Meek Mill is trying his damnedest to get out of jail, especially after this investigative report came out exposing his arresting officer. In unfortunate news, Fantasia is currently mourning the death of her nephew was fatally shot. Get it all inside…

Meek Mill is NOT giving up when it comes to his freedom. As you all know, he’s currently serving a 2-4 year prison sentence for violating his probation. But, since he’s been behind bars, he and his legal team have been working hard for his freedom.

First, the MMG rapper and his team tried to have Judge Genece Brinkley taken off his case due to her being too “emotionally invested.”

Now, Meek’s team has filed a new petition requesting his release from jail on bond. Why? Well, he claims Officer Reginald Graham, the cop who originally arrested him in 2007, is DIRTY and a new investigate report backs those claims.

TMZ got their hands on the court documents, which saay Meek’s case should be thrown out because another officer, named Gerold Gibson, claims Officer Graham LIED when he wrote in the police report that Meek pointed a gun at him. Officer Gibson revealed the "Dreams & Nightmares" rapper only took the gun out of his waistband to discard it. He also said Officer Graham lied about the rapper resisting arrest. Well damn.

So, where is all this coming from? Apparently the Philadelphia Inquirer released an investigative report about a “list of Philly cops with a history of lying, abuse, and racial bias.”

In the report, it’s said the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office keeps a secret list of police officers who reportedly can not be considered credible witnesses in court.

Pitchfork has a few details in the investigative report:

In addition to referencing the Inquirer’s report, Meek’s lawyers cited sworn affidavits from two former Philadelphia police officers who question Graham’s credibility. Jerold Gibson claimed he was present for the 2007 arrest and contradicted many points made by Graham during Mill’s trial. He disputed Graham’s claims that Mill pointed a gun at anyone, that officers were forced to yell “drop the gun,” and that Meek attempted to flee.

The second officer, Jeffrey Walker, detailed multiple experiences with Graham before and after Mill’s arrest. Among other things, he claimed that Graham “frequently stole” money found during searches and “often beat people he considered suspects.” Walker also claimed that Graham fabricated the probable cause for search warrants and lied about the justification for warrantless searches. According to Wlker, Graham’s preliminary arrest report for Mill’s case “bears the hallmarks of a fraudulent affidavit, written to manufacture probable cause for the search warrant.”

With this new information, Meek wants his conviction thrown out, which means he wouldn’t be on probation and he could be released from. If charges aren’t withdrawn or dismissed, the rapper’s attorneys will be seeking a new trial.

They might be on to something this go around.

In very sad news...

It’s always hard losing a loved one, especially a love one who is young and has the rest of the lives ahead of them.

Unfortunately for Fantasia, that’s her reality right now.

The Grammy winner’s 18-year-old nephew, Tyquan Vonricco Washington, was shot and killed in Greensboro, North Carolina on Wednesday (February 14th). Valentine’s Day will never be the same again for the singer.

"Ty Auntie is So Sorry Baby. RIP to my Oldest Nephew Please Pray for his Mother and my Brother @riccobarrino & his Stepdad," Fanny wrote on Instagram as she mourned her young nephew.

While nothing can relieve the pain of losing a loved one, the police have reportedly arrested 21-year-old suspect David Lee White, Jr. He has been charged with first-degree murder and is in jail without bond. It’s reported the men had some type of dispute before the shooting, but it’s unclear what the dispute was about.

Director Ryan Coogler turned Black Panther into a film he never got to see as a kid. Find out what he told TheYBF.com about how this film measures up to a few Hollywood titans, plus find out how Black Panther took over the box office last night inside…

It’s the BIGGEST movie of the year and we’re only in February. Trust, Black Panther is set to do some amazing things at the box office and we can already see the Oscar nominations to come.

Director Ryan Coogler made sure he created the movie of the year even before we knew it was going to climb to such astronomical heights. We sat down with the 31-year-old film director to pick his brain about all this all black cast came into fruition.

The award winning director told us, for him, Black Panther is like that Denzel Washing/Will Smith movie he never got to see as a kid. He knew THIS was his opportunity to create that magic with stars like Chadwick Boseman and Michael B. Jordan on the big screen.

“Coming up in the 90s, we had like three of these male stars that could front any kind of movie,” he told TheYBF.com's correspondent Unique Chapman. “They can act, they can do action, they can be funny, they can be funny. It was Denzel [Washington], it was Will [Smith] and it was Wesley [Snipes] and they were never in a movie together for whatever reason.”

“Like for me, this was like the opportunity,” he continued. “Chad can front his own movie. Mike can front his own movie. I had the chance to make that Denzel/Will Smith movie I never got to see.”

Marvel's superhero film raked in a whopping $25.2 million this morning, making it the 2nd best Thursday preview ever for a Marvel film following Avengers: Age of Ultron ($27.6M). Black Panther beat out Captain America: Civil War, which brought in $25 million. Woot!

We're just going to say it, we're not feeling the "Bodak Yellow" rapper's look. It's giving us Cruella de Vil-who-suddenly-wanted-to-experiment-with-prints vibes for some reason. However, it's an ensemble ripped straight from Marc Jacobs' Spring 2018 RTW collection.  And FW is the time to go balls to the wall.  So do you boo.

Movie theaters all across the nation are about to be LIT this weekend with the opening of Black Panther. Get the deets on how celebs and community leaders are pitching in to make sure as many kids as possible get to experience the greatness.

If you’re headed to the movie theater this weekend, it’ll likely look like a black family reunion as several groups have united to provide FREE viewings of the year’s hottest movie, Black Panther. That's in addition to the masses of individuals copping tickets at a record rate.  And we can thank social media for that.

The #BlackPantherChallenge became quite popular on social media where people were challenged to provide free tickets to ensure young, black children get a chance to see the star ensemble of black actor and actresses on the big screen.

Churches, youth groups, student groups, sororities, fraternities and family groups are buying out the box office to celebrate the Marvel superhero movie. And it couldn’t have been released in a better month than this one: Black History Month. The superhero film is currently in the process of making history with the box office numbers. The film has already raked in $25.2 million from the preview night.

The Black Panther soundtrack's Executive Producer and curator Kendrick Lamar and his TDE President Top Dawg are sending three housing projects in his hometown of Compton to see the flick for free.  They rented out 3 different theaters for 5 showings, according to Fader.

 

Children from the Watts housing projects will be eligible to attend the screening with almost 1000 seats being made available after Anthony "Top Dawg" Tiffith bought out 5 shows in 3 different theaters on Saturday, February 17.

Kids in the Nickerson Gardens, Jordan Downs, and Imperial Courts Projects able to gain entry to the screening by visiting their respective housing development offices.

Harlem native Frederick Joseph launched a GoFundMe to take all of the kids from the neighborhood Boys & Girls to see the film. He reached his goal and even surpassed it with the campaign spreading beyond NYC:

Viola Davis, Ellen DeGeneres, Chelsea Clinton and several other celebs donated to the cause.

Businessman Rodger Jackson and his partners, who produce the “No Chiraq” web series and own the streaming platform The-I, joined forces to rent out a theater in Chicago and give tickets to local non profits.

"Once I posted about it [to social media] my inbox started blowing up," Jackson said. "We just want to get as many kids as we could to see Black Panther."

Other groups are putting their money up too: Chicago youth group Top Teens will be providing free tickets, Capital City Black Film Fest will send 200 youth in Austin, TX to see the film, and Trinity United Church of Christ in Chicago plan to attend the film in groups of 150-300. The church has already bought out seven screenings of the film.

"We’re trying to cash in on the intellectual, educational value of having a discussion about black images in media,” Pastor Otis Moss III said. “Films are public texts that allow us to speak about our values, speak about politics and speak about culture. And it is very important for the African-American community to expand their imagination and one of the areas where imagination has been limited is within the traditional mainstream Hollywood imagery of black people on screen."

In Sacramento, Cyrus Mulitalo, a Sacramento State football hall of famer, will be sending 200 kids to see the movie on Saturday. And as we previously reported, Oscar winning actress Octavia Spencer bought out two theaters in Mississippi so children will get a chance to see the film.

Black Panther has officially met the levels of epicness we knew it would.  It raked in hundreds of millions of dollar this weekend, and proved that the black dollar and a black cast are both, in fact, magic. 

Find out how it's doing during this 4-day Holiday weekend inside...

Black Panther is awesome AF.  And Marvel's now got the numbers to back that up.

King T'Challa and his super fierce Dora Milaje slashed up the box office to the tune of $192M over this traditional 3-day weekend.  When you toss in tomorrow's Presidents Day estimate, we're talking a $218M 4-day weekend opening, per Disney's reports!

Deadline broke down how this measures up against all other Marvel Films, with Panther officially coming in 5th on the 3-day chart:

Industry estimates indicating a $195M three-day for Marvel’s Black Panther and a $225M 4-day. That four-day is a wild number, some have it as low as $218M and others well north of $230M. Saturday raked in $65.9M per Disney. Per Disney’s call, Black Panther at this point is the 5th highest opening of all-time on the 3-day chart after Avengers ($207.4M) and before Avengers: Age of Ultron ($191.3M), and it’s beating the four-day take of the latter ($204.4M).

The numbers are quite close, and it's a MAJOR feat for the A+ CinemaScore flick.

No longer can studios claim black-led movies don't appeal to a mass audience, because Black Panther is yet another movie that proves otherwise. While Blacks made up a reported 37% of ticketholders, Whites made up 35% with Latino and Asian groups also clocking in some numbers. And women are flexing their consumer power as well:

Screen Engine/ComScore PostTrak reports 37% African Americans attending, followed by 35% Caucasian, 18% Hispanic and 5% Asian (they update their exit polls throughout the weekend as they continually poll). Still 95% overall positive. 18-24 demo was very huge at 36%. Leading demos: Men under 25 (29%), men 25+ (27%), women 25+ (23%) and women under 25 (21%).

As Lupita Nyong'o and Danai Gurira take over South Africa this weekend with a Panther premiere, the international box office for the flick is equally lit.

Studios and PR machines love to make ridiculous claims that "black-led movies don't resonate overseas", but once again, the proof is in the pudding. As of Saturday, the flick was on par for a $81.5M international opening:

It is now outperforming not only Ant-Man, Guardians Of The Galaxy and Doctor Strange, but Thor: Ragnarok and is on its way to besting all pre-weekend projections. It should cross $150M in 48 markets through Sunday.

Another biggie: "Fandango is reporting a significantly higher rate of repeat customers for Black Panther than it has seen for other superhero movies on an opening weekend," this according to Deadline.

Celebs and community leaders have been buying out theaters left and right to show Black Panther.  Serena Williams - who rented out a San Francisco theater for a group of surprised YBF youngins from Girls Who Code - summed it up best:

"We've never had a superhero movie," Serena told the group ... "So, we're so excited. I feel like I've waited my whole life for this."

(Given, Blade and a few other black superheroes have graced the big screen. But it's definitely a first for an almost all-black cast superhero movie like Panther.)

Jamie Foxx was doing a pre-All Star Celebrity game interview this weekend when he made it clear - Don't ask him about Katie Holmes! But bruh, we already know wassup. Catch his silent tantrum inside...

Jamie Foxx must not realize we've seen all the pics and videos of him and his bae Katie Holmes.  Many of said pics were snapped thanks to him bringing her as his date to very public events like Clive Davis' annual pre-Grammy dinner.

We guess, though, he wants to act like it's still some secret.  Maybe he's scared of the Scientology folks, who once controlled Katie's life via her ex-husband (and Jamie's good friend) Tom Cruise?  Maybe he's making a failed attempt at being "private"?

Who knows.  What we do know is, he will walk off if you ask him about the former Dawson's Creek star during a live interview.

While chopping it up with "SportsCenter" host Michael Smith on Friday night during the All Star Celebrity game, Mike asked him whether he'd practiced with Katie.  Then, ish ended. Abruptly.

So, about Fergie's National Anthem performance during the 2018 NBA All-Star Game. It was train wreck. Check out her performance inside, plus the hilarious celeb reactions...

Let’s just call a spade a spade.

Fergie didn’t do the National Anthem any justice to kick off the 2018 NBA All-Star game held at the Staples Center last night. In fact, she butchered it.  That is, if you were expecting even a semi-traditional performance.

The former Black Eyed Peas singer tuned "The Four" singing competition judge tried to put her own spin on the song, but she failed. Miserably.  Well, this according to the internets.  And she got slow roasted for her slow, seductive verion of our Anthem.

It was different, sure.  It was NO Whitney Houston rendition, though, by far.

We’re not the only ones who realized how cringey it was. At one point during her performance, the whole Staples Center seemingly burst into laughter. It's so baffling because Fergie has a set of pipes on her.

We just want to know if Diddy, who was there front and center, would let his fellow judge make it to the next round on "The 4" with this performance.

We were just minding our own business basking in our Black Panther opening weekend emotional high when some foolywang material rudely interrupted out Twitter TL.

Stripper turned Video Vixen turned social media star turned Reality Star went and checked off the last box in the Instagram build-a-body handbook.  She's got a sex tape.

The snippet that is roaming the internet streets thanks to an anonymous uploader shows the mom of two performing - what Twitter shadeologsts are calling lackluster - oral sex on a man.

For a woman who clearly lives by the life mantra that Sex Sells, and we're not even all that mad at that, you wouldn't know it by looking at this little snippet.

While we can hear the man giving her directions and pointers as the two do what they do, you can't see his face.  You can clearly see it's Chyna, though.

We're more interested in knowing who the man is, and if he's one of the two thirstbuckets she dated after breaking up with ex-fiance Rob Kardashian.

Chyna's pissed, allegedly, and has called in the authorities.  It wouldn't be the first time she and her legal team have had to strike back at leakers.  Remember when Rob posted all the naked pics she sent to him?  Yeah, well this takes it one step further.

Chyna apparently claims she has nothing to do with it, and her lawyer Walter Mosely says "it's a criminal matter."

We highly doubt this will hurt her reputation or her Instagram following of 14 million.

1. Yes, it’s all about the game at an NBA event, but when celeb kiddies make an appearance its hard not to keep your eyes off of them.

Blue Ivy was busy stealing the show courtside at the Staples Center during the 2018 NBA All-Star Game last night. The 6-year-old, seated between her mother Beyonce, grandmother Tina Lawson and Tina’s husband Richard Lawson, was having tons of fun tossing the ball back and forth with “Uncle” Diddy.

Then, the Houston Rockets mascot walked over and picked big sister Blue up to do the “twist” while Uncle Diddy snapped flicks. We were on the edge of our chairs hoping bodyguard Julius didn’t pop out of nowhere and bodyslam him.

2. Before the game kicked off, team captains LeBron James and Steph Curry addressed the crowd, announcing that they were playing to donate money to charity. The winning team’s charity will receive $350,000 and the losing team’s charity will still get a prize, totaling $150,000. 3. King James chose the After-School All-Stars Los Angeles, and Steph picked the Brotherhood Crusade.

This was the first year where two captains were chosen and they built their own squad verses how it was done in previous years where the Eastern Conference went up against the Western Conference.

Team LeBron defeated Team Steph, 148-145. It was a CLOSE game in the fourth quarter. However, Bron and his handpicked teammates took home the victory. Black Panther hotties Chadwick Boseman and Michael B. Jordan enjoyed some downtime at the game last night, snapping it up with boxing champ Floyd Mayweather and “black-ish” actor Anthony Anderson respectively.

Comedian Tracy Morgan and "Wild 'N Out" host Nick Cannon were decked out in their jerseys for the game.

By the way, Tracy will be returning to television in his new comedy series "The Last O.G.," also starring Tiffany Haddish. It premieres April 3rd at 10:30pm EST on TBS.

Chance The Rapper and Dave Chappelle stopped for a photo-op. Chance's Chi-town homie Common was also in the mix.

Host Kevin Hart posted a hilarious caption to this picture of himself with his son Hendrix Hart, Ludacris and LeBron James. He wrote, "This picture looks like the bar on your cell phone that shows you how much reception you have" Ha!

British actor Daniel Kaluuya, who stars in Black Panther, had plenty to celebrate at the 2018 EE British Academy Film Awards (BAFTA) held at Grosvenor House in London. The Get Out actor copped the Rising Star award for his incredible performance in critically acclaimed horror film. And he wouldn’t be where he is now if it wasn’t for his mother.

“Mum, you're the reason why I started, why I'm here, you're the reason I keep going. This is yours. Love peace lets get it,” he said.

He was up against Tessa Thompson, Florence Pugh, Josh O’Connor, and Timothée Chalamet. Actress Octavia Spencer, who’s in the running for another Academy Award for her role in The Shape of Water, and Margot Robbie presented Daniel with the award.

The Cash Money honcho stopped by the “Wendy Williams Show” to promote his three-part movie about the rise of Cash Money titled, Before Anythang (no typo): The Story Behind The Cash Money Records Empire.

Of course, he was asked about his love life and he didn’t hesitate to stan out for his woman.

“That’s my girl, my friend, my family. That’s my love, my solider, my life. She’s my life. I love her to death.”

Wendy told Birdman, who preferred for the daytime TV host to call him Brian, when she first heard about their relationship, she was against it, basically because they’re from two different worlds.

“I’m a gangsta. Certified too. But, what that got to do with love?”

He revealed they’ve known each other for like 17-18 years and then things just happened.

When asked about Toni wearing that huge diamond engagement ring, he responded, “For life.” Sounds like he knows exactly what he wants!

Everyone knows the drama between Lil Wayne and Birdman/Cash Money. Weezy is suing Birdman for $51 million in hopes of ending his contract with the label. While they still haven’t patched things up, Birdman is hopeful they’ll reconcile.

“I will fix that [referring to his relationship with Wayne]. In a minute, it’ll all self explain itself. I didn’t come here to explain that. I just came here to be apart of your show. It’s nothing I can explain. But, in due time what I can tell you is, at some point in life you’re going to see me and Wayne working together again.”

So where is Nicki Minaj? We haven't seen her pop up at any events and her last Instagram post was December 30th.

“I can’t speak for Nicki. She has her own philosophy, but I do know she’s in the studio a lot and she’s working real hard.”

Season 2 of the hit FX series “Atlanta” is FINALLY about to come back to our televisions and we are more than happy about it. No more waiting. It’ll be back in just a few weeks set to air March 1st. Mark your calendars. 

Before the new season debuts, the “Atlanta” star aligned at The Theatre inside the Ace Hotel in LA for the west coast premiere. The new season has been dubbed, "Atlanta Robbin' Season" and it sounds like an indication of what fans can expect in the upcoming episodes.

The show’s star and creator Donald Glover made sure he was on the scene serving up 70s vibes. As you may know, production of Atlanta had to be put on hold while he worked on other projects, including Spider-Man: Homecoming and Solo: A Star Wars Story. He’s currently doing voice over work to play Simba in the upcoming Lion King film too.

Oh, and he no longer goes by his rap moniker Childish Gambino.

Donald’s co-stars Brian Tyree Henry and Lakeith Stanfield certainly stepped out the box with their ensembles. And we’re not exactly sure why Lakeith was trying to be icognito with the face mask.

Star Zazie Beetz rocked a white gown on the blue carpet for the show's premiere. If you didn't know, she's gearing up to kick a** in the upcoming Deadpool sequel. Woot!

A woman claims Trey Songz smacked her in the face during All-Star weekend. Get those deets, plus the Dallas Mavericks’ response to the inappropriate behavior and domestic violence claims by two employees inside…

Trey Songz is being accused of being violent towards a woman again.

According to reports, a woman claims Mr. Steal Your Girl SMACKED her in the face while partying it up during NBA All-Star weekend.

Here’s what she says went down…

The woman claims she was having fun at a party in Hollywood Hills, mixing and mingling when Trigga got upset that she was talking to another man. Apparently, his anger got the best of him while they were arguing and he struck her in the face. She tells TMZ she immediately left the party and went to the hospital. Soon after, she went to the police to show them her minor injuries.

Now, the authorities are involved. The L.A. City Attorney will review the case and determine it Trey should be charged. Sheesh.

This isn’t his first accusation of violence made by a woman. In December 2017, a Philly woman sued the singer for $50,000 for allegedly attacking her outside of a strip club he made in appearance in May 2017.

She claims she tried to snap a picture of him in the parking lot and that’s when he smacked the phone out of her hand, which flew onto her face, breaking her glasses. Now, she wants him (and the venue) to pay up.

Oh Trey.

Well, this is a doozy.

The Dallas Mavericks are responding to allegations of inappropriate behavior and domestic violence arrests involving former team president Terdema Ussery and Mavs.com writer Earl Sneed, respectively.

Sports Illustrated released an investigative report that rang the alarm on the toxic workplace culture. Former team president Terdema Ussery was accused of sexual misconduct in the workplace. Meanwhile, Mavs.com writer Earl Sneed’s domestic violence arrests were also brought to the forefront.

Here’s a breakdown of the investigative report:

• Ussery became CEO of the Mavericks in 1997. One year later, in 1998, the organization conducted an investigation into reports of his inappropriate behavior. He kept his job, but a new human resources director was hired.

• Multiple women accused Ussery of harassing them, including unwelcome physical contact and requests for sex. The women spoke to SI and showed the magazine logs dating back years and detailing his behavior. Ussery denied these accusations.

• Ussery left the Mavericks in 2015 for a job at Under Armour. He resigned after two months amid an investigation into inappropriate behavior toward a female coworker.

• Earl K. Sneed began as a freelancer for the team's website, then was hired full-time as Mavs.com beat writer in 2010.

• Sneed was arrested and charged with assault during the 2010-11 season, allegedly breaking his girlfriend's wrist and leaving her with bruises. He pleaded guilty to misdemeanor charges in 2012 and kept his job.

• He later began dating a woman who also worked for the Mavericks. In 2014 he allegedly assaulted the woman, who reported the incident to HR. The woman decided to quit. Sneed kept his job.

• Sneed was fired Tuesday after the Mavs learned about Sports Illustrated's investigation.

Terdema Ussery responded to the allegations:

“I am deeply disappointed that anonymous sources have made such outright false and inflammatory accusations against me. During my career with the Mavericks, I have strived to conduct myself with character, integrity and empathy for others. During my nearly 20 year tenure with the Mavericks, I am not aware of any sexual harassment complaints about me or any findings by the organization that I engaged in inappropriate conduct. In fact, on multiple occasions I and other senior executives at the organization raised concerns—both in person and in emails—about other Mavericks employees who had engaged in highly inappropriate—and in some cases, threatening—sexual conduct. The organization refused to address these concerns, and I believe these misleading claims about me are part of an attempt to shift blame for the failure to remove employees who created an uncomfortable and hostile work environment within the Mavericks organization.

So, he wasn’t aware of any sexual harassment complaints, yet he was the subject of an internal investigation about sexual harassment in 1998? OK, Sir.

The Mavericks also issued a statement regarding the explosive report:

The Dallas Mavericks have received information about behavior in our workplace that appears to have violated the organization’s standards of conduct. It has been alleged that a former officer of the organization engaged in various acts of inappropriate conduct toward women over a period of years. This individual left the employment of the Mavericks nearly three years ago and the Mavericks have only learned of the scope of these complaints in the past days.

The Mavericks organization takes these allegations extremely seriously. Yesterday we notified the league office and immediately hired outside counsel to conduct a thorough and independent investigation.

In a separate matter, we have also learned that an employee misled the organization about a prior domestic violence incident. This employee was not candid about the situation and has been terminated.

There is no room for such conduct in the Mavericks’ workplace — or any workplace.

We are committed — to our employees, our team and our fans — to meet the goals of dignity, security and fairness that define the Dallas Mavericks.

Mike Bass, NBA Executive Vice President, Communications responded on behalf of the league to the SI report saying they'll be keeping a close eye on the investigation:

“The Dallas Mavericks have informed us of the allegations involving former team president Terdema Ussery and Mavs.com writer Earl Sneed. This alleged conduct runs counter to the steadfast commitment of the NBA and its teams to foster safe, respectful and welcoming workplaces for all employees. Such behavior is completely unacceptable and we will closely monitor the independent investigation into this matter."

R. Kelly just got the boot out of not one, but TWO of his homes in Georgia. Deets inside…

When you stop paying rent, you get the boot!

Apparently, R. Kelly (or someone on his team) decided to stop paying rent on two of his Georgia homes. Now, he has to get out.

According to court documents filed in Fulton County (on Feb. 13th), the Grammy winner was evicted from two homes he was renting in Johns Creek over unpaid rent. How much is he in the hole? A cool $31,000 is owed to SB Property Management Global in past due rent.

He reportedly paid $3,000/month for one home and $11,542/month for the other. The homes are literally miles from each other and have Duluth addresses.

The AJC reports:

According to the court documents, the homes Kelly has been evicted from are on Old Homestead Trail and Saint Devon Crossing.

These were the same homes that were “ransacked” in 2017 after a former associate of Kelly’s, Alfonso L. Walker, allegedly broke into them and sold many of the items inside. The 50-year-old Lawrenceville man was arrested in December and charged with theft and burglary.

The news site reached out to Edmond Green of SB Property Management Global and he said he couldn’t comment on the filings. They also reached out to Kelly’s camp where spokesperson Trevian Kutti said the singer had “no comment at this time” on the dispossessory affidavits filed against him.

The singer also had a third home in Johns Creek, which became the center of the sex cult allegations.

In July 2017, after BuzzFeed published an article claiming that Kelly “held women against their will in a cult” there, Tim and Jonjelyn Savage of Atlanta held a press conference outside the home. They said their daughter Joycelyn was “beat” by Kelly and “part of the R. Kelly cult.” Joycelyn later released a video through TMZ saying she was “in a happy place.”

On Aug. 7, 2017, the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office received a file on Kelly from Johns Creek police. The DA — Paul Howard — said his office did not request the file and was not pursuing charges against Kelly, but his office would review the file.

Last week, Dexter Bond, a spokesman for the DA’s office said in an email that the Kelly file is still open and under review.

Welp. Guess we'll just have to wait and see what comes of this review.

This eviction debacle and the two women who founded the #MuteRKelly campaign (due to his proclivity for keeping young women who are allegedly brainwashed in his home), he might want to go find another closet to get trapped in.

Some quality time away from a busy schedule and kids is always needed when you’re a married couple.

Lovebirds Alicia Keys and Swizz Beatz left the kiddies behind for a romantic getaway in Cabo San Lucas. The hot mom kept it cool in a red bathing suit with a Louis Vuitton scarf wrapped around her waist. Her hubby was color coordinating with a red polo style shirt and gray shorts.

The twosome was spotted hanging out on the deck of whatever luxury spot they’re spending their alone time. The superproducer was totally relaxed while puffing on a cigar and sipping on a drink. Then, he treated his wife with an intimate back rub before she hopped on the phone.

Who says a black woman can’t kick a** as a private investigator? Don’t tell Jordan Peele she can’t because he’ll prove you wrong.

The award winning director is the force behind this Hitchcock inspired “Noir Town” photoshoot for W magazine, starring the gorgeous Janelle Monae. The WONDALAND honcho flexed her P.I. skills in a gray Michael Kors suit, paying homage to the Hitchcock movies as Jordan guided her through the shoot.

“I wanted to create a Hitchcock moment that doesn’t really exist in a Hitchcock film,” the 39-year-old writer and director of Get Out.

And he totally gets it. Not only did he want to feature a woman as the “hero” (not heroine), he specifically chose a female photographer, Collier Schorr, to shoot the project.

FUN FACT: Jordan Peele just celebrated his birthday yesterday.

“I didn’t want the Hitchcock heroine,” he explained. “I wanted the Hitchcock hero. That way, we can reclaim this movie that we never got to see. The fear of gender and race robs us of beautiful pieces of film. I’ve come to think of gender and race as related in a civil rights sense.”

“The scene: A private investigator is standing in a clock tower taking photographs of a parade. She is a woman, played by Janelle Monáe, and she is searching for clues to a murder. As the detective stares through the lens, she begins to realize that one of the bystanders on the ground looks exactly like her. Then she sees another identical face. And another. Suddenly, the sea of potential suspects are visions of herself. Are these women good? Are they evil? And why are these twinlike alter egos haunting her?”

Here’s what it was like with Jordan directing Janelle on the set:

In this scene, Peele said, the evil influencers were getting closer to Monáe’s character. The detective was being observed and stalked by her dark-side others. As Peele told his crew to play the lush Bernard Herrmann soundtrack from Vertigo to create atmosphere, Monáe clung to an ornate elevator door. Peele spoke softly to her, “You just fired your gun. You’d kill anyone for $10,000. And you have been shot. You are collapsing. Your feelings are overwhelming.” Peele paused as Monáe fell in slow motion. “So great,” he said in an almost whisper. “Putting Janelle in that character is all you need to create my new favorite movie.”

What an epic shoot.

Speaking of paying homage...

As Black Panther dominates the box office with record breaking numbers, star Lupita Nyong’o praised her co-star Chadwick Boseman as “our king,” leading the way in breaking down race barriers.

The YBF actress recreated Chadwick’s recent Rolling Stone cover with a caption gushing over the actor.

“Imitation is the best form of flattery: @chadwickboseman I admire your quiet, confident, regal nature. You brought the wealth of all your knowledge, wisdom and physicality to T'Challa,” she wrote.

“You led us into the land of Wakanda without ego, without pretense, without fear. We reap the benefits now squarely because of your courage, your fierce dedication, your intense passion, and your grueling workout regimen. And I will never get enough of the way you say the word "because." Snoop Dogg and Tami Roman are teaming up to bring the laughs in a new late night television show. Also, Tami tells TheYBF.com how she felt about Cardi B clapping back at her over her pregnancy joke. Get it all inside...

Get ready to whip out your bonnets and headscarves!

Snoop Dogg and Tami Roman, both known to hop on social media with their hair wrapped up in the finest bonnets and scarf your beauty supply store can offer, are teaming up for a new late night show. The is talking duo will bring their antics to a variety show loosely based on their social media personas for the tentatively titled show, “Get Into It…Forizzle,” hosted by the “Basketball Wives” star.

Tami has been bringing the laughs with her “Bonnet Chronicles” mini-web series where she basically says what we’re all thinking about topics that are trending. Meanwhile, Snoop isn’t a stranger to hop on Instagram rocking a scarf talking about whatever is on his mind at the time.

And yes, they are supposedly wearing their bonnets and headscarves on the show. Allegedly.

We hear the show will feature comedy sketches, celebrity interviews, hot topics and more.

“Snoop and I are teaming up to bring the funny and I am ecstatic!” the reality star told VIBE. “He is a legend who is blessing me with this opportunity to expand. His willingness to partner on this venture is humbling and we are about to make magic.”

The show will be executive produced by Snoop and his wife Shante Broadus, Tami, Jill Ramsey (Wendy Williams Productions and co-executive producers include Ernest Dukes (Keyshia Cole, All In) and Danika Berry (The Cromartie’s).

No word just yet on when it will hit our televisions, but we’ll keep you posted.

Speaking of Bonnet Chronicles…

In a recent installment of Tami’s social media commentary, she made a joke aboutCardi B looking pregnant and the Bronx rapper was NOT happy about it.

“I really like Cardi,” Tami said in a video. “But in the pictures, you look pregnant.”

“Now I know you just said you were getting fat,” she continued. “And that’s ok, too, but I’m just saying it looks pregnant. That pregnant lady belly, that’s what it looks like. About 2 or 3 months, I don’t know.”

Someone tipped Cardi off about her comments and she was PISSED. Here’s what she said:

“I don’t ever talk about other people! I be talking my sh*t but not about others especially if I don’t know you… Whyyyy is my name in your f*king mouth? Do I make you a check? Do I f*ck you? Am I eating your p*ssy? Am I helping you find a job? So why Cardi B be in your f*cking mouth?”

Yikes.

Well, YBF correspondent Shayla Raye caught up with the actress on the carpet during BET’s Social Awards to ask her what she thought about Cardi’s response.

Also, there were rumors going around that Tami broke up with her boyfriend Reggie Youngblood, but she talked to us (in above video) about her Valentine's Day plans with her beau. So everything must be all good.
