Family fun for a cause!

Ne-Yo rounded up some of his celebrity friends to help raise funds for charity. The R&B singer, in collaboration with his Smith Family Foundation, hosted a five-on-five basketball game held at the Miguel Contreras Learning Complex in downtown L.A.

The Smith Family Foundation aims to prepare children in the foster care system to live loving, healthy, well-balanced, productive and dignified lives. And it’s something he holds near and dear to his heart as his wife Crystal Smith grew up in the foster care system.

“It’s not about big name celebrities, it’s about money raised for these kids,” said Ne-Yo said in a statement.“We deal very heavily in child care — kids in foster care, kids in group homes — the so called forgotten kids in society. We’re there to let them know that through the programs that we do, for once, someone gives a damn about you. We also want them to know that where you come from and where you end up don’t have anything to do with each other.”

Ne-Yo’s celeb friends in attendance included dancer/JLo’s ex-Casper Smart (above), actor Flex Alexander, R&B singer Tank, former reality star Laura Govan, NBA baller Matt Barnes, former NBA player Daniel “Boobie” Gibson, actress AJ Johnson and “Empire” star Bre-Z.

Always wanted to see what was under those chinos and polo shirts? Tiger Woods sent naked pics to his ex girlfriend Lindsay Vonn while they were dating, and a hacker just got a hold of them.

The site Celebrity Jihad posted the photos, along with several other pics of celebs who were hacked.  Now, Tiger has unleashed his lawyers, namely Michael Holtz, on the situation and has threatened to sue TF out of the site if they don't remove the pics immediately.

This guy stays in some mess, but this time it wasn't his fault.  It was Lindsay's phone that was hacked.

After reports surfaced this weekend of 46-year-old Mystikal being accused of rape yet again, he turned himself in to police today in Louisana. He's been charged with first degree rape and is being held on a $2M bond.

Sources report:

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ the rapper turned himself in Monday to the Caddo Parish Sheriff's Department, and he was arrested and booked for first degree rape.

Shreveport PD put out the arrest warrant last week, but they hadn't been able to track him down until now. According to cops, another man, Averweone Holman, was also charged in connection with the crime.

We're told the charges stem from a 2016 incident involving a woman at a casino where Mystikal was performing ... but the details are scarce for now.

The rapper's camp says he's innocent.  A few days ago, Mystikal took to his Instagram account to post a word from the Lord, of course:

On the upcoming season premiere of "Fix My Life" (Sept. 30th on Own), Iyanla travels to Memphis to work with the couple. At 21 years old, Turk had platinum albums, money was abundant, and he had fallen in love with his new girlfriend, Erica. But only two months after meeting Erica, Turk’s life fell apart when he was involved in a shootout with police at his home.

Fast forward to four years after his release, Turk and his wife Erica are struggling to save their marriage from Turk’s deep-seated paranoia stemming from the shooting and his fear that his former acquaintances are determined to get revenge.

Iyanla also works with Erica to help her find her identity, which she has lost sight of through the multiple traumas she has suffered since she first met Turk. Check it:

Peter Gunz and Amina Buddafly (“Love & Hip Hop: NY”) & Mehgan James and DeAndre Perry (“Bad Girls Club”) are starring on the upcoming season of "Marriage Bootcamp Reality Stars." Looks like Peter and Amina are really trying to make this marriage work, especially now that his other baby's mother Tara has supposedly moved on with someone else.

The couple stars alongside other tragic couples like Kailyn Lowry and Javi Marroquin (“Teen Mom 2”), Bobby Panahi and Asifa Mirza (“Shahs of Sunset”), Juelia Kinney and JJ Lane (“Bachelor in Paradise”).  The ninth season premieres this October.

"Yeah, that whole section has become about my kids, and I put the boy and the girl dancer in it to represent Max and Emme and how special it is to have that twin connection and how special it is to be a mom of twins and how they follow each other all through life and when one is gone, or takes off on his own for a little while, the other one gets a little lost, and then they find each other again. It's a special connection, and I wanted that whole section to be about them, and me being their mom and how lucky I feel to have that, and impart something to them that they can watch years from now and say, 'My mom sang that for me. OBJ suffered a hard blow during the Giants pre-season game against the Cleveland Browns last night. Today, the NFL wide receiver will undergo an MRI on his ankle after leaving Monday's game because of the injury, according to the NFL Network.

It's reported the MRI is just a precaution.

The New Orleans native left the game in the 2nd quarter after taking a low hit from Browns cornerback Briean Boddy-Calhoun. Refs said it was a legal hit, but fans are questioning if it was a dirty, super low hit.

Looks like the Giants really needed their dancing king. They lost to the Browns, 10-6.

We’re not financial advisors by a long shot, but we’re not surprised to read this news.

The Secret Service is reportedly running out of money to pay hundreds of agents due to Donald Trump’s excessive travel and his large family. So much money is being used to carry out an expanded protective mission, which includes protecting Trump’s family and securing their multiple residences up and down the east coast.

Not only that, Trump’s excessive travel arrangements are putting a serious strain on the Secret Service’s budget. Trump has traveled almost every weekend to several of his properties in Florida, NJ and Virginia. Meanwhile, his adult children take several business trips and vacations where they’ll go all across the country and overseas.

Under Trump, the Secret Service is protecting 42 people, 18 of which are family members. There were 31 people needing protection under the Obama administration.

Secret Service Director Randolph "Tex" Alles told USA Today that more “than 1,000 agents have already hit the federally mandated caps for salary and overtime allowances that were meant to last the entire year.”

"The president has a large family, and our responsibility is required in law,'' Tex said. "I can't change that. I have no flexibility.''

Money is SO tight that some agents who have already logged in tons of hours won’t be able to get paid for it. Now, the Secret Service is asking Congress to raise the combined salary and overtime cap for agents, from $160,000 to $187,000 for at least the duration of Trump’s first term.

So far, Beyonce& Jay Z have locked in the most expensive house purchase of the year after locking in a $52.8 million loan. Deets on their luxe Bel Air mansion inside…

The Carters have officially locked down their west coast after years of being outbid.

Collectively, Beyonce and Jay Z are worth a cool 1 billion dollars, but the couple relied on conventional financing in order to purchase their first L.A. home.

According to the LA Times, the Carters copped a mortgage of $52.8 million for their $88 million purchase of a newly built, 30,000-square-foot Bel Air mansion. It’s the most expensive home sale of the year in L.A.

If their calculations are correct, Bey and Jay’s monthly payments will be about $250,000 a month on a 30-year fixed rate. It’s actually a come up for the Carter as they’re reportedly dropping $400,000a month to rent the Malibu mansion they’re currently living in. They'll be saving $150,000 a month.

The Bel Air mansion features six buildings, a spa, a basketball court, 4 swimming pools, bullet proof windows and doors, and a 15-car garage. Damn! Peep a pic of their property here.

Chyna's attorney Lisa Bloom is addressing rumors about Chy and her ex-fiance's Rob Kardashian's "custody war." It was reported that Dream Kardashian's parents were scheduled to hash out their issues in a custody hearing next month, but Lisa Bloom said that's not the case. She told E! News:

In what's being deemed a "blockbuster deal," Cavs star Kyrie Irving is going to the Boston Celtics.

Rappers Trina and Khia have been at each other’s necks for as long as we can remember. We’re not sure how their beef first started, but Hip Hop fans know Khia and Trina don’t mix.

Well, Khia was looking to get a reaction out of Trina when she started coming for her once again about how she made a name for herself in the Hip Hop world.

It all started when Trina released a scathing video airing out her frustrations about other female rappers looking to sabotage her career. She didn’t name any names, but fans assumed the Miami raptress was referring to another rapper/upcoming ”Love & Hip Hop: Miami” possible co-star KimBRocks.

Last week, Khia decided to make a video chiming in on Trina’s beef and dragged her while doing so. Basically, she said she doesn’t respect Trina’s hustle because she has been lying about the way she got her come up. She said she respects someone like Cardi B because she has always kept it real about her "hoe" past, unlike Trina.

A white NFL player has finally joined the black players who are carrying out Colin Kaepernick’s national anthem protest. Meanwhile, George Foreman is out here being the biggest coon ever. Find out what we mean inside…

A year later and finally someone who is not black is making a stand.

Cleveland Browns second-year tight end Seth DeValve decided to take a knee during the national anthem during a pre-season game making him the first white NFL player to do so.

The Princeton alum joined a group of black Brown players who were kneeling before the Browns hit the field against the New York Giants for a preseason game a few days ago.

The 24-year-old NFLer explained why he decided to join in on the peaceful protest, revealing:

“The United States is the greatest country in the world,” Seth said after the Browns defeated the Giants. “It is because it provides opportunities to its citizens that no other country does. The issue is that it doesn’t provide equal opportunity to everybody. And I wanted to support my African-American teammates today who wanted to take a knee. We wanted to draw attention to the fact that there’s things in the country that still need to change.

Seth revealed the protest is something he holds near his heart because he’s raising children that don’t look like him. He’s married to a black woman and they have biracial kids together.

“I myself will be raising children that don’t look like me,” Seth explained. “I want to do my part as well to do everything I can to raise them in a better environment than we have right now.”

If only all the white celebs and public figures, especially those who are also raising kids who don't look like them, could do the same. 

The guys were huddled together and said a prayer for the country as the national anthem was performed.

“We took the opportunity to pray for our country and for the men and women in this country during that time,” said Seth.

It’s nice to see someone who isn’t black stand up for the social and racial injustices. Whether one likes it or not, it's necessary.  Hopefully, his actions will open the eyes of others to understand what the protest is really about since they can’t seem to grasp the concept when Colin speaks up.

In cooning news...

Former boxing champion George Foreman has us throwing our whole Foreman grill away.

The entreprenuer sat down for the “Offended America” podcast to address how he feels about former 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick’s silent protest and Golden State Warriors baller Kevin Durant skipping out on the White House visit.

He said Colin not standing for the national anthem was disrespectful to the men and women who died in war.

“The young man who didn’t want to stand (for) the national anthem, a lot of (Americans) died in war so that they could have that privilege,” George said.

Sir, we fight wars -- in part -- to protect freedoms.  Those freedoms include freedom of speech and freedom to protest, both of which Colin is flexing.  So who isn't respecting those who died in war?

George is questioning the “young” athletes’ patriotism.

“They haven’t been brought up with people who were patriotic to even point them in the right direction….Don’t take offense to the young people. ... One thing about young is you just say anything and do anything, then you get old and say, ‘I wish I hadn’t said that.’ ”

And how exactly would he know who raised these men who are using their platforms for a greater good?

He called Kevin Durant a “sore loser” for refusing to go to the White House after the Warriors won the NBA championship.  Funny that he doesn't recognize how his fave Trump is being a sore winner.

Later, he went on to call Donald Trump a “good president,” while noting that Trump helped him out financially in the past.  Go figure.

“A lot of people don’t like him, but evidently more do because he was elected president of the United States,” George said.

*rolls eyes*

After dining with her baby boy, she hit up the Fonda Theatre stage in Hollywood to speak at Galore Media’s first annual female empowerment-focused Girl Cult festival. The 43-year-old businesswoman dropped some gems on the ladies about overcoming adversity and hate, saying:

"I want to talk to you about adversity and obstacles and haters and things in life that get in the way of whatever the hell that we want! Somebody telling you that you are not good enough, you can’t do it, it’s not gonna happen, it’s impossible, sit down, shut up, step aside, and move over for somebody else. I am here to tell you to tell them to kiss your big fat ass! Or your flat ass or your cellulite-and-stretch-marked ass. Whatever kind of ass you have, you tell them to kiss it. It’s so important to look past that and acknowledge that they’re tripping and they have their pain, but we’re not gonna let that keep us down."

Now that Edward Enninful is the editor-in-chief at British VOGUE (and the first black person to be given the title), supermodel Naomi Campbell is looking forward to some changes.

The legendary runway slayer, who is now a contributing editor at British VOGUE, posted the magazine’s last staff photo and as you can see, there’s not one black person in the editing room. 55 editors and they’re all white.

She posted the picture with the caption,“This is the staff photo of @britishvogue under the previous editor #AlexandraSchulman. Looking forward to an inclusive and diverse staff now that @edward_enninful is the editor hear your thoughts ?”

On Monday, the eldest Obama girl moved her things into her dorm at Harvard University one day before starting the fall semester. And she received some help from her parents, Barack and Michelle Obama.

POTUS & FLOTUS returned to their old stomping grounds where they both attended Harvard Law School.

And, as expected, it was an emotional goodbye for the First Couple to send their first daughter off to college.  Reportedly they were sen wiping their eyes. Peep a clip below:

From breakups to makeups – Lil Scrappy and Bambi are certainly riding the rollercoaster ride of love…or whatever you want to call it.

If you keep up with Scrappy & Bambi, then you know they called off their engagement after not seeing eye-to-eye on several issues. After many attempts at trying to grab Bambi’s attention, Scrappy finally got through to her. He launched his #OperationFindTheBam missiom on Instagram and won his woman back.

They probably already worked things out between each other before he started this “mission,” but it was cute to watch him roll up on her while at the Arif Lounge in Atlanta a few days ago:

Samuel L. Jackson and Magic Johnson are currently vacationing in Italy, but their presence has launched racist attacks online. More inside…

Samuel L Jackson and Magic Johnson have been living it up for the last week or so on their annual joint family vacation. But apparently, their presence is causing drama online with the locals.

We’re not shocked. Racism is everywhere.

The two high-profile YBF stars were minding their business, shopping it up in in Forte dei Marmi. As they relaxed on a bench, they had their Prada and Louis Vuitton bags at their feet and that apparently rubbed some of the locals the wrong way.

The former NBA baller shared pictures on Twitter showing people coming up to them wanting to snap pics:

But, those images were quickly shared around social media, with Italians assuming the YBF stars were “migrants” and they became outraged that they would go on an extravagant shopping trip with money from the state.

Another FB post reads, “Government funds at Forte dei Marmi…they go shopping at Prada with their daily allowance of 35 euros. Share this if you are indignant!”

The Independent UK reports:

Comic actor Luca Bottura utilised one of the pictures to make a meme and start a social experiment. He shared the image alongside the caption: "Boldrini's resources in Forte dei Marmi shop at Prada with our €35. Share this picture if you are outraged.”

The image was then widely shared on social media, with Italians assuming the pair were “migrants” and becoming outraged they had chosen to embark on an extravagant shopping spree with money from the state.

This was a reference to Laura Boldrini, President of the Chamber of Deputies of Italy, who has drawn fierce criticism for her progressive open migration policy.

The image quickly went viral but many wholly misunderstood Bottura’s intentions and instead expressed their “disgust” and "shame" at the two star’s extravagant shopping spree. Critics referred to the 35 euros paid by Italian citizens for accommodating refugees on EU quotas while venting their frustrations.

Nina Moric, an Italian model who is originally Croatian, voiced her anger about Jackson and Johnson, saying seeing migrants misusing "our 35 Euros" was "too much.”

Anyone surprised? We surely aren’t.

While Katy Perry brought out comedians and stars -- from Terry Crews to "SNL" alums -- for her basketball game themed mini movie for her latest track "Swish Swish," Nicki Minaj popped up to spit her bars during the halftime show.

The track appears on Katy’s new album Witness, and Nicki teamed up with the pop chick to offer up the rap lyrics Katy seems to love to incorporate.

Ta'kari and Jackie have been beefing for years, and everything started to come to a head when Takari outed her mother for abandonng her as a kid to run behind Doug Christie.  Apparently, Ta'kari believes it was due to Takari's own skin color and Jackie hating her because of it....based on the book Ta'kari wrote.

She detailed instances where Jackie berated her and physically tortured her.  She also outed Jackie for not helping her when her youngest son suffered severe burns to his body.  Apparently, Jackie doesn't even know Ta'kari's sons, who are her grandsons.

A public GoFundMe was started to help Ta'kari take care of her son's medical situation, and it showed just how distant Jackie and Ta'kari really are.

Jackie addressed the "rumors" of her battered and nonexistent relationship with her daughter on The Breakfast Club recently, where she claims she "loves Ta'kari regardless."

Congrats to Ta'kari on the baby.

Hundreds of people took to the streets to protest outside of the NFL headquarters and urge Colin Kaepernick be signed before the start of the regular season. Meanwhile, baseball legend Hank Aaron comes to the former 49ers quarterback's defense. Get it all inside...

Colin Kaepernick took stand (or a knee) for racial injustices and police brutality against black people by taking a knee during the national anthem. Now, his supporters are taking a stand for him.

While the NFL commissioner himself can't "force" an owner to hire a player, it's naive to deny the commissioner's influence.  It's also interesting to note that the Player's Union could be taking a much larger stance.

As Jamal Bryant said during yesterday's rally:"The NFL is okay with you getting a concussion, but has a problem when you develop a conscience."

Yesterday, hundreds of people lined the streets outside of the NFL headquarters in NYC for the #UnitedWeStand rally, demanding Colin be signed by the start of the regular season next month.

Decked out in Kaepernick jerseys, more than 1,000 people (including members of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. which Colin is also a member of) stood outside of the NFL’s Manhattan offices in protest to support the former 49ers quarterback and they even threatened to boycott the organization.

Sam Whiteout caught up with activist Symone Sanders.

Olympian Ibtihaj Muhammad was in the mix with her dad, a former Newark police officer, to support #UnitedWeStand against injustice.

Civil rights activist Linda Sarsour stood alongside Pastor Jamal Bryant to speak before the crowd about racial and social injustice and explained why the protest was necessary.

The men of Kappa Alpha Psi came out in droves to stand in solidarity for their fraternity brother.

"Love & Hip Hop" star Yandy Smith was also spotted in the crowd to show support.

Baseball Hall of Famer Hank Aaron is weighing in on the unsigned Colin Kaepernick controversy and has announced he’ll be boycotting the NFL this season.

The baseball great spoke with TVOne's Roland Martin where he said he wishes the NFL would give Kaepernick another chance and that he’s upset with his fave NFL team, Baltimore Ravens, for not signing him.

“I think he’s getting a raw deal,” Mr. Aaron said. “I’ve been watching pro ball for a long time, and I think that if you look at all the quarterbacks in the league right now, he is one, two, three, four. I don’t think anybody can do the things he could do. I wish somebody would open up and give him a chance to do his thing, and say, ‘Hey, he’s entitled to whatever he did, and let’s forget about it.’”

He went on to say he wishes other NFL players will continue to stand with him and his message.

“I’d love to see other players stand with him. I would love that. I think it would give him some incentive. I think it would help him. I think the thing that bothers me about this whole situation is the fact that he has gone to all these camps, I suppose, and nobody seems to think he stands a chance of being No. 1 Here’s a man, a young player that almost carried a team to a championship-to the Super Bowl. I remember that.”

Just a few days ago, Cleveland Browns player Seth DeValve, who is white, joined a group of his black teammates who were kneeling during the national anthem. So far, he’s the first and only white NFL player to do so.
