"Real Housewives of Atlanta" star Peter Thomas appeared on daytime television today to tell his side of the divorce drama surrounding himself and his estranged wife Cynthia Bailey. He explains what exactly was going on in that video where he inappropriately caressed another woman, why Cynthia didn’t fully embrace their marriage, his least favorite housewife and much more. Last month, Peter wrote an open letter explaining he was blindsided by his wife Cynthia Bailey’s divorce announcement. While we knew Peter and Cynthia were separated after six years of marriage, we didn’t know they were contemplating divorce. And neither did Peter. Cynthia told E! News during ESSENCE Festival that she and Peter were over and that divorce was the next step for them.

So, Peter stopped by the “Wendy Williams Show” to explain the demise of their relationship. He said he was shocked to hear Cynthia wanted to divorce him because while they had talked about separating, they never discussed actually divorcing each other. They were separated for 5-6 months (he’s in Charlotte & Cynthia is in Atlanta) and that he had only seen her once during that time.

On why he felt Cynthia made the public announcement with discussing the news with him first, he said,“Our whole marriage is on the show and it’s not easy to live that life. Every time I go out with any staff member, someone is always saying I’m doing this or doing that. She can’t deal with the ridicule. I don’t think she’s built for that. “

The father-of-five was adamant that he NEVER cheated on Cynthia and that he NEVER embezzled money from her. He said he and Cynthia don’t even have joint bank accounts, so he doesn’t have any access to her money.

As for that video that went viral that led to cheating allegations, he explained what exactly was going on in the clip.

Peter said he was hanging out at his friend’s club, which so happened to be a white club. The woman in the video visits his bar all the time and when she saw him talking to another group of people, she started asking him why he was acting brand new “talking to all of your white friends.”

So, he said he went over to her to tell her to stop talking reckless. He said when the video is slowed down it looks crazy, but it’s not what it seems.

Peter apologized to Cynthia because he shouldn’t have put his hands on the woman’s neck the way that he did. He said after a few drinks at 2 in the morning, he wasn’t even thinking about that.

Then there was a picture floating around on social media of Peter dining with a mystery woman around 2:30AM at a diner last month. He revealed he wasn’t on a date and that the woman in the picture is the Vice President of his company. He said after work, they go to that diner at least 4-5 times a week.

As for Cynthia’s daughter Noelle, he said they have a close relationship and they speak all the time.

While he loved being married to Cynthia, he said he doesn’t think Cynthia fully embraced the marriage because she had been single all her adult life and was use to being independent.

Wendy asked Peter to reveal who was his least favorite housewife. He responded, “It probably would be Porsha [Williams] and then Phaedra [Parks]. I don’t get along with those girls at all. Those are the kind of girls who keep on projecting negative things about you. Sort of like how Donald Trump does with Hillary [Clinton].”

Speaking of Phaedra, he said he speaks with her estranged husband Apollo Nida at least once or twice a month while he serves his 8-year prison sentence.

The sports bar owner said he’s still on the show and will be on the upcoming season. He revealed “RHOA” doesn’t pay him for starring on the show, but he joked that they will have to figure out something now since they’ve broken up.

Lastly, he said he wants people to know he works really, really hard for everything he has and he didn’t take any money from his wife. He said he’s so proud and "a king," he doesn’t want a dime from Cynthia. He also said he loves his wife and wishes her nothing but the best.

BET just unveiled the first sneak peek at the cast for the highly anticipated New Edition biopic titled, The New Edition Story. And we’re here for it!

The cast recreates the R&B boy band’s classic album cover Home Again (the original cover seen below) and they totally nail it. The pictorial features Elijah Kelley (Ricky Bell), Algee Smith (Ralph Tresvant), Luke James (Johnny Gill), Woody McClain (Bobby Brown) Keith Powers (Ronnie Devoe) and Bryshere Y. Gray (Michael Bivins).

The 3-part miniseries will follow the group from their humble beginnings as kids in Boston to global megastardom - weathering the highs and lows of controversy, personnel changes, and the ultimate cost of fame.

The rest of the cast includes, LaLa Anthony, Yvette Nicole Brown, Monica Calhoun, Lisa Nicole Carson, Sandi McCree, Wood Harris, Michael Rapaport, Faizon Love, Duane Martin, Tank and Bre-Z.

Gucci Mane is making a splash on the music scene since being released from prison back in May.

Since coming home from the big house, Gucci has dropped several tracks, including “First Day Out the Feds,” “Back on Road” featuring Drake, “Guwop Home” featuring Young Thug, and the recently-released “Waybach.”

Now, he’s joining forces with Kanye West on a new track titled “P*$$y Print,” released a day before his post-prison album Everybody Looking. The Mike WiLL Made-It-produced track is a cut from the upcoming album that drops tomorrow (July 22nd).

On the track, Gwop and Yeezy rap about having loads of cash and a bevy of women. Of course.

Desiigner just dropped a new single for his fans.

Remember that freestyle the Brooklyn rapper released for the XXL Freshmen Cover that we couldn’t understand? Well, he turned the freestyle into an official single titled, “Timmy Turner.”

Just like “Panda,” we can hardly understand what the 19-year-old rapper is talking about, but it sounds like he’s rap-singing about the Nickelodeon character Timmy Turner with plenty of auto-tune incorporated in the mix.

Last night, the British hottie hit the carpet for the world premiere of his new movie Star Trek: Beyond at San Diego’s Comic-Con held at Embarcadero Marina Park South. As he made his way down the carpet, the Hollywood actor revealed he hit his co-star Chris Pine so hard during a fight scene; he gave him a black eye!

“We had laughs,” Idris told The Hollywood Reporter. “Chris and I had laughs, and then I gave him a black eye.”

Damn Idris!

He continued to explain,“Well, we were doing a fight scene, and he got a bit cheeky, and I was just like pow! I didn’t mean to do it, but Chris was quite proud of it.”

Ha!

Star Trek: Beyond star Zoe Saldana was also on the scene for the world premiere of the new blockbuster film. The fab mother-of-two rocked a pale blue textured Givenchy haute couture dress by Riccardo Tisci.

Zoe’s hubby Marco Perego was right by her side to celebrate her new movie. The happy couple got some good news this week. Zoe’s Italian-born husband became a U.S. Citizen after a long and grueling process.

The 38-year-old actress expressed her excitement and encouraged others immigrants to never give up when applying for citizenship on her Instagram page. She posted:

 

On our way to be sworn in as a US Citizen. Marco has been dreaming about this moment for a long time. It was a process- as it should be, but we are finally here. Zoe Saldana perfectly channels none other than Prince for Net-A-Porter’s “The Edit.” In the cover story, the Hollywood actress shared her unfiltered thoughts on gender inequality in Hollywood and the importance of why women should support films made by women and for women.

“The high road is no longer silent,” Zoe said. “The high road is speaking up and saying, ‘You’re a d***! What you are doing is unfair. I’m not asking you to idolize me, I’m asking you to pay me equally, because you always come to me whenever you need me for a press tour!’”

She continued, “As women in positions of power, we have to use it to help other women. I got used to being the only girl in the room. Look at The Losers, look at Star Trek... It’s lonely! I couldn’t care less about male-driven stories and war movies, not because I’m not an intellectual individual, but because I want to know what’s happening to a woman.”

As for women not supporting female based films, she said, “The responsibility can’t only fall on women in the public eye. The audience have the power. They are the ones buying the tickets to all these man-made movies. There are films being made by female directors, by female writers, with lead female roles, but women are not going to those movies. We’re going with our boyfriends to hold their f***ing hands to go see a movie that we couldn’t care less about!”

The NBA is pulling the 2017 All-Star Game out of Charlotte in response to the state's anti-LGBT legislation. Get the deets, plus check out Kevin Durant’s new Tupac tattoo inside…

The NBA is pulling its next All-Star Game from Charlotte, N.C, because of the state's bathroom law.

NBA commissioner Adam Silver announced today the 2017 All-Star Game will not be held in Charlotte because of the state law that says transgender people must use public restrooms associated with their birth gender when in government buildings.

The league released the following statement in regards to the change:

The NBA has decided to relocate the 2017 All-Star Game from Charlotte with the hope of rescheduling for 2019.

Since March, when North Carolina enacted HB2 and the issue of legal protections for the LGBT community in Charlotte became prominent, the NBA and the Charlotte Hornets have been working diligently to foster constructive dialogue and try to effect positive change. We have been guided in these discussions by the long-standing core values of our league. These include not only diversity, inclusion, fairness and respect for others but also the willingness to listen and consider opposing points of view.

Our week-long schedule of All-Star events and activities is intended to be a global celebration of basketball, our league, and the values for which we stand, and to bring together all members of the NBA community – current and former players, league and team officials, business partners, and fans. While we recognize that the NBA cannot choose the law in every city, state, and country in which we do business, we do not believe we can successfully host our All-Star festivities in Charlotte in the climate created by HB2. We are particularly mindful of the impact of this decision on our fans in North Carolina, who are among the most passionate in our league. It is also important to stress that the City of Charlotte and the Hornets organization have sought to provide an inclusive environment and that the Hornets will continue to ensure that all patrons – including members of the LGBT community – feel welcome while attending games and events in their arena.

We look forward to re-starting plans for our All-Star festivities in Charlotte for 2019 provided there is an appropriate resolution to this matter.

The NBA will make an announcement on the new location of the 2017 NBA All-Star Game in the coming weeks.

In rumor control news...

Vince Herbert is addressing the divorce and cheating rumors that have been swirling around in recent weeks.

Days after Tamar shut down the divorce rumors, her husband Vince is now directly responding to the all the drama. Even those rumors that Tamar cheated.

In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, he says he and Tamar are “totally fine.” Despite what the breakup rumors claim, Vince says he went to church with Tamar and their 3-year-old son Logan on Sunday and they are not calling it quits.

"When God blesses people, there are always people who are going to try to tear them down," Herbert tells ET.

Right now, they’re focused on Tamar’s next album.

ET also reports that a source close to the couple told them the Herberts are fine and happier than ever.

Hot mom Kelly Rowland hit the grocery store at Bristol Farms to pick up a few items for the house after a workout. The “Chasing Destiny” host was decked out in Nike workout gear baring her midriff and showing off her toned figure.

The 35-year-old singer opened up to PEOPLE recently about her fears of raising a young, black boy in America amid police brutality issues.

“I remember being pregnant with Titan and the moment the doctor said ‘It’s a boy’ and there were all these shootings happening with our young men. I just began to weep,” Kelly said. “I want to raise a great man with respect for himself and others, and to know who he is and to know what his surroundings look like. I just feel like there’s great responsibility, not just as parents but as a community in raising him.”

She added,

“I feel like our boys need to see it more. If our athletes and our actors and our executives speak up then they can see themselves and they can hear their stories and they can feel like ‘I’m closer to what he’s doing or I can do what he’s doing.”

The R&B singer also said she feels obligated to use her platform to inspire and empower the young girls who look up to her and she wants the black men in the community to follow suit and start empowering young black boys.

Mompreneur Amber Rose is staying busy after the premiere of her new late night talk show. The actress/author was spotted filming on Hollywood Blvd in L.A. for “The Amber Rose Show" in a black plunging jumpsuit.

Looks like the talk show host hit the streets to ask people some type of sex question. The penis-thermometer was a dead giveaway. It appears she may be asking people where they (or their significant other) fall on the penis scale depending on how long they last during sex. Yep, typical Amber ish.

WNBA players have joined forces to take a stand against police brutality by wearing black warm up shirts to show solidarity with the #BlackLivesMatter movement. Now, the league is fining them for their silent protest.

Not only that, New York Liberty and Indiana Fever players refused to talk about basketball following their match up on Thursday. They are refusing to be silenced on an issue that they feel so strongly about.

During a post-game locker room interview, Liberty player Tanisha Wright said:

“We really feel like there’s still an issue here in America and we want to be able to use our platforms, we want to be able to use our voices, we don’t want to let anybody silence us in what we want to talk about. So you guys can ask away about anything that’s happening in society.

“It’s unfortunate that the WNBA has fined us and not supported its players.”

According to reports, the WNBA fined the New York Liberty, Indiana Fever and Phoenix Mercury organizations $5,000 each and each player was fined $500 after wearing the t-shirts for multiple games.

When Liberty player Tina Charles heard the news about a caregiver being shot in North Miami while he was trying to help an autistic man, she felt forced to take a public stand.

When she went to accept her award for the league’s Player of the Month, she turned her black New York Liberty shirt inside out:

 

Today, I decided to not be silent in the wake of the @wnba fines against @nyliberty, @indianafever & @phoenixmercury due to our support in the #BlackLivesMatter movement . Seventy percent of the @wnba players are African-American women and as a league collectively impacted. My teammates and I will continue to use our platform and raise awareness for the #BlackLivesMatter movement until the @wnba gives its support as it does for Breast Cancer Awareness, Pride and other subject matters.

Fever forward Tamika Catchingssaid the media blackout was a “group effort” and not the idea of any one particular player. She also said they were inspired by NBA ballers Carmelo Anthony, LeBron James, Dwyane Wade and Chris Paul taking a stand and charging other athletes to do the same during the 2016 ESPY Awards.

Fever forward Devereaux Peters hopped on Instagram to show her support of the movement with a powerful message: 

 

We won't be silenced on an issue that so many players in the league identify with. The league should not be able to pick and choose what causes it allows to be supported and what won't. We as players know that the platform we have can not only raise awareness but also create dialogue and understanding, and we plan to use it. This is a very uncomfortable conversation, but it is one that NEEDS to be had. People must understand that Black Lives Matter has nothing to do with being more important than any other race, and ABSOLUTELY DOES NOT SUPPORT KILLING COPS. It has to do with the fact that black lives are being undervalued to the point that we are being killed at an alarming rate, without consequence. So have the conversation, get uncomfortable, but most importantly BE THE CHANGE

New York Knicks baller Carmelo Anthony fully supports the ladies as well. He told ESPN, "I don't see no reason to fine them. If anything you should want to support them." He added,"A bunch of teams did it and individuals did it. Everybody has their own freedom of speech. If they decide to use the platforms to do that, I don't see any reasons for anybody to get fined. We did it. The NBA did it two years ago. The NBA was very supportive. I don't see why it would be different this time."

In other sports news....

The NBA announced yesterday that the 2017 All-Star Game will NOT be heading to Charlotte like originally planned. And Golden State Warriors player Steph Curry, who’s a North Carolina native, isn’t too happy about it.

Steph grew up in Charlotte, played college basketball for Davidson in North Carolina and his father Dell Curry played 10 seasons for the Charlotte Hornets. So, as you see, the NBA superstar has deep ties with the state.

When he heard about the All-Star Game would be moving away from Charlotte he was disappointed. He told ESPN,

“It’s disappointing that my hometown won’t be able to host the All-Star Game as they had planned. Obviously, I understand Adam Silver’s decision and see where it ends up. Obviously an unfortunate situation for the city. It is what it is.”

He went on to say he understands the NBA’s decision, but he wishes the game could have came to his hometown. He added,

“Just, I know how much that would have meant to the city to be able host the greatest NBA guys and celebrate the game of basketball. I know the league is in a position where they have to make a decision. And Adam Silver’s made one, and we support that. But at the end of the day, I love my city. I love Charlotte. I love everything about it. I love the people there. I really wanted to see them celebrate the game. It’s unfortunate they won’t be able to do that.”

Another day, another police shooting. A North Miami police officer shot a black caregiver as he laid in the street with his hands up while trying to help his autism patient. Get the latest on the shooting, and find out what Holly Robinson Peete, who has a son with autism, has to say about it inside…

A black unarmed caregiver was laid out in the middle of the street with his hands up when a North Miami police officer shot him as he was trying to help his 23-year-old autism patient. And the shooting has sparked outrage on social media.

Now, the local police union representing the officer is declaring the shooting an accident. According to CNN, the unnamed officer was reportedly trying to shoot the patient, whom he thought posed a danger, but accidentally shot behavior therapist Charles Kinsey in his right leg after two or three shots were fired, said John Rivera, the President of the Dade County Police Benevolent Association.

So this highly trained officer "accidentally" shot the wrong man? Ok.

Luckily, Mr. Kinsey is still alive and able to share his story with the world.

"This wasn't a mistake in the sense that the officer shot the wrong guy or he thought that Kinsey was the bad guy," John Rivera said in a press conference Thursday. "The movement of the white individual made it look like he was going to discharge a fire arm into Mr. Kinsey and the officer discharged trying to strike and stop the white man and unfortunately, he missed the white male and shot Mr. Kinsey by accident."

"Mr. Kinsey did everything right, let's be real clear about that," Rivera said.

He did everything right and was still shot by police. We can only wonder if the shooting was ruled accidental simply because Mr. Kinsey didn't die and is able to tell his side of what happened.

Mr. Kinsey told reporters after the shooting he was flipped over and handcuffed (which is seen in the video clip) by police after the shooting. The autism patient was also placed in handcuffs. During an interview with a local news station after the shooting from his hospital bed, Mr. Kinsey said he asked the officer why he shot him and the officer responded,"I don't know."

The unidentified officer is no longer on active duty after being placed on administrative leave. He sent out a statement via text message that reads,

"I took this job to save lives and help people. I did what I had to do in a split-second to accomplish that, and hate to hear others paint me as something I'm not."

The incident hits close to home with actress Holly Robinson Peete being that her 18-year-old son RJPeete has autism.

She captioned,“After watching the situation in Florida, I decided to repost this scene from #‎ForPeetessake where we had one of many Talks with our son who has autism about navigating law enforcement cues. Kids with autism process differently and that video is my true real life nightmare... I cannot tell you how tearful I was watching 2 unarmed men-one with autism and one his therapist- with guns trained on them... The therapist with arms raised was shot and thankfully not fatally. But WHY???!!! EVERYONE should take issue with this. The Miami police department should accept accountability and then and ONLY then will we feel someone hears us. Despicable.”

Balling for a cause! Roc Nation held its Summer Classic Charity Basketball game to help raise funds for several non-profit organizations. T.I., Fabolous, Fat Joe, DJ Khaled and more came out to hoop it up and show their support. Flicks inside…

Yesterday, Roc Nation Sports hosted its 2nd annual Summer Classic Charity Basketball Tournament at the Barclays Center for an evening of fun with a cause.

All proceeds from the event will serve to equally benefit programs for the CC Sabathia’s PitCCh In Foundation, Robinson Cano’s RC22 Foundation, Miguel Cotto’s Fundacion El Angel and Nick Jonas’ Beyond Type 1 Foundation. Sabathia, Cano, Cotto and Jonas served as captains to their celebrity basketball teams.

Roc Nation Sports senior management executive Shawn “Pecas” Costner,Fat Joe and T.I. were all in attendance, snapping it up with CC on the sidelines during the festivities.

Salute! Now that Tip has a distribution deal with Roc Nation and is a co-owner of TIDAL, it was only right he hit up the event.

And he made sure to capture the moment with his cellphone.

Pop singer Demi Lovato was also in the building.

SnapChat King DJ Khaled, who is now managed by Jay Z, was also in the mix. Per usual, he had his cellphone out to chronicle his evening on his SnapChat account.

In music news, Khaled's new album Major Key is set to drop on July 29th.

NYC rapper Fabolous brought his son Johan along for the fun where they hit the carpet alongside Khaled and baseball player Robinson Cano. Johan watched his dad ball out on the court from the stands.

"Power" star Rotimi came out to show his support. If you haven't yet, check out the first episode of season 3 of the hit STARZ series. By the way, "Power" has been renewed for seasons 4 & 5, so we'll be seeing plenty of Rotimi on our television screens, that is, if he doesn't get killed.

R&B singer Justine Skye hit the carpet before taking center stage to perform the National Anthem.

"Hit The Floor" actor Rob Riley was all smiles on the carpet before hitting to court to play for Team Cano.

DOPE star Shameik Moore, who's gearing up for his Netflix series "The Get Down," popped up at the event for the basketball fun. "The Get Down" is expected to be released on August 12th via Netflix.

Power 105 radio personality Angie Martinez was courtside, alongside Khaled and his pregnant fiancee Nicole, to check out the action up close.

Khaled couldn't resist getting in some shooting time in between games.

Rappers Jadakiss and Dave East, "Empire" star Bre-Z, "Power" star Rotimi and Power 105 personality DJ Envy played on CC's team.

Here's how the tournament went down:

In game 1, Team Cano defeated Team Sabathia (above) with a final score of 45-34. In game 2, Team Jonas beat Team Cotto. Then, Team Jonas and Team Cano battled it out in the championship game.

And Team Cano, with former NFLer Terrell Owens, was victorious, 37-33!

Democratic presidential hopeful Hillary Clinton just made a huge announcement.

After speaking in her first rally since the closing of the RNC, Mrs. Clinton has named Senator Tim Kaine as her vice presidental running mate. And she took a totally different approach from her opponent Donald Trump. Mrs. Clinton made her announcement via text message.

The former governor and mayor’s low-key style and Spanish speaking skills are traits Hillary feels will help her beat Trump out of the White House.

After sending out her text announcement, she hopped on social media to share the news:

Whoa, Wale is a dad!  Find out about his brand new baby girl he and his girlfriend just welcomed to the world inside....

Wale Folarin is a brand new daddy!  The D.C. rapper was a super proud papa as he shared his biggest secret yet, he and his girlfriend Chloe were expecting.  While he never told anyone about the pregnancy, rumors recently swirled about it.  On Friday afternoon at a NYC hospital, the couple welcomed their baby girl Zyla Moon Oluwakemi Folarin.

Wale also pulled out of his performance at the One Music Fest in Brooklyn Friday.

The "Lotus Flower Bomb" rapper opened up about why he kept his girlfriend's pregnancy a secret saying he decided to be super private after the previous miscarriage that he was distraught over.  He shouted out his celeb friends like Rihanna, Kehlani, Iman Shumpert & Teyana Taylor who helped him through the heartache.  He also explained why his daughter is the inspiration behind his new album title, Shine.  He said:

Pastor Burns trekked it to Cleveland this week all the way from his Harvest Praise and Worship Center to deliver the good word to the good people of the RNC. And by good, we mean foolish.

We're not sure if he's one of the folks who was in that foolywag material that was that "Black Pastors meeting with Donald Trump" months ago, but dude is def in support of the Presidential hopeful now.  Too bad he just got exposed for lying about his credentials he shared in his bio to make himself seem "down with blacks."

Burns claims he's a member of Kappa Alpha Psi, Inc.  But the internets determined...that was a lie.

This Twitter user below kicked off the dragging by charging him up via tweets.  Then the Pastor admitted via an alleged DM that he never actually crossed because of his allegedly (and conveniently) now defunct chapter:

Rihanna is coming to the small screen to fill some big shoes in an iconic role for “Bates Motel.” Get the deets on her new gig, plus check out the highly anticipated first trailer for “Luke Cage” inside…

Rihanna is delving in the acting world for an iconic role.

The “Work” singer will star in the finale season of “Bates Motel” (a prequel to Psycho) as Marion Crane — the iconic character played by Janet Leigh in Alfred Hitchcock's Psycho, according to THR. Producers made the announcement Friday during Comic-Con in San Diego.

The role is RiRi’s biggest scripted acting role to date, so it’s a pretty big deal. Interesting enough, Rih nabbed the role after revealing she was a fan of the show in a Vanity Fair interview last year.

"We wanted to thrust the iconic role into a contemporary spotlight and redefine it in a meaningful and exciting new way. We also heard Rihanna was a fan of the show, and we were huge fans of hers, so it was the perfect collision of creativity and fate," executive producers Carlton Cuse and Kerry Ehrin said in a statement.

Superhero fans get excited! The “Luke Cage” trailer is finally here.

Marvel gives us a sneak peek at actor Mike Colter as Luke Cage - a black super hero in Marvel Comic's upcoming Netflix series – in the first trailer that was unveiled during Comic-Con in San Diego. And it's everything! 

During the Comic-Con panel, executive producer Cheo Hodari Coke talked about the importance of Luke Cage as one of Marvel's first black superheroes and said, “The world is ready for a bulletproof black man." YAS!

If you're unfamiliar with Luke Cage, here’s a synopsis of the series:

After a sabotaged experiment leaves him with super strength and unbreakable skin, Luke Cage (Mike Colter) becomes a fugitive trying to rebuild his life in modern day Harlem, New York City. But he is soon pulled out of the shadows and must fight a battle for the heart of his city, forcing him to confront a past he had tried to bury.

Oh, and guess what? The trailer tapped Ol' Dirty Bastard's "Shimmy Shimmy Ya" for the background music.

We’ll be able to start binge watching September 30th when the series is released on Netflix. In the meantime, peep the first trailer above.

Drake made his way to Dallas Thursday night from Austin after kicking off his Summer Sixteen concert with Future.

During his set at the American Airlines Center, Drizzy decided to take a shot at Joe Budden. As you know, Joey has been coming from the Young Money rapper in a plethora of diss tracks, so it was long overdue. He mocked the NYC rapper’s hit track “Pump It Up,” before calling him out by name.

"I should have brought Joe Budden up here and let him do 'Pump It Up' one time tonight," Drake said. “Pump, pump, pump it up. F*ck them n*ggas."

As Drizzy continued running through his hits, he ran over his allotted time after a late start. He was supposed to be finished by midnight, but he basically said eff it and kept the concert going until HE was finished.

It's being reported the arena fined Drake $6,500 for every 15 minutes he went over. He didn’t care and he told the audience that.

The 6ix god ended up having to shell out $13,000 once he wrapped up his performance at 12:35am. Gotta love Drizzy.

Meanwhile....

Drake's dad Dennis Graham was behind-the-scenes having a ball snapping pics for Instagram.

He even ran into Iggy Azalea during the festivities. He captioned, "Iggy baby I need everybody not to fuck with my girl." Ha!

Beyonce is clapping back at a lawsuit that claims she stole the concept for her LEMONADE visual album. Meanwhile, Ciara is blaming Future for causing her to lose out on $500,000. Get all the deets inside….

Beyonce is fighting back against a lawsuit that says she stole the concept for her LEMONADE visual album.

A man named Matthew Fulks filed a suit against Bey and her record label claiming the LEMONADE concept was ripped off from his 2014 short film titled Palinoia.

Well, Mrs. Carter filed legal documents to point out the differences in LEMONADE and his film. And it boiled down to one being about a black woman and the other about a white man.

The documents point out that LEMONADE is about "an African-American woman who progresses through stages of suspicion, denial, anger and, ultimately, reconciliation in her relationship." The paperwork then describes "Palinoia” being about a "white man who is distressed in the wake of a failed relationship."

Two different narratives. Two different stories. Do you think Matthew’s suit will stick in court?

Meanwhile, Bey is currently overseas making stops on her Formation World Tour. She's set to hit the stage at Parken Stadium in Copenhagen, Denmark tomorrow (July 24th).

In other legal news....

Ciara and her baby daddy Future are still going at it.

The now married singer, who has been sharing flicks from her fairytale wedding to Russell Wilson on social media, is making claims that the Atlanta rapper caused her to lose out on $500,000. How? Well, she claims those slanderous tweets he posted about her scared away an international cosmetics brand. She believes the company would have paid her $500K, this according to new legal documents.

According to TMZ, CiCi claims Future’s remarks undermined her "positive reputation" and tarnished her image as a "controlling, dishonest, malicious, unreasonable, evil, conniving" and bad parent.

As you know, CiCi pulled the trigger on a defamation lawsuit in February after he dragged her on Twitter, calling her a “b*tch” and other negative comments. Last month, he dropped his lawsuit against her after he was granted joint custody of their son Future Wilburn.

The YBF stars are taking over San Diego for the biggest comic convention in the country. Go inside to peep pics of Keke Palmer, Danai Gurira, Corey Hawkins and more making their rounds at Comic-Con….

Comic-Con International 2016 is underway at the San Diego Convention Center. And plenty of our faves -- if you're comic/horror genre fans like us -- are taking over this weekend.

Keke Palmer, who returns for the 2nd season of the FOX horror series “Scream Queens,” made her way to the show’s panel in an interesting look:

The 22-year-old actress, who’s currently working on a new independent film titled PIMP, stepped out on the carpet rocking a floral metallic leather Gucci bomber jacket that she styled over a rose printed bra and finished the look with bleach splattered jeans. Are we feelin' it?

The free spirited actress was in good spirits as she snapped several fun flicks with her co-stars Billie Lourd and John Stamos, who signed on to star in the 2nd season. 

"Scream Queens" returns September 22nd on FOX.

If you're a fan, you'll be happy to know "The Walking Dead" returns October 23rd at 9/8c on AMC.

Actor Henry Simmons, best known for his role in "NYPD Blue," made his way to the IMDb Yacht to chop it up about the new season of Marvel’s “Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.” series.

Henry is a hottie! The actor stopped for a photo-op with his cast mates Iain De Caestecker, Clark Gregg, host Kevin Smith, Ming-Na Wen, Chloe Bennet and Elizabeth Henstridge.

The 4th season of the superhero series will premiere September 20th at 10/9c on ABC.

“black•ish” star Anthony Anderson isn’t starring in any comic/horror series or movies to promote at Comic-Con, but he came out to have some fun behind-the-scenes.

He was spotted laughing it up with “Scream Queens” stars Lea Michele and Emma Roberts and then he snapped a pic with fans decked out in their sci-fi costumes: 

In movie news, Anthony does have a new acting gig on his hands. He’s gearing up to star in the upcoming independent thriller Small Town Crime, opposite Oscar winner Octavia Spencer.

According to THR, the movie tells of an alcoholic ex-cop (John Hawkes) who finds the body of a young woman and, through an act of self-redemption, becomes hell-bent on finding the killer but unwittingly puts his family in danger and gets caught up with several dark characters along the way.

Sounds interesting.

The film is expected to be released in 2017.

"Luke Cage" is coming to Netflix soon!

The entire cast was front and center to dish on the new Marvel superhero series, including writer/producer Cheo Hodari Coker, moderator Jeph Loeb, and actors Mike Colter, Alfre Woodard, Mahershala Ali, Simone Missick, Theo Rossi, and Frank Whaley.

Werk! Simone came summer ready in a coral two-piece ensemble. Her big, curly fro set off the look perfectly.

The king of trap music is back like he never left! Go inside to turn up with Gucci Mane and his special guests Drake, Future, Fetty Wap and 2 Chainz during his homecoming concert in Atlanta….

Atlanta was LIT last night!

For his first show since being released from prison back in May, Gucci Mane hit the stage for his “Gucci and Friends” homecoming concert at the Fox Theatre in Atlanta last night.

The trap god surprised fans with a special appearance from none other than Drake! After hitting the stage in Dallas on Thursday, Drizzy jetted to Atlanta to rock the stage alongside Gucci.

The Young Money rapper crashed the stage to perform his new song with Gucci titled, "Back On Road," a track released shortly after Gucci got out the big house. The song is featured on the down south rapper's recently released album Everybody Looking, available now on iTunes.

There has been speculation Gwop and Drizzy are working on a collaboration mixtape/album. And it appears the rumors are true. Producer Zaytoven recently confirmed the project is a done deal.

The Canadian rapper wasn't the only rapper who came out to play with Gucci. Drizzy's "Summer Sixteen" tour partner Future trekked back home to rock out with La Flare:

What's a concert without a little Fetty Wap? The Patterson native (and new dad again) hit the stage to dance it up while performing his hits.

Rapper 2 Chainz was also in the mix to hit the stage.

Gucci’s biggest supporter and girlfriend Keyshia Ka'oir was right by her man’s side as he rocked the stage for the first time since his release.
