Maybe those rumors about Blac Chyna's ex-boy toy Ferrari joining "Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta" were true...

Here's what he has going on now.

"Love & Hip Hop" newbie Tokyo Vanity may have found "love" again after a painful breakup with her ex-Tabius Tate. If you watch the show, then you know Tokyo and her co-star Spice have been beefing over Tabius. After he and Tokyo broke up, he started messing around with Spice and y'all pretty much know how that goes. The women arguing over a dude and he gets off scot-free in the foolery.

Well, she has seemingly put that drama behind her and is now getting cozy with a new man.

The reality star shared a collage of lovey dovey photos of herself all hugged up with Blac Chyna's ex-boo Ferrari with the caption, "You Won a Baby Doll ...." Oh?

Y'all remember Ferrari. He was the one in the middle of all that cheating scandal between Chyna and her baby daddy Rob Kardashian. Remember he was the one laid up in Chyna's bed with Rob's Versace robe on? Yeah, him.

We told y'all last summer Ferrari was negotiating a contract with Mona Scott-Young and the "LAHH:ATL" producers. Looks like he may have struck a deal. This is how he'll be incorporated on the show.

Reginae Carter is madly in love with YFN Lucci and she isn't afraid to show it off.

Lil Wayne & Toya Wright's 19-year-old daughter and the 27-year-old rapper have been dating for a few months now. And their relationship appears to have gone to the next level.

They're all loved up while luxuriating together on BAEcay in Jamaica. Not only that, Reginae even met his family on the island. Sounds serious to us. Meeting family members is a big thing in a relationship.

"Came to see my grandma and unk and cousins for the first time god is good grandma and unk look just like my pops," Lucci captioned on IG.

"The only person that I’ll walk thru the jungle with thanks for the adventure," the former "Growing Up Hop Hop: Atlanta" star captioned on IG.

Kathy Griffin is coming after Kevin Hart because she feels like since he's a black man that he should be dragging Trump every chance he gets. More inside...

Comedian Kathy Griffin is attacking fellow comedian Kevin Hart for his lack of public Trump hate.

Apparently, she feels like Kevin should attack Trump during his stand up shows since he's a black man. And she called out his choice to not mention Trump.

The 57-year-old told USA Today that if fans don't like hearing about Trump, don't come to her shows. That's when she threw Kev in the mix.

"I do feel like this is such an anxiety-ridden time for everyone that there is a thirst for all kinds of comedy," Kathy told the publication. "And look, if you want to not hear about Trump at all, go see Kevin Hart. He doesn't even mention Trump. I personally think that's a (expletive) move because he's a black man. But I guess he's selling more tickets than I ever will."

Damn. That's mad disrespectful. So because he's black he should waste his time bashing the orange man? Isn't that a comedian's choice whether or not they even want to address the dictator in chief?  Kevin's made clear in multiple interviews he's not pro-Trump.  So why she feels like he HAS to mention Trump in his shows just because he's black is...interesting.

A source from Kevin's camp reportedly told FOX News that Kevin is absolutely unbothered by Kathy's statements and that Trump jokes are played out.

“Kathy is the last person on Kevin’s mind, believe me,” a source close to the comedian said. “Everyone has something to say about Donald Trump, and that’s the reason Kevin isn’t speaking on him. Kevin honestly feels the Trump bits are overused and knows that people are tired of the political banter from comedians.”

Father's Day is right around the corner! TheYBF.com chopped it up with new dad again Cory Hardrict and he's happily drowning in all the new daddy feels. It's a bit different this time around and it's the sweetest thing ever. More inside...

With Father's Day this weekend, we know one dad who's going to be living it up with a double dose of kiddie cuteness.

Cory Hardrict and his wife Tia Mowry Hardrict just welcomed their new baby girl on May 5th. And life for one of our fave YBF Dads has been crazy, but he's loving every minute of it.

The 38-year-old seems to have this dad/career balancing act down to a science. He's been busy on the promo trail for his new thriller, 211, where he plays a cop who's involved in one of the biggest bank robberies in police history.  But, when he's not working, he's on daddy duty - changing diapers, feedings, all that.

"I have not slept. I haven't slept since May 5th. She's up all hours of the night," Cory shared with TheYBF.com.

Awww!

Doing it for the second time, Cory seems to have mastered this dad thing.

"I'm doing it all. I'm a dad expert now. At first I started really slow. When I started changing diapers, I wasn't going fast enough. I learned the hard way, you gotta move fast or you're in trouble."

Ha!

He said Baby Hardrict and mom Tia "are doing great." And so his 6-year-old son Cree Hardrict, who celebrates a birthday later this month.

"He's doing really good. He helps out a lot. He's going downstairs and getting bottles, stuff like that. He definitely knows he has a little sister to look after. He's great."

Aww! We see Cree is killing it at being a big brother already.

Now that Cory is the father to a little girl, he doesn't plan on treating her any differently than her big bro. However, he can't help but feel a different type of connection and energy with his daughter than he does with his son.

"I'm not saying I'm going to treat her different, but I do feel like a more of a softer, calmer connection because she's my daughter. And I'm more gentle with her in every way, like when I'm changing her diaper...everything. I love my kids the same. Both kids require different things, so I just adjust accordingly."

We tried to get him to give us some clues or tidbits about the baby before Tia announces her name on June 29th, but he wasn't going for it. "I can't do that, I'll get in trouble," he responded. Respect!

For his newest project, Cory plays a cop just like he did in 50 Cent's"The Oath." They're drastically different characters and Cory slayed at both.

"It was a difference because the cop I played in 'The Oath,' he's on both sides of the fence. The cop in '211,' he's just an all around good guy. He just wants to protect and serve and do the right thing, so that was the difference. I enjoyed playing both of them though. I enjoyed this character because he just wanted to save people and help people. I really think that's what we all should do."

By the way, "The Oath" has been renewed for a second season on Crackle. Dude stays booked.  Not mad.

While the Brotherly Love actor is in full daddy-mode with the new baby, he hasn't forgot about sports life. He's a LeBron James fan and would love to have him come to the west coast.

"He's done his job in Cleveland, come on out West."

That would be an interesting move.

Escobar Season has returned! And fans are uber excited about it.

Nas just dropped his 11th studio album Nasir, executive produced by Kanye West. And it's been a long time coming.

He hasn't dropped an album since his 2012 project, Life Is Good, which took over that whole summer.  And it looks like he's ready to do the same for Summer '18. Nasir is also the first album he's releasing through his Mass Appeal/Def Jam Recordings partnership.

Last night, "God's Son" hosted a listening party for his 7-track LP. Yall know Yeezy is only putting out a handful of tracks on all these new projects for whatever reason.

The bash followed the same energy from Kanye's previous album listening parties. Everyone rocked out to Nas' new album outside, with Yeezy in neon, under the Queensboro Bridge. They weren't too far from where the NYC rapper grew up.

Several of his celeb friends came out to hear his new project, including Executive Producer 'Ye, his wife Kim Kardashian West, LaLa Anthony, Pusha T, 2 Chainz, Chris Rock, Fabolous, Jadakiss, and more.

By the way, LaLa & co. apparently got lost when they showed up at the wrong location. Paps say they had to reroute their destination after arriving at the wrong place for a night out.

Rapper Rich The Kid just found himself in a very scary home invasion situation that landed him in the hospital.  Details inside...

Damn homie.  Rich The Kid was visiting his new girlfriend Tori Brixx (IG Model who now says she's a DJ) last night when several masked men, some brandishing guns, reportedly rushed into her home demanded all their jewelry and money!  The rapper was attacked in the process while trying to fight them off.

TMZ reports:

Sources close to the rapper tell us he was at his girlfriend Tori Brixx's home Thursday night when two masked men entered demanding cash and jewelry. We're told Rich tried to fight them off, and that three more men came into the home brandishing guns.

The culprits reportedly got away with a stash of cash and jewelry.  There are no suspects at this time, but police are investigating.

Rich - real name Dimitri Leslie Roger - posed up a pic of him in a hospital bed, just before he was released this morning, wearing a neck brace and looking worse for wear.

The "New Freezer" rapper has been beefing with fellow rapper Lil Uzi Vert for a while now, and ish has clearly gotten worse for Rich.

If you're thinking this may be an inside job, you're not alone.  Sources told the site many believe that is indeed the case.

One day before the attack, The Blast reported Rich recently answered his estranged wife Antoinette Willis’ divorce petition.  He made it clear that he's not going to let her collect any monetary support or have her legal bills paid.

While the (ex) couple has two children together, Antoinette also accused RTK, via court docs,"of forcing her to get multiple abortions, and even claimed he had previously physically attacked her."  She filed for divorce in March after two years of marriage.

Rich is asking for joint legal and physical custody and Antoinette wants full custody.

This afternoon, Antoinette went on a now deleted IG Story posting spree accusing Tori (pictured above with RTK) of being said inside job.  Oop. She wrote:

"Y'all can feel how y'all want to feel. My kids could have been going to their dads funeral just bc of this dumb ass girl...."I just want this to be known when I see @toribrixx I'm beating her ass bc b-tch you know you set him up."

Kurupt's estranged wife Jovan Brown (aka Gail Gotti) claims the rapper ditched her after she was diagnosed with cancer. She wants spousal support and 50% of the earnings from the companies she helped build.  Deets inside...

Kurupt's estranged wife Jovan Brown (aka Gail Gotti) is going through it. She's battling cancer all while going through a nasty divorce from the Dogg Pound rapper.

Jovan claims after she was diagnosed with terminal cancer, Kurupt up and left her. And since she's racking up hospital bills as she fights against cancer, she wants Kurupt to pay the spousal support she claims he owes and pay for her medical and living expenses.

The Blast got hold of the legal documents where she details how Kurupt allegedly left her high and dry after 16-17 years of marriage. She said he called it quits before she filed for divorce in October 2017. When she asked him if he could help her pay for her medical bills, she claims he told her to "get a regular job" or “get a boyfriend to help me pay for my treatments.”

Speaking of boyfriends, it has been rumored that Jovan was dating former NBA All-Star Gary Payton at one point in time after she split from Kurupt. Here's a picture of them together on the red carpet at the 15th annual Harold & Carole Pump Foundation gala in August 2015.

She posted the same picture on her Instagram page around that time, but she cropped him out:

It has also been rumored that Jovan used to hang tight with former "BBW" star Laura Govan before some messiness allegedly tore them apart, allegedly involving Laura's then significant other Gilbert Arenas.

In the legal documents, Jovan also explained why she feels she deserved 50% ownership in all the companies she claimed she managed.

She also says that when she met Kurupt back in the day, he didn’t have a penny to his name and lived in homes rented by his mother. Brown says they had no car and struggled for years together to get on their feet. She also claims that while Kurupt was the public face of the business, she handled all the behind the scenes matters, including bringing in lucrative business opportunities.

Not only that, she alleges he suffers from substance abuse and that he was abusive towards her:

Brown says her thanks after 16 years of marriage was for her estranged husband to inform her that he had a new life with a new woman, and had to focus on providing for his new family. She also claims [Kurupt] suffers from substance abuse issues that have allegedly caused him to become verbally and mentally abusive.

Since becoming financially strapped, Brown claims she sold off all her jewelry, including her wedding rings, to cover living expenses.

So here's what she wants from Kurupt...

She’s seeking $14,000 per month in spousal support, $40,000 in attorney’s fees and a 50% stake of ownership in all the companies she claims to have managed for the rapper.

A hearing has been set for July.

2 Chainz is making a splash on the music scene with a new collaboration track.

The Atlanta rapper joins forces with Drake and Migos rapper Quavo for his new track, "Bigger Than You." He first teased the cover art on social media and later released the full track, produced by Murda Beatz.

Earlier this year, 2 Chainz dropped a four-song EP titled The Play Don't Care Who Makes It after releasing his latest studio album, Pretty Girls Like Trap Music in 2017. Speaking of music...

Drizzy just dropped the cover art to his new SCORPION album and released the video to "I'm Upset." The Young Money rapper will also head out on a North American tour with Quavo and the rest of the Migos this summer called "Aubrey and the Three Amiogs." Get those dates HERE.

The R&B legend just released the visuals to her new song "Leave It Smokin'," her first single from her forthcoming album Passion Like Fire. It's her seventh studio album and it's expected to be released to the masses on September 7th.

"Leave It Smokin'" def gives us 90s vibes and Tamia reminds us why we fell in love with her voice in the first place. Her vocals are flawless and the beat is banging.

“I’m really excited to debut new music, connect with my fans, and show my continued evolution as an artist. I’m still passionate about music and the process and I hope listeners can feel that with Passion Like Fire,” Tamia said via press release. “I’m so excited to have reunited with Salaam Remi on 'Leave It Smokin’,' it feels like summertime, fun and a perfect way to introduce this album. I’m so grateful to the fans and radio stations for supporting it.”

Ne-Yo is a new dad again right before Father's Day. He and his wife Crystal Smith just welcomed another baby boy. Celebrate with the parents inside...

It feels like Crystal Smith has been pregnant forever, but it's over now.

Congratulations are in order as Ne-Yo and his wife Crystal welcomed their second child together. The baby boy was born on Thursday (June 14th) at 2:11pm, weighing in at 6 pounds, 15 ounces and measuring 19 inches long.

Crystal announced the baby's arrival on Instagram on Friday, sharing the baby's name. Ne-Yo and Crystal named him Roman Alexander-Raj Smith. "He's so BEAUTIFUL," she captioned.

The R&B crooner and his wife tied the knot in February 2016 and welcomed their first child together Prince Shaffer Chimere Smith Jr. a month later. Baby Roman has several siblings to look after him. Along with Prince, he also has big brother Mason and big sister Madilyn, whom Ne-Yo shares with Monyetta Shaw.

Cardi B can't seem to catch a break when it comes to drama in her life while still pushing on during her pregnancy journey.

The "Bodak Yellow" rapper and her fiance Offset are the cover stars for Rolling Stone's July 2018 issue. It features a picture of the "I Like It" rapper in a black robe that she opened up to show off her growing baby bump while her man kisses her stomach.

You would think Cardi would be excited for the cover. However, she isn't.

Apparently, someone leaked the cover before it was scheduled to be unveiled and the first-time mom-to-be is pissed about it.

On social media, she shared the magazine cover with the caption, "I guess it was too much to ask to wait until the official July release of our @rollingston! Even tho it was leaked and suppose to be In gray fuck it !My daughter made it to the Rollin Stone cover Official release in Julyme ROCKSTARS @offsetyrn!You can’t break me"

The "Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood" star just released a new song/video dedicated to his newborn baby girl Melody Love Norwood. And it's a total tear jerker! Seeing Ray embrace fatherhood warms our hearts and Baby Melody is just ADORABLE. Melody made her grand entrance into the world on May 24th and Daddy Ray has been wrapped around her little finger ever since.

"I dedicated my song Melody to my beautiful daughter!," Ray wrote on Instagram. "Check out the video I did 4 her- link in my bio- I couldnt hold back my tears! She means everything to me!

The video features footage of mom Princess Love and Ray gearing up to give birth to Melody. There are smiles, tears and several touching moments in the clip that'll surely have you in your feelings. Check it out below:

Tori Brixx is speaking out after the home invasion that put her boyfriend Rich The Kid in the hospital. And so is rapper The Game. Find out what they had to say about the situation, plus read Kyrie Irving's public apology to his ex-Kehlani inside...

Rich The Kid was rushed to the hospital after he was attacked during a scary home invasion. He was visiting his girlfriend Tori Brixx at her home when masked robbers came inside and demanded cash and jewelry. The Los Angeles Police Department is currently investigating the incident. No suspects have been arrested.

Rich The Kid's estranged wife Antoinette Willis spoke out after the incident, accusing Tori of setting Rich up. And now, Tori is trying to clear her name. She addressed the issue on an Instagram Live denying claims that she had something to do with the robbery.

In the video, Tori (an IG Model who now says she's a DJ) showed off a big bruise on her face while explaining how she would never set Rich up. Here's some of what she said:

"I don't really expect y'all to understand where I'm coming from," she said. "It disappoints me to see women. Y'all want to see...I don't know, man. I'm trying to figure this shit out. It disappoints me to see, like if they post some shit it like, 'Her eye ain't big enough and she set this nigga up.' I'm disappointed because I ain't set nobody up. 'Cause at the end of the day, if I asked Rich for it, he would have gave it to me, 'cause that's how much he fuck with me. I don't gotta ask nobody for no chain. Like, if I wanted a chain I could have 10 chains. If I wanted X, Y and Z, I can have that. So I don't need no niggas to run in and take no shit. Number one, I got my own money. Let's keep that in mind."

Kyrie Irving is making things right for his ex-girlfriend Kehlani.

The Boston Celtics player hopped on Instagram to publicly apologize to her and to set the record straight about their failed relationship. There were rumors that Kehlani had cheated on him with her ex-boyfriend PartyNextDoor and that was the reason the two had called it quits.

Since then, Kyrie fans have been terrorizing Kehlani online and at her shows. Kyrie felt it was his responsibility to speak up and ask his fans to fall back.

"@kehlani I'm sorry, i know this is long over due," he wrote. "I have to speak on this simply because I owe it to you and you deserve the world to see you for you and how beautiful you are inside and out, and not for the attachment to an emotional moment in time where we both had to grow up and learn about our hearts and our souls in a world that judges and adds on fictitious pressure."

He addressed those cheating rumors directly:

"She did not cheat or intentionally hurt me, she actually did something extremely noble & respectful, but the fact that it's still a lingering narrative is really outdated at this point and as I'm hearing about what people are doing to try and intentionally hurt her on my behalf is bullsh*t. I'm hearing people are showing up to shows and being disruptive while she performs and when it starts affecting real life progress, the shit has to stop."

He said it's still all love between them and that they'll always be "besties."

Folks have also been commenting on Wendy's startled look. However, her eyes may look like this due to her battle with Graves' disease, which is described as the overproduction of thyroid hormones.

Earlier this year, Wendy had to take three weeks off from hosting her television show after falling ill. And we know she was sick because she has never missed a taping of the show. She explained the disease causes her eyes to bulge at times. Not only that, she also suffers from hyperthyroidism, a condition caused by an overactive thyroid.

Wendy and Kevin Sr. - who has been rumored to be living a double life - are about to be empty nesters, so she's likely spending as much time with her son before he heads off to college.

In true Carter fashion, the couple made the world stop yet again with their new joint album, Everything Is Love. Since the Carters launched their On The Run II Tour, the phrase "Everything Is Love" has been incorporated in a lot of the background visuals. Now, we know the meaning.

Now, about this album...

Mr. & Mrs. Carter just dropped nine new songs on us where they touch on several hot topics. One of them being Hov's response to Kanye West's comments about them not attending his wedding to Kim Kardashian West. In a past interview with Charlamagne tha God, Ye said he was "hurt" Jay and Bey didn't come to his wedding.

Here's what Hov raps on "Friends" where he seemingly responds below:

“I ain't going to nobody's nothing when me and my wife beefing/I don't care if the house on fire, I'm dying, nigga, I ain't leaving/Ty Ty take care of my kids, after he done grieving/If ya'll don't understand that, we ain't meant to be friends.”

So it seems, Bey and Jay didn't make Kanye's wedding because he was dealing with his own ish. You'll recall, Jay Z and Solange's "elevator fight" went down right before Kanye's wedding. The fight video leaked in early May 2014. Kanye and Kim tied the knot towards the end of May 2014.

On "BOSS," Hov seemingly fires shots at Drake (Apple Music) and Kanye (adidas) about skipping out on business deals with him and TIDAL. He also seemingly references the Drake vs. Pusha T beef when he references Drake invoicing Kanye and G.O.O.D. Music. He raps:

Jay Z popped off on the NFL for their mistreatment of former San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick on their track "APESH*T". He revealed he turned down a Super Bowl performance and that he'd rather sell out stadiums with his wife.

“I said no to the Superbowl/You need me, I don’t need you/Every night we in the endzone/Tell the NFL we in stadiums too.”

The Hip Hop mogul also popped off on the 4:44 Grammy snub:

“Tell the Grammy’s f*ck that 0 for 8 shit / Have you ever seen the crowd goin’ apeshit?”

Jay also takes aim at music streaming service Spotify on their track "Nice":

Soul Pancake partnered up with the Responsible Fatherhood campaign to give props to a few amazing dads that do their best every day at being the best dad ever. The super cute series surprises dads when their kids unexpectedly pop in and share some words they need to hear.

In each clip, a dad reflects on his parenting triumphs, struggles and fears before he is surprised by his kids showing up and sharing what they love most about their dad. It starts as an interview and ends in an unscripted moment of laughter and tears of joy as they reunite with their little ones.

In one clip, Jeffery - a father to three daughters- opens up about becoming a dad at the ripe age of 19 when he and his college sweetheart got pregnant. She's now his wife. Now, they're raising three daughters and Jeffery is super involved. When his 7-year-old daughter and 5-year-old daughter come in and share why they love their dad, it's INSTANT water works.

Derrex - a father to four boys - shared some of his struggles with being the father to his sons he never had. "I'm raising babies, to boys, to men," he said. He shared how he missed his son's high school football game due to traffic. After the game, he apologized to his son and his son assured him that it was OK. He said in that moment that's when he knew his kids hear him even though they act as if they aren't listening.

When his two eldest sons came out and shared why they loved him, he couldn't fight back the tears. And we couldn't either. Check it above.

Young, Black Hollywood was in full force at the taping for the 2018 MTV Movie & TV Awards last night. See some red carpet behavior from host Tiffany Haddish, Zendaya, Michael B. Jordan, Chadwick Boseman and tons more inside...

Tiffany Haddish was tapped to host the 2018 MTV Music & TV Awards, which were pre-taped last night at The Barker Hangar in Santa Monica. Before getting to her hosting duties, the Girls Trip actress arrived on the red carpet and chick was serving.

The Night School actress, who was up for two awards, stunned in a silver metallic Galia Lahav that featured a high slit to show off some leg action and a train for the dramatics. She finished her look with metallic Le Silla pumps and she slicked her hair back into a low ponytail to keep it chic.

Tiffany is nominated for Best Comedic Performance and Scene Stealer for her role in Girls Trip. By the way, Girls Trip is nominated for Best Movie. We won't find out the winners until the show airs tomorrow, June 18th at 9pm EST on MTV.

“WAGS Miami” star Ashley Nicole Wheeler and her NFL free agent hubby Philip Wheeler just welcomed their second child together! On June 2nd, they became proud parents to their 2nd child together, a boy they named Phox Philip Wheeler and he's the cutest thing ever. So is his big brother Philip Jr. He's already on big brother duty.

The baby's arrival comes a little over a year after they tied the knot during a beachside wedding in tropical Curacao. Too bad their show got cancelled.  Would love to see Ashley in little baby mode.

Cleveland Cavaliers baller JR Smith may have had a rough NBA season, but his life at home is nothing but bliss. The shooting guard and his wife Jewel Harris just welcomed another baby girl! She's their third child together.

The basketball star hopped on Instagram to make the baby announcement, writing, "She’s here!!!! #BabyDenver welcome to the world beautiful!!!"

They named her Denver Smith, which is ironic being that JR used to play for the Denver Nuggets. Cute! Congrats!

JR and Jewel tied the knot in 2016 They already have two daughters together, Demi and Dakota, who was born prematurely in January 2017. She is their miracle baby. The 32-year-old baller also has another daughter named Peyton from a previous relationship.

"Real Housewives of Potomac" star Monique Samuels and her husband Chris Samuels are expecting their third child!

The reality star shared the news via Instagram, posting a video of herself showing off her baby bump with the caption, "I'm way too happy to be bothered... I'm full of life... LITERALLY #RHOP #MoniqueSamuels #RealHousewivesofPotomac #Blessed #PartyOfFive #Unbothered."

The news comes a few months after the couple suffered a miscarriage.

She revealed she's four months along and due in December.  And no, she's not having twins.  She also doesn't want to know the sex of the baby until delivery day, just like she did with her first two.

The new baby will join their siblings Christopher and Milani. And this may be the wine detox home girl needed (according to Ashley Darby).  Congrats to the couple!

Actor Darius McCrary is addressing reports that he now only owes $29 a month in child support. Find out what he has to say about it inside...

Darius McCrary is having all his financial business put out in these internet streets and he's not happy about it.

Yesterday, The Blast reported the "Family Matters" alum is claiming he's broke and apparently had his child support payments cut super low. The site claims the legal documents filed in Los Angeles County reveal Darius will now pay $29 a month in child support for his two-year-old daughter Zoey, whom he shares with Tammy Brawner.

The 42-year-old "Star" actor supposedly told the courts he was having a hard time finding work (he had a role on this past season of Lee Daniel's hit show) and only brings in $462 a month.  So they gave him the "low income adjustment." Hmm...

The site explained:

He previously told the court that he was having a hard time finding work and wasn’t even able to afford the required visitation monitor to see his child. Brawner and McCrary have previously filed restraining orders against each other in what has turned out to be a volatile breakup.

Darius McCrary’s required $29 per month payment is based off his reported income of $462 per month. The county noted it applied a “low-income adjustment” to cut him a break.

However, the actor is also required to pay for 50% of Zoey’s health and medical costs. He has a chance to oppose the proposed order from the county which was scheduled to become active June 1.

According to his IMDB, McCrary has a role in a film called “Way Out of Bounds,” which is due out next year. It’s unclear if the payment from that film will affect his child support obligations.

Darius caught wind of the report and decided to respond....on Father's Day. In so many words, he wants everyone to mind their business. He tweeted:

He didn't deny it. And he likely can't say much since there's gag order on the case, accoriding to him.

It seems Kim Kardashian West is keeping her word when it comes to her fight for prison reform. She's about to tackle another case. Just weeks after getting Trump to grant clemency for 63-year-old Alice Marie Johnson, Kim Kardashian West is ready to tackle her next case.

Now, she's looking into the case of of San Quentin death row inmate Kevin Cooper, who was convicted of a 1983 quadruple murder. He has been on death row for 33 years and will die of legal injection if nothing is done. He has maintained his innocence since the beginning.

According to the NY Times, Kevin found his son stabbed to death along with the bodies of Peggy and Doug Ryen (the homeowners), their 10-year-old daughter and their 8-year-old son, who was still breathing. He was picking his son up from a sleepover at the Ryens' house located in the Los Angeles suburb of Chino Hills.

Federal judge William A. Fletcher spoke out saying Kevin was on death row because "the San Bernardino Sheriff’s Department framed him." At least 10 other federal judges have also expressed concerns about Kevin's conviction. But, Kevin is STILL on death row.

This certainly isn't the first case where DNA could free an inmate.  In fact, a shocking amount of guilty & death row cases were overturned decades ago when DNA first started to be introduced in murder trials.

The "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" star retweeted an opinion piece written by Nicholas Kristof of the NY Times that questions Kevin's innocence and whether or not he was framed. Kim asked California Governor Edmund Brown if they would have a DNA test re-run in the case in her tweet:

In the article, journalist Nicholas Kristof wrote:

The evidence of police tampering is overwhelming. When lawyers working on Cooper’s appeal asked for DNA testing on a T-shirt believed to belong to the killer, the lab found Cooper’s blood on the shirt — but also something astonishing: The blood had test tube preservative in it! In other words, it appeared to have come from the supply of Cooper’s blood drawn by the police and kept in a test tube.

When the test tube was later examined, it had the DNA of at least two people in it. It appeared that someone had removed some of Cooper’s blood and then topped off the test tube with the blood of one or more other people to hide the deception.

What’s extraordinary about the case is that not only is it likely that Cooper is innocent, but that we also have a good idea who committed the murders.

The 10-year-old victim, Jessica Ryen, died with a clump of light hair in her hands, and the 8-year-old survivor, her brother, Joshua, repeatedly told investigators that the attackers had been three or four white men. Mr. Cooper is black.

So, the surviving victim told them the attackers were three or four white men, but Kevin is the one sitting on death row? SMH.

It's also reported witnesses told investigators that they saw three white men driving a station wagon, which was believed to be the family's car, away from the home around the times of the murders. It's reported the police were more focused on Kevin since he allegedly escaped prison and was reportedly near by when the murders happened.

Sounds like a case where white privilegde needs to meet white priviledge.  Enter Kim K.

No word back from Governor Brown just yet, but we'll keep you posted.

Over the weekend, Kim K appeared on CNN to chop it up with Van Jones about her prison reform fight. She helped great-grandmother Alice Marie Johnson get out of prison after serving 21 years. She revealed how the process to get Alice freed was months in the making. Now, she wants to continue her fight.

With her new political stance, would she consider running for president?

“I don’t really think that’s even on my mind,” she responded.

However, she also said "never say never." She explained Trump winning the presidency is why her husband Kanye West admires the president.

“I know, that’s why Kanye [West] loves him," she said. “It’s the idea that anything could happen,” she continued.
