There’s a guy in Miami who has been catfishing everyone into thinking he plays for the Miami Dolphins. He posted a message on social media about why black athletes run to white women instead of dating black women and now he’s being exposed. These days you can create an Instagram account and turn into whoever you want to be. That’s what Ricardo Agnant did and he had everyone believing he’s a player on the Miami Dolphins roster. The thing is, he’s NOT a NFL player and has been catfishing white women, other NFL players and everyone else for the last three years. Now, after some investigation, he’s being exposed and the truth is out.

It recently all started when Ricardo “Maserati Rick” Agnant posted a reply to Washington Redskins player Lynden Antonio Trail's question on Facebook. Trail asked, “Why do a lot of black athletes marry white women?”

Maserati Rick didn’t waste any time to share he’s so over black women and their “attitudes,” explaining that black woman aren’t “coachable” and that white women know how to “stay in their lane” and be submissive.

He made sure to mention how "happy" he is that he snagged a white woman and how it was the best thing he's ever done in his life:

Well, since he put up those posts about black women, it has been revealed that Maserati Rick isn’t even a football player and he definitely doesn’t play for the Miami Dolphins. BlackSportsOnline reached out to members of the Dolphins organization and they confirm he’s NOT a player on the team. But, looking at his Instagram page, you would never know it. He has NEVER played in a NFL game, despite all of the pictures he has posted on his page claiming he’s a member of the team.

So here’s how he has been tricking folks. He uses pictures of other players and puts tons of filters on them so you can’t recognize who’s actually in the picture. For instance, he posted a picture of another player signing a contract with the Dolphins and put all of these filters on it so you can’t recognize it’s not even him in the picture:

The thing is, he has been using extra filters and strategic pictures that don’t show his uniform number leading folks to believe he plays for the NFL team:

The closest he has ever been to playing for the Miami Dolphins is participating in a regional combine in 2014. Did he actually participate in the combine? Yes. Did he make the team? No. But that one day at the combine morphed into a whole new life for Maserati Rick.

And the caption in the post below is a straight up lie:

Maserati Rick had everyone fooled. He was able to catfish his way into test driving luxury cars simply telling them he plays for the Dolphins and folks automatically believe him:

After getting blasted for his catfishing ways, Maserati Rick changed his social media handles, except one. Now he claims he is a Miami police officer:

Of course, there's no record of him being a police officer in Miami. So ladies, be careful! This guy appears to be a scam artist and that's dangerous. Makes you think twice about believing everything someone posts online.

So much for Phaedra Parks and Apollo Nida being single. A judge has thrown out their divorce decree deeming it unfair to jailed Apollo. Details inside...

So much for Phaedra Parks embarking on her single life.

A judge just threw a monkey wrench in her divorce proceedings resulting in the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star still being tied to her jailed husband Apollo Nida. You'll recall, Phaedra confirmed her divorce from Apollo was final back in November 2016, but that doesn't seem to be the case.

According to TMZ, the judge presiding over their divorce decided to toss out the divorce decree because it was unfair to Apollo. How so you ask? Apparently, Phaedra “intentionally misspelled the parties names” and the judge found that quite odd to say the least. She misspelled his name and her own name? Sounds fishy.

The judge was concerned with the way the divorce was being handled as Apollo was given the impression that he would get permission to attend future divorce hearings from prison. Never happened.

Also, Apollo, who’s currently serving an 8-year prison sentence for bank fraud and identity theft, was reportedly not informed about the final hearing OR served with documents notifying him the divorce was final.

Now, the question is, will Phaedra start the divorce proceedings over? OR is she secretly hoping she can possibly save her marriage?

The beef between R&B singers August Alsina and Trey Songz has been reignited. Why? Well, the New Orleans singer wasn’t here for the VA’s native’s comments about him during his most recent sitdown with Power 105’s “The Breakfast Club.”

During the chat, Trigga was asked about getting into fights with his enemies, in which he responded,“August was talking crazy a couple years ago and I ain’t want to fight. I don’t want to fight. I want to get some money. There’s other people who got problems with me that I ain’t even address. I don’t want to fight nobody. What does that prove? That don’t prove nothing.”

In 2014, August, who teamed up with Trey his “I Luv This Sh*t” remix, aired out his frustrations with Trigga claiming his ego and major attitude was the reason they no longer “f*cked” with one another.

Well, August still doesn’t “f*ck” with Trey and he had no problems to let him know it.

August posted up an Instagram post responding to Trey’s comments, reminding him he can still catch that fade. He posted:

“When niggas mention yo name in a interview talking bout catching fades but you already offered several fades years ago and will STILL gladly beat his goofy ass & then be cool later @treysongz @breakfastclubam #NeverTalkingCrazyAlwaysTalkingTRUTH Stretch before you reach next time nigxa! And don't mention my name. (Back to the Real World, where real problems exist.)”

Trigga caught wind of his comments and laughed it off in August's comments:

It's unclear if Trigga is aiming the post above at August or if he was reacting to Trump's healthcare drama.

But, this post certainly seems like a response to August.

The brand new cop drama “Shots Fired,” starring Sanaa Lathan, debuted on FOX this week. To celebrate, the leading lady and executive producer Brian Grazer linked up for lunch in Beverly Hills yesterday. It was all love between the two as Brian laced Sanaa with a kiss on the cheek as they exited the restaurant. 

“Shots Fired” is a new miniseries that addresses police brutality in America, but with a twist. A black cop shoots a white teenager in the series and it explores the major differences in how race dictates how the situation is treated.

Sanna recently spoke with VOGUE about playing a female DOJ investigation officer and how filming the series correlated with similar events that were actually happening around the country.

“I knew whatever [the Bythewoods] put their hands on was going to be good,” the YBF actress says. “The fact that it was such a timely subject that needs to be dealt with in our country today was the cherry on top.”

The 45-year-old actress reflected on how emotions were running high during filming last summer on the day after Philando Castile was shot dead by a police officer in his car with his girlfriend and her young daughter inside with him.

“It was chilling, the synchronicity of what was going on and the subject matter of what we were shooting. [We began filming] one day after Philando Castile was shot—he was the one who was in the car with a baby in the back and his girlfriend in the [passenger] seat—we couldn’t believe it; we were stunned,” she remembers. “The first AD was in tears; it was hard for her to even start the day. We had to take a moment of silence and regroup and really remind ourselves of what a big responsibility we had dealing with the subject matter.”

Since "Shots Fired" is a miniseries, we wonder if they are working on another project together.

“Orange Is The New Black” star Laverne Cox is always on her A-game when she hits the streets. Last night, the EMMY nominated actress was spotted leaving CATCH restaurant in West Hollywood after dining with her actor friend Paul McGill.

Laverne dubbed her night out on the town as a healing session as she caught up with her friend, captioning on Instagram,“What a healing night seeing my old friend @paul_mcgill_. Love you Paul.”

And the feelings are mutual. Paul captioned,“Tonight reminded me the power of friendship. This woman gives me deep hope, deep understanding, and deep cleavage.”

The YBF actress will be co-leading a new ABC pilot titled “The Trustee” alongside Meaghan Rath.

Deadline shares a few details about the one-hour comedy pilot:

“’The Trustee’ is described as a fun, female buddy cop comedy about Eliza Radley (Rath), a driven but stubborn detective who finds unlikely help from her precinct’s trustee, Amanda Jones (Cox) a larger-than-life ex-con finishing out her prison sentence doing menial tasks for the police department. Though these two have completely opposing views on crime and punishment, a highly entertaining and successful partnership is born.”

This new gig comes on the heels of her role in the CBS legal drama “Doubt.” While the show hasn’t officially been cancelled, it’s being reported it’s not coming back.

The “Rocky Picture Horror Story” star STAYS booked and we’re certainly not mad about it.

On Friday, NBA legend Shaquille O’Neal was honored with an incredible statue at the Staples Center that brought several Los Angeles Lakers greats.

Among the former players was Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, who took the stage to say a few words about playing professional basketball with Shaq. And he came with the laughs!

“Some people thought the odds of Kobe Bryant showing up today were the same as Shaq sinking a free throw,” Karrem said as everyone fell out in laughter. Check it:

The fact that Shaq’s former teammate/nemesis Kobe Bryant came out to show support just shows how far these two have come along. While talking about Shaq, Kobe dubbed the Basketball Hall of Famer as the “most dominant player” he had ever seen. Nice to see they have buried the hatchet and are cool now.

Even Shaq's Louisiana State University basketball coach Dale Brown was in the mix to show love.

Shaq’s statue was created in pure Big Diesel fashion. The statue features the former NBA baller hanging from the rim after a slam duck. The 1,200lb statue was suspended 10 feet in the air so everyone could get a good look at it.

Shaq, his longtime girlfriend Laticia Rolle, and his mom took their courtside seats to watch the Lakers go head-to-head against the Minnesota Timberwolves. Around this time last year, Shaq hopped in Laticia's Instagram comments asking that she marry him. She accepted, but it's unclear if they're actually engaged or if they were just Insta-flirting.

The Lakers pulled out with win against the Timberwolves, 114-109.

It’s official! “Orange Is The New Black” star Samira Wiley ties the knot with “OITNB” writer Lauren Morelli yesterday. Details on their nuptials inside…

Congratulations are in order for Samira Wiley and Lauren Morelli! 

The former “OITNB” star and “OITNB” writer tied the knot in an intimate ceremony surrounded by family and friends in Palm Springs, California yesterday. And Samira’s parents officiated the ceremony. Aww!

The nuptials were carried out in a special location as they trekked down the aisle in the same spot they got engaged a year prior. Lauren popped the question with a yellow-gold engagement ring back in October. Both of the brides rocked white Christian Siriano ensembles for their special day and they look amazing. 

The newlyweds celebrated with a confetti-themed bash as they both wanted the ceremony to be a non-traditional event and they're totally obsessed with Pillsbury Funfetti cake. Cute.

Oh, and that’s not where the fun ended. The ladies chose Montell Jordan’s “This Is How We Do It” as their recessional track and their recession entrance track was Justin Bieber’s “Baby.”

They began dating in 2014 after Lauren divorced her husband. She realized she wanted to be with a woman while writing for “OITNB.” Samira and Lauren grew close after Lauren split from her former spouse and the rest is history.

Spies on the scene tell E! News the Carters made a grand entrance as a motorcade pulled up in front of the eatery. A pregnant Bey, clad in a boho threads, was spotted getting out of one of the three Escalades. Meanwhile, Hov rolled up in Tesla and his mom rode with him.

The Carters dined in the back of the restaurant for about an hour before security guards escorted them back to their vehicles. After lunch, the group made their way to Def Jam Records’ offices where they picked up a woman and drove away.

Mrs. Carter made a dream come true for one of her special fans earlier this week. High school student Ebony Banks, who has stage four cancer, got a surprise Facetime call from her “hero” Beyonce, according to KIAH.

Ebony attends Alief Hastings High School in Houston, TX, but she has spent most of her senior year in the hospital fighting the rare stage four cancer. After putting together a special graduation for Ebony (aka “Ebob”) at the hospital, her friends started the #EBOBMEETSBEYONCE hashtag in hopes of catching Bey’s attention so Ebony could meet her. And it worked! The power of social media.

Kelly Rowland is making it her mission to show her son Titan the world. She penned a new list of goals recently and one of them is bringing her 2-year-old son with her as she explores different places and cultures.

“I’ve been writing a list of goals lately, and one of them is to take my son around the world with me,” Kelly told Confidential.

So to set that goal in action, the former Destiny’s Child member brought her baby boy with her to the Formula 1 Grand Prix in Melbourne for some racecar action. The “Whoa Baby!” author rocked an Elton John t-shirt paired with a striped hip hugging skirt and red heels.

If you haven't heard, Kelly will be a judge on the upcoming season of "The Voice Australia."

“I feel like I’m a realist when it comes to the industry. I want to get on there and be completely honest with these kids. I don’t want to sugar coat it. I’m not there to kill their confidence or spirit, but these kids need to know this music industry is brutal at times. I’m here to motivate them,” she said during the event.

Those red heels were a bit of a nuisance for Kellz as she was making her way to the event. Her heel got caught in a turf protection mat and one of her assistants had to kneel down to free her foot. Peep the pics here.

Atlanta was LIT yesterday as radio station V-103 hosted a pop-up live concert featuring music’s biggest stars, including T.I., DJ Khaled, Young Thug and more. Also, Tip’s “estranged” wife Tiny Harris and their kids were in the mix. Flicks inside…

Yesterday, radio station V-103 hosted a live pop-up concert at Philips Arena in Atlanta and it was definitely a LITTY situation. The sold out event brought out a slew of celebrities to perform and several celebs that didn’t perform were also in the mix.

T.I. and Tiny Harris were both there amid their pending divorce that they aren't rushing to finalize. Tip was there to perform and Tiny brought their kids along for the fun. Sources on the scene tell us they arrived separately and were not seen together.

Just a few days ago, Tiny threw tons of shade on social media amid rumors that her husband is smashing Instagram vixen Bernice Burgos. She’s totally unbothered by the rumors because Bernice is just a“pass around b*tch.” Her words, NOT ours.

Back at the concert...

The V-103 Live Pop-Up concert was filled with star-studded performances, including sets from Tip & Young Thug, Rick Ross& DJ Khaled, Meek Mill, Plies, Big Boi, pioneering Hip-Hop group the Dungeon Family, B.o.B., and Crime Mob:

We see Diamond is back to turning up on stage after giving birth to her baby boy in December 2016. Looking good girl.

Teyana Taylor and Monica were busy catching up backstage at the concert. Monica is Teyana's daughter Junie's god mother, so these two are super close.

Tey recently released her new dance workout videos, appropriately titled "Fade 2 Fit," to help others burn some calories in hopes of getting ripped like her. While we're sure Teyana can mostly thank her genes for her bod, dancing to work up a sweat with Tey seems fun.

Monica brought her adorable daughter Laiyah Brown along. How cute.

The boys were there too! Monica's sons Rocko and Romelo Hill linked up with T.I. and Tiny's son Major Harris.

Fetty Wap was back home in Paterson, NJ this weekend and got robbed.  Find out about the foolywang behavior of the person posing on IG with his chain and three people getting shot inside...

Reason #3247 why you can't always go back to the hood once you make it out.  Especially not when you've got a long standing beef back home.

Rapper Fetty Wap learned that lesson when he was riding around his hometown early Sunday morning.  Fetty was involved in a fight, and he was robbed of his signature '1738' chain.  During the fight, shots were fired and three people ended up wounded, not including Fetty.  TMZ reports:

Sources close to the situation tell us Fetty had a chain and cash snatched while he was in Paterson, NJ. Law enforcement sources tell us cops were dispatched to Montclair Ave and Paxton Street around 5 AM over a fight with shots fired. Sure enough, they located 2 guys nearby with gunshot wounds -- 1 was shot in the leg and another in his torso.

A 3rd man thought to be involved checked himself into Hackensack Medical Center soon after.

ABC News says it all went down inside and outside of a 24-hour deli. 

Hours later, that chain popped up on Instagram with Fetty's alleged long time rival Raheem Thomas of "Muscle Team Fuzz" rocking it.

Thanks to Raheem's foolish move, he was arrested but only booked for asaault and weapons charges and not robbery.   The site says:

Sources tell us Thomas and Fetty have had a "deep rooted" beef over music deals for years. We're told Thomas' crew had warned Fetty to "stay out of Paterson" ... even though it's his hometown.

Interestingly, Raheem says he didn't steal it.

Why take a pic with the chain -- AND post it -- if you didn't want to be caught up in the thievery drama?!

T.I. had time to pop back at late rapper Doe B’s former manager Frank White after he made claims that Tip is stealing the late rapper’s royalty money. Peep their exchange and the receipts inside…

Yesterday, slain rapper Doe B’s former manager Frank White took to social media to try and expose T.I. making claims that the Hustle Gang honcho is still making money off of Doe. And Tip popped back with receipts, blasting Frank for being bitter.

Frank went on to share alleged text messages between himself and Tip, but you'll notice there's no name at the top to specify who he's actually texting:

And for whatever reason, Frank tried to drag rapper Lil Flip in the mix:

Well, it didn't take long for Tip to round up his receipts to prove he's not taking money from the slain rapper, showing how Doe's money is being divided:

Apparently, Frank was hired to manage Tip's son Domani's rap career and there were rumors that he was fired. Frank claims he wasn't fired, he quit!

But, that's not what Tip claims. He said his son FIRED him and since he got the boot, this is why he's coming out with these ridiculous allegations. He went on to say that Frank is very suspect and that he works for the Feds:

Sad news out of Houston involving former "ANTM" finalist Brandy Rusher and Beyoncé's super fan who went viral after their Facetiming session.  Details inside...

Brandy Rusher, the beautiful Houston native who was never shy about speaking her mind during cycle 4 of "America's Next Top Model," is in critical condition after being shot in her apartment complex.

The incident happened last night.  A car reportedly pulled into a northeast Houston apartment complex and fired off rounds with a high powered rifle.  Two people were killed and four others, including Brandy, were shot.

TMZ reports she is currently in ICU in critical condition.

In other sad news out of Houston:

We previously reported on high school student Ebony Banks who Facetimed Beyonce after a viral campaign caught the pop Queen's attention.  Ebony was battling cancer and her classmates and friends wanted to help her fulfill a lifetime wish of meeting her fellow Houston native and idol.

Sadly, just days after the Facetime session with Beyonce finally happened, Ebony lost her cancer battle.  ABC 13 Houston reports:

An Alief Hastings High School graduating senior battling cancer has died, according to a school representative.

Ebony Banks was battling stage four cancer at MD Anderson Cancer Center.

According to the school representative, there will be a vigil Sunday night at Alief Hastings.

Extremely sad to hear.  Our condolences go out to Ebony's friends and family and community.

T.I. and Tiny Harris set their issues aside to celebrate a special birthday for one of their children. Their youngest daughter Heiress Diana turned one over the weekend and the entire Harris clan came together to celebrate.

Of course the Harris Family did it big. They brought Disneyland to them, surprising little Heiress life sized Disney characters.

Nicki Minaj is continuing her bothered to be unbothered streak with new flicks from a video shoot with Lil Wayne and David Guetta and lighting up with 2 Chainz. More inside…

So is she really bothered or not? It seems Nicki Minaj wants us all to believe that she still isn’t fazed by Remy Ma’s “ShETHER” track, posting up pictures and everything else to prove how busy she is these days.

Over the weekend, the Young Money rapper hit the set for a video with David Guetta and Lil Wayne titled “Light My Body Up” in Miami following her stay in Europe. The Queens rapper got decked out in some dominatrix/ ninja type threads for the shoot and posted several flicks on her Instagram page with captions that continue to big up her female rap status.

In one caption, she wrote, "I am da ninja. Weezy is my sensei. So I call him Splinter. Faster than a sprinter. The gospel singer/ actress picked up two awards the 32nd Annual Stellar Gospel Music Awards last night in Las Vegas at The Orleans Arena as all of the gospel community came out to celebrate all of the biggest stars in the industry.

Mrs. Mann scooped up the Artist of the Year for her album One Way and she won the Albertina Walker Female Vocalist of the Year. She also nabbed several other awards, including Traditional Female Vocalist of the Year, Traditional CD of the Year, and Urban/Inspirational Single or Performance of the Year. Nice!

Tamela’s husband David Mann and their children came out to celebrate her big night.

On the carpet, the couples brought the fab:

“The Real” co-host Adrienne Bailon Houghton hit the carpet on her gospel singing husband Israel Houghton’s arm in a sexy black lace dress. While we don't see anything wrong with her ensemble, let's hope the church folks don't start going in.

Gospel singer Kirk Franklin and his wife Tammy were all about the PDA, getting kissy on the carpet.

“Greenleaf” star Deborah Joy Winans, a member of the royal musical Winans family, looked nice in a LBD.  By the way, the season just started back on OWN and it's already EVERYTHING.

Earlier this month Swae Lee, ½ of rap group Rae Sremmurd, tried to shoot his shot with former First Daughter Malia Obama.

The 21-year-old rapper had his dream date with the 18-year-old all planned out, saying he would take Malia to the Bahamas for an elaborate dinner that would be "200 feet in the air on a suspended table at a five-star restaurant." He also said they would spend time on the beach and go jet skiing.

Now, he’s giving up hope on that dream date.

Photogs caught up with him at LAX where he revealed he’s giving up on trying to woo Malia. Peep the clip above.

Ahh well. He's already eyeing his next girl.

Malia has been living it up in NYC while interning for the Weinstein Company. She was spotted trekking through SoHo while hanging out with her friends.

It’s official! Malaysia Pargo is returning to “Basketball Wives: L.A.” and the premiere date for the new season has been revealed. Get those deets, plus check out the first look at Tyra Banks as the new host of “America’s Got Talent” inside…

There were rumors that Malaysia Pargo will be returning for the sixth season of “Basketball Wives: L.A.” and now it’s official. VH1 announced today that the reality star is returning to the series after she was given her walking papers back in December. We wonder if her rumored boyfriend O.T. Genasis will make a cameo or two.

She will be re-joining Shaunie O’Neal, Jackie Christie and Tami Roman. Veteran Evelyn Lozada is also making a return to the franchise this season. It’s also reported Malaysia’s bestie Brandi Maxiell will make an unexpected return to check if her “services are (still) no longer needed."

As we previously reported, Nick Young’s kids’ mother Keona Green and Dwyane Wade’s break baby’s mother Aja Metoyer will join the ladies this season.

As you know, fashion mogul Tyra Banks is replacing Nick Cannon as the host of “America’s Got Talent.” And now, the first look at the model as the new host has been revealed.

Donning a black jumpsuit, Tyra is featured in a new flick in her role as host with the show’s judges Howie Mandel, Mel B, Heidi Klum, and Simon Cowellin.

When it was announced that Tyra would be the new host, she said,

"Since I was a little girl, I've been obsessed with grandiose acts and performers who make the seemingly impossible possible. I love how AGT brings that feeling into everyone's home, capturing the best of people who come out and give it their all to make those big, fierce and outrageous dreams come true."

Rachel Lindsay has officially started filming the new season of the “Bachelorette.”

Over the weekend, the 31-year-old attorney, who’s the first black bachelorette in the show's history, was spotted on a horseback riding date with one of her 25 suitors while filming for the upcoming 13th season of the ABC show in California.

From the looks on their faces, they appeared to be enjoying themselves, so that’s a good sign.

Cute!

The Dallas native appeared on the “Ellen DeGeneres Show” last week where she revealed she has already kissed one of the competitors.

“I have. He initiated. It was completely unexpected. I know this sounds cliché, but it totally swept me off my feet. It was good.”

Sounds promising.

Rumors about Tamar Braxton falling out with yet another bestie, Tiny Harris, are apparently true.  And Tiny's mom is now blasting the singer/reality star over not being there for her Goddaughter....

Tamar Braxton and Tiny have been besties for years.  Up until a few months ago when rumors swirled that they fell out when Tiny was a guest on "The Real" after the show fired Tamar.  She apparently fell out with her other good friends Monica and Toya Wright over the exact same thing.

The "Braxton Family Values" star has never been shy about saying she will drop a disloyal friend, but it's her definition of disloyal that has some folks scratching their heads.  Folks gotta promote their business girl!  So es, many went on "The Real" even after Tamar left, which she wasn't feeling.

Fast forward to last night when Tiny's mom Dianne spilled tea about Tamar not holding up her Godmother duties for baby Heiress Harris.  We did notice Tay was absent from her recent Christening and her 1st birthday parties this past weekend.

When Tamar posted yesterday that she wishes she had a daughter, Dianne chimed in with this nugget:
