Meghan Markle officially becomes the Duchess of Sussex in May 2018!

Kensington Palace just confirmed Prince Harry & Meghan's wedding, which will be paid for by the Royal Family, is indeed happening six months from now.  It will be a church ceremony at the historic St. George's Chapel at Windsor Castle.  Talk about a fairytale!

Harry's father Prince Charles married Camila Parker Bowles in a 2005 civil ceremony at Windsor Castle, with a subsequent religious blessing at St George's Chapel as well.

Their first official appearances together as a couple will kick off this Friday.  The power duo will attend a World Aids Day charity fair and will also speak to young people about avoiding a life of violence and crime.

In other news, Meghan's estranged nephew penned her a letter saying he misses her dearly.  Radar Online obtained the letter from 26-year-old Domino's Pizza owner Thomas Dooley, whom she used to babysit when they were younger. Thomas revealed he and Meghan became estranged when she allegedly cut herself off from his father Tom Markle, who is her half-brother, after family drama. Thomas tells her he's proud of her and invited her to come see him in Mammoth Lakes, CA. He also revealed he's now estranged from his father as well, and apologized for his behavior on his behalf.

Thomas told the publication,"Meghan is a lovely person who has worked very hard to get where she is. She's achieved so much."

We’ve got updates on the uncoupling of Jennifer Hudson & David Otunga and Mel B& Stephen Belafonte. Deets inside…

With the uncoupling of Jennifer Hudson and David Otunga came loads of drama. JHud ended up filing a restraining order against David and then a nasty custody battle over their 8-year-old son, David Jr.

Well, it looks like things are starting to get sorted out with temporary fixes.

As for now, JHud and her ex-fiancé have agreed on a temporary custody agreement. Sources are spilling the tea to TMZ telling them that David has won primary custody of their son…temporarily. Since the Grammy Award winner is currently shoointg “The Voice UK” in London and she’ll be going back in forth from London to L.A. to film “The Voice.”

David made it clear that he’s David Jr.’s primary caregiver due to JHud’s busy schedule. So, its understandable the judge would rule in his favor…at least for now.

Also, JHud decided to drop the restraining order she filed against David, which prohibited him from having contact with her or her son. She accused him of “increasingly aggressive, threatening and harassing behavior towards her.” There were claims that he would threaten and intimate her with a gun and would take their son out of town on trips without her knowledge. You'll recall, JHud kicked David out their home and he accused her of cheating with producer Mali Music.

It’s reported they will be due back in court on December 7th.

Update on another breakup...

Mel B and Stephen Belefonte’s divorce is complete. All is left to do is have a judge sign off on it and they’re dunzo. Thankfully. Because it was getting ugly.

A source leaked a few of the divorce settlement deets and now TMZ has the official documents with everything set in stone. Here’s how they’ll divvy up everything:

Stephen will destroy any compromising videos of Mel

Stephen gets spousal support for the next 3 years but the amount listed in the docs has been redacted

Neither will pay child support but will share joint legal custody of 6-year-old daughter Madison

Stephen and Mel agree to a schedule for sharing physical custody

Stephen gets access to the family house to retrieve personal belongings, including childhood photos, clothing and artwork

Sell the house and divvy up the profits

So yeah, neither of them will have to pay child support and they have to sell their family home. We wonder if Stephen even put up anything for the home in the first place. The former Spice Girl will also have to dish out spousal support for the next 3 years. Sheesh.

Amber Rose beef with Ace of Diamonds landed her a residency with the strip club. Deets and new flicks inside…

Beef SQUASHED. And so is that lawsuit.

Amber Rose has made amends with the popular LA strip club Ace of Diamonds and has now started a new residency at the establishment.

Earlier this year, Muva and AOD were at each other’s necks after Amber announced she was buying “AOD” during the All Def Comedy Live Awards. Apparently, Amber received some bad advice from her team and she decided she was going to open her own club with the same name. Her trademark for AOD ended up getting rejected and AOD filed a lawsuit against her for slander, gunning for over $1 million.

Well, that’s all behind them now. The owners have even given Amber her own night as a truce to their ongoing trademark battle. And she seems just as excited about it.

“I’m kind of just getting bored and maybe I’ll do it again in a little while, but right now I just want to grow my hair out, so that’s why I’m wearing a lot of different wigs,” she told US magazine recently.“I’m good with just blonde wigs for now until my hair grows out and I really, really want a ponytail. I know it might sound corny, but as a girl it’s been so many years since I’ve pulled my hair back in a ponytail and I just miss it!”

So that explains why she has been hiding her baldie under wigs as of late.

American Airlines just can’t get right.

Earlier this year, activist Tamika Mallory and rapper Mysonne were thrown off an American Airlines flight. Also, Jason Derulo accused the airline of racial profiling.

Now, former “Bad Girls Club” star Natalie Nunn claims an American Airlines employee insulted her infant daughter and booted her out of first class. After the incident, she went to Instagram to detail everything that went down at the ticket counter in Indianapolis as she was traveling back to Sacramento after the Thanksgiving holiday.

Natalie claims an employee named April Long made a racial comment towards her, asking her if she was sure she was in the correct line because she was standing the line for First Class. Whet? Not only was she priority due to her baby and her platinum status, but she also had a first class ticket.

Natalie then alleged the employee made disrespectful comments about her 7-month-old daughter Journey’s name.

Here’s what she said happened:

We're surprised she didn't tap back into her "Bad Girls Club" ways on homegirl.

However, there seems to have been a mix up with Natalie's ticket.  At least, that's what American Airlines are trying to say. TMZ reports:

Natalie was flying back to Sacramento after visiting family in Indianapolis for Thanksgiving, but had a connection in Dallas. She went off on social media claiming she'd been thrown off her Indy-Dallas flight and during the fiasco, an AA agent insulted her 7-month-old baby's name ... which happens to be Journey.

Our airline sources say Natalie messed up since she changed her ticket but never paid the difference, so it was never confirmed. A supervisor eventually stepped in and Natalie got a first class seat on the flight she wanted and AA hooked her up with free wine, but when we spoke to her Monday it was clear she's still looking for an apology.

Natalie also spoke with TMZ about the incident. Here's what she said:

Comic fans, get ready. We're getting multiple dosages of black superhero fabness in 2018. Chadwick Boseman's Black Panther flick marches into theaters February 2018, then the birthday boy himself gets another chance to save the world in Avengers: Infinity War on May 4th. Yassssss!

The new Infinity War trailer that just dropped today, conveniently on both Chadwick and fellow Marvel Universe co-star Don Cheadle's birthday, and it's PEAK superhero.

How epic is this ish, exactly? The trailer got 10 million views and over 1 million likes in the first 5 hours of its release.

LeBron James cracked a joke about being ejected from a game for the time in his career.  But everybody else is like - It's about time! In other news, Timbaland opens up about almost overdosing on OxyCotin. More inside…

Well here’s a first.

Since LeBron James entered the NBA in 2003, he has never been ejected from a game. Y'all know he barely even gets a tech.  And plenty of folks say it's becaus eof favortism.

But that all changed last night.

Referee Kane Fitzgerald ejected King James during the match up between the Cleveland Cavaliers and Lebron’s former team, the Miami Heat. Literally 11 minutes after he was ejeced, Bron hopped on Instagram. Ha! First, he liked a post by injured NY Giants wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. The NFLer posted a pic of King James with the caption, “Dreams unfolding.”

When the media caught up with King James, he told ESPN, “I said what I had to say and then I moved on, but (Fitzgerald) decided I should get (ejected). It is what it is. We got the win, and that’s what’s most important.”

In other news...

We almost lost another legendary producer to drugs.

Superproducer Timbaland is opening up about his battle with drug addiction and how he almost died from a drug overdose. In an new interview with Rolling Stone, the VA native opens up about the time he thought he was going to die after taking OxyCotin.

“All I can tell you is that there was a light," he confessed. "I woke up trying to catch my breath, like I was underwater. But through that whole thing I saw life – I saw where I would be if I don’t change, and where I could be if I did…I thought about Michael Jackson. I didn’t want to be old and taking these pills.”

Hip Hop mogul Jay Z even stepped in and offered up some words of advice to Timbaland.

“Music is a gift and curse,” he shared. “Once you’re not popping, it plays with your mind. The pills helped block out the noise—I’d just sleep all day. I remember Jay-Z told me one time, ‘Don’t do no more interviews’—because I was saying crazy shit.”

After almost dying from a drug overdose, Timbaland realized he had to get clean and eventually weaned himself off of the painkiller.

Black singer Antonia Jenae claims billionaire Richard Branson sexually assaulted her on his island and he offered up a lame a** apology. Meanwhile, Terry Crews is speaking out after the Hollywood executive he accused of groping him returned to work. Deets inside...

These sexual assault allegations against high-profile men are coming out left and right.

Backup singer Antonia Jenae has come forward to reveal billionaire Richard Branson had the nerve to fondle her breasts after a party on his island. The #MeToo movement prompted Antonia, who once sang backup for Joss Stone, to speak about how she was sexually assaulted throughout her life and one incident happened at the hands (or face) of billionaire Richard Branson.

In a lengthy Facebook post, Antonia claims Richard took it upon himself to stick his head in between her breasts and “motorboared” them after he tried to convince her to show him her boobs like this Indian statute he had at his pool on his island. She went to Richard’s island after performing at a Joss Stone concert in 2010.

“I took it as a ‘joke’. As everyone was saying goodnight, he proceeded to ‘motorboard my breasts with his face, In front of my boss at the time, who was also a woman, in front of her dad, and the makeup artist and hairstylist. I was so shocked. I think everyone was, no one said or did anything.”

A spokesperson for Richard addressed the alleged assault, claiming the billionaire doesn’t even remember the incident happening. Of course he doesn’t.

“Richard has no recollection of this matter. Neither do his family and friends who were with him at the time. There would never have been any intention to offend or make anyone feel uncomfortable. Richard apologizes if anyone felt that way,” the spokesperson said.

What a weak a** apology!

Speaking of assault...

Terry Crews opened up recently about being groped by high-profile Hollywood executive Adam Venit during a party last year. Now, he’s responding to news that the exec has returned to work after he was suspended for a month from the William Morris Endeavor (WME) talent agency.

Following that tweet, Terry shared a letter written by co-CEO of WME Ari Emanuel in which Emanuel “demanded” that Mel Gibson be black-listed following the actor’s anti-Semitic remarks. It was published by The Huffington Post in 2006. Terry claims he sent the same letter to Emanuel updating the name to be about Adam Venit:

After coming out about the incident on social media, Terry filed a report with the Los Angeles Police department in November. During an interview with “Good Morning America,” he opened up about why he took so long to come forward, saying,

“When the [Harvey] Weinstein thing started happening, I got PTSD. I was going, ‘Oh my god, this exact thing happened to me. I understand why they won’t come forward.’ And I’m gonna tell you, a lot of times people go, ‘Why didn’t you come forward sooner?’ When a person of forward breaks that boundary and violates that boundary, you’re a prisoner of war.”

Props to Terry for following through on this and proving that sexual assault can happen to ANYONE.

The Internet’s level of chill is on zero after TODAY show anchor Matt Lauer was fired due to sexual assault allegations. Folks are saying it's karma, which is being served colder than ever. Also, the disgusting details of what he did have spilled and he has since issued an apology. Get it all inside…

Shock waves jolted through the media when NBC announced they had FIRED long time “TODAY” show co-host Matt Lauer over sexual assault allegations.  He was the highest paid host on TV and had been with the network for 20 years.

Now, the Internet is having a field day with jokes about his firing, dubbing it as karma for the network (shadefully) letting go Tamron Hall and Ann Curry. You’ll recall, Tamron left the network earlier this year (and we don't think it was amicable) only to be replaced by medicore Megyn Kelly. In 2012, Ann Curry was ousted from the morning show, and folks everywhere say it was to appease Matt Lauer.

Jokes aside, the details of his alleged sexual misbehavior are disgusting AF. Matt’s firing came after a current NBC employee spoke up about inappropriate sexual conduct from the married Matt while they were reporting from the Sochi Olympics in 2014. She claims the abuse continued over several months.

It’s also reported he sexually harassed several other female colleagues. In one incident he reportedly gave a female employee a sex toy as a present along with a explicit letter detailing how he wanted to use it on her. In another situation, he allegedly dropped his pants, showing his penis while a female colleague was in his office. After the female employee declined to engage in any sexual acts with him, he reprimanded her.

Variety gives more details of his alleged inappropriate behavior:

He would sometimes quiz female producers about who they’d slept with, offering to trade names. And he loved to engage in a crass quiz game with men and women in the office: “f—, marry, or kill,” in which he would identify the female co-hosts that he’d most like to sleep with.

These accounts of Lauer’s behavior at NBC are the result of a two-month investigation by Variety, with dozens of interviews with current and former staffers. Variety has talked to three women who identified themselves as victims of sexual harassment by Lauer, and their stories have been corroborated by friends or colleagues that they told at the time. They have asked for now to remain unnamed, fearing professional repercussions.

Several women told Variety they complained to executives at the network about Lauer’s behavior, which fell on deaf ears given the lucrative advertising surrounding “Today.” NBC declined to comment. For most of Lauer’s tenure at “Today,” the morning news show was No. 1 in the ratings, and executives were eager to keep him happy.

It’s not clear if NBC is paying Lauer through the end of his contract, which expires in 2018. Lauer couldn’t be reached for comment.

Oh, and there's more.

According to The New York Times, NBC has received two more complaints filed against Matt. The site reports:

On Wednesday, NBC received at least two more complaints related to Mr. Lauer, according to a person briefed on the network’s handling of the matter. One complaint came from a former employee who said Mr. Lauer had summoned her to his office in 2001, locked the door and sexually assaulted her. She provided her account to The New York Times but declined to let her name be used.

She told The Times that she passed out and had to be taken to a nurse. She said that she felt helpless because she didn’t want to lose her job, and that she didn’t report the encounter at the time because she felt ashamed.

This morning, Matt issued a public apology via his public relations team, claiming some of the stories are "untrue."  He likely could be talking about that "secret button" at his desk that closes and/or locks the door.  While some reports made this button out to be the way Matt trapped women in his office, it's actually a button all execs and major employees have at their desks at almost all networks as a way to quickly turn a meeting into a closed one. Here's what he said:

“Some of what is being said about me is untrue or mischaracterized, but there is enough truth in these stories to make me feel embarrassed and ashamed. I regret that my shame is now shared by the people I cherish dearly.”

“There are no words to express my sorrow and regret for the pain I have caused others by words and actions,” Mr. Lauer wrote. “To the people I have hurt, I am truly sorry. As I am writing this I realize the depth of the damage and disappointment I have left behind at home and at NBC.”

Zendaya is kicking off 2018 InStyle!

The 21-year-old actress, who stars in the upcoming film The Great Showman, is gracing the cover of InStyle magazine’s January 2018 issue. And she’s a sight for sore eyes.

The gorgeous starlet beams in a turquoise and pink velour set by Chloé, serving up 70s realness with her Diana Ross-esque hairstyle.

Inside, the young activist touched on what everyone has been talking about lately: sexual assault in Hollywood.

“The bravery of the women who came forward is a huge step toward making sure it’s safer for me and other young women who are just coming up,” she said “I’m at that prime age right now. Twenty-one. Starting off. That’s when people take advantage and abuse their power and do terrible shit. I think it’s definitely a sisterhood.”

Outside of acting and singing, Daya is a force to be reckoned with in the fashion industry. She’s already released her own apparel collection and shoe collection alongside her stylist and friend Law Roach, Daya by Zendaya. Now, she’s working on a unisex fashion and accessories line.

When it comes to fashion, the sky is the limit for Daya.

“I just felt that if I’m going to do a clothing line, that’s the only way I see it being done. That’s the future of fashion,” she says of making the brand gender-nonspecific.

The “Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta” star sat down with “Sister Circle Live” to offer up a few tips for women looking to get into the industry. And it doesn’t include “sleeping your way to the top.” In fact, it’s the total opposite.

Mariah Carey and Philando Castile's girlfriend Diamond Reynolds have reach settlements in their respective cases. And they're gonna raise an eyebrow.  Deets inside...

Mariah Carey may not have received the $50 million she was gunning for from her ex-billionaire fiancé James Packer, but she still got paid.

According to The Blast, Mimi and James reached a settlement agreement a few months ago where he paid her between $5 and $10 million. You’ll recall, the twosome was engaged from January to October 2016.

Not only that, she reportedly gets to keep her $10 million engagement ring.

So why did the Grammy winner end up getting paid for a failed relationship? She argued that she uprooted her life to move to L.A. to be with the wealthy businessman.

There was also an alleged incident where James allegedly did something to one of her assistants while vacationing on a yacht in Greece. Apparently, the incident resulted in her having to cancel some dates on her South American tour, costing her to lose coins.

She’s going to need that money too. Mimi has been canceling shows on her Christmas tour.

We’re sure she’ll be enjoying that coinage with her boy toy Bryan Tanaka. Vacay anyone?

In other news..

No amount of money will bring Philando Castile back. But, considering all that his girlfriend Diamond Reynolds had to go through, she has been awarded hundreds of thousands of dollars to make her and her daughter’s life a little better.

Diamond has received $800,000 in settlements. Her 32-year-old school cafeteria supervisor fiance was killed by Officer Jeronimo Yanez on July 6, 2016 after he asked to see his license and registration. Diamond and her four-year-old daughter were inside the car when he was fatally shot. Officer Yanez was later acquitted on all charges.

Here’s how the money will be distributed:

Reynolds, who was in the car with Castile and her four-year-old daughter at the time of the shooting, will receive $675,000 from the city of St. Anthony, Minn., with an additional $125,000 from the city of Roseville and the League of Minnesota Cities Insurance Trust.

Reynolds and her daughter, who were not physically injured, claimed emotional distress and false arrest in connection the shooting.

A portion of the funds will be placed into a trust for her daughter’s education, according to a press release issued by St. Anthony.

This news comes after Philando’s mother reached a $3 million settlement with St. Anthony.

Jimmy Henchman has been found guilty again in the murder-for-hire case after he was granted a new trail. Meanwhile, DMX reached a plea deal in his tax evasion case after bringing us a remix of “Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer.” Get it all inside…

James “Jimmy Henchman” Rosemond has been found guilty for a second time for hiring a hitman to kill a friend of rapper 50 Cent.

The former entertainment manager, who once repped Mike Tyson, was found guilty on four counts of murder-for-hire for the death of Lowell “Lodi Mack” Fletcher just before 8pm EST on November 28th by a Manhattan federal jury. Each count carries a life sentence. He was previously sentenced to a life sentence plus 20 years. Not only that, he has been serving two life sentences on separate drug and gun convictions.

So yeah, even if the Czar Entertainment founder was not found guilty on he murder-for-hire charges, he still would have been stuck in jail.

The New York Post reports:

Still, he has long maintained that he never intended to kill Lowell “Lodi Mack” Fletcher in 2009, and that he only hired men to shoot at Fletcher for his role in roughing up Rosemond’s 14-year-old son amid a long-running feud between 50 Cent’s G-Unit and a rapper Rosemond represented.

Prosecutors said Rosemond ordered the hit on Fletcher weeks after he emerged from prison for his role in roughing up Rosemond’s son as part of the ongoing feud between G-Unit and rapper Jayceon Terrell Taylor, also known as “The Game.”

The government presented numerous witnesses, including Brian “Slim” McCleod, who told the jury that he helped lure Fletcher to an isolated part of the Bronx to be killed.

It’s Rosemond’s third trial over the hit. The first trial resulted in a hung jury and the second resulted in a conviction, but a new trial was ordered by a federal appeals court.

Jimmy’s lawyer David Touger said they plan to appeal again. Might has well hang this one up bruh.

Speaking of legal woes...

DMX has struck a plea deal after he was slapped with 14 counts of tax evasion that could have landed him in jail for more than 40 years.

The NYC rapper and dad of 15 pleaded guilty to 1 count of tax evasion and now only faces up to 5 years in prison, this according to the US Attorney's Office Southern District NY.

X’s lawyer Murray Richmantold TMZ that X admitted to the court that he knowingly didn’t pay taxes on royalities and other monies. He also said the “Party Up” rapper is concerned he will be thrown in jail, but decided to take the deal anyway. Likely a good idea. A potential 40 years is a loooooong time for the 46-year-old to spend behind bars.

DMZ will appear in court for sentencing on March 29th.

Married life appears to be treating pregnant Jordin Sparks and Dana Isaiah very well.

The happy couple was beaming yesterday as they took time out of their schedules to give back. It’s that time of year again. Jordin and Dana celebrated with a few kiddies at The Future of Good event held at the Madison Square Boys & Girls Club in the Bronx. Well aren't they cute.

A few days before...

The 27-year-old singer and her 25-year-old trainer/"aspiring model" husband took their baby bump for a retail run in Beverly Hills this week. Last month, they shocked us all revealing they had secretly tied the knot and that they’re expecting a baby boy.

All smiles while trekking through the streets.

Once news broke about her pregnancy and engagement, Jordin gushed about the first time she met her husband, saying:

“A couple days after we had actually met, I was like in my head ‘That’s going to be my husband! That’s my husband right there,'” says Sparks, who discussed early on with Isaiah about not moving in together until they were husband and wife. “When I’m with him, I feel comfort and safety and calm and peace, and those aren’t things that I normally felt. So it was a little wake-up call for me.”

Well congrats to the happy couple and their upcoming bundle of joy.

The Luke Cage star is officially back on the market after she and her comedian boyfriend of approximately a year have called it quits.

Earlier this year, fans noticed "2 Broke Girls" star Eric posting several pics with the .  And when nobody believed the prankster was actually dating her, and not just doing one of his many pranks on the public, the twosome decided to prove it with a few tongue-heavy shots.  Even Chance The Rapper was shocked:

Never something serious?  Well Rosario did pour out her heart on social media just a couple months ago about Eric staying by her side as she suffered after from ovarian cyst surgery.  She talked about him taking care of her, with her adult diapers on, and how THAT is love.

What a difference a year makes... This weekend marks a year that I had to get emergency surgery to stop internal bleeding from a ruptured cyst on my ovary. It was the first time I told @ericfuckingandre that I loved him (and very much not the last). Thankful for his care and all of the doctors and nurses and staff at the Desert Regional Medical Center. The "privilege" of insurance and access to medical care. Vaneza is Resting In Paradise since May. Only 26 years young on this earth with us. I left Sierra Leone the Saturday before the floods. The community of the "land of smiles", ravaged by colonialism, climate change, Ebola, child soldiers, war, blood diamonds and more coming together to take care of each other yet again. Saving lives and picking up the pieces. I was front and center at the suicide at Burning Man this weekend. The firefighters endangering their own lives to try and save his. Americans standing together in vigil, honoring Heather Heyer's humanitarianism with solidarity against her senseless murder. I wish I had practiced more of what I learned from my near death experience last year but so much is conceptualized as you go back to work and routine. Life has a way of reminding you again and again and again, though, what, and who is important. Of the necessary work to do contemplating, meditating and healing yourself as you look out for others. Dreamers, immigrant families, refugees, #blacklivesmatter, #sayhername, Hurricane Harvey/Irma and terrorist survivors the world round, and more, call for our care, love and focus. It was 115 degrees in the Bay Area. Things are going to keep changing. The universe demanding that we pay attention, educate ourselves, and be activated to advocate and create better circumstances than we were given, for our generation and those to come. I'm so filled with gratitude and humility. Thank you for being the tribe I get to be a part of on this journey. I am at your service with unconditional love, acceptance, humor and light. Thank you.

If we ever needed some girl power vibes, it’s now. The entertainment industry has been hit hard with sexual assault allegations. So, Billboard’s Women In Music event held at The Ray Dolby Ballroom at Hollywood & Highland Center was much needed and appreciated. That’s right. It was a night to celebrate and recognize all of the women in the industry who have made significant contributions to the game and who continue inspire young entertainers coming behind them.

2017 has been a good year for Solange. And before it wraps up, it gets even sweeter. The blonde bombshell was awarded the Impact Award for her activist efforts on issues like racism and cultural appropriation.

During her acceptance speech, she shared, “I grew up in this industry and I have heard women being told they were not talented enough, or smart enough, or sexy enough, or cool enough, and just not good enough and that became the industry standard. I’m so proud and excited to see artists rejecting those standards and tearing those walls down. It’s a new goddamn day and I’m loving it.”

Nick Cannon awarded newcomer Kehlani with the Rule Breaker Award. Not only did she cop an award, she also performed her new track “Honey.”

"I'm so stoked to put this on my desk," Kehlani said before revealing her long-standing connection to Nick. "He's literally the reason I'm here right now," she recalled how he told her if she finished high school he would let her record at his studio in Los Angeles and help set her up with an apartment. "This is my guardian angel," she said.

Ashanti shows off in the streets of NYC after a heated interview on Complex’s “Everyday Struggle.” Meanwhile, K. Michelle and EV VOGUE have new music. Get it all inside…

After spending her Thanksgiving in Hawaii, the R&B singer, who has a new track with Ty Dolla $ign “Say Less,” jetted to the Big Apple to chop it up with Complex’s “Everyday Struggle” co-hosts Joe Budden, DJ Akademiks and Nadeska Alexis.

While Ashanti was in Hawaii, she was booked to perform, but the concert went left when fans began throwing money on stage. She stopped in the middle of her set and urged fans to STOP throwing money at her because she’s NOT a stripper. "I’m not a f**king stripper!,” she yelled at the audience.

Following the incident, Joe Budden and DJ Akademiks touched on the situation where they made some jokes Ashanti didn’t ind funny. So, she came on the show to set the record straight.

"I had on a bodysuit with boots, which 90% of my peers wear, which we perform in,” she explained. “We’re there to do a show, so that’s what you wear. Strippers are naked. My private areas weren’t out.”

The “Rain On Me” singer said she shouldn’t have money thrown at her because she wasn’t naked, nor was she dressed like one. She asked, “If I had a stethoscope on, am I a doctor? Do I want money thrown on me because I have on a bodysuit?”

Another 90s girl group has reunited and they're gearing up to release a new album.

Iconic female group En Vogue just released their new single, "Rocket", a cut from their forthcoming Electric Café album. The ladies effortlessly serenade about a love that has them higher than they've ever been before. "Rocket" was written by Ne-Yo and produced by Curtis ‘Sauce’ Wilson.

“This summer we had the pleasure of touring with Ne-Yo in Australia and he’s truly a singer’s songwriter! We’re honored to have the opportunity to put our signature sound on a song from one of the most talented artists and composers today,” En Vogue said about recording the track.

Their new album will feature a guest appearances by Snoop Dogg ("Have A Seat"), with production from Raphael Saadiq, Dem Jointz, and longtime En Vogue producers Denzil Foster and Thomas McElroy.

According to Black Enterprise, Miguel is looking to build a real estate empire to rebuild the Sistrunk Boulevard area of Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The area was once a thriving community for black businesses and he wants to bring it back. He’s has already purchased three buildings that he plans on turning into restaurants, a jazz lounge, a blues lounge, a center for performing arts, retail and residential space.

The site reports:

Known as the “historical heartbeat of Fort Lauderdale’s oldest black community,” Sistrunk Boulevard runs through the city’s black business district. It was named after James Sistrunk, a black physician who helped establish the first African American hospital in Broward County in 1938. During this time, segregation laws banned African Americans who lived west of the tracks from crossing over to the east side after dark.

“For me, it’s [about] preserving the community as a whole,” Miguel Pilgram told NBC Miami.

We’re here SO here for Miguel using his coinage to better the black community and blocking gentrification in the South Florida neighborhood.

In other good news...

Former 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick took a bold stand (or knee) 16 months ago when he decided to launch a silent protest during the national anthem to make a statement about inequality and social justice, especially about the ways this country “oppresses black people and people of color.”

Since then, the protest against the national anthem has caused Colin to be blackballed from the NFL. But on the flip side, the 28-year-old professional athlete has caused millions of people to examine the social and racial injustices against people of color and has raised awareness about the issues plaguing our community.

His efforts have resulted in Sports Illustrated to honor him with the 2017 Muhammad Ali Legacy Award. And rightfully so. Each year SI and the Ali family honor a figure who embodies the ideals of sportsmanship, leadership and philanthropy and has used sports as a platform for changing the world.

“I am proud to be able to present this to Colin for his passionate defense of social justice and civil rights for all people,” said Lonnie Ali, Muhammad’s widow. “Like Muhammad, Colin is a man who stands on his convictions with confidence and courage, undaunted by the personal sacrifices he has had to make to have his message heard. And he has used his celebrity and philanthropy to the benefit of some of our most vulnerable community members.”

Since kicking off the national anthem protest, Colin has strongly stood by it despite all of the backlash he has received. Not only did he protest for our rights, he also donated $1 million to several organizations that better the black community.

Colin will be presented with the Legacy Award during the Sportsperson of the Year Awards held on December 5th. Congrats Colin!

By the way, Colin is also GQ's Citizen of the Year.

The married couple trekked through LAX looking like they had just come from a fancy dinner or a luxe party and didn’t have time to change in more comfortable clothing. Sheesh!

According to Ty, he and his wife hopped on plane from Africa to get back to Atlanta so he can cast his vote for the next mayor of Atlanta in an effort to keep black leadership in the city.

The singer/actor has been very vocal on social media that he’s casting a ballot for Keisha Lance Bottoms and he’s urging all of his Atlanta fans to do the same:

These social media posts are a total 360 from his previous posts over the last few months. A few days ago, Black Ty offered some insight on his alarming IG posts that included details about his child-custody case, the lie he made up about Will and Jada Pnkett Smith giving him $5 million, and the shade-filled posts aimed at his Fast & Furious co-star Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson. He admitted he was the antidepressant Rexulti, which caused his wild social media posts.

“A few weeks back while stressed and of course as I embarrassingly spoke on this.. I was advised to use some psych meds called Rexulti and I did and did some really stupid things publicly and privately that will take me a while to recover from,” he wrote on Instagram. “To clear the air cause I’m an open book and got nothing to hide. My wife is NOT pregnant and never was (those meds had me on one) I owe no one any money on any level matter of fact I just took care of both of my lawyers fully 108k for my lawyer and almost 20k for Shaylas lawyer. I could never give what I don’t have. Smart folks do the math!,” he continued.

So there you have it. This is why Tyrese was out here on these Internet streets acting up.

Another couple on the move...

After hosting their third engagement party (more on that in a few), “Bachelorette” star Rachel Lindsay and her fiancé Bryan Abasolo flossed their love on front street.

The soon-to-be-married couple got kissy while snapping it up on the red carpet at 102.7 KIIS FM's Jingle Ball 2017 held at The Forum in Inglewood, California on Friday (December 1st).

Well aren't they cute.

The night before the event, the happy couple was celebrating at their third engagement party, following parties in their hometowns of Dallas and Miami. This time they celebrated their upcoming union at a luxe crib that looked over the beaches in Malibu.

The 32-year-old bride-to-be was all dressed up in a dress from her capsule collection with Monique Lhuillier Bridesmaids, while her 37-year-old fiancé kept it simple in a blazer, button up shirt and slacks.

The lawyer and chiropractor toasted to their upcoming nuptials with family, friends, and alum of both “The Bachelor” and “The Bachelorette.” We hear cameras were rolling during this engagement party. Hmm...maybe we will see the engagement action in a spin-off of some sort, although they both said they aren't interested in doing a spin-off show. However, they still might still get married on TV.

Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez are still going strong. The happy couple stepped out to do a dinner date night at NELLO Restaurant in NYC recently.
