#TeamYBF thought it would be a good idea to record The YBF podcast during Natasha's election night party.  Listen now!

Now that we're finally able to say the word election without getting nauseous, we're ready to re-live the foolishness of election night.  Natasha reveals why "they" called the city on her after her fight at her polling location on Election Day.   She also chats with her friends about their feelings about the results as they come in, why we all might be richer than Trump, the ridiculously high number of Trump votes from women, how the outcome will personally affect their lives, issues with Hillary, issues with Trump, crazy voting day drama, and why even Beyoncé couldn't save us.  Everybody went IN.

We also chat about Prince Harry checking media for trolling his bi-racial girlfriend, celeb teen Reginae Carter checking adults over her daddy and more.

When drinks are involved, ish gets REAL.  Really real.

SHARE The YBF Podcast on your Instagram, Facebook and/or Twitterand TAG US (@theybf on FB/Twitter, @theybf_daily on IG) for a chance to win an Almost Christmas movie prize pack (with an ugly Christmas sweater and all).

YAS! Our YBF Obsession “Insecure” Gets The Greenlight For Season 2!

If you’re obsessed with this fly AF new show like we are, you’ll be happy to know HBO’s “Insecure” has been picked up for season 2! Get the details and let’s discuss this week’s episode inside…

Get ready for another round of laughs and the stories we ALL can relate to.  Yes, even being asked about those damn "errands."

HBO has renewed “Insecure” for season 2 BEFORE the first season even wraps up. We’re more than excited about it because we’re high key obsessed with watching Issa and Molly navigate through life and all of the problems and issues we all face.  It's everything we wanted "Girls" to be, and more. It’s the perfect show about black girl friendships, relationships and just getting through every day life.

The comedy will pick up two extra episodes in season 2 with the show being renewed for 10 episodes. Its debut season saw plenty of success with an average of 3.2 million viewers per episode. We’re not surprised, it’s super funny, real and it tackles issues like race and gender where everyone can relate.

So, last night’s episode was certainly a SHOCKER! (If you haven’t watched yet stop reading now).

********

For starters, Issa CHEATED on her longtime boyfriend Lawrence with her ex-boyfriend Daniel, and now she's trying her damndest to live through it and hold on to the good "black Spiderman" that she has. What makes matters even worse is that Lawrence seems to be hinting at marriage. No wonder this week’s episode was titled “Guilty As F*ck.”

Meanwhile, Issa’s homegirl Molly wants to call things off with Jared because he revealed to her that he hooked up with a guy once. By the way, Molly confessed that she kissed a girl once. So, why is it that Molly seems to have such a huge problem with Jared’s (who she has been feeling lately) past when she has one of her own? She told her girls about it. One of her friends believes he’s gay or bisexual, at the least. Issa and one of their other friends believe she should still give him a chance.  Because there's a SPECTRUM to this straight-gay discussion.  Thoughts?

Also, last night’s episode was directed by none other than Debbie Allen. Sweet!

Today, Issa Rae spoke on a panel titled "When A Woman Runs The Show" at Glamour Women Of The Year 2016 LIVE Summit at NeueHouse Hollywood. Girl power!  Chick is killing it (all while giving us all the naked shots that we need of Jay Ellis and all her fine co-stars).

Maxwell Surprises Singing Cashier On "GMA" After Video Goes Viral + Lil Kim Jokes About Being A Spanish Girl Trapped In A Black Girl’s Body

Gotta love going viral! Maxwell made one man’s day when he surprised him on “Good Morning America” after his singing video went viral. Peep the clip, and sound off on Lil Kim’s comment about being a Spanish girl trapped in a black girl’s body inside…

Now THIS is how you make America great…according to Maxwell.

The Grammy Award winning singer is currently on tour with Mary J. Blige, but he’s keeping up with what’s going on in these Internet streets.

He served up a surprise of a lifetime to one man who recently gone viral while singing his tunes. Lucas Holliday, a Dollar General cashier from Lansing Michigan, was caught on camera serenading shoppers with Maxwell’s “Ascension.” And he can blow.

The clip has nearly 500 million (yes, million) views, so it’s no wonder it got back to Maxwell.

In a recorded message on “Good Morning America,” the R&B crooner invited him on stage to perform with him during his show in Detriot on Friday.

“Hey Lucas, this is Max. I saw your video,” Maxwell said. “You're singing ‘Ascension.’ You sound unbelievable. I wanted to personally invite you on stage at my Detroit show, this Friday, and hopefully you'll join us. And congratulations. You have a sick, amazing voice.”

Nice!

Peep the clip below:

Before Lucas made it to "GMA," Maxwell sent out a tweet looking for him:

Talk about a come up just from singing while he worked.  He's set to go to Maxwell's concert this week.

Elsewhere in these Internet streets....

Lil Kim has folks coming for her in a video that’s making its rounds on social media. The Brooklyn raptress jokingly said in a video that she feels like she’s a Spanish girl trapped inside a black girl’s body and then she proceeded to sing in Spanish. Check it above.

According to XXL, the video was shot in 2013, but it’s just now seeing the light of day after a fan site posted it on its Twitter timeline.

Per usual, the Twitterverse is dragging her for filth.

Tika Sumpter Sounds Off After Her Mom Got Arrested Over $10 Library Book + Keri Hilson Spills Luke Warm Tea On Serge Ibaka Breakup

Tika Sumpter’s mom got ARRESTED over a $10 library book. No, we’re not making this ish up. Find out what happened and sip some luke warm tea Keri Hilson spilled about her relationship with Serge Ibaka inside…

Actress Tika Sumpter sounded off on Twitter yesterday after her mother was arrested and taken into custody in Johnston County, N.C. on Monday over a $10 late fee for a library book! Chile, whet?!

“Make sure you turn in your library books North Carolina!," the 36-year-old actress tweeted. “My mom was just arrested for having a late fee of 10 dollars on an overdue book!"

Apparently in North Carolina there is a law on the books that says you can be arrested for overdue books from the library. Who knew? In fact, North Carolina isn’t the only state with this type of law. Texas, Michigan and Wisconsin reportedly have similar laws.

“An overdue book should NEVER result in a warrant. This is a legal scam,” she continued.

Fans started tweeting the Southside With You actress in utter shock and disbelief. Oh and get THIS, her mother actually turned the book in a while back, but someone never put it in the system! UGH!

“Yup treated like a criminal for a late fee of 10 dollars for over due books from the library. Libraries now put out warrants. #Ncgov”

Luckily, her mom was released unharmed.

She tweeted,“She's out now. Every cop at the jail thought it was absolutely ridiculous. They couldn't even believe it. Smh #ncgov”

Cray!

Peep her tweets:

So baffled by this.

On the magazine front...

We’ve been speculating for a while now that Keri Hilson and Serge Ibaka may have called it quits. But, they both have remained mum about the status of their relationship…until now.

The R&B singer-songwriter sat down with Rolling Out magazine to dish a bit on her personal life. While she doesn’t like sharing too many details about her private life, she did open up a bit about her failed relationship with the NBA baller.

She said dating an athlete was always on her NOT to-do list, but she decided to break her rule because she thought (at the time) he was different.

“I think I am an exception to the rule when people think of R&B ‘divas,’ she said. “I thought I found someone who’s also an exception. It wasn’t “enthralling” for me to date an athlete. It was on my list of “not to dos” — no rappers, no actors and no ball players. I broke my rule because I thought I found someone different … It wasn’t an attraction to the status and the money.”

The Almost Christmas star said she plans on being more private with her next relationship. She shared,

“Yes, with relationships. I am here to talk about music and do music. I am not here to talk about what happens behind closed doors. That has become such a huge part of our interviews and what society wants to know about you … beyond the music. It feels really invasive. I will make different decisions in future relationships. When you put things on Front Street, it opens the door for opinions. It opens the door for wolves to attack. I certainly have been placed in that position where things have been written about me as it pertains to relationships that are so far from the truth. To me, that’s a personal attack. You can talk about my music all day, but when it comes to making up things and a character attack, I don’t take them well. It makes me want to be completely mysterious. You can’t really stop it though. It’s the climate we’re in.”

We loved Keri and Serge together, especially their cutesy Instagram videos they use to post, but sometimes things just don’t work out.

You can read the rest of her interview where she talks about her new music, how she escapes, working with Gabrielle Union and more here. By the way, you can check out Keri on the big screen in Almost Christmas that's in theaters now.

A day after his father’s death, Dez Bryant soldiered through this past Sunday’s game and came out with a win in his honor. Read his emotional tribute, plus the latest NFLer who’s joining the National Anthem protest inside…

Dallas Cowboys baller Dez Bryant fought through his emotions and helped his team to victory on Sunday, a day after the passing of his father.

The NFL wide receiver took to Instagram to share a touching tribute dedicated to his father:

So sad.

After the game in the locker room, the entire team rallied around Dez in the wake of his personal tragedy. Coach Garrett presented him with the game ball after they defeated the Pittsburgh Steelers, 35-30.

Now that's touching. It's nice to see he has a circle of people outside of his family to help him get through such a tough time.

In other NFL news…

Tampa Bay Buccaneers star (and former Texas A&M baller) Mike Evans is joining in on the National Anthem protest as a result of Donald Trump winning the presidential election. The wide receiver took a knee during the National Anthem before a game against the Chicago Bears on Sunday. He told the media he did so in protest of Trump.

He said:

“If this happens, then America’s not right right now. I said this a long time ago. When [Trump] ran, I thought it was a joke. The joke continues. I’m not a political person that much, but I got common sense. And I know when something’s not right.”

There are reports that Mike made a comment on his teammate Louis Murphy’s Instagram page that he did NOT vote, posting in the comments section that he didn’t cast his vote in the election when Louis asked followers whether or not they voted. If true, then he erased the comment.

When you think of FAB chicks currently taking over the world with their brains, beauty and talent, Zendaya instantly comes to mind. So it came to no surprise that the YBF teen would be honored for her accomplishments at one of the biggest events to celebrate women.

Disney starlet Zendaya was honored during Glamour magazine’s Women of the Year event held at NeueHouse Hollywood in L.A. last night.

“black•ish” cutie Yara Shahidi presented the award to her "big sister" and gave a touching introduction before Daya stepped out on stage.

The actress/singer/dancer/fashion designer/activist poured her heart out to the audience, thanking all of the women that came before her that helped paved the way for her to be where she is today. And she also encouraged all of the young ladies in the building that they are our future leaders and how important they are.

“This is not about me, this is about you,” she said. “This is about thanking you for showing me that my life matters. Thanking you for showing me what strength means. Thank you for paving the way for us, for showing us that we are worth it. That we are proud and its ok to be proud of the way that we look and the way we feel. It’s beautiful. Now, is such a pivotal time in history. I want you to know, all you ladies up there, you are the leaders. We are the future.”

Check it:

The rising star hit the carpet with her friend/fashion designer Law Roach (who helped her create her own clothing and shoe line) rocking a white Reem Acra dress accented with pink floral sleeves and t-strap sandals.

Playing with different colors and floral prints, Yara styled in a belted Cynthia Rowley dress paired with Alexander White shoes.

After winning her award, Daya and Yara served up a health dose of #BlackGirlMagicGoals on the carpet. Love them!

Oh ok Tracee!

Yara’s on-screen mom Tracee Ellis Ross, who has just been nominated for a Critics’ Choice Award, posed it up on the carpet before heading inside to host the fabulous event to honor women in Hollywood.

Tracee didn’t waste any time to change up her look before partying it up at the afterparty alongside Glamour Editor-in-Chief Cindi Leive.

Olympic gold medalist and the most decorated gymnast of all time Simone Biles was also honored with an award for the waves she’s making in the gymnastics world.

"Everything I am today is a reflection of my mom, so thank you mom for everything,” she said while accepting her award.

Women of the Year award recipients Alicia Garza, Patrice Cullors and Opal Tometi, founders of the #BlackLivesMatter movement, were also honored for their social activist efforts.

Shondaland honcho Shonda Rhimes presented the ladies with the award, dubbing them "patriots who have fundamentally altered the course of civil rights in America.” Facts!

The #BlackLivesMatter founders ran into Tracee during the afterparty.

“Scream Queens” starlet Keke Palmer popped up on the red carpet in a cute LDB mini before presenting an award.

Showstopper! Supermodel Chanel Iman turned heads in a shimmery silver cut-out gown.

Olympic fencer Ibtihaj Muhammad shimmered on the carpet before honoring the women of the evening.

Broadway superstar Cynthia Erivo showed out in black lace for the festivities. By the way, be sure to cop some tickets to see "The Color Purple" on Broadway before it closes January 8th.

“Empire” star Gabourey Sidibe is looking amazing these days. She showed off her trimmed figure in a cute teal frock.

Freida Pinto and Amber Heard joined Gabby on stage to read Emily Doe's letter: "Victims are survivors."

“Queen Sugar” actress Dawn-Lyen Gardner brought her mom along as her date for the evening.

Actress Kat Graham, who will play Jada Pinkett Smith in the upcoming Tupac biopic All Eyez On Me, struck a pose in a silver matallic dress before heading inside.

Shimmer was definitely the trend on the carpet last night. Singer-songwriter Leona Lewis strutted her stuff in a sparkly maroon gown before the ceremony.

Congrats to all the women who are slaying on a daily!

POST-ELECTION TALK: Monica – “We MUST Unify!” + BET Founder Bob Johnson Says Blacks Shouldn't Have Permanent Political Parties, Only Permanent Interests

Monica and BET founder Bob Johnson are sounding off and giving their opinions on what should be done post-election. Find out what they said inside….

This week, R&B singer Monica is guest co-hosting alongside the ladies of “The Real.” Today, the Grammy Award winner sounded off about what needs to be done after the 2016 presidential election.

We’re sure you’re all aware of all of the hate crimes/incidents that have occurred since Donald Trump was elected president. People have verbally harassed others over their race, anti-Semitic/pro-Trump graffiti and threats/attacks against Muslims. It’s all bad.

Monica weighed in on what needs to happen to get us through the next four years under a Trump administration. She said she feels this election has made people that are comfortable with racism start voicing their thoughts and feelings rather than keeping it to themselves or amongst their inner circle.

“We must unify!," she said. "We can no longer ignore what has to be done. Now, people that have never used the term minority realize they are one.”

Hmph!

The singer said there are groups of people who hadn’t had a reason to speak who now need to speak up.“I tell my kids this, if you don’t contribute to the solution you’re a part of the problem,” she said.

Check it below:

Totally agree.

In other post-election talk...

BET founder Bob Johnson breaks his silence to address what black Americans should do after the presidential election.

In an open letter, he talks about how black Americans NOT voting will eventually silence our voices and that it makes him fearful for our future. And we gotta admit, he's got a point.

He says there are three urgent steps that need to be followed to address our new reality. He says if folks want to protest they should, but should do so peacefully. He says we need to realize this is NOT the last election and that state and local elections are coming up. Lastly, he says black people should look into electing candidates that are best for the job and best for their interests, and not solely because they're a Republican or a Democrat.   No permanent friends, just permanent interests.

Here are his three points below:

1. Based on the outcome of this election, if we feel a need to protest and raise our voices to draw attention to both our fears and concerns, we should do so. However, as the leaders of the Civil Rights movement did, so effectively, we should protest with peaceful confrontation and in full recognition that the greatest strength of this country is the peaceful transfer of power and governance based on free and open elections. This governance is regulated by the checks and balances and the separation of powers enshrined by the rule of law of the U.S. Constitution. Most importantly, as a minority population, we want the assurances that a peaceful transfer of power will be sustained when the President or political party that we support comes to power.

2. We must realize, this is not the last election in America and that elections at every level of government – federal, state and local – will continue to take place. Our job now is to continue to mobilize in these elections whenever and wherever they occur. We should, as before, educate and inform our voting community about the critical social and economic issues that impact our families, our community and this Nation.

We are required to challenge and to demand that all candidates or parties in pursuit of our vote, whether they are Republican, Democrat or Independent, explain in comprehensive terms what they propose to do for us to make our lives better. Remember, the most precious and powerful asset we possess in this democracy is the right to vote in favor of or against those who seek to govern us. Let us not give away that right; let us make them earn our vote!

3. Finally, and this is most critical, it is time for Black American voters to return to a political ideology and an engagement strategy with the two party system that was proposed to us almost 45 years ago at the founding of the Congressional Black Caucus (CBC). Why shouldn't we, as Black voters, reject the notion that we are locked into one party which undoubtedly limits and dilutes our voting power? We should, instead, use the power of our vote to support and elect whichever party that best serves our interests. I am convinced that this is what Congressman William Clay of Missouri had in mind when the CBC was formed in 1971. Congressman Clay, who I had the honor of knowing, was bold, astute and showed amazing insight when he declared, and I quote, "Black people have no permanent friends, no permanent enemies, just permanent interests." That was the CBC motto then and Black Americans should embrace it as our rallying cry today.

In closing he directly addresses the Republican party writing:

To the Republican Party, we say to you, even though you have ignored us or often times actively conspired against our rights, "we have no permanent enemies." To the Democratic Party, we say to you, even though you have taken our vote for granted and often patronized us, "we have no permanent friends." What we do have are "permanent interests" and we invite both Parties to demonstrate your understanding of and willingness to respect and address our interests.

Powerful.

Do you agree?

Kenya Moore & Porsha Williams Make Rounds In NYC & Philly + Angela Simmons Pampered In Beverly Hills & Takes Baby Sutton On First Flight

In today’s round up of reality TV candids, Kenya Moore and Porsha Williams hit the media trail in NYC. Meanwhile, Angela Simmons is enjoying some much needed pampering in Beverly Hills. Pics inside…

The reality TV stars are on the run.

Yesterday, “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Kenya Moore was spotted leaving NBC studios in NYC’s Rockefeller Center to chat about season 9 of the hit BRAVO series on NBC New York. There was plenty to talk about, especially her ongoing "house beef" with Sheree and her rekindling her friendship with Phaedra.

Styling in a red trench coat, the former Miss USA appeared to be in high spirits as she was all smiles as she exited the building. You can check out her interview here.

A few days ago….

Kenya twirled into the Bravo clubhouse to chop it up with Any Cohen about Sunday’s night episode. She kept it sexy in a black cut-out Cushnie Et Ochs dress paired with black Azzedine Alaïa caged sandals.

On the show, she dished on the current status of her relationship with Matt Jordan. Are they still together? Yes. She said they’re currently working on their relationship, BUT he is NOT living with her in Moore Manor.

A fan asked Kenya if she remembered tweeting that the Trump Family was the first family of  America in 2015 while she was a contestant on Trump's “Celebrity Apprentice.”  She cleared it up saying she was referring to the Trump Family as being the first family in television.  Kenya also said she’s a huge fan of Ivanka Trump and that all of Trump's kids are incredible. Hmph.

In another "RHOA" spotting...

“RHOA” star Porsha Williams is also on making press rounds to promote the new season. The Dish Nation personality stopped by Fox 29’s “Good Day” morning show in Philly.  She switched her hair back to long and wavy after rocking a short cropped coif for a while.

Oh, and get this. Her ex-husband Kordell Stewart is about to paid after winning a lawsuit against Andrew Caldwell. You’ll recall, Andrew claimed he and Kordell had a romantic relationship, but it appears the judge didn’t believe him and ruled in Kordell’s favor. Then Andrew retracted his statements. Read up on the story here.

On the west coast...

Angela Simmons is on the west coast enjoying some much needed mommy time. We all know newborns are a lot of work.

The “Growing Up Hip Hop” star and a friend were seen leaving a salon and they also did a little shopping after her morning workout. Yep, chick is working on her post-baby snapback.

She's on the west coast ahead of her joining the ladies of "The Real" next week to guest co-host.

While she enjoyed some time away from her new bundle of joy, she didn’t leave him behind…

She brought baby Sutton along for his FIRST plane ride.  On Instagram she said, "Baby Sutton takes flight!! His first flight he was amazing love my @itsjeremyscott X @cybex_global set! #MamaGotToWork #WorkingMama"

And here's a super cute clip of his teeny weeny face:

Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson has been crowned this year’s Sexiest Man Alive. And we see why. Peep pics of the hottie attending his new movie premiere, plus flicks of Omari Hardwick looking his usual sexy self inside…

From a WWE star to the world’s highest-paid actor, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson is certainly doing it big. It doesn’t hurt that he’s fine AF.

PEOPLE magazine crowned the 44-year-old actor as the Sexiest Man Alive and we’re not mad. We love all 245lbs of his sexy.

“I said, ‘That’s awesome.’ And then what went through my mind was just how cool and exciting it is,” The Rock said when he found out he nabbed the title. “And then I thought, ‘Wow, we’ve pretty much reached the pinnacle.’ I’m not qute too sure where we go from here. I’ve done it all, this is it.”

Sorry ladies. The Rock is taken. He has a longtime girlfriend name Lauren Hashian. The couple share 11-month-old daughter Jasmine and he's also a father to his 15-year-old daughter Simone, whom he shares with his ex-wife Dany Garcia.

While he’s the Sexiest Man Alive, that doesn’t stop his grind. Yesterday, he was front-and-center at the Hollywood premiere of his new animated film Moana held at the El Capitan Theatre.

Making his way down the blue carpet, the heartthrob snapped it up alongside his co-star Auli'i Cravalho.

“Hamilton” star/songwriter Lin-Manuel Miranda, who co-wrote the music for the film, was also on the scene for the world premiere of the animated film.

Moana hits theaters November 23rd.

In other hottie spottings....

Omari Hardwick is already back on the set to shoot scenes for the upcoming season of “Power.” But, he found some time in his schedule for dinner at celeb hotspot CATCH in L.A. last night.

Ugh! We have over half a year before the hit STARZ series returns. We’ll just be twiddling our thumbs and stalking the cast’s social media timelines for clues. Will Ghost make it out of jail? Will he run back to Tasha....or Angela when he gets out?  Will there be more nekkid sex scenes starring Mr Hardwick himself? Time will tell...

After news broke that Phaedra Parks' now ex-husband Apollo Nida is engaged to a new woman while still serving out his federal prison sentence, his alleged fiance changed her IG account from private to public.  Looks like she wants the world to know what's going down.

Both she and Apollo have been posting about each other this week (yes, he's posting from jail!):

Chile...

She's Sherien Almufti and she's originally from Jordan.  We've learned that she is a real estate estate agent who lives in New Jersey now to be closer to Apollo as he is in federal prison at Jersey's Fort Dix.  She was previously living in Atlanta and/or Philly.

While we're sure Sherein is on cloud 9 being newly "engaged" to Apollo, not everyone is happy.

Her ex husband and child's father, Derrick Copes, is pissed.  He tells Radar Online that his ex-wife, whom he divorced two years ago, is bringing their 8-year-old daughter to the Fort Dix Federal Correctional facility during Sherien's visits.  Interestingly, that's something Phaedra wouldn't even do with the couple's own two kids.

“I’m not giving her child support right now because she’s taking my daughter to prison and I have asked her numerous times to stop doing that,” he told Radar.

Apparently, Derrick stopped paying her the $450 a month in support for their daughter.

“My daughter is eight years old, she is not happy to go into a prison,” he insisted. “If you want me to give you money, I will, but at the same time you have a responsibility to our daughter.”

That's not all.  He's pissed that Sheren allegedly took their daughter out of school for a prison visit:

“She took my daughter out of school a week an half ago to go to Atlanta to film,” he told Radar. “Who takes their kid out of school to go film when it’s not educational? That is not good parenting.”

“At the end of the day I don’t have a problem with them seeing other. We’ve been divorced for two years. It’s not about Sherien’s relationship with him,” he said. “It’s only about me not being happy with our 8 year old going to a prison.”

Super Bowl Hero Von Miller Lawyers Up To Stop Release Of Sex Tape After Woman Tries To Extort Him For MILLIONS

When will these ballers learn? NFL star Von Miller has lawyered up after a woman named Elizabeth Ruiz tried to extort him for millions over a sex tape they made. Details inside….

Tsk! Tsk!

Denver Broncos linebacker Von Miller is doing everything in his power to keep a sex tape that features him off these Internet streets.

According to The Smoking Gun, the reigning Super Bowl MVP had his lawyers issue a restraining order barring Elizabeth from selling or commercially exploiting the tape that she recorded on her cell phone. She tried to extort $2.5 million from Von in exchange for the tape.

In the court documents, the 27-year-old NFL star is listed as “Doe,” but TSG confirmed it’s Von as he is described as “one of the most talented people at his craft in the United States.” Not to mention, Von is the highest paid defensive player in the NFL after inking a six-year, $114.5 million contract with the Broncos.

Von, who competed on “Dancing With The Stars," has several endorsement deals with companies Microsoft, Best Buy, Beats by Dre, Adidas, and more.

Yeah, chick is trying to make a quick come up.

So how did this sex tape come about?

Well, Von was vacationing in Cancun with friends, including reality star Malika Haqq (seen below), back in June where he met Elizabeth. The two “engaged in consensual sexual intercourse” and Elizabeth recorded their sex session on her phone, according to legal documents.

Von insisted that Elizabeth keep the video private. He texted her asking her to destroy the recording in which she replied “Gotcha.” Bloop!

TSG reports:

In mid-September--two months after Miller’s nine-figure contract was announced--a representative for the football player was contacted by Kevin Blatt, an L.A. businessman who has brokered the sale of numerous celebrity sex tapes. Blatt, the court filing states, reported that Ruiz had sought his assistance in selling her tape, adding that she wanted to become the next Kim Kardashian.

Aren’t they all? Why is it so hard for these ballers to understand that there are women out here simply trying to make a Kim K. come up?

We scrolled through her Instagram account and it’s obvious she likes to hang around wealthy men. She has snaps of Trey Songz, Kevin Hart and Jamie Foxx on her feed:

Luckily for Von, the judge ruled in his favor and has issued a temporary restraining order to keep the sex tape from seeing the light of day.

LeBron James Says He Lost All Respect For Phil Jackson After He Labeled His Business Partners “Posse” + King James Doesn’t Want An Apology

LeBron James is responding to Phil Jackson after he made a comment referring to LeBron’s business partners as a “posse.” And he’s not looking for an apology. More inside…

LeBron James has lost all respect for New York Knicks president and famed NBA coach Phil Jackson after he referred to his business partners as a “posse.”

When reporters asked LeBron if he had any previous ties to Phil he responded,

"Zero. No relationship at all. I had nothing but respect for him as a coach for what he was able to do. Obviously he was at the helm of [the team featuring] my favorite player of all time [Michael Jordan], and also being there growing up and watching him with the Lakers, but I got nothing for him."

So what exactly did Phil say that ticked off King James? Well, in a Q&A on ESPN.com earlier this week, Phil responded to a question about how it hurt the Miami Heat when Bron signed to the Cleveland Cavaliers.

"It had to hurt when they lost LeBron. That was definitely a slap in the face. But there were a lot of little things that came out of that. When LeBron was playing with the Heat, they went to Cleveland and he wanted to spend the night. They don't do overnights. Teams just don't. So now (coach Erik) Spoelstra has to text Riley and say, 'What do I do in this situation?' And Pat, who has iron-fist rules, answers, 'You are on the plane, you are with this team.' You can't hold up the whole team because you and your mom and your posse want to spend an extra night in Cleveland."

The reigning NBA Finals MVP later elaborated on the situation, saying he feels Phil used that term because they’re young African-Americans. He explained:

"It just sucks that now at this point having one of the biggest businesses you can have both on and off the floor, having a certified agent in Rich Paul, having a certified business partner in Maverick Carter that's done so many great business [deals], that the title for young African-Americans is the word 'posse.'"

King James said he didn’t think Phil would have used that particular term if he was talking about an athlete who isn’t African-American.

"If you go and read the definition of what the word 'posse' is, it's not what I've built over my career," LeBron said. "It's not what I stand for, it's not what my family stands for. I believe the only reason he used that word is because he sees young African-Americans trying to make a difference."

Maverick Carter, LeBron’s longtime friend and business partner, was also taken back by the “posse” comment. He told ESPN:

"It's the word 'posse' and the characterization I take offense to," Carter said. "If he would have said LeBron and his agent, LeBron and his business partners or LeBron and his friends, that's one thing. Yet because you're young and black, he can use that word. We're grown men."

But the Cavaliers baller isn’t seeking an apology from the 11-time coaching champion.

"For what? He don't owe (anything). I don't know that man," LeBron told cleveland.com Tuesday night after the Cavs beat the Toronto Raptors, 121-117.

He continued: "If he was talking to (Dallas Mavericks owner) Mark Cuban, (Phoenix Suns owner) Robert Sarver, or (Miami Heat owner) Micky Arison, and he didn't like the way they did business, he would've said I'm not going to do business with you and your associates. With us, it's posse."

Hmph.

Yesterday on Instagram, LeBron threw another shot at Phil:

Phil retweeted a post by Knicks adviser Clarence Gaines as a subtle response to LeBron:

Do you think Phil's comment had a racial undertone?

Police Officer Who Brutally Gunned Down Philando Castile Charged With Manslaughter

The Minnesota police officer that brutally gunned down Philando Castile has been charged with second-degree manslaughter. Details inside…

Minnesota prosecutors filed charges against the officer who fatally shot Philando Castile during a traffic stop in Falcon Heights back in July. Officer Jeronimo Yanez was charged with second-degree manslaughter for the deadly shooting. Yanez said he pulled Philando over because he thought he looked like a possible match for an armed robbery suspect.

In a news conference today, Ramsey County attorney John Choi said that Yanez’s use of deadly force was unjustified as Philando “never removed or tried to remove” the gun (that he was licensed to carry) in his pocket.

Choi also said that Officer Yanez will be charged with two felony counts of dangerous discharge of a firearm for endangering the lives of Philando’s girlfriend Diamond Reynolds and their 4-year-old daughter, who were also in the car at the time of the shooting.

News about Philando’s shooting death spread like wildfire after Diamond pulled out her cell phone and started streaming the altercation via Facebook Live.

According to reports, Yanez will make his first appearance in court on Friday where he is expected to turn himself in. After the shooting, Officer Yanez and his partner Officer Joseph Kauser were both put on leave from the St. Anthony Police Department. Officer Kauser will not face any charges.

You’ll recall a day after Philando’s shooting, an officer shot and killed Alton Sterling that launched several protests across the nation.

While we’re happy to hear that Yanez has been charged in the shooting death of Philando Castile, the fight isn’t over yet. He still has to go to trail. We’re hoping it doesn’t result in the same way that the Trayvon Martin/George Zimmerman case ended.

Prayers up to the Castile family.

All of the hard work she puts in at the gym is clearly paying off. She looks great.

In another shoot....

Derrick Rose’s 3-year-old son PJ is back with a new photoshoot.

After flexing his model skills for another kiddie brand, the YBF kid has been tapped as the face of the brand to show off new threads for Dillonger’s Fall/ Winter 2016 campaign. Little PJ is a model in the making!

PJ’s mom Mieka Reese shared recently how much her son loves being in front of a camera saying, “PJ has a love for modeling along with a huge and spunky personality. When he’s in front of the camera, he is poised and focused. It’s crazy because it isn’t his mom pushing PJ, it’s PJ pushing himself to model. Being on set with PJ is a lot of fun, he loves to interact with people!”

Dillonger founder Latoia decided to relaunch the kiddie collection to promote children to aspire to be successful and place no limits on their dreams.

Love the denim suits.

Speaking of Derrick Rose…

The New York Knicks baller is seeking $70,000 to cover court costs from the woman who alleged he and two of his friends raped her in a civil trial. You'll recall, he was found not guilty on criminal charges after she filed a $21.5 million lawsuit.

RARE Spotting Of Lil Wayne With Son By Lauren London At Lakers Game + Jeezy & Wayne Whip Out Blue & Red Bandanas For “Bout That” Video

Well this is very rare. Lil Wayne was spotted with his son Cameron Carter (whom he shares with Lauren London) at a Lakers game last night. Peep their father-son moments and check out Weezy’s feature in Jeezy’s new video “Bout That” inside...

Lil Wayne caused all sorts of controversy when he said the #BlackLivesMatter movement didn't mean anything to him. But, when he’s in daddy mode, none of that matters…to him.

The Young Money honcho took his son Cameron Carter, whom he shares with Lauren London, to watch the Los Angeles Lakers ball it out against the Brooklyn Nets at the Staples Center. We hardly ever see Lauren’s son as she’s super private when it comes to her personal life.

But, little Cameron is the cutest:

Maybe Cameron is spending more time with pops while his mom and her boyfriend Nipsey Hussle adjust to life with a newborn. They welcomed baby Kross back in August.

Per usual, Lauren kept the baby news under wraps her entire pregnancy (even thought T.I. let the cat out of the bag), but after she gave birth, she posted a picture of his little hand and revealed his name.

Nothing like bonding time with your pops.

By the way, the Lakers beat the Nets, 125-118.

In a new video...

Weezy, who recently hinted at signing to Jay Z’s record label, joins Jeezy for his “Bout That” video treatment. The guys get all gangsta with their red and blue bandanas as they spit their gritty lyrics in darkness.

And get this, president-elect Donald Trump even makes a cameo…kind of.

A mural of Trump wearing face paint that resembles the Joker is seen as he chokes the Statue of Liberty. Sounds about right. Peep the clip above.

It’s basketball season. Which means, LaLa Anthony is getting on her wifey duties (outside of everything else she has going on) to cheer on her husband Carmelo Anthony and the New York Knicks.

The “Power” star pulled her hair up into two buns, slipped into an all black ensemble topped with an orange and black bomber jacket and made her way to Madison Square Garden to see the Knicks take on the Dallas Mavericks Monday night.

Floss on 'em La.

It was a happy night for the Anthonys as Carmelo led the scoring with 24 points, ultimately helping his team to victory with an ending score of 93 to 77.

In other baller news...

Lakers baller Nick Young may be a new dad again. But, that doesn’t seem to be getting in the way of him spending time with his rumored girlfriend Paloma Ford. The twosome was spotted heading to celeb hotspot Catch in West Hollywood. Everyone has been visiting the new venue lately.

A few weeks ago, Nick became a 2nd time dad to a baby girl he and his ex-girlfriend Keonna named Navi Young. The two also share a son together named Nick Jr. Clearly, they’re not together, but it seems they enjoy making babies together. To each its own.

In another couple spotting...

Last night, the Legends decided to get matchy in black-on-black ensembles has they headed out for a stroll in NYC. Even their coats appear to be made of the same material.

Well aren't they cute.

The night before....

John, who’s starring in the upcoming drama La La Land, and Chrissy stepped out to celebrate the Osca winner’s upcoming new album Darkness and Light. John collaborated with (BELVEDERE)RED for a private album launch party held at Samsung 837 space in NYC where he showcased some of his new tracks, including his ballad “Love Me Now.” (In case you missed, peep the video treatment for the track HERE).

The singer-songwriter also participated in an intimate Q& A discussion about the inspiration for the album afterwards.

Smile Chrissy!

Oh, there's that smile! The supermodel was spotted in a white jumpsuit making rounds, sans her hubby.

Be sure to catch John in the musical/drama La La Land when it hits theaters December 16th.

SHE SPEAKS: Mary J. Blige Reveals RESPECT Caused Split From Kendu Isaacs, Says She’s Hanging In There

Mary J. Blige is breaking her silence about her messy divorce with her estranged husband/former manager Kendu Isaacs. More inside…

Mary J. Blige has been in the headlines recently over her messy divorce with her estranged husband/former manager Kendu Isaacs.

The Grammy Award winner has remained quiet about the bitter split in the media, but she subliminally addressed it during her shows. As she travels on her joint tour with Maxwell, before starting her set, she would flash headlines about her breakup before singing her heart out to the crowd.

Now, she’s ready to address it.

The R&B queen sat down with Robin Roberts for an interview on “Good Morning America” to open up about the failed relationship. Mary said respect played a huge role in their uncoupling. After she kept demanding respect from Kendu and he wouldn’t comply, she decided she was done.

"The breaking point was when I kept asking over and over and over again for respect and to be respected," Mary shared. "And it just seemed like I was beating a dead horse and it seemed like I was talking to a wall. I just wasn't getting it back so if I can't get respect in the relationship, then I have to move on and save myself. That was the point where I was like, 'I'm done. I just can't do it anymore.'"

So how is she holding up? The 45-year-old singer said it’s hard, but she’s hanging in there.

"My heart is OK, I'm hanging in there. I mean, no one wants to go through this and this is hard. I'm hanging in there."

Mary and Kendu had been married for 12 years.  After they decided to call it quits, Kendu felt he should be paid $129,000 a MONTH in spousal support. Pshh…

The Queen of Hip Hop Soul offered up some advice to other women who may be going through something similar to her situation.

"My message to those women that are going through the same thing that I'm going through or a similar situation is that you cannot rely on people to handle your business," Blige said. "You have to handle your business. You have to take responsibility and stay on top of it because things like this will happen if you don't."

She continued, "Surround yourself with good people and, of course, you need people that will help you, but they can't do everything for you," she added. "You have to be in mix of it."

So TRUE. Always be in the know when it comes to your business.

Peep her full interview below:

Later, Mary hit the stage for an emotional performance of her new track “Thick Of It”:
