A few days ago, Mary J. Blige Twitter timeline was looking REAL suspect when she retweeted several stories about her dating Straight Outta Compton actor Jason Mitchell:

 

We're not sure WTF is going on with #MaryJBlige's Twitter, but she's posting non-credible stories and tweets about dating her upcoming #Mudbound co-star #JasonMitchell. She's seemingly trolling but, time will tell.

Well, MLB and Jason aren’t dating. But, they are starring in a new film together titled Mudbound. And Netflix just picked up the film for a cool $12.5 million, the biggest sale at the 2017 Sundance Film Festival, according to Deadline.

The Grammy Award winning singer and the SOC (along with “Stranger Things” star Rob Morgan) will star in the Dee Rees-directed film about two families, a black and a white family, living in Mississippi in the 1940s that will explore the racial divide during that time.

According to NBC News, Jason is set to star as Ronsel Johnson, the son of a sharecropper who goes off to fight in WWII. He comes back as a man who realizes the war at home is an ever harder fight to win. Mary will play Ronsel’s mother, Florence Jackson, the matriarch of the family who works in the fields. She has to leave her own children to care for a white woman’s children.

“I was able to relive what all my ancestors lived and understand what they lived,” Mary said. “I saw basically every woman that raised me and basically every woman in my ancestry. So it was beautiful for me to have them possess me the way they did at times that’s what the script did for me. I was able to understand what they lived.”

Jason also dished on playing his character saying,

“As a black man, I feel like it’s important to stand for something, especially when you have a character that never puts his head down, that never walks away from a fight that’s all about the American dream as a black man.”

Dee Rees, who also co-wrote the script, had this to say about her new film,“We can either choose to continue to suppress our own history as a country and not acknowledge it and not look at it or we can witness it.”

With Mudbound nabbing the biggest sale at Sundance, we can expect this film to be nothing short of amazing.

The Puerto Rican Princess slipped into a super sexy catsuit to host a fun pajama party for her LGBTQ fans at The Atrium in Atlanta.

The budding artist previewed her new song, “Boom (I Got That)” for the turn up session. She got up-close-and-personal with fans, snapping selfies and making it rain with money from the balcony.

While co-hosting with the ladies of “The Real,” Joseline opened up about the lawsuit brought against her by her ex/baby daddy Stevie J. Remember when he said she assaulted him at his home and she wasn't fit to be a mother?

Apparently, Stevie didn’t show up to court, so the case was dismissed. Joseline said she’s not mad at him; her main concern is co-parenting so Bonnie Bella can have a good life. Check it:

This year’s NFL Pro Bowl brought the foolishness. And we’ve rounded up the top foolish moments. Laugh it up inside…

Before we cheer on who we think will win this year’s Super Bowl, the 2017 Pro Bowl game went down in Orlando, FL for a NFL showdown between the NFC and the AFC Conferences. The best players from each conference got suited up to battle it out against one another for bragging rights on which conference is the best in the NFL.

The AFC ended up beating the NFC, 20-13. Sorry NFC!

Anyhoo, there were several moments throughout the night that had folks laughing, scratching our heads and cheering.

1.  It’s safe to assume, no matter where NY Giants baller Odell Beckham Jr. is, he’s ALWAYS lit. After the game, he joined some of the cheerleaders on the sidelines to do this:

2.  Dallas Cowboys running back Ezekiel Elliott had one hell of rookie year. He’s the league’s leading rusher. With that title, a fan had Zeke put his skills to use when he unexpectedly ran out on the field.

First, Zeke tackled the fan after catching him. Dolphins pass rusher Cameron Wake picked the fan up and swung him around a bit before the fan took off running towards the end zone. Zeke started running to race him and ended up beating him to the end zone.  Shortly after, security came and hauled the fan off the field.

Lace up leather pants seem to be the trend in Hollywood these days, putting a provocative spin on regular pants. We spotted Keyshia Cole and Kim Kardashian West rocking the trend recently and we had to do a face off.

A few days ago, Keyshia Cole rocked a pair of Antidote LA Peyton vegan leather lace up pants paired with the brand’s strapless vegan leather top. She finished her look with an embellished cropped Moschino Jacket and gold sandals. The R&B singer was on the set of her new video “You” featuring Remy Ma and French Montana.

Meanwhile...

Kanye West’s wife Kim Kardashian West was spotted rocking the trend as she exited a studio in L.A. last week. The reality star wore corset-style Unravel leather pants that she paired with an oversized black-and-blue plaid shirt and silver sandals.

L.A. was the place to be over the weekend as several pre-awards parties were thrown to honor those in the running for major awards.

The 48th NAACP Image Awards Nominees' Luncheon was held at the Loews Hollywood Hotel in Hollywood on Saturday. And the nominees came out to celebrate before the awards show on February 11th.

“Claws” star Niecy Nash has been killing the fashion game as of late. We haven’t come across one ensemble she put together we didn’t like. On top of her fashion sense, Niecy’s bod is looking amazing as well. And the tie dyed bodycon she wore for the pre-award brunch fit her curves like a glove. Werk!

Niecy is nominated for the Outstanding Actress in a Comedy Series for her role in “The Soul Man.”

Winter white seems to be a trend in Hollywood right now. And “black•ish” star Tracee Ellis Ross hopped on the trend for the pre-awards show festivities. She’s in the running with Niecy Nash for the Outstanding Actress in a Comedy Series award.

Tracy’s on-screen daughter Marsai Martin was on the scene as has been nominated in two categories: Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series and Outstanding Performance in a Youth/Children's Series or Special. By the way “black•ish” Anthony Anderson will be hosting the NAACP Image Awards show.

And “black•ish” is up for the Outstanding Comedy Series award.

Chloe x Halle, who are signed to Beyonce’s Parkwood Entertainment label, looked amazing on the carpet. The singing sisters have been nominated in the Outstanding New Artist category. These two are certainly well on their way to taking over the music charts with their flawless vocals.

Marsai nabbed a photo-op with the singing duo during the luncheon.

“Insecure” star Yvonne Orji, who is nominated for the Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series award, was all smiles in a sea green off-the-shoulder dress and gold pumps.

“Lethal Weapon” star Keesha Sharp came through with winter white caped goodness. She’s in the running for Outstanding Actress in a Comedy Series along with Niecy and Tracee.

At the event she spoke with Variety about Hollywood recognizing more films and television shows that feature miniorites saying,“Some people can get caught in their own world – what they think is good, what kind of scripts they think are good –and if it doesn’t represent them, they don’t pay attention to it. I think what happened this year is that people started to pay attention to everything.”

"The Real" co-host/newlywed Adrienne Bailon popped up on the carpet in an eye catching yellow dress to celebrate black excellence.

“black•ish” cutie Yara Shahidi is turning an official red carpet slayer! She never disappoints on a red carpet. Twinsies! Yara is a spitting image of her mother Keri Shahidi.

Derek Fisher could give two sh*ts what Matt Barnes or anyone else has to say about his relationship with Matt’s ex-Gloria Govan. But Matt has plenty to say. Get the latest on their drama inside…

Derek Fisher has received a lot of heat after it was revealed he was dating Matt Barnes’ ex/baby mother Gloria Govan. The issue? He used to be teammates with Matt when they played for the Los Angeles Lakers.

A fight went down between the two when Matt drove 95 miles to Gloria’s house after his son called him and told him he was there.

Since the fight, Derek was fired as head coach from the New York Knicks and its been speculated that the reasoning behind the firing was due to his brawl with Matt. It’s even reported that several folks in the NBA community can’t trust Derek because he seemingly broke “bro code.”

But, Derek doesn’t care. In an interview with Bleacher Report, he made it crystal clear that he doesn’t give a damn what anyone, including Matt Barnes, has to say about his relationship with Gloria.

"If the worst thing someone has to say about me," Fisher said, "is that I'm now going out with a woman who used to be married to this guy I worked with for a year six years ago…" He paused for a moment, chuckled then said, “Cool.”

He continued,

"My life has gotten easier over the last several months because there was so much judgment made and assumption passed through this situation that people read about on me, my character and my integrity that isn't true. So it has made it easier for me to focus on me.

When asked what he thought about all of the backlash from the NBA community he said,

"I would be doing the same thing they are doing if I tried to define what is right or wrong for someone else. I just think that's where we all go wrong."

Well, Derek may not care what Matt has to say, but Matt has PLENTY to say.

Matt, who shares twin boys with Gloria, hopped in the comments section of The Shade Room to respond to Derek’s interview. And he dragged Derek for his life.

By the way, Gloria and Matt's divorce was finalized in December.

LeBron James is going IN on folks who are criticizing his recent call for more teammates. The Cavs, Charles Barkley. Everybody! Sip the scorching hot tea inside…

After winning Cleveland’s first NBA championship, LeBron James isn’t happy with the way this NBA season is going.

Following the Cavs’ lost to the New Orleans Pelicans on Monday, January 23rd (124-122), King James blasted the team for failing to pick up “playmakers." It was the team's fifth lost in the last seven games. 

After the game, James told ESPN:

"We need a f*cking playmaker. I'm not saying you can just go find one, like you can go outside and see trees. I didn't say that. I'm not singling out anybody. I'm not. Yeah, we won [the championship], but f*ck, you know what, let's see if we can do something."

I not mad or upset at management cause Griff and staff have done a great job, I just feel we still need to improve in order to repeat...

NBA analyst Charles Barkley has always been critical over LeBron, so it came as no surprise that he said exactly what was on his mind in response to LeBron saying the Cavs needed to get better teammates. On “Inside The NBA” Charles said:

"Inappropriate. Whiny. All of the above. The Cleveland Cavaliers, they have given him everything he wanted. They have the highest payroll in NBA history. He wanted J.R. Smith last summer, they paid him. He wanted [Iman] Shumpert last summer. They brought in Kyle Korver. He's the best player in the world. Does he want all of the good players? He don't want to compete? He is an amazing player. They're the defending champs."

When LeBron was asked to comment on Charles’ comments, he initially took the high road, saying his comments were "good for the ratings.”

But, after the Cavs took another L last night against the Dallas Mavericks (104-97) on Monday, January 30th, Bron had more to say.

"He's a hater. What makes what he says credible? Because he's on TV?"

Oh, he wasn’t finished. He ripped into Charles, bringing up his troubled NBA career:

"I'm not going to let him disrespect my legacy like that," James told ESPN. "I'm not the one who threw somebody through a window. I never spit on a kid. I never had unpaid debt in Las Vegas. I never said, 'I'm not a role model.' I never showed up to All-Star Weekend on Sunday because I was in Vegas all weekend partying.

"All I've done for my entire career is represent the NBA the right way. Fourteen years, never got in trouble. Respected the game. Print that."

Since folks, particulary Charles, like to question LeBron’s relationships with other NBA ballers (Dwyane Wade, Carmelo Anthony, etc.) the Finals MVP pointed out Charles' friendships with other NBA players when he was playing in the league:

"Go watch the '93 Finals when John Paxson hit the shot," James said. "Barkley and Jordan were laughing and joking with each other during one of the games while somebody's shooting a free throw. In the Finals. But, oh, nobody were friends back then."

Bron said he isn’t here for all of the back and forth. He’ll sit down with Charles whenever he’s ready to hash it out.

"And if this makes him want to talk to me, the schedule's out there," James said. "He knows every road arena I'll be in. Don't just come up to me at All-Star and shake my hand and smile."

Nobody was safe from LeBron’s rant. He also fired a shot at former NY Knicks president/former NBA coach Phil Jackson (again) over his “posse” comment.

"I'm here to win ballgames and take care of my teammates and take care of my, what's that word, oh, my 'posse,'" James said.

“The Quad” is gearing up to put HBCU life on full display. The cast and BET execs hosted a screening in NYC last night and we’ve got the pics inside…

If you’ve ever wondered what it's like to attend an HBCU, BET is gearing up to give you an inside look with their new series, “The Quad.”

The show follows the ambitious, yet troubled Dr. Eva Fletcher (played by Anika Noni Rose), the newly-elected President of the fictional Georgia A&M University. Upon arriving, Eva is charged with saving the prestigious HBCU from bankruptcy and her twenty-year marriage from crumbling while managing a tumultuous relationship with her rebellious only daughter Sydney Fletcher (played by Jazz Raycole).  The freshmen are on 100 with their antics and a SCANDALOUS affair is going down too.

Last night, the cast and BET executives hosted a screening of the new series at The One Manhattan in NYC. And the show's leading lady was dressed to kill:

Heating up the red carpet, Anika Noni Rose did not disappoint. She rocked a metallic Rubin Singer ensemble (styled by Wayman + Micah) serving up a fun, yet chic look.

BET CEO Debra Lee came out to celebrate with Anika and the cast.

Chick selfie ready at any given moment.  Not mad.

Jazz Raycole, who starred as Angela Bassett’s daughter in Waiting to Exhale, struck a pose in a black frock paired with knee high suede boots.  By the way, Jazz stars on the web series “Vanity” (that also stars Karrueche) and “The Soul Man.”  She’s also a dancer and is currently dancing under the supervision of Hollywood legend Debbie Allen.  Fab chick indeed!

Sean Blakemore, who also stars on “General Hospital,” will play football coach Eugene Hardwick.  And he is sexy as all hell.

Peyton Alex Smith will play plays Flo Genius aka Cedric Hobbs, a young Chicago native who was sent to GAMU to stay out of trouble.

Russell Simmons just dropped his RushCard business for a cool $147 million. Meanwhile, there is talk that Kanye West and Drake are skipping out on this year’s Grammy Awards. Deets inside…

Russell Simmons is making huge business moves.

Reportedly, the Hip Hop mogul’s RushCard company, a pre-paid debit card business, was just bought by Green Dot for a whopping $147 million.  Sheesh.

Green dot acquired UniRush, the parent company of RushCard as well as Rapid! Payroll debit card, according to Billboard. Russell dove into the banking business in 2003 as one of the first pre-paid cards that cater to minority customers who need debit cards, but aren’t affiliated with a major banking institution.

In 2015, RushCard caught major heat when a software upgrade caused thousands of customers to be locked out from accessing their funds. At the time, Russell jumped into action, putting up some of his own money to help customers with their expenses.

Despite the hiccup, Green Dot said they still wanted to buy the company largely due to the name recognition of Russell Simmons. "Having his name associated with RushCard is a big reason why we are buying it," Green Dot CEO Steve Streit said in an interview.

Russell took to his Facebook account to address the selling of his company, dubbing it a "merger." He assured customers he will still be working with RushCard behind the scenes to ensure customers achieve their financial dreams and empower to strengthen their family's finances.

He wrote:

Two of your favorite rappers may possibly skip out on the 2017 Grammy Awards. At least, that’s the latest rumor.

TMZ is reporting Kanye West, who is nominated for eight Grammy awards, and Drake will likely not be present at this year’s biggest night in music, following behind Frank Ocean.

Why? Well, it has something to do with him not winning when he’s up against a white singer. The PABLO rapper has a whopping 21 Grammys under his belt, so that reason may not be the ONLY reason.

Back in October, Ye threatened to skip out on the show over Frank's Grammy snub, so it isn't too far fetched.

Meanwhile, Drake, who also copped eight nominations, will not be at the awards show either. He will be rocking the stage overseas in Europe and doesn’t have any plans on jetting back to the States for the show.

It’s also reported Justin Bieber will not be there because he doesn’t think the Grammys are relevant or representative when it comes to young singers, much like what Frank Ocean has been saying about the prestigious award show.

While these are currently just rumors, we’ll have to wait and see if any of these guys will pop up. You just never know these days, esp. when folks suddenly need all eyes on whatever it is they're trying to sell at the moment...

Terrence J left the show to focus on building his television/movie empire. And he just struck gold! The TV personality and host nabbed a first-look production AND talent deal with MTV and VH1.

Through his company, Jenkins Entertainment Group, he has been optioned to develop and executive produce original content for both MTV and VH1.

Additionally, Jenkins has been tapped to provide on-air hosting duties throughout the year for potential projects including pre-shows, live events, aftershows and original series for both networks.

“MTV and VH1 are some of the most iconic television brands in the world,” said Terrence Jenkins. “I grew up watching both and I can’t wait to bring my POV in programming and personality to these networks and their loyal viewers.”

New year, new love, new deals. TJ is living it up in 2017. CONGRATS!

Golden Globe nominee Issa Rae, SAG Award winner Denzel Washington and Straight Outta Compton director F. Gary Gray are set to be honored at the 2017 American Black Film Festival Awards.

Giving RECEIPTS.

The “Insecure” star will be honored with the “Rising Star Award,” the FENCES actor will be presented with the “Hollywood Legacy Award” and the award winning film producer/director will be presented with the “Excellence in the Arts Award.”

“BET Presents The American Black Film Festival Honors,”, hosted by Regina Hall, goes February 17th at the Beverly Hilton Hotel and it will air on BET and Centric, Wednesday, February 22nd at 8:00pm EST.

In TV news, Oprah will join “60 Minutes” as a special contributor this fall, plus there are rumors that Tamron Hall is being forced out of NBC to make room for Bigot Barbie Megyn Kelly. Details inside…

With Oprah wearing some many different hats, it’s hard to believe she has time for any new projects. But, when you’re the head of a powerful media empire, you find time for projects of importance.

It was announced today that Lady O will be joining “60 Minutes” this fall as a special contributor for the CBS News show’s 50th season.

“I’ve been a big admirer of 60 Minutes since my days as a young reporter,” Oprah said in a statement. “I’m so excited and proud to join forces with this historic news program, which for me represents the bastion of journalistic storytelling. At a time when people are so divided, my intention is to bring relevant insight and perspective, to look at what separates us, and help facilitate real conversations between people from different backgrounds.”

Lady O and CBS have a longstanding relationship working with the network for her most recent interview with former First Lady Michelle Obama for her final White House sitdown.

As you all know, Oprah founded her OWN Network in 2011 and she’s very hands on with the everything involving the network. She also dips and dabs in the acting world, starring in SELMA, the OWN series “Greenleaf” and she's gearing up for a role in Ava DuVernay’s A Wrinkle in Time and HBO’s The Immortal Life Of Henrietta Lacks.

Lady O certainly has her plate full, but her execution game is A1.

Is NBC forcing Tamron Hall out to make room for bigot Barbie Megyn Kelly? That’s what we’re hearing. It has been reported Megyn will take the "Today" show third hour time slot originally allotted for Tamron and Al Roker.

A source close to the situation is spilling all of the tea on what’s going on behind-the-scenes at NBC. Said source tells Eurweb that the “TODAY” show anchor that the network hasn’t given Tamron an offer to stay when her contract runs up next month, despite having a top-rated morning show with Al Roker.

“Tamron’s contract is up in February and they’re not giving her an offer to stay,” the source tells EUR/Electronic Urban Report. “NBC is trying to replace her with Megyn Kelly, but NBC wants everybody to believe that this is a really beautiful deal and everybody is kumbaya….. and that is not the case.”

“They’re trying to move Tamron out of NBC. They offered her less money and a vague role and they are replacing her with such a bigoted person … and there’s no reason to.”

The source alludes that NBC will likely try to “to paint her out like she’s being difficult with negotiations,” but in fact they are the ones that’s doing shady ish to push her to leave.

“They’re offering her less money than what she’s making now. I’m sure she’s going to get picked up by another network because she’s extremely popular.”

“She’s really irritated that they’re trying to paint this like it’s a mutual thing and everybody’s on board. Tamron’s done. I think if she leaves NBC she has to leave MSNBC. So that’s the real deal.”

The source said axing Tamron would be a “bad PR move if they didn’t say: “We offered her money but she just wanted to leave."

“No, she didn’t want to leave. They forced her out, and I don’t think she cares that people know that.”

Are we buying it? Do you think NBC is looking to get rid of Tamron in place of Megyn? Speak on it!

It seems she will still be on the rest of the show, but possibly not.  She also still has her own MSNBC "News Nation" show and "Deadline Crime with Tamron Hall" on ID.

If NBC is up to no good, we hope she lands another gig at another network who values her and that she whoops their a** in ratings!

With the Trump presidency sadly upon us, it comes as a surprise to find out that there are Donald Trump supporters at historically black college Howard University.

A group of students at HU have re-launched the Young Republicans organization after 10 years with help from the political party. And they want black people to know that it’s “OK” to be black AND republican. Not only that, the group of students are strong supporters of Donald Trump. Err….

A few of the students spoke with PBS News Hour about the stigma around being young, black and republican.

The site reports:

Le’Vell, who served as a student advisor to the National Diversity Coalition for Trump at Georgia State University, says she believes many black Americans do align with the Republican Party but that the persecution that comes with being an openly black Republican keeps many of these voters silent.

“Social media’s super popular these days and there’s so much persecution,” Le’Vell said. “And so people often don’t say who they publicly align with.”

We wonder if they love all these executive orders and Trump placing his inner circle in places of power to makes moves without a checks and balance system.  You know, the exact opposite of a democracy.

R&B singer Kehlani was surprised with a visit from her “friend in her head”/”Love & Hip Hop: New York” star Cardi B while chopping it up with HOT 97’s Nessa.

This was the first time they’ve actually met each other, but they’re both big fans of each other’s crafts. Kehlani let Cardi know she was super proud and inspired by her for going after everything she wanted to do having so many odds stacked up against her.

The reality star said she appreciated Kehlani showing her love because not a lot of women in the entertainment industry like to support other women. She said the women who do show love, she can’t trust them because those are the ones talking behind your back or sleeping with your man.

The ladies got open and honest while talking about online trolls body shaming and bullying them via social media. Cardi said a lot of women body shame her because her body is fake. She didn’t have any problems revealing she got her boobs done because she never had big boobs growing up. The former stripper said folks will boast and brag about being all natural, but clown someone like Mariahlynn for not having a big booty.

Both ladies agreed they try not to care what people say, but at the end of the day they do because they’re human. They said negative comments sometimes hurt their feelings and that they didn’t sign up to get bullied, they just want to entertain people.

Here's the latest in the Soulja Boy vs. Chris Brown saga....

Soulja Boy just gave Floyd Mayweather his first "L," firing him as his boxing coach. And now, he has five time world heavyweight champion Evander Holyfield in his corner to help him take down Chris Brown in a celebrity boxing match.

Soulja’s promoter Wack 100told TMZ he set up a meeting for Soulja to pitch himself to Evander to prove he’s serious about winning the fight. Evander offered up some words of wisdom, “train harder, talk less.” It’s interesting to note, Mike Tyson is training Chris Brown. And we all remember Tyson biting Holyfield’s ear off during a match.

Soulja reportedly axed Floyd as his trainer because he felt he was too busy to train him. It’s reportedly no hard feelings between the two. We looked at Floyd’s Instagram timeline and he erased any mention of the boxing match. Hmm…we wonder if Soulja still apart of the Money Team.

Still no official word on when this fight is set to go down, although there have been rumors that it will go down in March 2017.

North West took over her mom’s SnapChat feed rocking new designer threads that haven’t been released to the masses yet. Apparently, Nori’s parents Kanye West and Kim Kardashian West are creating a clothing line for kids, so they tapped their adorable daughter to debut some of the new pieces. Not only is she modeling the new pieces, she also helped picked out some of the colors and fabrics.

The adorable tot rocked a yellow shearling coat and a matching sequin dress from the upcoming line paired with the Vans SK8-Hi sneakers. Model Nori showed off her fashionable look while her mom recorded clips of her getting her pose on:

Kanye West is changing it up for the release of his newest collection.

We all remember the drama that unfolded for his Yeezy Season 4 collection (back in September) when models started fainting on the runway after standing in the heat for nearly two hours on Roosevelt Island. It was a mess.

For his Yeezy Season 5 collection (in partnership with Adidas), he plans on unveiling the new line during New York Fashion Week on February 15th at 5pm EST, according to Fashionista.

He’ll be showing off his new designer digs at Pier 59 Studios, a location that often used during NYFW. Sounds like he has all his bases covered this go round.

In other Kardashian news…

The Kardashian/West/Jenner Family vacay has come to an end after luxuriating on in Central America. Kim, Nori, Saint West, Tyga, King Cairo, Kylie Jenner, Kris Jenner and Kris’ boyfriend Corey Gamble were spotted making their way to the airport to hop on a flight out of Costa Rica.

The reality family spent the week enjoying the tropical paradise while staying at the luxurious Villa Manzu.

Both Saint and Nori looked over it. Poor baby!

Well, since Nicki Minaj and Meek Mill are no longer an item, the Young Money camp is back in tact.

Nicki Minaj and Drake have reunited after not speaking to one another for over 2 years. And we all know why.

Nicki’s ex-boyfriend Meek Mill and Drake had one of the biggest rap beefs in the game, and it caused friction in the Young Money camp.

Now that Nicki and Meek are dunzo (which Nicki confirmed last month), Drizzy moved right back into position next to his fave Barb. Both Nicki and Drake posted up the reunion pics on their Instagram pages, looking super geeked about it all.

Sources tell TMZ Young Money president Mack Maine set up a meeting for them to talk it out. Drizzy saw Nicki and Wayne in a video together while in the studio that aired on ESPN and wanted in. The meeting went down in Miami on January 12th, and that’s when the photos were taken.

Well, good for them. We see a new Young Money album in the near future.

50 Cent is blaming his ex-lawyers for losing his sex tape case against Rick Ross’ child’s mother. He’s gunning for $32 million! Get the details, plus find out what happened with T.I.’s bodyguard getting stabbed inside…

50 Cent is looking for a come up after taking a “L.”

The NYC rapper just fired off a $32 million lawsuit against his ex-lawyers after he lost his sex tape lawsuit against Rick Ross’ child’s mother Lastonia Leviston in 2015. He ended up having to cough up $7 million to Lastonia.

The “Power” star/producer (real name Curtis Jackson III) filed paperwork at the U.S. Bankruptcy court in Connecticut claiming his ex-lawyers Reed Smith and Peter Raymond were the reason he lost against Lastonia. He claims Smith and Raymond urged him to file bankruptcy. The paperwork said Fif wouldn’t have filed for bankruptcy had he known about the “neglectful, negligent and unethical conduct of Raymond and Reed Smith."

The complaint reads, according to The Wrap:

“Reed Smith and Raymond did not follow established legal standards in representing Jackson in the Leviston Case by failing to provide effective representation and conduct proper pre-trial and trial preparation prior to the Leviston trial. In addition, their lack of effective representation and inadequate pre-trial preparation and preparation for trial caused Jackson to retain new counsel on the eve of trial.”

The complaint also said there was an alleged conflict of interest between Reed Smith and key material witnesses, which contributed to “an unfavorable jury verdict.”

Fif is reportedly seeking $25 million in punitive damages and $7 million in actual damages for breach of fiduciary duty and malpractice. Sheesh. Do you think he’ll get it all?

Trouble always seems to follow T.I. no matter where he goes. Maybe that’s why his Instagram moniker is Trouble Man.

Anyhoo, the Atlanta rapper is currently on tour in Canada and trouble found its way to one of his concerts. Reportedly, one of Tip’s bodyguards got stabbed at a club in Moncton, New Brunswick on Monday.

The bodyguard was guarding a table selling T.I. merchandise at The Venue when someone rolled up him and some type of altercation popped off. The 23-year-old bodyguard was stabbed three times in the calf and was hauled off to a local hospital with minor injuries. He was later released. It’s reported Tip spoke with police as well.

When it comes to your kids, ANYBODY can get it. Christian or not, Kirk Franklin will take down anyone who tries to come for his family and he’ll risk it all for his.

Apparently, a few Twitter trolls were coming after his youngest daughter Kennedy Franklin (below) on social media that resulted in her breaking down to tears. He’s currently in Japan, but his wife called him to update him on what was going down online.

Apparently, two “Christian” followers were calling Kennedy out of her name, so Kirk went straight Christian goon on them warning them they he would defend his family by any means necessary.

Before the gospel singer/author hopped online, his daughter responded to the trolls, tagging her dad’s Twitter handle and warning them that he would be informed of their reckless behavior:

Once Kirk was updated on the situation, he hopped on Twitter to personally respond to the trolls, warning them that he would go to the ends of the earth to protect his family and if you try him, it's ON. Peep his tweet (read from the bottom up):

What's interesting is that the people firing shots at Kennedy have deleted their tweets (they didn't show up as unavailable on Kennedy's timeline when she retweeted it) and both of their pages are private. We're living in sad times when adults attack children online.

Beyoncé posted the gorgeous maternity shot above -- just hours after she released new previously snapped photos in her new Ivy Park collection -- showing off her growing bump.

The musical magician, who STAYS with a bag of tricks, just pulled off the ultimate act.  She once again released her baby news before anybody else found out.  She revealed:

We would like to share our love and happiness. We have been blessed two times over. We are incredibly grateful that our family will be growing by two, and we thank you for your well wishes. - The Carters It could explain why she as absent from the Obamas' last huge bash last month, especially considering she reportedly had a pretty tough pregnancy the first go-round.

Awww.  We can't wait to see papa Hov and Mama Bey in triple-kid-mode along with YBF kid Blue Ivy.

This pregnancy could be the reason she and Jay Z weren't at their close friends The Obamas' final bash at the White House last month.  Beyoncé reportedly had a tough pregnancy the first go-round.

By the way, she's still scheduled to kill the stage at Coachella in April.  It wouldn't be the first time she rocked out with a baby bump.
