Supermodel Naomi Campbell stepped out to honor R&B crooner The Weeknd at the Wall Street Journal’s 2016 Innovator Awards held at the Museum of Modern Art in NYC last night.

The 26-year-old singer was presented the Innovator Award in Music to celebrate his accomplishments in the music industry thus far. Since 2010, the Canadian singer has serve up some catchy tracks and now he’s gearing up to release his third studio album Starboy.

Lil Wayne has gone on a firing spree after the Nightline debacle.  Get the latest inside...

Despite issuing an apology of sorts to "everyone he offended," Lil Wayne's recent "Nightline" interview still has folks shaking their heads. 

He displayed extra sporadic behavior and made remarks about how he's "not connected to Black Lives Matter."  He said racism can't possibly exist...because white people clearly like blacks if they made him into a rich black man.

He whipped out his red scarf at the end of the interview, reminded interviewer  that's he's a "gang banger," and said that's all he's connected to.  Then he ripped off his mics and stormed out.

Now, we've learned he tried to convince ABC not to air the interview before it ran this week,  He also claims he was pissed because Linsey asked questions that weren't "pre-approved."    TMZ reports:

"The rapper's camp sent the network several emails insisting the interview never see the light of day, but ABC never responded. We're told Wayne's rationale was simple -- the interviewer, Linsey Davis, crossed the line by asking questions he says were NOT pre-approved."

The network says that actually NOTHING was "pre-approved."  Linsey asked whatever she wanted because nothing was off limits.  The site reports:

"ABC News tells us nothing was pre-approved with Wayne's camp, and, "When it came to the questions and the topics of the interview nothing was off limits."

Needless to say, Wayne was pissed.  He reportedly fired all of his publicists.

Kanye West had a super busy week, and it seems to have  all caught up to him.  Deets inside on why he stopped his show last night midway through, and the gift The Wests gave to Alton Sterling's son....

Yeezy has taken over The Forum in L.A. for 6 nights straight -- his 7th in 9 nights -- and it took a toll on his voice.

While performing "Only One" last night, he abruptly stopped and ordered staff to turn the lights on and said:

"My voice is so hoarse, I can't finish the show."

He also said:

“I can’t let you have a show where I can’t perform for you.  I’ll give everyone a refund, I’ll do better next time.”

The surprised crowd wasn't too happy as they were a bit taken aback by the news.  We're told he had been performing fo about 30-40 minutes.

Reportedly, Ticketmaster is already issuing refunds.  Kanye can look forward to a few days of rest as his next show isn't until November 17th in San Jose, Calif.

There's other big news coming out of the West camp.  Entertainment Tonight reports the couple has fired their entire security team, including main bodyguard Pascal Duvier, after Kim's Paris robbery. They reportedly don't blame him for leaving her alone that night she was attacked as she felt safe inside of the private apartment.  But they simply wanted a fresh start to prevent any further issues:

Pascal, along with a couple other security members of their team, were recently let go by Kim and Kanye. It’s a pretty tough situation overall and they love Pascal, but they couldn’t take any more chances.

On a more positive note, Yeezy and wife Kim Kardashian West snapped a pic with Alton Sterling's oldest son Cameron after inviting him to the Saint Pablo tour recently for his 16th birthday.  Unarmed Alton Sterling was killed by police in Baton Rouge on July 5th. 

His fam and friends -- Kylie, Tyga, Jordyn Woods, Pharrell and his pregnant wife Helen, DJ Khaled, and Kelly Rowland (not pictured) -- have been supporting him by coming out to his shows this week:

The "Daddy Lessons" singer is set to join her husband Jay Z at tonight's Clinton Get-Out-The-Vote campaign concert in Ohio, a source tells CBS News.  It's unclear if this means to perform or speak or simply to appear.

Jay is headlining the event, which is taking place to give an aggressive push to urge Ohio residents to vote early.  It's also focusing on the younger millennial and African-American demo of voters in Cuyahoga County.  Winning Ohio is imperative for any Presidential hopeful, and currently, Trump is leading there in the polls.

Katy Perry and John Legend are also scheduled to perform.

Toronto is coughing up some serious cash to have Mariah Carey kick off the Christmas holiday. But, she may not be getting that $1 million payout that’s circulating on the rumor mill. Deets inside…

Everyone knows Mariah Carey is the Queen of Christmas.  And Toronto called her up to have her help them kick off the holidays.

According to reports, Saks Fifth Avenue invited Mimi up to help debut its Christmas window displays at the CF Toronto Eaton Centre last night. But, it allegedly costed them a pretty penny. HBC, the parent company Saks and Hudson's Bay, reportedly paid the Grammy Award winner a cool $1 million to sing TWO songs. That’s $500K a song.

The Elusive Chanteuse singer hit the stage in a red satin gown (shown above) for a five minute performance before several thousand people. She closed the show with fan favorite “All I Want For Christmas Is You.”  Word had it she was set to receive a $1M payout for her services.

After reports starting swirling that they were going to cough up that huge payout, HBC contacted TMZ and told them the amount was “highly inflated.” So it appears, she may not have been paid $1 milli, but we’re sure it’s going to be a nice chunk of change. It’s Mariah we’re talking about.

Either way, the money she’ll collect from the performance is nothing compared to what she’s trying to get from her ex-fiance James Packer. She’s gunning for $50 million he promised her in an unsigned prenup if he were to break up with her. Get those deets HERE.

We're not totally sold on this yet, but reports are saying Nick Cannon is allegedly the daddy to his ex-girlfriend's unborn baby.  Deets inside...

Actress and pageant queen Brittany Bell is expecting, and we've seen the pics over at Us Weekly.  But the tea in rumorville is that Nick is allegedly the baby's father.  Hmmm. 

Apparently, Nick Cannon dated Brittany Bell (the two pictured together atop at the MAXIM party in January 2015) off and on over the last few years.  She's a Guamanian-American actress and former Miss Arizona USA, and she's reportedly about 6 months pregnant.

Us Weekly states that "multiple sources" confirm to them that Nick is the father. 

There's no proof (yet), and neither Nick nor Brittany have commented on this.  It's a bit hard to believe, so we're taking this with a grain of salt until somebody provides a receipt...or three.

Nick has recently been romatically linked to his other ex Christina Milian since splitting from Mariah Carey.

Pharrell Williams got a major promise from Hillary Clinton to help deliver music and arts programs for at risk kids while campaigning for her in NC yesterday. Bernie Sanders even hopped on the trail with the twosome. Details and pics inside…

Yesterday, the superproducer joined Democratic presidential hopeful Hillary Clinton on the campaign trail. The “Happy” hitmaker and politician were spotted exiting Hillary’s plane at Raleigh-Durham International Airport before trekking it to a rally.

They were headed to greet students at North Carolina Central University before making their way to Coastal Credit Union Music Park at Walnut Creek for the rally.

Joining them on stage was Hillary’s former rival, Sen. Bernie Sanders. As they made their way on stage, Pharrell’s “Happy” track blared through the speakers.

“This country hasn’t always been fair to all people, especially my culture,” Pharrell said. “But I think Hillary’s going to help fix these wrongs. She’s made some commitments. She made some commitments. Whether it’s pay equality for women, free public college tuition ... and very important to me, addressing the mass incarceration issue of 1994.”

Following Pharrell’s speech, Mrs. Clinton took the podium to make a huge commitment to helping at risk kids with music and arts programs, something Pharrell holds close to his heart.

“I’m especially pleased to have Pharrell here,” Hillary told the crowd.“Every time I see him, which is not often enough, we always have a good conversation like we did before this event. He always gets you to think. Not only is he a world class talent but he is a passionate advocate for issues.”

She continued,“I’m going to do everything I can help him to deliver giving kids who are at risk access to education and arts programs that they deserve to have.”

Sen. Sanders also spoke at the rally, reminding everyone that the presidential election isn’t about anyone but the voters.

“Despite what media may tell you this campaign is not about Hillary Clinton," he told the audience. “It is not about Donald Trump. It is not about Bill Clinton. This campaign is about you."

He continued, “And this campaign is not a personality contest. We’re not voting for high school president. We’re voting for the most powerful leader in the entire world. What this campaign must be about is which candidate has the experience and the vision to work for the middle class and the working class and the families of our country. Without a shadow of a doubt that candidate is Hillary Clinton our next president.”

Earlier this week, Pharrell sat down with Variety for their Inclusion summit held at the Montage Hotel in Beverly Hills. Pharrell addressed those who call Hillary dishonest amid the email scandal saying,

"Has she been dishonest about things? Sure. Have you?,” he asked. “She don't lie no more than any other politician does. You don't realize that you're being gender biased. ‘Well, I don't trust her,’ but you trust him?”

Mo’Nique trekked it to the clubhouse to chat with Andy Cohen about the rules to her open marriage with her husband Sidney Hicks. She also revealed if she would ever work with Lee Daniels again. Get those deets and find out what Gabrielle Union said about her friendship with Beyonce inside…

Almost Christmas co-stars Mo’Nique, Gabrielle Union and Omar Epps stopped by the clubhouse to chop it up with Andy Cohen on “Watch What Happens Live" last night before their holiday film hits theaters on November 11th.

Since Mo’Nique shared she and her husband Sidney Hicks have an open marriage, many have questioned how they make it work.  Well, it’s simple…at least for them. She said it all boils down to honesty.

“Let me tell you what the rule is so that everybody is clear," she said. "The rule is simply honesty. Often times we’re with people where we can’t say ‘this is how I’m feeling.’ And you find out it’s so not about sex, it’s not about can you be with other people. It’s simply about, I won’t take any secrets to my grave and he won’t take any to his.”

Andy asked if they have any rules about going on vacation with a lover, which she responded, “We don’t go on vacations with anyone other than our family.”

Is there a rule with the number of times you can sleep with someone outside of the marriage? “No”

They’ve been happily married for a decade and she credits that to their open marriage. She said the idea of an open marriage was HER idea and not his.

“When we first got into it, it was my idea,” she shared. “When we first had the conversation it was because I was in the mindset of ‘I’m an entertainer, I’m a performer and I want to have it all. So I said, ‘you know what I want an open marriage.’ And he said ‘Mo’Nique, we’ve been friends since the 10th grade. Do you think that’s going to stop us from loving one another? So, it was just being able to have that dialogue to say, ‘Hey, let’s make sure we’re always open and honest.”

The Oscar winner went on to say the world took [their open marriage] as her allowing him to sleep around with any woman he wanted because "she’s a fat girl" and "he’s a beautiful man," but that’s simply not the case.

A fan called in and asked Mo’Nique if she would ever work with Lee Daniels again after she made claims that he black balled her from the industry. It was a no brainer when it came time for Footwear News to choose who would receive this year’s award as her PUMA Creeper sneaker was the ONLY sneaker on their radar. Nice!

“In my wildest dreams, I never would have imagined an honor like Shoe of the Year,” the Grammy winner told FN. “It means so much to me to make a mark like this in the shoe and sneaker industry and to have so many people share my love for the Creeper.”

EBONY magazine is showering a few YBF stars with praise for their remarkable achievements in their respective industries.

Hip Hop legend and activist Nas, Olympic gold gymnast Simone Biles, award winning directress Ava DuVernay and Oscar winner John Legend each landed their own cover for EBONY’s Power 100 issue.

This year’s theme is “power in numbers” that will reflect how important it is to have YBF influencers to inspire the next generation of power players.

EBONY editor-in-chief Kyra Kyles explained why they chose Nas, Simon, Ava and John to cover the issue:

“We feature Nas who is employing brown people to tell the true story of hip-hop in the Get Down and Ava DuVernay, giving voice to the voiceless through her mass incarceration documentary, 13th. Also landing on the list are Beyoncé, San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick, funnyman Kevin Hart, tennis champion Serena Williams, soulful songstress Solange, rapper Chance The Rapper, NBA All-Star Carmelo Anthony, Web-turned-television star Issa Rae, and President of the NIKE brand Trevor Edwards.

The Power 100 list will appear in the December issue of EBONY, set to hit newsstands the first week in December.

Well, what do we have here? Prince Harry has a new girlfriend? From the U.S.? Crenshaw to be exact? We’re here for it! Get the details on the British royal's alleged romance with "Suits" actress Meghan Markle inside….

Several media outlets are reporting British royal Prince Harry is dating American actress Meghan Markle. And we’re so here for it!

The 35-year-old actress, who has a black mother and a white father, stars on the USA series “Suits” and is currently filming scenes for a new season in Toronto. After it was leaked that Prince Harry and Meghan could possibly be dating, Toronto police has been keeping an eye out on her Canadian home. She was spotted all smiles leaving her home yesterday afternoon with what appears to be either TV production staff or bodyguards. Peep the pics here.

So how did this romance come about?

Well, it’s said the 32-year-old royal and the Cali native met at a charity event. It's unclear when exactly they met. Harry reportedly sent her text messages repeatedly until she agreed to go out on a date with him. Eventually, she agreed and they went on several dates together. Sources say they hung out for a few days in Toronto to celebrate Halloween together.

Oh, and she allegedly has met Harry’s father Prince Charles too. Yep, he brought her home to meet his dad. According to US Weekly, Harry brought Meghan with him to a party at the royal Balmoral estate in Scotland to celebrate his 32nd birthday. A source said it was the first time Meghan had the chance to meet Harry’s inner circle.

As for his brother, it’s reported Meghan has yet to meet Prince William and Duchess Kate, but they’re next on the list of family members to meet. “Not meeting William and Kate yet has simply been about not being in the same place at the same time,” the source explained.

There's talk about an ex-boyfriend, Canadian chef Cory Vitiello, possibly being in the picture when she first met Harry, but we doubt she's thinking twice about him now...IF the rumors are true.

Once news got out that they were possibly dating, Meghan posted a picture of two bananas "spooning" on her Instagram:

Despite a report stating Tristan Thompson and new girlfriend of Khloe Kardashian are pregnant, sources from Khloe's camp say it's not true.  Deets inside...

Nothing to see here, folks.  X17 Online published a report yesterday claiming that Khloe Kardashian was already knocked up, by her boyfriend of about three months Tristan Thompson.

A source told Daily Mail and a few other outlets that it was completely fabricated and not true.

If it sounded a little farfetched, that's because it was.  Folks were in a tizzy yesterday when the Cavs baller was said to have not only Khloe pregnant but also his girlfriend Jordan Craig who is ready to pop any day now with their baby together.

While Jordan will be welcoming baby Thompson soon, Khloe won't necessarily be following in her footsteps.  At least not in the next six months.

The couple, who went as Storm and Black Panther for Halloween, is said to be getting closer and closer.

In other news, Deadline is reporting that SAG-AFTRA claims Gabby and the “Being Mary Jane” cast are headed to arbitration against BET. You’ll recall, Gabby pulled the trigger on a $3 million lawsuit against the network.

In a statement, SAG-AFTRA said BET and Breakdown Productions “continue to abuse the option pick-up process and mask which season they are shooting to avoid paying contractually agreed upon raises.” Sneaky! The union is “moving to arbitration on behalf of the entire cast.”

Gabby’s attorney Marty Singer blasted the companies saying, “It is outrageous that BET and Viacom have been taking advantage of the actors who appear on their television series by attempting to get what amounts to free options without paying the actors the compensation they are entitled to under their agreements.”

"SNL" is about to be at peak blackness next week thanks to the just announced host and musical guests, and we are here.for.it.  Deets inside...

For the first time ever, comedian Dave Chappelle is hitting the stage at 30 Rock to host "Saturday Night Live."   It's been a minute since we've seen Dave play a bunch of hilarious characters on a tv show, so we're more than ready for this.

NBC made the announcement today saying:

Yep, Tribe Called Quest will also be the musical guest.

President Barack Obama can beathe a little easier when it comes to his daughters Sasha and Malia's daughter lives, thanks to his wife First Lady Michelle Obama and the Secret Service. Get the deets and more inside...

As President, the job comes with a lot of perks. And for his sanity, President Barack Obama has the secret service to look after his daughters, 15-year-old Sasha and 18-year-old Malia Obama. So, when it comes to their dating lives, he’s pretty relaxed about it. Not to mention, he has a wonderful wife, First Lady Michelle Obama, who has been a good role model to the girls, showing them how to be a respectable lady.

While chatting with Raleigh radio station WDCJ, POTUS explained why he’s so chill when it comes to Sasha and Malia’s dating life:

“[Michelle] is such a great example of how she carries herself, her self-esteem not depending on boys to validate how you look or you know, not letting yourself be judged by anything other than your character and intelligence. And hopefully I’ve been a good example in terms of how I’ve shown respect to my wife.”

As for the “extra help” that keeps him at ease, he said:

“The other reason is because they have Secret Service. There’s only so much these guys can do! These poor young men come by the house.”

Ha!

The Commander-in-Chief was asked if the guys that come by have any idea what they’re dealing with when it comes to the Secret Service, POTUS responded, “Oh, they have an idea. I describe it for them.”

Bet he does! Even though he has the Secret Service, we could see POTUS grilling a young man like Martin Lawrence did in “Bad Boys.”

POTUS spoke at a rally in Fayetteville today where he spit the God honest truth. He talked about how Republican presidential hopeful Donald Trump’s antics are equivalent to a series of “Love & Hip Hop” episodes. No lies were told. Peep the clip above.

Being the class act that he is, he even corrected the crowd on how to deal with the heckler who was coming for him.  He said respect him anyway.

Beyoncé brought her power pantsuit to Cleveland Friday night to slay the Hillary Clinton campaign rally hosted by her husband Jay Z.  We've got pics, video of the rappers who came out to perform, and why the Queen Bey says she's 'with her'.

It was all love on stage last night in Cleveland, especially for Hillary.

Jay Z tapped his influential wife and friends to perform at the Get Out The Vote concert in support of Hillary Clinton at the Wolstein Center in the key swing state of Ohio.

Fresh off her performance at the CMAs, Beyonce was front and center at the Hillary Clinton campaign rally. 

Beyonce & Hillary have a few things in common -- both carry hot sauce in their bags, they're both southern grown, and both have broken a glass ceiling or two.

The "Formation" singer explained her position on why she's Team Hillary to the crowd last night below:

By the way, Jay's good friend and Cleveland's own LeBron James wasn't there because the Cavs are in Philly for Saturday night's game. But Bron & co. are set to visit the White House to celebrate their 2016 NBA championship with President Obama on Thursday.

Mo’Nique and Loni Love get emotional as they talk about how they were able to talk to each other like grown women after Loni said some mean things about Mo and her open marriage. Deets inside…

In Hollywood (or even in real life), when someone says something mean or disrespectful about you, it’s easy to go from 0-100 real quick. That was almost the case between Oscar winning actress Mo’Nique and “The Real” co-host Loni Love.

On an upcoming episode of “The Real,” Mo will sit down with the ladies to chat about her upcoming holiday flick Almost Christmas. Not only that, she will also give the inside scoop on how she and Loni were at odds and then came together to hash out their differences.

So here's what went down...

Loni said some hurtful things about Mo and her husband Sidney Hick’s open marriage on her radio show. Mo said Loni and her co-host were going IN on them, hurling out mean comments about how they run their relationship.

So Mo decided she would call Loni up to talk it other rather than go to another media outlet and BASH her publicly.

Mo shared:

“One day Sidney and I were listening to their show [radio show Café’Mocha] and Loni and her co-host, baby, they was going in “How could Mo’Nique do that? Oh, the man, her husband…” and it was just not kind. [Loni shakes her head in agreement].

She continued, “I called my sister [referring to Loni] up. I didn’t want to call anybody else, I wanted to talk directly to my sister [pointing to Loni] and I called her up and the conversation we had she said in the midst of that conversation, she said “Mo’Nique, I didn’t consider that. I didn’t consider that as I was talking.”

The YBF actress said she and Loni could “have experienced a horrible Hollywood story but in the end, the story was so beautiful.”

2017 will be kicking off with some hot guys and loads of drama.

Ladies (and some gents) get ready! Vivica A. Fox will debut her new male exotic dancer reality series “Black Magic”in January 2017. And it promises to bring some nice YBF eyecandy and plenty of drama to keep you entertained.

The YBF actress is putting her name, her money and her reputation on the line to give women (and a few men) a night they will never forget. With a little help from her girl squad, Eurika and Kiana, Vivica auditions hundreds of hot men, narrowing it down to a group of elite eight with six-packs and moves worthy of a coveted spot in her show. Sounds like a dream job doesn’t it?

The elite eight include Michael “Bolo” Bolwaire (Atlanta), Alvester Martin (L.A.), Jonathan “Heat” Martinez (NYC), Greg "White Chocolate" Jackson (Baltimore), Mike "Profit the Problem" Strong (L.A.), Steven "Charm" Beck (Atlanta), Andrew "Penetration" Williams (L.A.), and Christian "Slo-Motion" Dennis (L.A.).

The guys must put aside their egos and personal life dramas, and give it all they have to make the magic happen. Will Vivica be able to pull it off and get Black Magic to her ultimate goal - a spot on the famous Las Vegas Strip? You’ll have to watch to find out.

Several YBF celebs have signed on to appear in Star Jones’ upcoming scripted series “Daytime Divas,” formally titled “Satan Sisters.”

Rapper Eve, “Power” actress LaLa Anthony, singing legend Patti LaBelle, “Empire” star Tasha Smith, “Scandal” star Norm Lewis are joining the cast in recurring roles alongside previously announced cast “Survivor’s Remorse” star Tichina Arnold, “Ugly Betty” star Vanessa Williams, and “Hit The Floor” star McKinley Freeman.

Inspired by Star Jones’ book “Satan’s Sisters… A Novel of Fiction” about a fictitious long running talk show entitled “The Lunch Hour,” the series will chronicle the daily fireworks that erupt between the five female co-hosts. On screen, they are best friends with five very different points of view, but behind the scenes, they inhabit a world of power struggles, cat fights and cocktails.

While guest co-hosting on “The Real,” Eve said her role in the new series helped her prepare for hosting with “The Real” ladies this week.

Eve will play Cecile James, author of a book about alpha women who comes on “The Lunch Hour” as a guest host hoping to make her stint permanent.

LaLa Anthony will play Isabel Carlisle, a crisis management expert brought in by Maxine to help handle a situation that has gone public with one of the hosts.

Patti LaBelle will play Gloria, William’s (Norm Lewis) sharp-tongued, fabulous, prying mother who loves visiting her son in New York City to catch the latest sales at Barneys. Lead by her maternal instinct, she knows her son better than anyone.

Tasha Smith will play Portia Camden, a popular lifestyle guru who joins the ladies as a guest co-host on the show.

Norm Lewis will play William, a handsome doorman who may hold one of the ladies’ darkest secrets.

“Daytime Divas” is set to premiere in 2017. Be on the look out for that.

In other TV news...

If you haven’t heard, “Love & Hip Hop: New York” star Cardi B will be joining Gabrielle Union and the cast for the upcoming new season of “Being Mary Jane.” And since “BMJ” is moving to NYC for the new season, it makes sense.

Yes, Cardi is working on making a name for herself…forevaaaaa.

According to TV Line, Cardi will appear in one episode as a character named Mercedes. She’s described as a “round-the-way beauty with a big weave, big boobs and a big booty to match her oversized, ratchet personality.”

The reality star took to Twitter to thank Gabby for the opportunity tweeting, “I want to thank @itsgabrielleu for giving me a chance a opportunity .It means a lot when people push and wants to see others win .Blessing”

New Jersey Senator Cory Cooker will also guest star this season. The new season of “Being Mary Jane” returns in January 2017.

In the meantime, you can check out Cardi B in a new season of “Love & Hip Hop: New York” when it premieres November 21st at 8/7c on VH1.
