Earlier today, 37-year-old actress and author La La Anthony made her way to the Tribeca Film Festival Luncheon & Award Ceremony rocking a curve hugging striped Opening Ceremony dress and Christian Louboutin shoes. 

She didn't have her usual smile on her face, or her wedding ring on her finger, but she's keeping to her work commitments nonetheless:

Before grabbing lunch at Thalassa Mediterranean restaurant, La joined her "Power" co-stars, like the pregnant Naturi Naughton, who were also in the mix at the luncheon today.

Details about election night when Hillary Clinton lost to Donald Trump are surfacing. And we now know that Mrs. Clinton offered up an apology to former President Barack Obama after losing the election. Details inside….

Five months after a historic presidential election night, details surrounding Democratic hopeful Hillary Clinton are coming to light.

In a new book chronicling her 2016 presidential bid called “Shattered: Inside Hillary Clinton’s Doomed Campaign” by political journalists Jonathan Allen and Amie Parnes, it details how the former Secretary of State issued an apology to President Barack Obama after Donald Trump nabbed the election.

Before conceding to Trump, Hillary spoke with Mr. Obama where she apologized for letting him and the country down.

“Mr. President,” she said softly. “I’m sorry.”

The book noted, “She had let him down. She had let herself down. She had let her party down. And she had let her country down. Obama’s legacy and her dreams of the Presidency lay shattered at Donald Trump’s feet. This was on her. Reluctantly she rose from her seat and took the phone.”

Before she made that call to Trump, President O had to encourage her to make the call once it was clear that Trump had won the election. Earlier on election night, the White House had urged Hillary to concede after losing some battleground states, but she wasn’t quite ready.

Mr. Obama eventually called her up and directly told her, “You need to concede,” to avoid a messy recount. And that’s exactly what she did.

Rapper/reality star Rasheeda is gracing a double cover for DELUX magazine’s April 2017 issue. And she’s dishing about a new endeavor that will give fans a closer look at her relationship with her husband Kirk Frost.

In the cover story, the “Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta” star chopped it up about adding author to her resume. She revealed she’s working on a book where she will share some intimate details about her relationship with her “cheater” husband. If you watch the show, you know Kirk is currently involved in a baby scandal where new cast mate Jasmine Washington is claiming to have gotten pregnant by Kirk and birthed a son. Rasheeda confronted Kirk about the alleged side-baby and by the end of their conversation, she took her wedding ring off.

The entrepreneur spilled to the magazine:

“The purpose behind my book will be to teach, and allow people to learn about situations in life and things that happen and you will be able to take a glimpse into my relationship and see it’s a lot more complex than what television has shown you. But for the most part you will leave with seeds to plant.”

“I want people to honestly to understand that life is full of struggles and sometimes you make mistakes and with those mistakes, it’s not a bad thing you can learn from those things and turn around and build into something great. Also, what I want people to understand is just being true to yourself and its nothing wrong with sh*t being wrong. Nobody is perfect, your life is your life. Your cards are dealt how they are dealt. In shocking and breaking news this morning, former NFL player Aaron Hernandez committed suicide in prison in the wee hours of this morning.  Full story inside.

Just days after being acquitted for most charges in a double murder case, Aaron Hernandez committed suicide by hanging himself in his single prison cell.

Authorities at the Souza Baranowski Correctional Center in Shirley Massachusetts confirm Aaron used his bedsheets to kill himself at 3:05AM.  His individual cell was in general population.

Aaron was serving life in prison after his 2015 conviction of the 2013 murder of Odin Lloyd. Interestingly, his lawyer Jose Baez recently claimed Aaron had a fighting chance of overturning that sentence.

In the double murder case, the 27-year-old was charged with killing of Daniel de Abreu and Safiro Furtado - immigrants from Cape Verde.  This past Friday, a jury found him not guilty on most of the eight counts he faced, including murder and armed assault.

Aaron's death comes on the same day his former team the Patriots are making their visit to WH – today – to mark their Super Bowl win. 

Aaron, who played tight end, signed a $40 million contract with the Patriots in 2012.  He was cut from the team once arrested for Odin Lloyd's murder in 2013.

Sad situation all around.

Scottie Pippen and Larsa Pippen aren't reconciling afterall, despite their recent loved up pics together.  Details inside.

They're definitely divorcing, but it's amicable.

The NBA Hall of Famer and former "Real Housewives of Miami" star are moving forward with their divorce, this according to TMZ:

The good news ... the NBA legend and the former 'Real Housewives' star are on really good terms and have vowed to remain friends after the split.

In the end, the two sides decided it's just not working and the best move is to split. We're told both Scottie and Larsa have vowed to remain friends and co-parent their kids.

Scottie and Larsa, who initially made headlines with their divorce when Scottie filed papers back in October have recently been snapping pics out and about together and as a family.  They made an appearance at a cozy lunch event (above) back in February, and also took their 4 kids to Universal Studios last week for Spring Break:

As details continue to leak about the uncoupling of LaLa & Carmelo Anthony, The First Couple of the NY Knicks is all about the public appearances.

Yesterday, a ringless LaLa was spotted making her way to the Tribeca Film Festival Luncheon & Award Ceremony. She looked quite somber and not her usual bubbly self.

Later that day, her estranged husband made his first appearance since the scandal broke. And his emotions appeared to be the total opposite from his wife’s. The NY Knicks baller was all smiles as he trekked through the Big Apple:

After news broke that La and Melo decided to separate, it was revealed he allegedly got a stripper pregnant, who’s reportedly about 6 months along. It was also reported that La moved out of their home and copped her own apartment in NYC.

Sad.

With technological advances, Melo could go ahead and do a paternity test to see if the kid is his. That may not matter though. We hear there’s no chance these two will reconcile.

It was McDonald’s workers who tipped off state troopers that Facebook killer Steve Stephens was in their area yesterday.  All because Stephens stopped to get nuggets and fries. Now, a rep for the franchise is speaking out about the incident.

After Steve Stephens was caught by Pennsylvania officials yesterday before he took his own life, reports have surfaced that we have McDonald's workers to thank for Stephens being found.

Before police embarked on a short pursuit of Stephens, he was initially found in an Erie, PA McDonald's parking lot....thanks to a tip from that McDonald's employees.

Franchise owner and operator Thomas DuCharme Jr. tells GoErie news that his employee(s) recognized Stephens when he pulled up in the drive through to order a 20 piece chicken nuggets and fries.  So they told him his fries weren't ready in order to hold him there while they contacted authorities.  Stephens eventually said he didn't have time to wait and drove off.

“I am pretty sure he figured out that we were on to him.  He didn’t want to wait for his fries.”

State police showed up in time to intercept him, and a short pursuit occurred before Stephens killed himself.  Erie County Coroner Lyell Cook pronounced Stephens dead at the scene at 11:35 a.m.

Stephens walked up to the elderly Robert Godwin, Sr. (pictured above) a few days ago and shot him in cold blood, citing Stephens' girlfriend Joy Lane breaking up with him caused him to do it.

Joy joined Godwin's sisters in speaking to Fox 8 Cleveland yesterday saying:

“I feel bad; the last thing he would have said is my name and he didn’t know me or why he was saying,” Lane told the sisters.

We continue to keep all victims in our thoughts and prayers.

Serena Williams is pregnant!  At least, according ot her latest post & delete on Snapchat.

The tennis champ just posted the above photo with a burgeoning baby bump bearing the caption "20 Weeks."  It obviously reads as though she's 5 months pregnant with her first child!

The engaged YBF Chick is currently on vacay, and showed off a bump in a yellow swimsuit.

Interestingly, she removed the photo almost immediately, and it doesn't appear on any of her other social networks.  Her fiance, Reddit co-founder Alexis Ohanian, hasn't posted it either.

It's possible she meant to send as a DM and accidentally hit My Story.  It happens to the best of us.

Serena and Alexis became engaged almost four months ago.

Former NFL star Kerry Rhodes tied the knot with his longtime girlfriend Nicky Whelan in Beverly Hills over the weekend. Go inside their nuptials…

Kerry Rhodes is officially a married man. The NFL star turned actor tied the knot to his girlfriend/Australian actress Nick Whelan in Beverly Hills. Now, the happily married couple is sharing flicks from their big day.

Kerry, dapper in Tom James, and Nicky, rocking J’Aton Couture, said “I Do” at the Beverly Hills Hotel during a lavish ceremony surrounded by family and friends.

“We love the tradition of marriage, and we love being able to call each other husband and wife,” Nicky told PEOPLE. “We both understand that our relationship takes work, and we made a choice that that’s what we are wanting. Both of our parents are still together, and so we have been around a very traditional environment our whole lives. We want to carry that through.”

The couple’s wedding ceremony came complete with a three-tier cake from friend Cake Boss Buddy Valastro‘s Carlo’s Bakery; his-and-hers rings from Rafaello & Co., the same jewelers who crafted Wheelan’s 6.5-carat engagement ring; bridesmaids dresses by Amsale; and flower arrangements from Petals LA.

To keep everyone fully engaged, the couple had everyone’s cell phones confiscated so guests could enjoy every moment from the ceremony and reception.“The best thing we did was not allowing iPhones into the wedding,” Nicky said.“It was amazing to watch everyone get up and communicate and dance — not one person was looking down all night.  It really proved about point about how incredible people are when they come together and don’t have their cell phones.”

It’s that time of year again where PEOPLE magazine unveils their list of the World’s Most Beautiful People. This year, they’ve added a new addition to the list, incorporating families into the fold and one of our YBF faves made the cut.

Singer/mom/wife/author (we could go on) Kelly Rowland and her family, including her husband Tim and son Titan, are the definition of beautiful. So, it was no surprise the trio made the #MostBeautifulFamily list. Baby Titan is insanely cute, his mother is breathtakingly gorgeous and Tim is a handsome man.

When it comes to parenting, Kelly told PEOPLE she and her husband’s main goal is to raise a great man. Lately, Titan has been really interested in playing the piano, so she’s gearing up to start piano lessons for him. She said her parenting style isn’t strict, but firm. She said she wants her son to grow up in a world that is fair and even though the world is one way, she hopes he’s the person who wants to create change.

Chile, what is going on?!  After the rumor mill spun with unconfirmed reports last night of Carmelo Anthony's alleged pregnant mistress actually being a Chicago social worker, and not a New York stripper, an alleged ex-friend has come out the woodwork to speak on it....

The shenanigans have officially begun after the Carmelo & La La Anthony split news took over this week.

Originally, it was reported that an unnamed dancer who works in a New York strip club was pregnant with Melo's baby....and La La is understandably pissed about the situation.

Then, other media sources claimed that Melo's alleged pregnant mistress wasn't a NY stripper, but actually an "educated social worker" from Chicago who supposedly goes by the name of Mia Burkes.

Yeah, the foolery is off to an impeccable start.

Today, a woman claiming to be the ex-friend (middle, camo jacket) of the alleged Chicago mistress spoke to "The Chicago Morning Takeover" on 107.5 WGCI in the Chi.  And she spilled all the alleged tea.

While we're side eyeing this entire situation, for a few reasons, you can judge for yourselves.

The ex-friend claims the alleged mistress also dated rapper Lil Durk and Ryan Henry from "Black Ink Chicago"!  She also says her friend was "that type of girl" to be giddy about dating ballers, even married ones.

After this morning's shocking news of former NFL player Aaron Hernandez's apparent suicide, his lawyer and agent are simply not buying it. Deets inside...

Aaron's lawyer Jose Baez says not only was this apparent suicide out of character for his client, but he feels murder could be the actual cause of death.

Baez has launched an investigation into what really went down between those Massachusetts prison walls, as he's convinced Hernandez's death very well could have been murder orchestrated by authorities.

TMZ reports:

We've learned attorney Jose Baez -- who just got a not guilty verdict for Aaron last week in the double murder case -- has launched an investigation on behalf of Hernandez' family and they are not buying the suicide story.

We're told Baez believes this could be a murder either by inmates or the folks who run the prison.

Baez says the family is "devastated" and does not believe Aaron was in a frame of mind to take his life.

Earlier today, Jose said Aaron gave no indication that he was even considering taking his own life, especially since he was just acquitted of most charge in a double murder case on Friday.    Ina statement, Jose revealed:

“There were no conversations or correspondence from Aaron to his family or legal team that would have indicated anything like this was possible.  Aaron was looking forward to an opportunity for a second chance to prove his innocence.  Those who love and care about him are heartbroken and determined to find the truth surrounding his untimely death. We request that authorities conduct a transparent and thorough investigation.”

Jose also says they were optimistic about beating the life sentence for the murder conviction he's currently in prison for.

Aaron's former agent said:

Absolutely no chance he took his own life. Chico was not a saint, but my family and I loved him and he would never take his own life.

In the cover story, the Baby Face Assassin opened up about poppin’ off on Donald Trump and threatening to leave Under Armour after the CEO backed Trump:

“Even then, I was worried that I had messed up—that having a playful attitude had detracted from the serious point I felt I needed to make,” Curry says. “I'm not gonna pretend that I have some long history as an activist. But I'm definitely in the camp that when it comes to athletes, whoever has a microphone in front of their face, they ought to use it.

“You know,” he adds, “I did get a lot of feedback from other believers who were disappointed in the aggression of my statement. They thought it was un-Christian of me to call [Trump] a name. Now, I understand that Jesus probably wouldn't have used that term. But He was in that temple going crazy, flipping tables.… I think that sometimes, you have to remember who you are and what you stand for and not be ashamed of that.”

Common has a slew of projects coming down the pipeline, but he found some time out of his busy to run a few errands in Beverly Hills.

Decked out in basketball shorts, a t-shirt and sneakers, the Oscar winner was spotted just strolling down the street like us regular folks.

As for his new projects, the Chi-town native has been super busy. He’s wrapping several new films, including The Tale, Hunter Killer, A Happening of Monumental Proportions, Megan Leavey and more. Yeah, he’s about to be all over the big screen this year and next year.Let's keep our fingers crossed he scoops up more awards to add to his Oscar and Grammys.

The chocolate heartthrob, who has been married for over 20 years, stopped by the Wendy Williams show yesterday to chat about his collaboration weight loss book with his trainer Obi titled “The Cut.” He opened up about how he stays in shape, what it's like being an empty nester now that both of his kids are in college and more.
