy Award for his (and director Glen Keane's) animated short film, "Dear Basketball." You would think by winning an Oscar, he would be granted entry into the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences. But, nope!

According to Variety:

Individuals who win an Academy Award or are nominated for one are often considered for inclusion in the organization, which numbered more than 8,000 members at most recent count. Bryant was considered as well, and the Academy’s Short Films and Feature Animation branch actually voted in the affirmative to admit him into the branch.

However, the Academy’s governors committee overruled the decision and rescinded the invitation, Variety has confirmed. Though the branch, through governor Bill Kroyer, argued that Bryant has expressed a desire to work in the short films space, the committee felt the Los Angeles Lakers legend needed to show evidence of a larger career in the field before being allowed to represent it as a member of the organization.

Folks suspect it has a little something to do with the backlash he received after winning his Oscar, considering he was previously accused of rape.

Looks like Kobe will have to put in more work before they welcome him with open arms in the prestigious circle.

In other sports news outside of sports...

Following his 3-game suspension, Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Jameis Winston has cut ties with his agents, Greg Genske and Kenny Felder (who usually represents baseball players, which Jameis also is).

It's reported Jameis made the move due to the drama, but there are other reports that suggest the change was weeks in the making.

The former No. 1 draft pick was suspended for three regular season games for violating the league's personal conduct policy. He was recently accused of groping an Uber driver named Kate (she withheld her last name to avoid harassment). The alleged incident happened in March 2016. He issued a vague apology shortly after it was announced he would be suspended for 3-games. If you keep up with Jameis, then you know this isn't the first time he has been caught up in somequestionable drama.

He still hasn't flat out admitted to it, he actually flat out denied it months ago.  But things have seemingly changed.

Jameis' contract with the Bucs will end in 2019 and he will enter free agency if he doesn't sign an extension with the Bucs. The real question is, will Tampa Bay offer an extension after all the drama?

Bucs fans aren't feeling Jameis right now. Tampa Bay Times writer Greg Auman posted a Twitter poll asking fans what are they going to do with their Jameis Winston jerseys.

40% of fans said they're still going to wear their Winston jersey "with pride," 34% of fans who have a Winston jersey voted they “can’t wear it anymore" and 26% voted they “were not sure what do to.”

In the past 2 1/2 years my life has been filled with experiences, opportunities and events that have helped me grow, mature and learn, including the fact that I have eliminated alcohol from my life.

“I know I have to hold myself to a higher standard on and off the field and that I have a responsibility to my family, community, and teammates to live above the platform with which God has blessed me. I apologize to my teammates, the Buccaneers organization and fans for letting them down and for not being able to be out there for the first three games of the season. Although I am disappointed in the NFL’s decision, I understand the NFL’s process, and I embrace this as an opportunity to take advantage of the resources available to help me achieve the goals that I have for myself.

“I now look forward to putting this behind me and I will continue to work hard every day to be a positive influence in my community and be the best person, teammate and leader I can be.”

Kate isn't pleased with his apology, but she hopes speaking out about her situation will prevent something like this happening to other women:

Throughout every season of "Power," Tasha St. Patrick has overcome several hardships and many of those hardships are relatable to all women, everywhere. Naturi Naughton offers up a some gems for all the "Tashas" in the world. Find out what she told TheYBF.com inside...

Tasha St. Patrick has been THROUGH it on "Power." Since the beginning.

She found out the man she committed her life to was cheating on her with his first love, her marriage is barely hanging on by a thread, her side piece Shawn got killed (by his own father), her husband Ghost got locked up, her son Tariq is totally out of control and now her light, her daughter Raina, has been shot and killed.

Oh, and let's not forget how she had to end her "situationship" with her lawyer Terry Silver. He gave her an ultimatum saying she had to choose between him being her boyfriend or her lawyer. She chose lawyer, but y'all know she's about to renig on that ASAP.

She's done her dirt when necessary.  But Tasha is like most real life moms & wives, always the one keeping things together.  And that's why so many women can relate to her.

While she is one of the most relatable characters on the show, she sometimes does some questionable things. Like, when she felt some type of way about Ghost wanting to go clean and leaving the drug game behind. Chick wasn't ready to give up all that coin for small coin.

Naturi Naughton tells us that this season Tasha is close to her breaking point. During a convo with YBF correspondent James Terrell, the new mom in real life told us that fans will see a different side of Tasha.

"This is the first time where you get to really see her be vulnerable because she has been this strong, keeping it together woman, who's like 'I got this.' But, at some point any woman, no matter where you're from, you're going to have a moment," Naturi told TheYBF.com.

Very true. Every person has a moment where they are just lost and not sure about their next move.

The singer/actress, who has seen her fair share of drama in this industry, dished up some advice on how to navigate hardships. And it requires you actually feeling the feels through therapy, crying, or any other way.

"You do need to break down," Naturi said. "You do need to cry it out. You do need to pray it out. You do need to ask for help. You do need therapy. There are scenes in this episode where she wants to do counseling. And Tasha's seeking counseling because she's like, 'I can't do this alone. I need the help of other mothers who have lost a child.' And another issue that I think is very real and should be talked about, particularly in our community, there's nothing wrong with that."

Being strong doesn't mean doing it all on your own, though.

"You can be a strong woman and I still have a moment when you need to break down," the "Power" star explained. "You can be a mother and still say I need help. I can't do this alone."

That's something many women struggle with, especially black women since we're always expected to be the "strong black woman." But, we're so much more than that.

"Tasha represents strength, but she should also represent humanity," Naturi shared. "She should represent vulnerability. She should be able to have, just like any other woman out there, a moment to feel the pain she's experiencing. And you'll see her pick herself back up, but you'll go down this journey with her where she's just like, 'I don't know if I can make it.'"

We definitely can't wait to see what brings Tasha to her breaking point.

In the end, Naturi said she wants women to start empowering themselves and stop putting men at the forefront of everything. She summed it up in two words, "Choose You."

In other new coupledom news...

We told y'all Blac Chyna had a new boy toy, who's one whole year older than her last boy toy YBN Almighty Jay. And now, details about their relationship are leaking which proves Chy was dripping and doing it while she was still in a relationship with Jay. The aspiring rapper announced they broke up a month ago. However, word on the curb is that Chy has been dating her new boo for the last 2-3 months.

Unlike meeting Jay supposedly on "Christian Mingle," Chy met her new boo/boxer Devin Haney, who's part of Floyd Mayweather's Money Team, via Instagram direct message. The 19-year-old shot the 30-year-old a DM after learning they had the same lawyer. And the rest...is history.

Sources close to the 19-year-old athlete tell us he first hooked up with Chyna 2 to 3 months ago, hitting her up on IG after learning they had the same lawyer. We're told Chyna was into him ... and started seeing him regularly soon after.

Last month, Scrappy and his friend were involved in a horrific accident while driving his white Mercedes. Peep the accident below:

Luckily there weren't any fatal injuries, but they both were hospitalized for their injuries. They were eventually released. The "Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta" star avoided criminal charges, blaming the crash on sleep deprivation.

Like Kristinia, she was kept away from mingling with her uncles and the rest of the legendary DeBarge family because her mother thought they were bad influences.  Now, everyone is grown and trying to repair relationships.  Y'all know how family ish goes.
