There's now video proof that backs up Emily B.'s accusations about Fabolous threatening the lives of her family during that horrifying altercation.

Someone inside of Fabolous & Emily B.'s home recorded extra clear footage of the altercation between Fab and Em's family in their home's driveway.  The rapper lunged at Emily and her family several times while holding a sharp object and yelling, with a bodyguard standing in between them. You can also hear kids screaming in the background.

Emily claimed in an affadavit around Fab's assault and terroristic threats charges that Fab told Em's brother and father he "has a bullet with their name on it."  That is verified in the video, as well as Fab demanding to know why her family was there.

Emily called her family over to the house after Fab allegedly punched her 7 times and knocked out her two front teeth.  Ish then went left with guns getting involved.

Because of the incident, "the victim called her father to remove two handguns from the residence due to her fear that they may be used against her," according to the affidavit. When Jackson arrived at the Kenwood Street residence, he confronted the victim, her brother, and father, but then went to the upstairs of the residence looking for the handguns which had been removed.  

"When he could not locate the guns, the defendant left the house, but not before informing the victim, her father and her brother that he had a bullet for them," according to court documents.

Now, there's video from TMZ to back it up.  And it's just as horrifying as we thought.

The claims in the affidavit about this fight are most definitely confirmed with this video. That fact strengthens the credibility of Emily's other accusations that Fabolous punched her multiple times, knocking out her teeth.

Cardi B. is being accused of re-purposing another rapper's old beat and lyrics for her own "Be Careful" single. Check out the accusations with alleged video proof inside...

An IG account seems to have it all the way out for Cardi. A video, allegedly from 3-4 years ago, featuring a rapper/writer by the name of Pardison Fontaine, surfaced. It shows him rapping at least 30 seconds worth of a song with the exact same beat and lyrics as Cardi B.'s new song "Be Careful."

While a situation like this is usually referred to as a "reference track" to inspire an artist to use it in their own creative way, folks are calling foul on Cardi. She's being accused of not writing her own raps and simply taking old raps of someone else and re-purposing it verbatim, at least in part.

South African icon of the struggle, Winnie Mandela, has died.  Full story inside...

The icon, activist, famous, infamous and Nelson Mandela's second wife, Winnie Mandela, has died at age 81.

The African National Congress in the South African Parliament confirmed her death via Twitter today saying:

It is with great sadness to announce the passing of Cde Nomzamo Winnie Madikizela-Mandela today, 02 April 2018. A struggle icon has fallen. #RIPMamaWinniepic.twitter.com/xIJKDDVOkQ

As a staunch anti-apartheid supporter, Winnie stayed by her then-husband Nelson Mandela's side as he was imprisoned for 27 years on Robben Island. She campaigned for his release and for the rights of her black countrymen throughout that time, and wrecked havoc - in both good and questionable ways - upon his release.

After his release and the start of the shift in equality and justice in South Africa, Winnie was known as the "Mother of The Nation"

NBC News described her post apartheid actions as heroic, yet arguably in contrast often times with any progress made.

But while she was hailed as mother of the "new" South Africa by some, Madikizela-Mandela's legacy as an anti-apartheid heroine was tarnished by her actions after Nelson Mandela was released.

Her uncompromising methods and refusal to forgive contrasted sharply with the reconciliation espoused by her husband as he worked to forge a stable, pluralistic democracy from the racial division and oppression of apartheid.

The contradiction helped kill their marriage and destroyed the esteem in which she was held by many South Africans, although the firebrand activist retained the support of radical black nationalists to the end.

Winnie spent Easter Sunday yesterday at a church in Soweto, Bishop Gary Rivas said at a press conference shortly after her death was announced.

Her family put out a statement saying she died peacefully after a long illness:

"She succumbed peacefully in the early hours of Monday afternoon surrounded by her family and loved ones," the statement said.

"The Mandela family are deeply grateful for the gift of her life and even as our hearts break at her passing, we urge all those who loved her to celebrate this most remarkable woman."

"She dedicated most of her adult life to the cause of the people and for this was known far and wide as the Mother Of The Nation," the family's statement added.

While the end of apartheid marked the start of a string of legal and political troubles for Winnie, she once said, "I would do everything I did again if I had to. Everything."

Blac Chyna spent Easter weekend with her kids Dream and King at Magic Mountain.  Her boyfriend - who probably was mistaken as her oldest kid - YBN Almighty Jay was in the mix too.  It wasn't all bunnie and baskets though since Chyna was caught on video trying to fight a park goer.  Get it all inside....

Before he goes on the run again with his wife, Jay-Z is pulling up on David Letterman for his "My Next Guest Needs No Introduction" Netflix show.

The hair cut-free rapper breaks down what makes a great rapper, and sprinkles in some impressions of Snoop Dogg and Eminem.  In the interview, they also discuss family, politics and Jay-Z's personal life. 

Dave better ask which thirsty actresses keep trying to get at him (since we all know that Beyoncé biting incident wasn't the first time a chick caused some ruckus) and how he feels about Blue Ivy clearly running her parents.

Jay is also putting his money where his mouth is.  While he preaches #BlackExcellence and leveling the playing field to prevent injustices, he just unveiled The Shawn Carter Scholarship Foundation.  Alongside his mom Gloria Carter, the duo, through the Foundation, will provide financial support to high school students as well as undergraduate students entering college for the first time.

The award, which students up to the age of 25 can apply for, amount ranges from $1,500 – $2,500. 

"The Carter Foundation is a firm believer in helping young people not only reach their career goals but also establish a secure future," according to the release.

The scholarship money can be used for tuition, room and board, books, fees and other college-related expenses. And it's not just for 4-year college or traditional students.  All high school seniors, undergraduate students at two-year, vocational or trade school students are eligible as well.

Hov doesn't want any slackers, regardless of circumstances.  The scholarship specifically mentions formerly incarcerated individuals should also apply.  You need to have a minimum of a 2.0, earned a high school diploma or GED, have a strong desire to go to college, and a strong desire to give back to their communities. 

If you're trying to catch those racks, the deadline for this scholarship is April 30th.

Viola Davis and her husband were almost robbed while they were sleeping! Details on the super scary home invasion tha just happened, plus why Meek Mill isn't leaving jail anytime soon.

Guard the Emmy, Oscar & Tony! Burglars got good and bold recently over at Viola Davis' house.  The "How To Get Away With Murder" star and her husband (and likely their daughter Genesis) were fast asleep in their L.A. home when the sound of shattered glass woke them up.  The broken glass was from their window...in their second floor bedroom!  Chile, Annalise Keating ain't the one.

Reportedly, the would-be burglars tried to use a ladder to get into the home, and were quickly scared off thanks to the flip of the light switch.  TMZ reports:

We're told that Viola and her husband, Julius Tennon, were fast asleep in their bedroom on the second floor, when they were awakened by the sound of glass breaking ... glass from a door in their bedroom!

Turns out the burglars climbed a ladder to the second floor and jumped on the balcony that was off the master.

What in the world?! Viola and Julius now join the long list of celebs who've suffered a home break in around the L.A. area.

The incarcerated Meek Mill and his legal team have been trying their damndest to get the rapper an early release.  And their latest attempt was just rejected.  Issa no go for Meek getting out.

While Meek's team received no formal reason for the bail hearing request to be shut down, they did make claims the judge, Judge Brinkley, is biased and has a grudge toward the Phily rapper.  Meek's lawyer, Joe Tacopina, tells TMZ:

"This ruling from Judge Genece Brinkley simply reaffirms the fact she has turned Meek Mill's case into a personal vendetta."

Tacopina goes on ... "In spite of the recommendations from the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office, which was supported by Governor Tom Wolf, the judge continues to stand alone in supporting Officer Reginald Graham's perjured testimony as well as his criminal behavior that has been documented."

 

Judge Brinkley isn't letting them slander her name though.  She clapped back with a response:

 

In docs, Judge Brinkley defends herself ... saying there's NO reason for her to recuse herself from the case. She says there's "zero evidence" she ever asked Meek to give her a shout out in a song, as Meek's team has repeatedly claimed.

She also defends Meek's 2-4 year sentence, saying it was his 5th probation violation, he'd admitted drug use and failed to adhere to travel protocol.

Next stop for Meek and co. on their quest to Free Meek: The Pennsylvania Supreme Court.

Even though Chyna swore she had a good reason to fight the woman as she was simply protecting her kids, Rob says she's been making horrible decisions for months now.  When she turned baby Dream's stroller into a weapon, it was indeed the last straw.

Rob is set to file papers soon demanding a hge reduction in child support.  He says not only does Chyna make more money than him, but because of their last social media war (where he posted her naked body and sexcapades), his Instagram was ripped away from him.  He says that was his major source of income.  He also says since they have 50/50 custody, he shouldn't be paying this large amount.

There's also his issue with Chyna's new boy toyYBN Almighty Jay.  He doesn't want his child around the 18-year-old rapper.  So Rob says he wants an agreement that neither will bring children around a significant other until they've been dating that person for at least 6 moths.

Cardi B is set to return to "The Tonight Show" on April 9th, just days after she performs as the musical guest on "SNL."  It'll be her 3rd time chopping it up with host Jimmy Fallon, but this time, she's not stopping there as just a guest.  She'll also switch sides later in the night to become the first ever co-host!

Cutting up while interviewing celeb guests sounds like the perfect way celebrate the release of her new album, Invasion Of Privacy (dropping April 6th).

By the way, the US Open champ has withdrawn from the WTA's Volvo Car Open, citing mental and physical exhaustion after slaying the Miami Open. Stephens said in a statement she was sorry to miss the event, but her championship play in Miami "left me completely exhausted/fatigued both physically and mentally."

The shooter, who walked into Youtube's headquarters yesterday and shot wounded three people before turning the gun on herself, has been identified. And so has her alleged motives. Full story inside...

Authorities say San Diego resident Nasim Najafi Aghdam, who is in her late 30's, is the suspect who went on a rampage at Youtube's HQ in San Bruno, CA yesterday.  Before she killed herself with the same gun she shot at people with, she wounded three and a fourth person suffered an ankle injury while escaping the gunfire.

While a woman going on a shooting rampage is indeed a rare occurrence in the U.S., her motives stem from a grievance many on the video sharing platform have with company.  She took it to a level no one would expect though.

Before information on the shooter was unveiled, the internets were overrun with tongue-in-cheek predictions that the person likely was mad at Youtube's new restrictions and algorithms that have been affecting tons of people's revenue and page views.  Sadly, the predictions weren't wrong.

Aghdamn was apparently a disgruntled Youtube user who had four channels, one in Farsi, one in Turkish, one in English and one devoted to hand art. She had posted previously on the platform about Youtube employees' "narrow minded" views on age restrictions that adversely affected how often her videos were shown throughout the platform.  It apparently affected her revenue, and she lashed out:

"There is no equal growth opportunity on YOUTUBE or any other video sharing site, your channel will grow if they want to!!!!!" one post reads. "Youtube filtered my channels to keep them from getting views!"

When she walked into the building Tuesday, she reportedly screamed "Come get me!"

"I went outside with my electric skateboard and I started skating down, because I thought it was a fire," Senior software engineer Zach Voorhies told CNN affiliate KPIX. "I heard some yelling and I saw somebody down on his back with a red spot on his stomach." As they fled the building, he said, the shooter was in the courtyard yelling, " 'Come at me, or come get me!' "

Youtube terminated at least one of her accounts right after the shooting, with a message citing "multiple or severe violations" of its policy.

It's unclear at this time if Aghdamn knew the wounded victims, who are in serious, critical and fair conditions.

Interestingly, Aghdamn's brother told CNN that he alerted police about her erratic behavior prior to her attack.  Over the weekend, he was unable to get in touch with her.  When her car was discovered 700 miles away near Youtube HQ, he called authorities.

 

"I Googled 'Mountain View,' and it was close to YouTube headquarters. And she had a problem with YouTube," said Aghdam's brother, who did not want to be identified. So he called police to say "she went all the way from San Diego, so she might do something."

San Bruno police Chief Ed Barberini said on "Good Morning America" today that it's unclear if those concerns were made known to the local PD.

"We know that she was reported missing by her family in San Diego on the 31st of March, and that she was located in a community about 30 miles south of us early Tuesday morning," Barberini said. "I don't know what concerns were conveyed to that police department, or how or where those concerns were relayed to. So that is something we're looking into."

Google CEO Sundar Pichai sent a message to employees following the shooting that read:

"I know a lot of you are in shock right now.  Over the coming days, we will continue to provide support to help everyone in our Google family heal from this unimaginable tragedy."

Between 2000 and 2016, there were 220 incidents of active shooter incidents in the US. Only nine of involved female shooters.

Fabolous is facing up to five years in prison, if he's convicted of the alleged horrific assault on girlfriend Emily B.  He's also sub-posting about the situation and still performing.  Plus, Safaree got jacked again, and there's an update.  Deets inside...

While the charges of aggravated assault and making terroristic threats was already known, now we know to what degree.

According to Bossip, Fab's facing one count of third-degree aggravated assault and one count of making terroristic threats in the third degree, all based on a complaint the site obtained.

Emily said in an affidavit that last month that Fabolous (aka John Jackson) punched her 7 times, resulting in her two front teeth getting knocked out.  She also claimed to have received texts from him stating he wanted to kill her. When she called her father and other men in her family to come remove guns from the house she shares with Fab, another confrontation went down.  That one was caught on video, along with Fab yielding a sharp weapon-like object.

The Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office is trying the case, and if convicted, the rapper faces 3-5 years in state prison. Fabolous is currently out on bond and due in court later in April.

He said they would definitely be caught, and they reportedly have.

Police got involved, and confirmed he had been robbed for approximately $183K worth of cash and jewelry. Cops chased down the culprits over the George Washington Bridge, after they fled from Ft. Lee, NJ where the robbery occurred.

TMZ states"at one point the suspects crashed their car and fled on foot." The suspects have been identified as Jonathan Ricketts and Shawn Harewood.

Safaree's attorney, James Leonard Jr. said about the fiasco:

"This was not some random stick up attempt, this was an ambush specifically targeting Safaree by several men with guns. The actual facts of what happened are chilling and it is only by the grace of god that this incident did not have a different ending and for that we are extremely grateful."

Sheesh!  Glad he's OK.

When you have kids it’s a constant struggle when trying to capture the perfect family photo where everyone is smiling while looking at the camera. Parents know that life.

Well, the Wests experienced the family photo struggle over the holiday weekend.

Kanye and Kim Kardashian West rounded up their kiddies, North, Saint and baby Chicago West, for their first Easter picture together with their newest bundle of joy. But, photographer Marcus Hyde had trouble getting the kiddies to corporate for the flick. However, the picture didn’t turn out too bad. No one was crying, North held up the peace sign and baby Chicago was sleeping peacefully.

“I don’t think you really understand how hard it is to take a good family pic. This was all we got before all three kids started crying. I think I cried too,” the “Keeping Up With The Kardashians” star said on Instagram.

Yes, no one else understands because no one else has kids, Kim.

Meanwhile...

Steph and pregnant Ayesha Curry got dressed up in matching pajamas with their daughters, Riley & Ryan, over the holiday weekend. "My little family! God is good. Can’t believe there’s only 3ish months until there’s 5 of us," Ayesha captioned. We still don't know whether the Currys will be welcoming a boy or a girl yet, but we're keeping our fingers crossed for a boy!

The Central Michigan University student accused of fatally shooting his parents inside his dorm room will not go to trial. Details inside…

There’s an update involving the Central Michigan University student who shot and killed his parents last month.

19-year-old James E. Davis Jr. is being accused of murdering his mother and father inside his dorm room. Now, he has reportedly been found incompetent to stand trial after he was charged with two counts of open murder and a firearm violation.  He will receive treatment until he is able to stand trial.

It is an incredibly sad and shockingly horrific story.

On March 2nd, James Eric Davis Sr., 48, and Diva Davis, 47, showed up at Central Michigan University to pick up their son for spring break. It’s unclear what happened once they got there, but James Jr. shot and killed his father, a police officer in Bellwood, Illinois, and his mother, a flight attendant, then fled the scene.

Police went on a 16-hour manhunt before finding him around railroad tracks near the school's campus.  CMU Police Chief William Yeagley said Davis was found “cold …hypothermic and not making sense”. He was admitted to a hospital under police supervision.

The night before the shootings, it’s reported James Jr. told campus police someone was out to kill him. When the campus officers pressed him for more info and how he knew this, Davis reportedly said "he just had a feeling" and was acting illogically.  When asked what he needed to feel safe, he said "he's good" and was "going home tomorrow." When campus police examined elevator surveillance video to see what happened prior to Davis' coming to them, Davis was seen laughing with another person and no crimes being committed.

Hours later, around 1:15am, campus police saw Davis rolling his suitcases down a dorm hall and asked him what was going on.  He responded illogically again, and the police suspected his erratic behavior was drug induced.  Police transported Davis to the hospital immediately and phoned his mother, Diva, who agreed drugs may be the root cause.  When she and James Sr. arrived to the hospital the next day to retrieve their son, they brought him back to the dorm.  That's when James Jr. was seen on surveillance camera going to the parking lot, retrieving a gun that was likely registered to his police officer father from a car, then returning back to the Campbell Hall dorm where his parents were.  James Davis Sr. & Diva Davis were then shot and killed.

It is unclear if this was a drug-induced situation and/or if James Jr. suffered a psychological/emotional break.  It is a tragedy either way.

James Jr.s brother, Russell, a divinity student, posted on his Facebook page, "I STILL LOVE MY BROTHER! I want him safe, supported and prayed for just like my sister Alexis Davis and I...Please don’t make a villain of my brother... that is NOT who he is... and despite the circumstances, he also lost a mother and father... And I LOVE him. Consider that!?

The Bellwood police chief, Jiminez Allen, said in a statement that Davis Sr. “had served admirably as a part-time police officer in the Bellwood Police Department and his contributions to our community positively impacted everyone he served and served with.”   He had worked for the department since 1999. He was also a Illinois National Guard veteran who served in Operation Iraqi Freedom. His full settlement is below.

“Personally, and on behalf of Mayor Andre F. Harvey, the Village Trustees, the Bellwood Police Department, and all the residents of the Village of Bellwood, I extend my sincere and heartfelt condolences to the family and friends of James E. Davis Sr. and his wife Diva Davis on the heels of their tragic and untimely death on the campus of Central Michigan University. Since 1999 Officer Davis has admirably served as a part-time police officer in the Bellwood Police department and his contribution to a community positively impacted everyone he served and served with while we wait additional details, we will provide great counseling and other supportive services to those in need. We will also provide assistance requested by our fellow law-enforcement agencies as they were card to seek justice. May they rest in peace.”

Also, Diva was breast cancer survivor.

Just a horrific situation all around.  Our thoughts, prayers and wishes of peace go out to all who are affected by this tragedy.

Stephon Clark’s brother Stevante Clark has been acting out following the death of his brother at the hands of the Sacramento Police. Now, folks are wondering if he’s doing his brother a disservice with his antics. Also, black women are feeling some type of way when it comes to marching/supporting Stephon after his death. Find out why inside…

On March 18, 2018, 22-year-old Stephon Clark was gunned down by Sacramento police officers in his grandparents’ back yard.

According to reports, Stephon was shot a total of 8 times with 6 shots hitting him in the back, according to an independent autopsy retained by the family. Police officers previously claimed they opened fire (letting off at least 20 shots) because Stephon came charging at them with something in his hand. It was later revealed that Stephon was simply holding his cellphone.

Apparently, officers were responding to a 911 call about a man breaking car windows in the neighborhood. It’s unclear if Stephon was the suspect they were looking for, but Sacramento County Sheriff’s deputies circling the area in a helicopter spotted Stephon in a backyard near where the alleged car vandalism was happening.

Officers entered the front yard of Stephon’s grandparents’ home (where he was staying) and spotted him on the side of the house where they began chasing him. In a matter of seconds, one officer yelled at Stephon to show his hands, then he yelled ‘gun, gun, gun’ and next thing you know shots ring out. It took officers over 5 minutes before making any contact with Stephon after he was shot.

Following Stephon’s death, his brother, Stevante Clark, has been quite vocal in an effort to honor his brother’s legacy. And not everyone's happy about how he's going about it.

Stevante rounded up some family, supporters and activists to invade a recent Sacaramento City Council meeting. Stephon’s brother jumped on top of the desk in front of Mayor Darrell Steinberg while leading the group with a chant of his brother’s name. He then approached the podium where he addressed the crowd about how the mayor has failed the city, poverty and issues in the community like gangs.

Old tweets Stephon posted a few years ago have been dug up that have black women feeling some type of way when it comes to supporting/advocating for him following his death. Why? Well, it's simple. Stephon, who has children with an Asian woman, didn't like black women and he made it known.

There are also some screenshots of tweets making their rounds on social media allegedly posted by Stephon's Asian girlfriend where she uses the n-word and talks about not wanting dark babies.

This video has since gone viral with Youtube star Chyna Fox explaining why this rhetoric is so problematic in the fight to make black lives, which includes black women's lives, matter. While there are women who have decided to not take on Stephon's particular battle with physical protests, they are not saying he deserved to die or that no one else should take up the protest.

Suge Knight doesn’t appear to be doing well and was sent to the hospital right before he was set to stand trial for murder. Get the latest, plus what Russell Simmons had to say about his newest rape allegation inside…

It's STILL not looking good for Suge Knight.

It’s no secret Suge Knight isn’t doing the best while behind bars. Now, he’s in the hospital.

According to TMZ, the former Death Row Records honcho, who’s waiting to go on trial for murder, was rushed to the hospital from the L.A. County jail on Tuesday around 11AM. And he’s not doing well. He’s been there for two days. It’s unclear what exactly sent him to the hospital.

As you may know, Suge has been treated for blood clots since his incarceration in 2015 after he wascharged with murder and attempted murder following his hit-and-run incident where he ran over two men in a Compton parking lot, killing 55-year-old Terry Carter. He pleaded not guilty and said he acted in self-defense. As for his deteriorating health, he also underwent emergency appendix surgery in March 2016 and there was that one time he passed out during a court hearing.

The founder of Death Row Records, who copped his 16th lawyer last month, was due to face trial on April 9th, but it was postponed two weeks ago amid his legal team shakeup. He’ll be due back in court on April 23rd. God willing.

In other legal woes...

A few months ago, we told you Russell Simmons was being sued for $5 million after aspiring filmmaker Jennifer Jarosik came forward with claims that he raped her inside of his Beverly Hills home in exchange to fund her project. You can read all of the paperwork here.

Now, the Hip Hop mogul is responding to her lawsuit. He says ALL of their encounters were consensual and that she’s only looking for a quick come up. Not only that, he bashed her parenting skills and said she has mental issuesas well.

The Blast reports:

Simmons claims Jennifer Jarosik is lying about the accusation the Def Jam mogul raped her because she has allegedly been found by a court to have a “propensity to exaggerate.” They say she suffers from “16 untreated mental health issues,” and has even been found “unfit to properly parent her young 17 [sic] son.”

The filing claims those “same qualities” are evident in Jarosik’s complaint, which they claim is filled with lies against Simmons who “has only ever tried to help her.”

He has admitted the two had a consensual relationship over the years, but Simmons says Jarosik regularly sent him e-mails and messages pursuing a serious relationship, and that she confided in him about her “abandonment issue caused by her father.” After the alleged incident in 2016 where Jarosik claims Simmons raped her, he says she sent “unsolicited nude photos.”

Perry C. Wander, Jennifer's attorney, responded to Russell's claiming telling the site, "Ms. Jarosik is a loving mother and a good parent and her parenting abilities have no relevance in this matter."

Russell has his hands full these days. Outside of this lawsuit, he’s also beinginvestigated by the NYPD after two other women came forward with rape and sexual assault allegations. As of now, about 14 women have come forward with sexual assault allegations, resulting in Russell stepping down from his own company, Def Jam.

Safaree Samuels had to learn the hard way about fake friends.

Apparently, one of the men who robbed him at gunpoint recently is one of his former friends. The robbery had him SHOOK too. He broke down in tears hours after the incident when he showed up for an interview on Angie Martinez's Power 105 show. It’s reported the robbers stole $183,000 in cash and jewelry.

Ain’t that some ish?

A photo of the “Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood” star, his ex-girlfriend Nicki Minaj and one of the alleged robbers, Shawn Harewood, has surfaced. The flick was snapped inside a club in Queens where they were celebrating Safaree’s birthday in either 2011 or 2012. According to the report, Safaree and Shawn have been cool since they were 14-years-old. We know they were at least cordial a few years ago, but no word on how they fell out. It’s reported the two haven’t spoken since Safaree and Nicki broke up in 2014.

Plenty of time for a “snake” to come up with a master plan to rob the reality star/rapper. And Safaree doesn’t make it hard for someone looking to make a come up as he’s always flashing his jewelry and sharing his whereabouts. We’re not saying that to justify his friend robbing him because no one deserves that, but these celebrities need to start being proactive when it comes to these type situations.

As previously reported, police captured Shawn and his accomplice Jonathan Ricketts on foot in Manhattan after being chased across the George Washington Bridge from New Jersey.

Have to be mindful of these snakes in the grass...even the ones from your past.

In other news..

Nick Gordon just lucked up once again.

According to The Blast, Nick avoided any charges stemming from that domestic violence situation involving his current girlfriend Laura Leal that went down last month. It was reported Nick called the cops on Laura because she wouldn’t leave his residence. He said she threw a bottle at him and ripped his shirt. However, Laura made claims he hit her on the right side of her face several times and he also allegedly pulled her hair. She eventually changed up her story and denied under oath that Nick struck her or held her against her will.

“With no independent witnesses to the incident, prosecutors do not have a good faith basis on which to proceed to trial,” prosecutors in Seminole County, Florida said.

Remember when he tried to "explain" what happened that night?

This isn't the couple's first time being involved in a domestic situation. In June 2017, Nick was facing two charges of domestic violence battery and kidnapping/false imprisonment of an adult. She oddly dropped the charges, so the case was closed. As you know, Gordon was found “legally responsible” in November 2016 for Bobbi Kristina’s death and was ordered to pay more than $36 million to her estate.

Run Laura. Run.
