Who knew beer could bring us all together?

Heineken sure did. And they unveiled a new commercial that perfectly tackles the current political issues in our world, unlike Pepsi with their tone deaf Kylie Jenner “fights oppression” ad.

In Heineken’s “World Apart” clip (created by Publicis London), it shows how we all have things in common no matter our political views. Two strangers with totally different political opinions are put together to participate in an experiment. They are given instructions to build a bar.

They form a bond while building the bar, and once they’re done, they’re told to watch a video. In the video, recordings of their opinions about certain issues are displayed and things obviously get uncomfortable. They are then presented with the choice to leave or talk it out over a beer. Each group decides to chat over a beer and they soon realize open dialogue caused them to form new friendships, despite their polar opposite stances on certain issues.

Today, he appeared on the “Wendy Williams Show” to guest co-host for the entire show and he sat down on the couch with Wendy to answer some burning questions about his relationship with his ex-wife Mariah Carey. He even dished about walking away from “America’s Got Talent.”

The “Wildin’ Out” host also hopped in the hot seat where Wendy asked him questions about his ex-wife’s nemesis. 

“If you had the chance, would you hook up with Nicki anyway?,” Wendy asked.

“Is this pre the booty dropping? Is this bubbly booty Nicki or after the booty drop?,” Nick asked Wendy.

“The booty drop!,” Wendy chimed in.

“Oh, naw. I can’t do that then. If she go and get it fixed, then call me Nicki,” he responded.

Oh, he also confirmed that Mariah had him play her track “Fantasy” when their twins, Roc & Roe, were being delivered. By the way, they turn six in a few days.

Pittsburgh rapper Jimmy Wopo raps a disgusting lyric about rape on a recently released track and he uses a Kobe Bryant reference to get his point across. More inside…

There’s an up and coming rapper out of Pittsburgh named Jimmy Wopo. And he has us giving him the uber side eye over a controversial lyric in one of his new songs.

The 20-year-old seems to have a fascination with NBA icon Kobe Bryant. He titled the song in question “Black Mamba” and referenced Kobe’s name in a lyric about rape.

He raps, “ She act like she want it but won't f*ck me/Imma rape her like Kobe"

Ugh! So none of his handlers saw an issue with this line?

He’s referencing Kobe’s sexual assault case that was eventually dropped due to the victim deciding not testify in court.

Of course, social media is dragging him for it. So, his manager, Taylor Maglin, hopped on Facebook to defend him:

She’s back!

Days after her husband/former President Barack Obama returned to the limelight, former First Lady Michelle Obama makes her first post-White House appearance.

FLOTUS hit the stage for a conversation at the AIA Conference on Architecture 2017 yesterday in Orlando, FL. And she’s looking well rested and beautiful. Those much-needed vacations just gave her more of that glow that we love.

And her fashion is still A1.

The 53-year-old -- above alongside AIA Executive Vice President Robert A. Ivy and AIA President Thomas Vonier -- rocked a black, white and beige Lafayette 148 NY for her first public speaking engagement.

Mrs. Obama opened up about closing the gender gap in the workforce, explaining women need to start asking for what we need instead of accepting what’s given to us.

“If you have leverage, you have to push for the women who don’t,” she said. “We have to start asking for what we need, and then we need to employers to be more open to what work-life balance can actually look like.”

She continued, “It’s not easy and it’s never going to be. The one thing I can say to working mothers out there: Don’t beat up on yourselves. What you are doing is hard, and we still don’t live in a society that supports it.”

FLOTUS also shot down the notion of running for political office…again.

“Politics is tough, and it’s hard on a family. I wouldn’t ask my children to do this again because when you run for higher office, it’s not just you, it’s your whole family. Plus, there’s just so much more we can outside of the office, because we won’t have the burden of political baggage.”

We're definitely not mad at her for putting her family first.

On Inauguration Day, she revealed she wanted to cry, but she fought back tears because she didn’t want to send out the wrong message."I didn't want to have tears in my eyes because people would swear I was crying because of the new president.”

Mrs. Obama is cooking up something special for College Signing Day! Mrs. Obama will be teaming up with MTV to celebrate hundreds of high school students pursuing higher education. We all know Mrs. O is passionate about education, so it comes as no surprise that she's continuing the work she started while in the White House.

She'll be front and center at this year's event, which will be held at New York City's Public Theater on May 5th with hundreds of NYC high school students. In the clip, she says, "You are working to create a life you can be proud of. And I want you to know I'm rooting for you every step o the way. Trust me, you've got this."

Diddy and the Bad Boy Family reunited once again to hit the stage at the Tribeca Film Festival to celebrate a new documentary that will chronicle their early days in the music biz. Stroll down memory lane inside…

Everything that went down behind-the-scenes at Bad Boy Entertainment is about to be told in an upcoming documentary titled Can’t Stop, Won’t Stop: A Bad Boy Story.'

Last night, the film was screened at the 2017 Tribeca Film Festival and the entire Bad Boy Family came together to celebrate at the Beacon Theater.

The premiere included a concert that featured artists from the iconic label and Lil Kim had everyone on their feet rapping lyrics from her classic tracks.

Lil Kim and Faith Evans, who is dubbed as the First Lady of Bad Boy, have certainly come a LONG way. It was all love between the queens on stage last night. And it was definitely a good look.

Mase even stepped out in the spotlight to rock the stage alongside Diddy and the Bad Boy Family.

Laurieann Gibson, who was Bad Boy’s director of choreography, also made an appearance on stage with Diddy’s sons Justin and Christian Combs. As you all know, Christian aka King Combs is following in his father’s footsteps and working on creating his own lane in the music industry under his father's record label, of course.

Phaedra Parks and Apollo Nida are STILL married after the first judgment was thrown out. But, Phaedra wants Apollo to know that prenup will still be in enforced in the new filing. Deets inside…

Phaedra Parks THOUGHT her divorce from Apollo Nida was final, but she was sadly mistaken when the judge threw it out due to a number of things, including the misspelling of her estranged husband’s name. On the "Real Housewives of Atlanta," she was quick to share with her bestie Porsha Williams she was officially a single woman.

So now they have to do it all over again. But, the Southern Belle is seriously concerned about the prenup being enforced in the new filing, which Apollo signed a few days before they tied the knot in 2009. Of course, she’s not trying to shell out any alimony, so she filed new paperwork requesting the prenup to be enforced.

TMZ reports:

In docs, obtained by TMZ, Phaedra says they both agreed to waive their right to alimony ... meaning he shouldn't get a dime in spousal support when the divorce is final. She also claims they agreed how to divide their assets when they signed on the dotted line.

Phaedra thinks it's simple -- the prenup should control who gets to keep what, and doesn't want to leave things up to the judge ... as Apollo requested.

And she really sticks it to him ... saying the fact his assets have plummeted is his own doing because of his criminal activity. Apollo's serving prison time for money fraud.

Let’s see how this round plays out. Y'all know Phaedra isn't trying to give Apollo (and his new fiancee) any of her coin.

Ja Rule had anticipated on throwing one of the most LIT festivals of the year. But, it all came tumbling down and social media is dragging him for it. Catch up on what went down inside…

Folks are dubbing Ja Rule a scam artist after his inaugural Fyre Festival went down the sh*t hole.

The Fyre Festival, founded by Ja Rule and tech entrepreneur Billy McFarland, was hyped up on social media to be one of the hottest festivals of the year. It was described as a “cultural moment created from a blend of music, art, and food” and it was supposed to be this huge extravaganza that would take over a private island in the Bahamas.

It was supposed to be a fun-filled and relaxing event for rich millenials to enjoy activities like kayaking and yoga on the Islands of the Exumas. The festival was set to run over two weekends like Coachella, but it was nothing of the sort.

Tickets started at $1,000 and went up to $12,000 (some sites reporting even more) and festivalgoers were told they would be partying it up VIP style with celebrities like reality star/model Kylie Jenner and model Bella Hadid. Had they paid attention to the fine print, they may have seen these celebrities were only attached to promote the festival with no contractual obligation to attend.

They were also promised performances by G.O.O.D. Music artists (like Tyga), Migos, Lil Yachty, Blink 182 and more.

Well, when festivalgoers got on the island they quickly learned it wasn’t going to be anything like it had been hyped up to be. Apparently tents were falling over, transportation was provided via a school bus, the food was NOT up to par and they ran out of drinking water.

One festivalgoer described what it was like when he finally got on the festival grounds, sharing,"The tents had no floors, it was just dirt. No beds and port-a-potties. Everyone's luggage was being held in these 20-foot shipping containers. It got to a point where Billy McFarland was standing on a table in the middle of a field trying to direct people. I had to physically fight my way to the cargo containers to get my luggage, which they had been holding. I then tried getting a hotel room but every hotel was booked out because there is a separate festival going on for locals. So there isn't anywhere else to stay."

Damn.

Naughty By Nature’s Treach hopped on social media to air out his frustration with his ex-wife Pepa. The rapper went on a harsh tirade aginst Pepa, calling her everything but a child of God over what she wrote in a tell-all book and the treatment of their children. The "O.P.P." rapper is also not pleased with how Pep treats his daughter Egypt Criss on the reality show "Growing Up Hip Hop."

We’re not exactly sure what set him off today, being that Pepa released her book “Let’s Talk About Pep” back in 2008. However, she did put up a promo post on Instagram to let her fans know that Amazon had restocked the book and urged them to grab a copy earlier this month:

Foxy Brown is getting dragged for refusing to hit the stage at a gay nightclub in Philly over the weekend and there’s video of the rapper getting boo’d out the club. Check it out, plus why Katy Perry is getting backlash over what some are calling a racist joke inside…

Foxy Brown had an eventful weekend to say the least. And now, folks are dragging her on social media for her diva antics.

The Ill Na Na rapper was tapped to hit the stage at Park Avenue Banquet Hall in Philly Saturday night for a Black Pride event. But, for whatever reason, Foxy never made her way on stage to perform. From what folks are saying on social media, Foxy was scheduled to hit the stage at 2AM to perform, but she showed THREE hours late. She allegedly sat in a corner, facing the wall with her back to the crowd. The DJ was playing her songs, but Foxy never got up to perform.

Needless to say, her fans were extremely upset, so they started boo’n her and they boo’d her right out of the club. You can hear people chanting "Remy Ma" in the background as security escorted her out:

Pop singer Katy Perry is receiving some backlash for a joke she made about former President Barack Obama. Well, she didn’t really aim the joke at our former POTUS, but folks are up in arms over what she said.

While on Instagram Live on Saturday, one of her fans told Katy they missed her old black hair. She responds,“Ohhhh, really. Do you miss Barack Obama as well? Oh well, times changed. Bye. [laughs]”

Tamar Braxton caused a slight wardrobe mishap for her sister Toni Braxton on the red carpet at the 2017 Daytime EMMY Awards. Plus, Steve Harvey scooped up several trophies for his hosting gigs. Get it all inside…

Although she’s no longer a co-host on “The Real,” Tamar Braxton said she would be attending the 2017 Daytime EMMY Awards and she did. She popped up on the carpet alongside her older sister Toni Braxton for the 43rd Annual Daytime EMMY Awards.

“The Real” was nominated in the Outstanding Entertainment Talk Show Hosts, so Tay Tay wanted to be there to accept the award, if they were the winners.

As the Braxton sisters made their way down the carpet, Tamar assisted her sister with her gown. It seems the R&B singer tugged on Toni’s dress a little too hard, which cause Toni to serve up a bit more leg action. Oops!

It wasn't that big of a wardrobe malfunction, but she recovered nicely. 

Making her way down the carpet, Tay Tay bumped into funnyman Wayne Brady.

“The Real” co-hosts, Jeannie Mai, Adrienne Bailon, Tamera Mowry Housely and Loni Love, were also in the mix to celebrated their show being nominated.

Stunning! Tamera dazzled in a Tony Ward couture gown and Le Vian jewels and we're obsessed! She looked flawless. Her husband Adam Housely escorted her to the red carpet event as her date.

And Adrienne did a little flexing before hitting the carpet. Gorge.

While “The Real” didn’t win an award, “The Talk” did sweep up the award for Outstanding Entertainment Talk Show Hosts. Congrats to the ladies!

Kym Whitley was all smiles on the carpet before heading inside. Her show “The Bay The Series” ended up nabbing the EMMY Award for Outstanding Digital Daytime Drama Series.

Steve Harvey was also a big winner last night. He won the Outstanding Game Show Host award for hosting “Family Feud” and the Outstanding Talk Show/Informative Host award for his radio show “The Steve Harvey Morning Show.” Congrats Steve.

Y’all better start checking your bank accounts to cop tickets to this year’s Made In America Festival. Why? Well the festival’s creator Jay Z and Roc Nation signee J. Cole will be headlining the highly anticipated festival to celebrate its sixth year.

The Made In America Festival, previously headlined by Beyonce, Rihanna,Kanye West and more, will span over two days during the Labor Day weekend on September 2nd & 3rd. The festival will be held at Benjamin Franklin Parkway in Philadelphia and it’s going to be LIT.

Outside of Hov and J. Cole rocking the stage, there’s a A-list line up for festivalgoers. This year’s acts include Solange, Migos, DMX, Pusha T, 21 Savage and more. Also, the lineup includes several non-Hip Hop acts like The Chainsmokers, Kaskade, Little Dragon and more. Yep, there’s something for everyone.

Nicki Minaj has been teasing her Barbs that she’s releasing a new video. And today, she blessed them with the video treatment for her passionate track “Regret In Your Tears.”

In the Mert Alas and Marcus Pigott-directed clip, Nicki taps into her sensual side while laying in bed with her lover. We’re not sure if the song is aimed at her ex Meek Mill or Safaree Samuels. It could be both. Either way, she rises at the end while others drown beneath her.

On Twitter, she dubs the clip her “favorite” and made note that Mert and Marcus have only directed a music video for her and Madonna.

The Pinkprint raptress will be hitting the stage for the 2017 Billboard Music Awards. And her Young Money labelmate Drake will also serve up a performance. Billboard announced this year’s performers and the line up also includes performances from John Legend, Bruno Mars and more. Peep the list above.

As you know, Drizzy is in the lead for a total of 22 nominations (along with The Chainsmokers), so he’ll definitely be bringing home an award or two.

The 2017 Billboard Music Awards will go down May 21st on ABC.

West coast rapper The Game has pulled the trigger on a mega lawsuit against a media conglomerate. The “Hate It Or Love It” rapper just filed a $20 million lawsuit against Viacom.

Why? Well he wants Viacom (who is the parent company to VH1) to pay the woman who accused him of sexual assault after appearing on his VH1 dating show "She Got Game." You’ll recall, the woman, Prsicilla Rainey, won $7.1 million in the case against the Game and he isn’t trying to cough up the cash.

Game alleges Viacom shouldn’t have allowed Priscilla on the show based on her rap sheet which includes multiple felony arrests for aggravated battery. In the suit, it’s noted a doctor warned that Priscilla would act out “in moments of jealousy” and that her “normal composure dissolves, leaving her to acting out of control.”

On top of the $7.1 million he’s owed to Priscilla, he wants an additional $13 million in damages.

Hmmm...do you think Game has a case?

Janet Jackson is heading back on her tour like she promised. And she also confirms she and her husband Wissam Al Mana are dunzo and currently battling it out in court. Deets inside…

She’s back!

After welcoming her baby boy Eissa Al Mana in Janaury, Janet Jackson is ready to get back to work. The singing legend announced in a video posted to her Twitter account that she’s heading back out on tour after she had to cancel due to her pregnancy.

She changed the name of the tour from“Unbreakable” to “State of the World” tour and the 56-city run will kick off September 7th in Lafayette, LA at the Cajundome.

The “Rhythm Nation” singer will make multiple stops in Texas and California, hit all four corners of the U.S. visiting Seattle, Portland, St. Louis, Milwaukee, Chicago, Boston, Philly, Memphis, Jacksonville, as well as head north of the border to include Vancouver and Toronto, with her final stop on December 17th in Atlanta at Philips Arena.

Tickets for the newly scheduled dates will go on sale on May 5th. Tickets held for previous “Unbreakabl”e tour events that are now re-scheduled will be honored at the new dates. For more information hit up Live Nation. livenation.com.

Also in the video, Janet confirmed she and her estranged husband Wissam Al Mana are getting a divorce. She said they’re currently in court and the rest is in God’s hands.

Hope Wissam won't flip about all this moving around.  You know this divorce is already getting messy....
