The official tour version of Coldplay's "Princess of China" vid ft. Rihanna just premiered.  This particular version shows only Rihanna portraying her version of a sexy claw-having Geisha girl.  Check it inside...

This version of the Adria Petty & Alan Bibby-directed video will play behind Coldplay on stage during their upcoming tour as they perform "Princess of China."  The official video for the song will be released in the coming weeks.

About the record, Coldplay's front man/Gwyneth Paltrow's husband/Jay-Z's bestie, Chris Martin, told MTV News:

“Rihanna‘s bit on our record is my favorite bit.  When the song came out, it sort of asked for her to be on it. And I think at this point, we have nothing to lose, and so we’ve been trying some new things and trying to break down the perceived boundaries between different types of music.”

Rihanna performed this song with the band at the 2012 GRAMMY Awards.

1.  Nicki Minaj's "Starships" video will premiere tonight on MTV right before 8p EST.  She is also shooting a video for her & Chris Brown's song "Right By My Side".

With the theatrical trailer for the movie now running in theaters, it's hard to not get excited about its premiere.  The late Whitney Houston is showcasing those vocals we love, Jordin Sparks ("Sparkle") seems to be coming into her own as an actress & the film's story--originally written over 35 years ago--rings true even to this day.

A remake of the 1976 music-themed film of the same title, "Sparkle" was inspired by the story of The Supremes. It follows the journey of the three Williams sisters, who begin singing in Harlem in the late 1950 before finding fame as a girl group. Their sudden rise, however, unravels their personal lives.

Will you be hitting the theaters to catch the film?

"The Game" director Salim Akil is at the helm of the film as wife Mara Brock Akil wrote the new screenplay.  Mike Epps, Omari Hardwick, Cee-Lo Green, Carmen Ejogo, Tika Sumpter and Derek Luke round out the cast.

On this year's Olympic Games music lineup, Rihanna & Jay-Z were just anounced as performers at BBC Radio 1 Hackney Weekend 2012 (June 23-24) a month before the Games.  The weekend is part of a huge push of artist events surrounding the 2012 summer Olympic Games in London.

Acording to Businessweek, other headliners of Hackney Weekend -- set to draw an estimated 100,000 fans -- are Florence + the Machine, Jack White, David Guetta and Tinie Tempah.

Looks like Roc Nation is going to be running Londontown for the Olympic nights....

The eye opening story of Brandy Norwood's musical life--which is completely intertwined with her personal life and experiences--aired last night on VH1's "Behind The Music."  Brandy revealed how her controversial relationship with a much older Wanya Morris led to her depression, how the team around her pushed for the squeaky clean girl next door image--which led to her complete unhappiness, her pregnancy and fake marriage which was the demise of her career, and finding love (in boyfriend Ryan & herself) again which has led to a fabulous comeback.  Here's our complete recap:

On Brandy's religious upbringing
Brandy was discovered on the stage of her father's church. Brother Ray-J said people always wanted to listen because she could do amazing things with her voice. Brandy revealed she was able to sing with freedom in the chrch because she felt supported and she felt no judgment.

On attending first concert
It was a Whitney Houston concert and Brandy cried when she finally saw and heard her. She was taken aback by all the people watching Whitney in amazement and knew right then that's what she wanted to do. Brandy said she knew she would become a star herself because she didn't want anything else.

On her big break
Execs at Atlantic Records listened to her demo and offered her a deal at age 13. Brandy's mother, Sonja (pictured above), quit her job to become her full time manager. Her mother, (who is known in the industry as the ultimate stage mom), wanted to make sure every aspect of Brandy career was handled perfectly. Her debut single "Wanna Be Down" took over the charts in 1994 and her debut self-titled album went quadruple platinum and boasted 10 top singles. brandy's team wanted to keep up her image as a clean cut, perfect American girl. She was soon on top of the game with music, awards & concerts.

On her controversial relationship with Wanya Morris
Wanya called her when she was just 15 (he was 21) saying he wanted her to accompany Boyz II Men on their tour. Brandy fell in love with him, but wasn't allowed to date because she was too young. When B & Wanya shot their duet "Brokenhearted" in '95, she finally got up the courage to tell him she loved him. The relationship blossomed into official coupledom and real love. Brandy's management was unhappy about how a relationship with a much older man would affect her squeaky clean image. So Brandy & Wanya continued with a secret relationship and blatantly lied to the public about it. With all the secrecy--it took a toll and Wanya fell in love with someone else. At 18, Brandy was heartbroken and crushed…leading to her writing second hit album, Never Say Never, with Rodney Jerkins. The song "Tomorrow" was completely about Wanya. "The Boy Is Mine" and 5 other singles were #1's. As well as the whole album. And her first ever Grammy was for her and Monica's history making collabo "The Boy Is Mine."

On her show "Moesha"
Was offered the show based on her own persona.  Moesha was a perfect girl making straight A's and going through everyday teen life.  Was the perfect synergy for her.

On becoming the first African American princess of Disney
Brandy's idol Whitney Houston cast Brandy in the Disney remake of Cinderella. Brandy commented that she gave her the opportunity to be the first African American princess and she was so cool and down to earth. And one of the brightest lights she'd ever seen. B revealed she still has all 6 Barbie dolls created in her image based off the tv movie. She broke a color barrier by having the Disney role, Barbie dolls & the like.

On her eating disorder as a teen
At 19, Brandy revealed she stopped eating properly and suffered from bulimia and anorexia. Everyone thought she was perfect on the outside with her career being on top, but she was the unhappiest teenager in the world. "People don't understand that being the hottest star or making the most money does not mean anything. I'm here to tell you I was making so much money - I was omnipresent - and I was the unhappiest teenager probably in the world."
She decided to just become the skinniest possible person she could be in her struggle and obsession with perfection.  And it took a toll on her health.

On her controversial pregnancy & fake marriage
She returned to studio to do her 3rd album, Full Moon, with Rodney Jerkins again. She worked alongside music producer Robert Smith as well, and started to fall for him. She found herself unexpectedly pregnant with Robert's child, and that wasn't "ok" for the Brandy brand.  Brandy remarked that it's a sin to get pregnant out of wedlock in her family, based on their christian background and beliefs.  "Everybody around me tried to force me to get married, so why don't I just say I'm married. Because I don't want to get married. It's the biggest mistake I've ever made."

She blatantly lied to the media saying she & Robert had secretly gotten married in the summer and would keep the time and place secret and personal.  She did an MTV special called "Brandy's Special Delivery," which followed her last month of pregnancy until her daughter Sy'Rai was born.  At one point, Robert felt Brandy had gone into too much detail tot he media about the problems they were having as a couple. So Robert went on Wendy Williams' radio show to expose their fake marriage saying it never happened. Everyone around Brandy told her not to own up to it and to not address it. And the entire situation devastated her career and her fans. "The lie abut being married was the fall of my career. Everything changed."  Brandy has never addressed or fessed up to lying about the marriage until this "Behind The Music" episode.

On changing her music direction to more sexy on Aphrodisiac
Brandy said she felt totally awkward doing this "sexy phase" and it just wasn't believable. The album was a flop.

On that fatal accident on the 405
Brandy slammed into a car from the back while on the L.A. interstate, while going 65 mph, and it caused a huge pile up. A mother of 2 was killed. And she couldn't handle the blame. "Whether it was my fault or not, I was still involved." People called a murderer and it was difficult handling all the criticism. "I didn't wake up that day to get involved in a fatal car crash."

There was insufficient evidence to charge her with any crime.  She said she gets hurt when people still gossip about it and try to hurt her.

On 5th album Human
On this LP, Brandy channeled all of her hurt and past experiences.  It was her way of apologizing for her past mistakes and she wanted to reconnect with her purpose.

On her big 2010-2012 comeback & gaining control
She signed on for "DWTS and opened her life on the VH1 reality show "The Family Business". Her mother Sonya stepped down as her manager after 20 years. Brandy signed a new deal with RCA and started recording her new album (now titled Two Eleven). She also reunited with old friend Monica on "It All Belongs to Me."

On her final days with Whitney Houston

Brandy & Monica were prepping to perform on stage for Clive Davis' pre-Grammy party. Whitney came to their soundcheck and told them to tell the legendary Ricky Minor to turn the band down because she couldn't hear them! Brandy thought it was so cute and that was the last time she saw her. Sonya told her 2 days after that Whitney was dead, and her heart left her body. Attended Whitney's funeral on Feb 18th.  "I genuinely loved her so much."

On Whitney Houston's death
Whitney died on Brandy's birthday, which Brandy said made her feel like she now has a responsibility to do Whitney wants her to do--stay an inspiration and a light. "She gave me so much. She gave me a dream."

On her new love, music exec Ryan Press
"I am very much in love. In a divine love. If he's not the one, then I am done with love honey. So he better act right."

Kim & Kanye (we're not doing the KimYe thing here so no need to inquire) were spotted capping off their evening at Kanye's Soho apartment last night.  Pics of the ever-camera ready twosome all smiles in Manhattan....

Earlier yesterday (Wednesday), Kanye West was spotted leaving his new boo--who bears his initials on her ears--Kim Kardashian's hotel.  With no Kim in sight.  Kim was spotted leaving minutes later.  Not sure what they're being secretive about all of a sudden.

But late last night, the duo was anything but "way too cold" for each other as they, once again, held hands looking intensely into each others eyes as the paparazzi snapped clicks of every passing intimate moment as they entered 'Ye's apartment.

In her suede platform Louboutin pumps and a flared pale pink quilted skirt and small Chanel purse, Kim was lead about by the neon yellow sneaker wearing "Mercy" rapper last night.  We're really just here for 'Ye's sneakers.

Think Like A Man star Meagan Good shocked us all with her big engagement news a few weeks ago.  But she was just as shocked herself when her now fiance DeVon Franklin dropped to one knee.  Meagan reveals her outer body experience, plus Brandy drops a preview to her new "Put It Down" track with Chris Brown...

30-year-old actress Meagan Good is head over heels for her new SONY Exec & preacher fiance DeVon Franklin.  She dished about the out-of-this-world proposal to Global Grind saying:

"I drew a complete blank. Because I had no idea what was going on and it took me a moment to figure out what was even going on in the moment. Once I realized what was going on, my whole brain just shut down. It just went into complete shock. I heard half of what he was saying but there was a whole portion of it that was like a black hole of shock and emotion. Wow, this is really happening right now. It’s kind of a surreal moment. It's like you're in an alternate universe."

Yandy Smith says if she's on "Love & Hip Hop" next season...her baby boy will be too.  The mom-to-be dished to her good friend Mashonda about her pregnant and unborn son.  Plus, more of her baby bump pics and pics of her copping some heels even while very pregnant....

Former manager to Jim Jones and "Love & Hip Hop" star in her own right, Yandy Smith, is still in the music biz (working with Missy Elliot, Dipset & more).  Plus she's doing her own thing with her own magazine and product line Everything Girls Love. 

Yandy's speaking for the first time about her pregnancy, which she just confirmed a couple of weeks ago, to former "Love & Hip Hop" chick Mashonda for her website MashondaLoyal.com:

What are you anticipating the most about motherhood?

Yandy: I’m really excited to hold this baby. I can’t wait to see what all these kicks in my belly look like on the outside. I can’t wait to kiss him, smell him, play with his toes, sing him to sleep. And honestly I’ve spent so many years taking care of artist now I can take care of something that is all mine (well me and daddy’s).

A baby boy is such a joy. What do you imagine him to be like?

Yandy: I hope he’s just like his dad with some of me mixed in there. Smart, confident, caring, compassionate, a leader and want to see what the combination of us looks like.

Do you have a name yet?

Yandy: Not yet. It has to be just perfect. And dad and I haven’t found a name that gives us the warm and fuzzy feeling we’re looking for.

Will he make his appearance on LAHH next season?
Yandy: If I make an appearance my son will as well. No one will be able to separate me from that lil boy for a while.

What is the one thing that you will instill in your son the most?
Yandy: To have a respect and love for God.

As a new mother, what worries you the most?
Yandy: Lol! Everything. Balancing work with being a mommy, will I be able to breast feed, will I be a good mom, will he get sick, will I always be able to provide for him, what child care will be best, what school will he attend, who will he date…you name it. I’m nervous about it. Lol

Yandy also tweeted recently that the father of her son is "her honey" who she says is "such a great guy."

Brandy just released the full version of her second official single, "Put It Down."  She tapped Chris Brown to lay down a few bars on the mid-tempo dance track.  Decide if we love it inside...

As the follow up to her and Monica's collabo "It All Belongs To Me," "Put It Down" appears on Brandy's upcoming Two Eleven album releasing this summer on RCA. 

“Put it Down” was produced and co-written by Shondrae “Bangladesh” Crawford, Sean Garrett and Chris Brown.  The single will be available at all digital providers on May 8th and impacting Urban and R&B radio on June 4th.

Nasty Nas just released his second single, "Daughters," off his upcoming LP.  Check it out inside, and the sweet things he had to say about his own 17-year-old daughter Destiny...

On a track saluting single fathers who love their little girls, Nas followed up his first single "The Don" with a new family conscious record.  "Daughters" was produced by No I.D. and will appear on Mr. Jones' upcoming Life Is Good album (July 17).  He tweeted:

Nas also dished to Shaheem Reid over at XXL about his new outlook on fatherhood now that he's watched his own daughter, Destiny Jones, grow up into a young lady.  He revealed that "Daughters" was actually one of the first songs he recorded for his Life Is Good album, as maturity and growth is the new world in which he now lives.  And the father of two, who also created the theme song for the NFL Draft going down this weekend (screenshot from the promo vid above), wanted to show this new outlook to his fans.  Nas states:

“Man, that’s what I try to put into one song.  Boy, it’s amazing, man. She’s so important to me and she always has been. They grow so fast and time flies man. Before you know it, you’re looking at a little lady."

“She’s my first kid, my first time watching a child become a teen and a little adult before my eyes.  That’s one of the most important things in my life. She is. I can’t get away from talking about it. It’s actually one of the first songs I recorded for this album.”

We had a feeling Nas' ex-girlfriend and baby mama, Carmen Bryan, would have something to say about his new "Daughters" track.  And right on cue, chick popped off saying the song falsely portrayed their daughter Destiny.

Her words inside...

Carmen apparently wasn't as touched by Nas' new "Daughters" track as everyone else was.  Despite Nas tweeting his love for his daughter and explaining on the track that Destiny's mindset & misbehavior was likely his fault, Carmen took to Twitter to express her anger tonight:

Just heard "Daughters" by Nas. What a disappointment! He had nothing positive to say about our daughter and his depiction of her is false!

...perhaps her father should be talking to her and spending more time with her so he can really get to know her.

...Destiny will be 18 in 2 months. Over it!

And when her followers asked what exactly was the problem with the song, she answered:

Ques? do u really think Destiny appreciated that song? Seriously.....Destiny is still a child-it was the wrong platform. 

...he's not speaking on it-he's rapping about it. There's a huge difference and I don't respect it.

Destiny is extremely talented, caring and has a huge heart, none of those things were mentioned. I'm proud of her.

Well, that kinda ruined the sweet moment.  Sounds like she's trying to say Nas isn't as close to his daughter as the song makes it seem.  Carmen also seems to be saying that him admitting on the track that he hasn't always been the best father (which led to his daughter's inappropriate tweets & behavior a while back) actually has a negative effect on Destiny.

Even so--wouldn't that be a convo better had via phone (or anywhere except Twitter) with Mr. Jones directly?

The Head Barb In Charge, who recently returned to Twitter after a 9-day temper tantrum, just released her brand new beachy video for her single "Starships."  Check out Nicki Minaj wigging out in a hot pink bikini, showing off her (real or fake) ASSets, inside...

The RedOne-produced Eurodance track "Starships" appears on Nicki's latest LP Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded.  In the Anthony Mandler-directed video, shot last month in Hawaii, Nicki can be seen prancing around the islands of Hawaii in her fave lime green wiggery in a whimsical state--after getting beamed down from a UFO.

She told radio host Ryan Seacrest about the track:

"There was so much love surrounding the making of the song, because RedOne is just so sweet to work with, he just sent me that one day, and he said, 'Hey, I got something for you!' I was like, 'You got to be kidding me, right?' I went to the studio and started writing ... scratch that ... I didn't even write the first verse! That was just me mumbling and just saying the first thing that came to my head, and we recorded it, because I just felt like: 'Let's go to the beach ... let's go get away.' It was just so good. It feels good!"

The "Starships Nokia Remix" video was shot earlier this month during Nicki's live Nokia Lumia performance in Times Square.

"Seek And Destroy" singer Bridget Kelly dished to PYNK Magazine about love and romance in their latest issue.  During the chat, self proclaimed bratty Bridget revealed her parents' reaction to her first boyfriend, the last time she gave out her number and her latest rejection.

Here are the highlights:

On her first boyfriend:

My mom is a tough cookie. She’s really a hard person to crack, so it was funny to see her drill him, make sure he’s keeping eye contact, and figure out where his mind was. My dad was really quiet. He was the observant one and my mother was the interrogator. It was definitely a scene out of a TV
show.

On her first breakup:

I’ve had a lot of heartbreak, but the first one was really devastating. A guy I was dating went ghost on me for a couple of days — I didn’t know if he was dead or alive. These days, to not hear from somebody for an hour is nerve wrecking. When he finally resurfaced it was like, “Oh, by the way, I have this other girl that I’m seeing. This is a wrap. And I’m having a baby.” That was my first real devastating, earth-shattering heartbreak. 

On the last time she gave out her digits:

The last time I gave someone my number was early last year, and it was my BBM pin. I felt that was a little less personal than my phone number. Then it turned out to not be. It was actually more intrusive because of the R’s and all that on Blackberry. 

On the last time she got rejected:

I’m a stubborn person and sometimes kind of controlling. When I don’t getmy way, I tend to wild out, have a fit, and be a bit of a brat. The last time a guy rejected me, it actually made me want him more. It definitely had the reverse effect as opposed to me being like, “Well, forget you.” It was, “Wait, why not? Why can’t we just … ?” It definitely heightened my attraction a little.

Oh?  Ashanti & Nelly snapping pics with arms around each other on last night's DKMS Gala red carpet?  Yeppers.  The couple who have publicly & verbally denied each other, but who are often times seen as VERY much a couple at parties & red carpets together are at it again.

Check out the singer & rapper getting fab...together...for a cause in NYC.  Plus Solange & Elle Varner were there too....

Dressed in all black and coordinated with touches of burgundy (him with his tie & her with her hair & nails), Ashanti & Nelly looked very much the cute couple on last night's 6th annual DKMS Linked Against Blood Cancer Gala at Cipriani Wall Street.

Ashanti added a touch of sexy to her formal gown with a sheer embellished bodice and floor length hem.  "The Woman You Love" singer straightened out her red tipped tresses for a look we can actually deal with.  And her man looked pretty dapper himself.

The twosome were last spotted (publicly) ringing in the 2011 new year together...and getting extra frisky with it we might add.  Rumors swirled the following May that they had broken up based on a "We Broke Ip" tweet from Ashanti--but it was discovered she was actually joking about a statue she got attached to during her travels.

Very nice.

Less is more always works for Ashanti.  Without a face full of over-done makeup and spider lashes and big curls with too many colors, she looks chic and pretty for the occasion.

Ashanti posed it up with a slicked back Solange Knowles who rocked all-white for the big Gala.

And so did Nelly and the COO of DKMS Americas Katharina Harf.

This extra dramatic gown is so Solange.  The ivory Stéphane Rolland Spring 2012 gown swept the carpet with a long train and a striking gold plate at the waist.  I adore the look--high fashion taken straight to the red carpet and the minimal makeup actually adds to the fashion factor for me.

Solo also snapped some flicks with the honoree of the night, Heidi Klum, who rocked a pale blue Temperley London Spring 2012 dress with a central split and plunging neckline.

And cutie newcomer Elle Varner made her way to the gala:

The "Refill" singer kept her usual fun loving look of a pink 3/4 dress with gold and light pink designs down the middle.  Wish she would have opted for a fun-loving gown for this occasion, but she's a newbie.  She'll get it....

The star-studded event was emceed by Nate Berkus with special performances by LP & Skylar Grey. All proceeds raised from the event will be used to register lifesaving bone marrow donors.

And the drama keeps on coming.  After Deion Sanders went on video yesterday to deny ever hurting his estranged wife Pilar during their "domestic situation" on Monday night, Pilar's sister (pictured above with Pilar) is coming to her defense.  And her new accusations are SERIOUS.  Check out what she had to say inside...

If you've been under a rock all week, Pilar Sanders & Deion Sandars got into a domestic altercation Monday night in their Dallas home, as soon as he returned from wining and dining alleged girlfriend (and mistress according to Pilar), Tracey Edmonds.  Deion filed a police report (and it all played out on Twitter) saying Pilar and a friend JUMPED him in the bedroom.  Pilar went to jail, and upon her release the next day (with an obviously busted lip), she accused Deion of assaulting HER.  Deion denied her accusations, which brings us to Pilar's sister Kandie.

Kandie Biggers just sent out a statement saying she was a witness to Monday night's altercation.  And she says not only is Deion at fault, but he broke Pilar's thumb and also beat and choked her!

Here's her statement in full:

"On behalf of my sister, Pilar Biggers Sanders, I am writing to you to say without any hesitation that the charges and horrendous allegations my estranged brother-in-law are making in regards to being assaulted by Pilar are 100% false. Not only did I see with my own two eyes the harm he caused her, but her best friend, Dianna who also witnessed Deion's tirade was also hurt in the altercation. For a man to do this to a woman, let alone the mother of his children is gross, especially a man who claims to be God fearing and righteous. Seeing him pose and post the picture the following day of him smiling after supposedly being "jumped" by a 120lb woman clearly tells the world that this man doesn't care about anything but himself. I am ashamed to have ever called him my family, and I pray that justice will come quick, swift, and correct, so that my sister can continue to be the extraordinary person and mother that she has always been, and most importantly…free from Deion's bullying, abuse and harm–harm he is intentionally causing to divert attention from his sins.

The good news is that my sister is a survivor. Believe it or not, regardless of being beaten and choked, having her thumb broken, spending a night in jail, and being forced to leave her home, she can hold her head high knowing that in the end, the mask will be lifted, and the truth about Deion sanders will be revealed. There is no crisis control group, no amount of lawyers or public relations teams that will prevent the truth no matter how hard he tries to twist it. Fame and the adoration of fans can unfortunately put some people's values up for sale and money can make the most corrupt people forget humility and humanity… but what a powerful wake up call there will be when none of those things can help you when world sees you for who you really are.

Rihanna showed off her natural beauty yesterday when she tweeted a makeup free pic of herself to fans. See the pic inside and watch the third BTS clip from the making of the "Where Have You Been" video...

We are so used to seeing Rihanna all glammed up and in piles of makeup that it's easy to forget she's a natural beauty.  The pop star was playing around yesterday and tweeted a pic of herself without any makeup...and without a shirt.  She said "Just got laid", referencing the Hawaiian lei she's rocking in the pic.

Also, the singer was just announced (along with Jay-Z) as a musical headliner for the Hackney Weekend in celebration 2012 Olympics in London.

YBF chick Meagan Good is all over the place after her recent starring role in the blockbuster film Think Like A Man.  She's bringing her gorgeous looks to the cover and pages of Rolling Out Magazine.  And she brought her new girl group (yep...she's adding singer to her credits too) which also includes her sis LaMiya (to her left below) along with her.  She explains why she felt some kind of way about people laughing at her when she said she would be celibate (as if she could never do it) and why she's ready for the changes marriage will bring:

There has been a lot of buzz surrounding your new music group, The H.E.L.L.O. Girls. Tell us about your name in the group, because I hear you have an interesting nickname.
My name in the group is Cheeba. It comes from an old-school cartoon where there was a cat who was like the Queen of Sheba. I’m a Leo so I am very much a lioness, so the girls somehow nicknamed me Cheeba.

How has the experience of being in the group been for you? I know it started organically as friends, but now it seems to be taking off.
Yeah, we really haven’t released our first video yet, and we haven’t been releasing a lot of songs, but we have been gaining momentum, which has been a blessing. It’s just great, because Amy is my best friend … we’ve been best friends since we were 15 years old. I’ve known Sterling forever … her mom used to write on a Nickelodeon show that I did as a kid, and of course LaMyia is my sister, so we are very close.

… I’ve always felt this pull toward music, and now that the right opportunity has presented itself, and I knew that it was going to be us four, it just felt so right.

There are so many people who think they know Meagan Good. Do you feel like the music and you getting married will change people’s perspective of you?
People do have a perception of me, but as long as I continue on this path, I think that their opinions will fall into line with where they need to be. It’s interesting that I said months ago that I know that the next man that I get into a serious relationship [with] is going to be my husband. I also said that, from here on out I am going to be completely celibate and people laughed at me. They said, “yeah right, she can’t do that … who is she trying to fool?” So it was hurtful that so many people mocked me, based on opinions of people that have never met me a day in their life because they didn’t believe that’s who I really was. So I do think that the evolution in my life will change people’s opinions of me … but even if it doesn’t, I’m OK with that. I don’t live for them; I live for God, and for the people that God has placed in my life. Everything else is just a [distraction], and I’m not going to be distracted.

On a personal note, I got a chance to meet and have a long conversation with your fiancé, Devon Franklin, and I walked away thinking that he was a great guy. Having known you for years, I couldn’t be happier for the two of you because I know that you both have hearts for God.
Thank you so much … I really appreciate you saying that from the heart. You know, I feel like I am happier than I have ever been. A big part of that is finding a partner who shares the same heart for God that I have, who walks down the same road as I, and who wants the same things in life that I do. I’m also happy that I found someone who understands what I do for a living, and wants to use that as a tool to help glorify God. It’s really nice … and I’m so very happy.

Chrissy Lampkin spent her rainy downtime shopping at her fave downtown Manhattan Christian Louboutin boutique.  The "Love & Hip Hop" star was spotted leaving with a bag of shoes yesterday.  Check out the pics, plus her bestie/co-star Emily B. dropping the Twitter bomb that she's leaving the show!

Spotted without her huge engagement (can't let that big 'ol thing slow down your shopping), Jim Jones' fiance Chrissy spent a rainy afternoon shopping it up at Christian Louboutin. 

Rumors have been swirling for months that Chrissy and Jimmy would not be returning for season 3 because they had a huge falling out with the show's Executive Producer Mona Scott Young.  And Chrissy's mom-in-law-to-be, Nancy Jones, has publicly said some things to the media which signify neither Chrissy nor Jim will be returning.

Neither Chrissy nor Jim has confirmed anything--but they haven't denied it either.

Meanwhile, the rumors of Emily B. leaving are indeed true:

Em confirmed today that while the show is getting an Atlanta spinoff as well as a third season of the original, she won't be a part of it.  Emily tweeted:

There will be a 3rd Season of #loveandhiphop NY but I will not be a cast member. The show was a great experience.. Thank you Mona & Stefan

But.... You won't miss me for long ;) hmmm.. #Vh1

Honestly this is the smartest move Em has made yet.   But if she's hinting that she's getting her own show--I just can't see her man doing any type of public show with her.  And she can't carry a show alone.  So who knows....

And seeing that she tweets daily pics of herself in the tightest curve hugging dresses & jeans she can find...chick may just be content in the platform she now has to show off her styling skills...and her relationship with Fabolous:

She tweeted the above pic last month amongst all the Think Like A Man promo when folks were going nuts over Morris Chestnut's surprise role.  She said, "Yall ladies can have Morris I have my Fantasy man..hehe"

Seems like all Emily wanted from being on the show was for her baby's father Fab to claim her publicly (which he semi-does now) and to prove she can do certain things on her own. Check and check.
