Dad 50 Cent and mom Daphne Joy put together a huge LegoLand themed birthday party for their adorable son Sire. And it was everything a kid could ask for...and more.
 

The Hip Hop mogul rented out a space just for Sire, his closest family and friends for a fun-filled day playing and building with LEGOs, balloons and inflatables!

The tiny tot was too cool for school in his custom color blocked LEGO-inspired leather jacket by Candy Lane Kidz and his stylish red boots.

His mom took to her Instagram to wish him a happy birthday. She said, "For my sweet boy, we do it all for you! We love you so much!!! Happy early Birthday to my baby Sire @sjprince_ Thank you @encoreevents90210 for bringing this #SiresLegoLand theme to life"

Looks like little Sire couldn't get enough of playing with the LEGOs. Fif also took to his IG to wish his mini-me a happy birthday. He said, "Happy birthday Sire,Lego Land #FRIGO #SMSAUDIO"

Sire, his family and friends all appeared to have had loads of fun during the birthday festivities.

Last night, Kanye West received MTV's highest honor, the Video Vanguard award. In case you missed it, watch it here and watch him reveal his presidential aspirations.

Rapper Tyga (who's basically a part of the Kardashian family now) released a video for his single "Stimulated" earlier today, where he raps about banging his 18-year-old girlfriend Kylie Jenner.

“Anaconda” rapstar Nicki Minaj shocked us all with her acceptance after winning the VMA for Best Hip-Hop Video. Chick sent a shoutout to her pastor then proceeded to pop off at VMA host Miley Cyrus for trash talking her in the media. It was many things.

As it went down, the social media world caught fire, reposting the clips and giving their opinions on the authenticity of the on-screen feud. If you missed, here's what happened:

While neither the Young Money raptress nor the outspoken Pop star has said anything on their social media handles since the run-in, MTV is clearing ish up. And they claim it was 100% REAL. Unscripted.

A MTV press spokesmen confirmed to MTV News that the network had nothing to do with what transpired between Nicki and Miley during the heated moment. Hmph. We hear security was on high-alert to make sure the ladies never crossed paths afterwards.

Unfortunately for MTV, not even an alleged unscripted catfight could help with ratings. According to Deadline, a total 9.8 million viewers watched the antics of this year’s VMAs go down across 10 Viacom networks last night, down from 10.3 million viewers from last year.

Rather than focus on the decline in ratings, MTV did note the impressive amount of tweets that were fired off during the show. The 2015 VMAs became the most tweeted non-sports program since Nielsen Social began tracking Twitter TV activity. A total 21.4 million tweets about the VMAs were filling up our timelines, reaching a total 11.8 million people.

Well, that’s certainly one way to look on the brighter side of things.

Singer Tiffany Evans gave birth to a healthy baby a little over a month ago.  We learned about her new addition via a posting on Instagram.  In addition to the pic above, Tiffany wrote,

"I'm at work shooting for my project, but I had to take a break and post a revelation I had of myself today. One thing I know is that I am a soldier! I work hard to do what I love. But most of all, my most important role is being a Mother. I'm the example of how you can be a hard working ass woman and be a Mother, Wife at the same time! You can do it ladies! This isn't the first time we've heard big news from Tiffany via Instagram.....

A few years ago we learned about her first pregnancy via an Instagram post.  Now little dalia Sarai Henderson (above) is two years old!  And before that......Tiffany revealed her "secret" marriage via Instagram too.  Whew.....we guess she's trying to save money on hiring a publicist.

In Lagos, Nigeria...

Following a few hiccups, singer Lauryn Hill finally made it Lagos, Nigeria for a concert. The singer performed at the Eko Hotel and Suites on Sunday night and her 8-year-old daughter Sarah joined her onstage.

Witnesses say Sarah had her own space on the stage where she supported Lauryn during most of the show. At some point, Ms. Hill gave her daughter the spotlight and she performed on her own.

The Nigeria concert has been in the works for months. You'll recall that Lauryn was supposed to perform earlier, but was forced to cancel at the last minute when promoters couldn't come up with the money.

Rihanna has been gassing up her fans on social media about her Brooklyn appearance for days now. RiRi fans have literally been lined up outside a department stor since Friday in hopes of seeing the international superstar. And today, their prayers were answered.

The Pop princess was spotted making her way to Macy’s in downtown Brooklyn for a meet-and-greet she scheduled for hundreds of her RIHNavy fans today to promote her new perfume RiRi by Rihanna.

The Dior spokeswoman was pretty in pink rocking a custom Vivienne Westwood red label dress from the fall/winter ’15 collection serving up 80s chic. The dress was accented with lace, pink tulle and puffy off-the-shoulder sleeves for a funky, fun look. She finished her doll-baby esque look with a pair of pink ‘So Kate’ Christian Louboutin pumps and her Diorama clutch she has been seen wearing a lot lately. 

Once inside, RiRi showed off her brand new fragrance. Now…in order for fans to win a chance to meet Rihanna, they had to purchase her new perfume set (which set them back about $116) before the event. The first 400 fans at the store with a receipt were allowed access.

Fans were treated to getting a VIP pass to meet the “BBHMM” singer, snap a pic with the "Diamonds" singer and, of course, sniff her new fragrance. Nice!

Rev Run's daughter has enrolled into college to attend the prestigious Fashion Institute of Technology in NYC. There's a good chance Kanye West might be chosen to host the 2016 MTV VMAs.  Find out what MTV execs are saying about 'Ye inside...

Sunday evening, Kanye West treated fans and MTV VMA viewers to a nearly 13-minute long stream of consciousness rant during his Video Vanguard Award acceptance, and (mostly) everyone loved it! And when we say everyone, that includes MTV executives. In fact, MTV is considering Kanye as host in 2016 (if he's not too busy plotting his 2020 presidential bid).

VMA sources reportedly told TMZ that execs were so impressed by 'Ye's speech that they completely overlooked all the jabs he threw at them. Hey, ratings are king.  Ratings by any means necessary.

Thanks to the good response, and despite the ratings being down, Kanye hosting next year is "on the table."

Here's an interesting backstage tidbit.....Kanye was only allotted 2-minutes for his speech, but producers let him continue on and on and on...and on. The control room could have easily cut him off.......but they showed him respect.  Or just wanted to capitalize off the foolery of what was happening.

We're even hearing that one MTV exec followed Kanye to his dressing room to gush about the speech.  We're sure 'Ye loved all the attention, despite his "unimpressed" act.

Two "RHOA" stars reportedly got into a brawl that sent one of the ladies to the ER.  Find out what happened inside...

While "RHOA" stars Cynthia Bailey and Porsha Williams didn't leave the season 7 reunion as friends, we never expected things to escalate to physical violence.  According to TMZ, one of the ladies may have taken things a bit too far during a recent season 8 scene. 

Here's what we know....

The season 8 RHOA stars were reportedly taping a scene on a boat when a nasty verbal argument broke out between Cynthia and Porsha. Arguments are a necessary and common occurrence on reality shows, but this time, things got "turned up" when Porsha called Cynthia the "b" word.

Before things got too heated, sources say Cynthia tried to disengage and actually walked to the other side of the boat, but Porsha followed her. Next, witnesses claim Porsha got in Cynthia's face, and the Bailey Agency owner allegedly kicked Porsha in the stomach in retaliation!  Ouch!  Such un-model like behavior.....

Luckily, BRAVO TV crew members jumped in between the ladies and prevented any further blows from being exchanged.  Porsha was reportedly treated at a local hospital where she received pain medication.  So far, neither of the ladies have mentioned the "fight" on social media. 

This is the second fight we've "heard" about (heard meaning strategically leaked) thus far.  A few weeks ago during Cynthia's eyewear launch party, sources say returning castmember Sheree Whitfield had it out with Kenya Moore.  

Let's just say, these ladies are earning their peaches.  Foolywang is king.  This season will be drama-laced.

Janelle Monae, Jidenna and the entire perfectly coiffed Wondaland crew rolled into Atlanta last night for their final stop on their EEPHUS Tour. More inside….

The EEPHUS Tour made its final stop in Atlanta last night wrapping up one of the summer’s hottest tours.

Janelle Monae (including her glorious hair, flawless face and amazing talent) and her Wondaland camp have been trekking across the nation to promote their complication album The EEPHUS, performing eight exclusive FREE shows for their fans. Last night’s homecoming show was a treat for the lucky ones who nabbed a ticket.

The “Electric Lady” rocked out in her signature black-and-white ensemble as she serenaded the audience with her hit “Yoga." Concergoers were on their feet singing and dancing along as Janelle busted a few moves while singing, never missing a beat. She also performed “Electric Lady” and few other tracks from her catalog.

Love her!

Rap’s most refined gentleman Jidenna also hit the stage to perform his infectious hit, “Classic Man,” featuring his labelmate Roman GianArthur.

He kept it dapper in an electric blue blazer, white slacks and a funky printed tie and handkerchief.

Jidenna is riding on cloud 9 after steadily climbing the charts and landing the No. 1 spot on Rhythm Radio's weekly chart. Nice!

The Brooklyn native was later joined on stage by his labelmates Deep Cotton.

Wondaland artist Roman GianArthur delivered guitar fireworks as he rocked the stage with a rock-inspired set in his red coat. Fun times.

“Orange Is The New Black” breakout star and EMMY winner Laverne Cox is currently in Tokyo, Japan on the promo trail.  Yes, Netflix is headed for a takeover of the East.  And a slim and trim Laverne is serving up fabness on Netflix's behalf.

Netflix will be launching their movie streaming service in Japan tomorrow (Sept. 2nd). So last night, they hosted a launch party and the transgender activist was front-and-center. Before heading out, she posed it up in a pink Marc Bouwer dress, an Amanda Pearl clutch along with Efva Attling Stockholm and Stella & Dot jewels for the 'gram.

Ne-Yo and his now fianceé Crystal Renay are clearing the air.  They're also confirming that a baby is on the way.  As well as a wedding.  Get their response to the criticism inside, plus Ne-Yo's ex fiancé is speaking out...

After news broke on Sunday that Ne-Yo and his "model" girlfriend Crystal Renay were possibly married and definitely with child, folks started dragging the couple for filth.  Yes, a baby and a marriage are happy news.  But plenty of people didn't forget Ne-Yo's ex and mother of his first two children revealing on her former "Atlanta Exes" show that she had her tubes tied.  She said on the show that she and Ne-Yo made a decision -- while they were together -- that they didn't want anymore children.

On that show, Monyetta appeared sad while confiding in a friend that she can't have children with the next man she wants to marry.  It was rumored that her tubal ligation happened because Ne-Yo asked her to.  Monyetta also claimed on the show that Ne-Yo was misleading about the possibility of them getting married.

Yesterday, after getting much backlash from followers who accused him of being selfish (possibly persuading Monyetta into getting her tubes tied then marrying and impregnating the next chick), Ne-Yo spoke out saying:

So the twosome are engaged and not yet married.  And Crystal is now four months pregnant.

Nene Leakes made her "Fashion Police" debut this week while a "007" author is in the headlines for saying Idris Elba isn't suave enough to play James Bond!  More inside...

On Monday evening, Nene Leakes, who is now rocking a long blonde wig, made her debut on E! network's newly-retooled version of "Fashion Police."

While the show has been saddled with drama since the untimely death of host Joan Rivers, the network is hoping to keep the franchise alive with the help of newly-installed host Melissa Rivers and her cast, comedian Margaret Cho, celebrity guest NeNe Leakes, Giuliana Rancic (post-Zendaya scandal) and Rachel Zoe's former right hand Brad Goreski.

Nene, who wore Saint Laurent, fit right in with the cast as she delivered one-liners about the 2015 MTV VMAs best and worst dressed. 

In case you missed it, Nene won't be returning to RHOA for its 8th season as she's turning all her attention to her Hollywood gig as a star on "To Tell The Truth" tv legend Betty White and former NBA baller Jalen Rose and host Anthony Anderson. It's set to debut this fall...

In movie news....

While actor Idris Elba is often mentioned as a possible choice to fill the shoes of "James Bond" actor Daniel Craig, 007 author Anthony Horowitz thinks Idris Elba is “too rough” for the role.

Anthony, who is busy promoting the Bond series, “Trigger Mortis,” which hits stores on Sept. 8th, told the Daily Mail that the actor is simply not suave enough to pull off James Bond. Yikes! He said,

“Idris Elba is a terrific actor, but I can think of other black actors who would do it better. For me, Idris Elba is a bit too rough to play the part. It’s not a color issue. I think he is probably a bit too ‘street’ for Bond. Is it a question of being suave? Yeah.”

While some folks are going to "color" Anthony's statement in terms of race, he didn't exactly shut out ALL black actors....just Idris.  At least that's what he wants us to believe.  But we disagree, especially considering Idris' recent spread in MAXIM (see those pics here), we don't agree with Anthony.

After Anthony's comments hit the Internet this week, he was inundated with nasty comments and tweets. And of course he was called racist.  So.....now he's apologizing.  Via Twitter, he posted this "apology" regarding his comments:

Oscar winner John Legend and his wife Chrissy Teigen returned to Craig’s restaurant for a cutesy date night in West Hollywood last night.

On Sunday night, the Legends celebrated John’s MTV VMA win (his very first) after the ceremony, breaking bread with Kanye West and the Kardashian Klan. And last night, the twosome went back to the celeb hotspot for round 2 of some delicious eats.

The married couple showed up in matching ensembles, both rocking all black everything. We spy Chrissy toting a handbag we would love to add to our collection. She’s wearing the black Chloé Faye medium shoulder bag.

If you haven’t heard, John and Chrissy’s married life is set to become a sitcom titled "Ordinary People." “black•ish” creator Kenya Barris said it will be a comedic take loosely based on the marriage between the pair. With Chrissy’s crazy antics (like when she posted a picture of John’s naked behind on IG), we’re sure nothing will be off limits.

The married couple seems to be getting in as much “alone” time together as they can since they both have very busy schedules ahead. On top of co-host “Lip Sync Battle” with LL Cool J, Chrissy is gearing up for the premiere of her new ABC daytime talk show “The FABLife,” along with Tyra Banks and others. The show set to make its debut September 14th. She also has a cookbook on the way.  Must be nice...

As for the “All Of Me” crooner, he about to get busy in the studio churning out hits for the world premiere of the SpongeBob Musical headed to the stage in Chicago next summer. Nickelodeon has tapped John and a few other artists to come up with some original music for the production. T.I. will reportedly join the list of artists as well.

Also, the "Glory" singer will hit the stage in Willemstad, Curacao for the Curacao North Sea Jazz Festival on September 5th. In other words, this couple is BOOKED.

It's our anniversary!

“Being Mary Jane” star Gabrielle Union and her Miami Heat baller husband Dwyane Wade have jetted off to a tropical getway to celebrate their one-year anniversary. The Wades exchanged their “I Dos” at Miami's “Chateau Artisan" castle in a royal affair that went down August 30, 2014.

Now, the Wades are all wrapped up in love celebrating one year of marital bliss just a few weeks before NBA training camp begins at the end of this month.

As they live it up in paradise, Gabby and D. Wade had some fun riding jet skiis, likely racing to a finish line. Y'all know Gabby loves a sporty compeition.

The YBF chick decided to hop off the side of the pool into the ocean. Fab mom Tamera Mowry Housley was spotted pushing her 2-month-old baby girl Ariah through LAX today. Come inside to see the first sneak peek at her bundle of joy…

“The Real” co-host Tamera Mowry Housley and her husband Adam Housley became proud parents again when their baby girl Ariah Talea Housley entered into this world just two months ago (July 1st). And for the first time since she made her grand arrival, mom and baby were spotted outside of the house headed on a flight out of Cali.

Likely one of her first major outings, little Ariah stayed covered up in her stroller as her mom pushed her through LAX airport today. It appears Tamera is bringing baby Ariah along for her trip to NYC with her co-hosts for their NYC Take Over to promote the upcoming season of "The Real."

The fab chick was casually cute in all black with a head full of her natural bouncy curls. She appeared to be in good spirits as she trekked through the airport.

And while the photogs didn't catch a FULL pic of Ariah's face, they did get this:

Yep...that's all we're getting as of now. Tamera has kept baby Ariah under wraps. And we wouldn't be surprised if she does a big reveal for the show.

"The Real" will back with new episodes for their second season beginning September 14th. Stay tuned...

Hip Hop producer T-Pain wowed fans with his rendition of "The Star-Spangled Banner" at the LA Dodgers game while rapper Ice Cube and son O'Shea Jackson Jr. headed to Australia for the SOC premiere.  More inside...

Yesterday, the LA Dodgers defeated the San Francisco Giants (5-4) after 14 innings, but the real winner was hip hop producer T-Pain.

While the rapper/producers has made millions of dollars and several worldwide hits using auto-tune, he treated fans to his "natural" voice while singing "The Star-Spangled Banner" during the game's opening.   And it was pretty awesome! 

While we aren't expecting him to go and release an album of acoustic tunes any time soon, it was refreshing to hear that voice of his.  On Instagram he wrote, "Thanks for having me @dodgers first time I ever sang the anthem. #ITFDB how was it??"

Here's an interesting tidbit. T-Pain recently toldRolling Stone that if Donald Trump becomes president, he's going to move to Australia. He said, "He's got a hell of a PR person. He's got money — allegedly — and he's got PR. I think it's great. Do your thing, man. If he can win, who can stop him? It will be a huge deal. I will probably move to Australia, but good luck you guys."

Speaking of Australia...

"Straight Outta Compton" star O'Shea Jackson Jr. headed to the land down under with his dad, SOC executive producer Ice Cube, for the Australian premiere of the film in Sydney.

Here in the States, SOCremained #1 at the box office for the third week in a row, raking in over $13M and bringing its cumulative intake to $134 million.  Not many flicks are messing with those types of numbers.

Outside of the US, SOC has been  massive success in other markets.  Recently, the film opened at #1 in the UK and Germany and we're expecting similar success in Australia.

Kanye & Kim, close friends of , topped the list of stars who posed.  Others include "Empire" star Taraji P. Henson, rapper A$AP Rocky, model Joan Smalls, Pusha T, Tyga and Jhene Aiko.

We've got a FIRST LOOK” at VH1’s newest original hip-hop movie called “The Breaks” which will debut this winter.

.

“The Breaks” stars Wood Harris (Remember The Titans, Paid in Full) and Mack Wilds (90210) and is based on the book by journalist Dan Charnas’ entitled “The Big Payback,” a narrative history of the hip-hop business.

“The Breaks” is written, directed and executive produced by Seith Mann (The Wire, The Walking Dead, Homeland) and is scored and executive music produced by the legendary, DJ Premier.

According to VH1, here's the synopsis:

"The Breaks" will chronicle the journey of Nikki (Afton Williamson), David (David Call) and DeeVee (Mack Wilds), three friends united by their love of hip-hop, as they work to make their big mark in the music industry. The film will travel viewers back to the summer of 1990 in New York City where the music industry¹s artists and hustlers intersect in the dance clubs and the street corners of the still crime-ridden city. Nikki Jones is a brilliant recent grad who abandoned a scholarship to law school to pursue her dream of becoming a record exec. Her boyfriend, David Aaron, is the scrappy son of a legendary music producer who is unwilling to rest on his father¹s laurels and notorious reputation. DeeVee is an aspiring producer on the hunt to find the next big rapper on the come-up. Nikki fast talks her way into an internship at the premier hip-hop company, Fouray Entertainment and catches the eye of the label's infamous founder, while David struggles at the city's top R&B radio station whose celebrity DJ refuses to program real hip-hop. Meanwhile, DeeVee returns to his roots in the Fort Greene projects to scout for talent and runs into Ahm, a drug dealer with a lyrical gift whose talent could bring them all to the next level. After yesterday's domination without even exerting all her effort, Serena Williams now says no one should worry....she doesn't need a formiddable opponent in her first round to warm up for the rest of the tournament.  Check out the HERstory maker inside...

When Serena's opponent on opening night of the U.S. Open withdrew mid-match, it seemed like a win-win.  'Rena gets to rest a couple of days and Vitalia Diatchenko of Russia gets tro save face from getting beat even worse than she did during the first half of the match.

While Vitalia claimed she was way too injured to continue, folks doubted it saying she knew there was no way she could be Serena....so maybe she took her $36,000 appearance fee and peaced out.

Still, Serena kept it classy afterwards at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center n Queens saying such an easy match won't prevent her from winning her next games:

“No, I don’t think that’s a worry,” she said, “because my practices are really intense, and I fight really hard in my practices. I know that every match is a challenge. I have to be ready for everything.”

She said about how the match went:

“It was definitely different and bizarre,” Williams said of the truncated match. “But at the same time, I was still focused. I kept thinking: ‘Just stay focused. Don’t lose it. You never know what can happen.’"

Also doing big things for YBF chicks in sports is TEAM USA Women's Track Relay team.

Sanya Richards-Ross, Natasha Hastings, Francena McCorory and Allyson Feliz all ran the 4x400 Sunday in Beijing at the World Championship.  The ladies are bringing home the silver (Team Jamaica grabbed the gold).  And we're pulling for them to take over at the 2016 Olympics in Rio,

Oh yes. Miss Jackson, well, Mrs. Al Mana, is back. She's still got it, but she's performing with a new look. Check it inside....

As Janet Jackson kicked off her Unbreakable tour Monday night in Vancouver, she hit the stage at Rogers Arena in a white and gold outfit that covered all of her body from the neck down.

We know the pop diva converted to the Islamic religion once she married Wisam Al Mana in the beginning of 2013 and that's also when she made the announcement she was retiring.  She seemed to keep her choice of outfit conservative. She also never changed, which is a complete departure from her usual shows.

So much for retiring.  Once she started that choreography that she's been flexing for years, it was clear that she's still (mostly) got it.

Janet danced around in her sneakers before getting emotional about the tribute to late brother Michael Jackson.

Last night, Nicki Minaj touched down in Dubai, where Nicki posted about it feeling like it's 800 degrees.

Fresh from her "Trini Dem Girls" performance at the MTV VMAs, Nicki headed to Dubai to "support" Meek Mill who performed at the club called People by Crystal.  Meek posted the pic of them in the club saying, "Real n#%gas come first!"  Whatever that means.

Nicki posted the same pic saying, "My fkn baby #Dubai".

Halle Berry and her kiddies Nahla and Maceo were spotted lunching in L.A. yesterday. Peep their family flicks and the cutest shot of Riley Curry on her big sister duties for her baby sis Ryan Curry inside….

“Extant” star Halle Berry has been living life in the “mom” lane lately, being spotted out and about with her kiddies, 7-year-old Nahla Aubry and 1-year-old Maceo Martinez.

First, we spotted Halle and her babies having fun at DisneyLand, followed up with some playtime at the park with dad Olivier Martinez, squashing the break-up rumors.  Yesterday, we spotted mama bear and her cubs on a lunch date--wearing her wedding ring.

The 49-year-old Oscar winner took Nahla and Maceo out to lunch at Sunset Plaza in L.A.
 

And how adorably cute is little Maceo?! He will be celebrating his 2nd birthday next month.

At the table, little Maceo had some fun with his mommy playing peek-a-boo.

We're sure they're all enjoying this one-on-one time while Halle has a break from work. Right now, new episodes of her hit CBS series “Extant” are airing. And she just wrapped up filming a new film titled Kidnap, which is expected to hit theaters in February 2016.

Big sister Riley Curry is getting to her sisterly duties. The 3-year-old gave mom Ayesha Curry and dad Steph Curry a break and fed her 7-week-old baby sister Ryan Curry her bottle as her mom looked on.

Ayesha posted up the adorable shot with the caption,“My heart melts every second of the day.” Awww!

When she’s not caring for her baby girls, Ayesha is busy making cooking YouTube videos, sharing her secrets in the kitchen. She recently reached a milestone of 100,000 YouTube subscribers. She took to IG to thank her supporters saying

So excited!!!!! Thank you to all of my YouTube subscribers for helping me reach this milestone. Let's keep it going!!! If you haven't subscribed yet, do it now! More videos are coming within the next couple of weeks

Last week, Cassie turned 29 and it was certainly a memorable one. Her boyfriend Diddy totally surprised her with a huge birthday soiree attended by her closet friends and family.

Following the birthday bash, the Ciroc girl hit the L.A. club scene toparty it up at Playhouse nightclub with Keri Hilson, Serge Ibaka, Bow Wow, Jermaine Dupri and others.

Yesterday, the dark haired beauty enjoyed lunch with a few of friends, likely catching up with what’s new in their lives. We’re sure she dished all the deets on her fabulous week of partying and celebrating her birthday.

In TV news....

Award-winning writer/producer Shonda Rhimes and the casts of “Scandal,” “How To Get Away With Murder” and “Grey’s Anatomy” all struck a pose for a new promo shot as they gear for their new seasons on ABC. The entire ShondaLand gang shot the group shot at the Jewel Suite in NYC back in May.

A few of the stars from her highly popular shows had a few amazing things to say about the ShondaLand mastermind.

“Scandal” star Kerry Washington had nothing but good things to dish about the executive producer saying,

"Shonda invites powerful, intelligent women to be her leads. Her identity as a woman – and the fact that she is a mother – lends to an understanding of people's range of experiences in life.”

“HTGAWM” lead star Viola Davis also shared a few tidbits about Shonda’s incredible mutli-tasking skills saying,

"There is a calmness that she exudes. Even if internally that's not what's going on."

This pic has us even more excited before ShondaLand returns to the small screen. The new seasons of the three shows will kick off September 24th.

And as we patiently await the premieres, a roundtable discussion amongst Shonda, Kerry, Viola, Davis, and Ellen Pompeo will be featured in this week’s issue of Entertainment Weekly. EW and ESSENCE are also set to release new magazine covers starring various ShondaLand cast members, which will be released each Thursday on ABC’s “Good Morning America” starting September 3rd.
