On Tuesday, famed wrestler turned international movie star Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson was immortalized with a hand and footprint ceremony at TCL Chinese Theatre IMAX and his proud daughter Simone Alexandra Johnson was there to cheer him on.

On Instagram. Dwayne wrote,

Outside of his amazing honor, which got a little messy, Dwayne and Simone were on hand to promote his latest film "SAN ANDREAS" which hits theaters nationwide on May 29th!

From the looks of it, baby Bash does not share his mom's enthusiasm for shopping and spending money.  He's completely laid out in his stroller!  

We completely understand why Bash fell asleep....it looks like Mommy went up and down each aisle and bought enough food to last until Winter 2016.

Hmm.....it definitely looks like Amber bought groceries for more than two people.

During a recent interview with HOT 97, rapper MGK all but confirmed that he and Amber are an item.  He told Ebro, “Everything was completely natural. It wasn’t anything that I had expected or had planned or anything like that,” explaining how he and Amber hooked up.

“When the universe throws things your way, or things happen, I’m one of those people that goes with it and I don’t fight it. And I had no idea what came with that. I’d be a liar if I said it’s not a struggle everyday coping with that fact that it is like one of the most anti-spotlight people ever and one of the most in-the-spotlight people ever.”

Singer-songwriter Judith Hill hit the carpet in an interesting look. If you haven’t heard, the former “The Voice” contestant is involved in a sticky situation between Prince, producer Jolene Cherry and SONY.

Reportedly, Judith signed a contract with Jolene and SONY to release her debut album Back In Time. Judith asked to work with the Purple One on an album, but SONY and Jolene denied her request. Meanwhile, she decided to work with Prince anyway and now Prince is being sued for allegedly releasing her first album as a free digital download. Yikes!

Supermodel and business mogul Tyra Banks is all about giving back. She attended the Lower Eastside Girls Club Spring Benefit held at the Bowery Hotel Terrace in NYC yesterday.

The fundraiser event was held to help raise funds for the organization dedicated to empowering young ladies to go after their dreams and to help them develop confidence in themselves.

"Daredevil" actress Rosario Dawson also came out and met up with some of the young ladies on the carpet.

Then it looks like she busted out a few of her dance moves for the girls. Ha! Fun times.

Ray Rice has been cleared of ALL domestic violence charges that resulted from a highly controversial surveillance camera video showing him knocking out his then-fiancee Janay Palmer Rice in an elevator at the Revel Casino Hotel (watch the video here).

Judge Michael Doniodismissed the charges Thursday after an Atlantic County prosecutor told him the Ray had completed the terms of his pretrial intervention which included $125 in fines and anger management counseling.

Well....things seem to be working out very well for Mr. Rice and his wife. By the way, an arbitrator overturned his indefinite suspension from the NFL. And we know where the NFL stands on domestic violence so........

It's their business....and Janay seems happy with the outcome (and her marriage). #nojudgments

Marina Abramović, the woman who has accused Jay Z of failing to make a promised donation to her performance art institute after she appeared in "Picasso Baby" music video, has apologized.

It turns out that the was a breakdown in communication between Maria and the folks at her institute because a donation WAS made. And Jay Z's team has receipts.

"Picasso Baby" video producer Jeanne Greenberg Rohatyn of Salon 94, read parts of the document (recepits) to artnet News over the phone Wednesday morning saying, "Thank you for your donation."  The receipt is marked with the number W984804 and acknowledges a substantial donation.  Once the donation was made public, this apology popped up on Twitter:

LeBron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers kicked-off Game 1 of the NBA’s Eastern Conference Finals against the Atlanta Hawks at Philips Arena last night. And the arena was packed with excited fans and celebs cheering on their team for the win.

R&B crooner and Atlanta native Usher, who’s currently recovering from foot surgery, came out for the basketball action. Although he's an Atlanta native, he may have been cheering for the Cavs since he's a part owner of the team.

While last night was all about having fun, the Grammy Award winning artist wasn’t laughing last week after filing yet another protective order against a woman he claims has stalked him for years and continues to issue idle threats.

According to the AJC, Usher has requested the Fulton County Superior Court prevent Darshelle Jones-Rakestraw from contacting him or being within 200 yards of him, his family or his business associates.

This is his third protective order against the woman since 2012. This chick is totally obsessed with the "I Don't Mind" singer. She was has been arrested multiple times for showing up at his home, with her latest arrest happening this past December.

Not only that, she has allegedly tried to extort money from him and she recently set up a bogus fundraising page for his charity without his knowledge. Usher may not mind if you dance on a pole but he definitely has a problem with uninvited guests.

After co-hosting this year’s Billboard Music Awards alongside Chrissy Teigen, Ludacris trekked to his courtside seat at Philips Arena to watch the Hawks and the Cavaliers go head-to-head. Looks like he decided to leave his pregnant wife Eudoxiee at home while he participated in some testosterone filled activities.

Last week, the Ludaversal rapper celebrated his wife’s birthday at an intimate dinner surrounded by friends and family. And a few weeks before that, Luda & Eudoxiee celebrated their upcoming bundle of joy’s arrival with a Secret Garden themed baby shower. Now, they’re just counting down the days until the baby’s arrival.

Undefeated boxing champ Floyd Mayweather Jr. hopped off his private jet carrying his $150K diamond Hermès HAC 50 Crocodile “man bag” touching down in the ATL yesterday before making his way to his courtside seat. Looks like he decided to leave his "man bag" at the hotel.

Singer and producer The Dream was also seated courtside.

Of course married couple and part Hawks ownersGrant and Tamia Hill were in the building to cheer on their team. Tamia is gearing up to release a new LP titled LOVELIFE, expected to be released in June. We're here for it.

And former NBA stars Reggie Miller and Chris Webber served as the TNT announcers for the game.

Unfortunately for the Hawks and the ATL celebs, the Cavaliers brought home the first win with a final score of 97-89. Tonight, the Houston Rockets and the Golden State Warriors play in Game 2 of the Western Conference Finals at ORACLE Arena in Oakland, California.

The film will have a limited theatrical release in the U.S. on Friday, May 22, 2015, followed by its arrival on home entertainment platforms, including Digital, On Demand and DVD.

The cast of Netflix's hit series "Orange Is The New Black" attended Screening And Q&A session with the Directors Guild Of America yesterday.

In case you've been watching, Uzo Aduba has emerged as a fashionista. We love her red carpet looks. Uzo has already scored an Emmy and a Golden Globe nod as fan favorite Suzanne “Crazy Eyes” Warren. Recently, she talked about the character to"EW" and revealed what she represents to her:

You are enough.” Suzanne, what she’s taught me, is there’s little that can be found in conformity. She is boldly herself all the time, whether it’s from her hair, whether it’s from her weird and sometimes offbeat expressions, her ideology. And I'm just so grateful to be on a show where people love me, Taystee, for who she is – and they've come to love Danielle for who I am, and it's not because I'm a size 2 and it's not because I'm light-skinned with long hair."

Singer and actress Naturi Naughton is having a moment....a Marilyn Monroe moment. The fab chick was spotted at the Empire State Building today where she thrilled fans during a photoshoot.

At one point, the wind blew up dress like Ms. Monroe in "Some Like It Hot."

Naturi has been on the NY promo trail touting the new season of"POWER" which premieres June 6th at 9PM ET on STARZ. During a recent interview, Naturi hinted at some very big changes this season saying“All of these characters begin to fall apart – literally. The relationships you see in season one begin to become very much strained. The relationship between Natasha and Ghost becomes very tumultuous.”

Lastly....

We spied Naturi checking out one of the building's famed telescopes.  We don't know what she saw...but we see a VERY bright future in Hollywood for her.

Flavor Flav got arrested this morning…again! And he was taken into lock up on a slew of criminal charges. In music news, Jermaine Dupri and his mentee Shad "Bow Wow" Moss have reunited on a new track titled “WAY (Where You At?).” Get the deets and take a listen inside….

Former reality star and rapper Flavor Flav is in trouble with the law…again! The Public Enemy member was arrested early this morning in Las Vegas, according to TMZ. And apparently, he decided to disregard most driving laws. DUI? Check! Speeding? Check! Driving with a suspended license? Check!

And that’s just the beginning…

He was also booked on having marijuana in his possession, having an open container of alcohol, and a fake car registration. Really Flav? And then this struggle mugshot…Sighs…

The rap star was busted last year in NYC for speeding while on his way to his mother’s funeral. In 2012, he was arrested in Las Vegas and was charged with felony assault with a deadly weapon and misdemeanor domestic violence. Then in 2011, he was arrested in Las Vegas for four outstanding warrants. And the mugshots from those arrests look just as bad as the one above. (Check them out HERE and HERE).

So So Def! Jermaine Dupri is gearing up to release a new EP. And he just released the first single “WAY (Where You At?)” featuring his mentee Bow Wow. These two haven’t joined forces on track since Bow’s 2000 debut single “Bounce With Me.”

If you haven’t heard, Bow WowShad Moss has cut ties with Cash Money (no surprise there) and he will be collaborating with the two men who helped kick start his career: Jermaine Dupri and Snoop Dogg. The “CSI:Cyber star” made the announcement via his Facebook page earlier this month.

A grand jury in Baltimore has indicted six officers in the death of Freddie Gray. More inside...

This just in........

State's Attorney Marilyn Mosby announced today that a grand jury in Baltimore has indicted six officers in the death of Freddie Gray.

According to NBC News, the officers, Caesar Goodson Jr., William Porter, Brian Rice, Edward Nero, Garrett Miller and Alicia White are facing the following:

Caesar Goodson (the van's driver) faces: second degree depraved heart murder; involuntary manslaughter; second degree assault; manslaughter by vehicle, gross negligence; manslaughter by vehicle, criminal negligence; misconduct in office and reckless endangerment.

William Porter, who rode in the van with Freddie Gray faces: involuntary manslaughter, second degree assault, misconduct in office and reckless endangerment.

Brian Rice, a lieutenant who initiated a chase Freddie Gray was charged with: involuntary manslaughter, second degree assault, two counts of misconduct in office, and reckless endangerment.

Edward Nero, one of two officers who helped Brian Rice in the chase and arrest of Freddie Gray was charged with: second degree assault, two counts of misconduct in office and reckless endangerment.

Garrett Miller, who served as Brian's backup officer was charged with: second degree assault, two counts of misconduct in office and reckless endangerment.

Alicia White, a sergeant who "looked in" On Freddie during one of the van's stops, was charged with: involuntary manslaughter, second degree assault, misconduct in office and reckless endangerment.

It should be noted that the grand jury's charges differed slightly from those filed by Marilyn Mosby on May 1, when started her office's independent investigation. Some original charges, including false imprisonment and assault, were dropped in the cases of some of the officers, and new charges, including reckless endangerment, were added against all of them.

“EMPIRE” mom Taraji P. Henson changed up her hair game with a head full of waves for the FOX L.A. Screenings party on the Fox Studio Lot last night. The YBF chick got some big wavy hair with blonde highlights, serving up a little Janet JacksonVelvet Rope tease. And we’re loving it.

Terrence Howard aka Luscious Lyon, who’s expecting a baby boy this month with his wife Miranda Howard, came out to party it up with his cast mates.

Upcoming "Minority Report" star Meagan Good was on the scene as well. She caught up with up her co-star Laura Regan during the night’s festivities. The FOX drama pilot is the sequel to the Steven Spielberg-directed movie. And it's set 10 years after the end of Precrime in D.C. The sequel series is expected to debut on FOX this Fall airing on Mondays at 9pm ET.

“EMPIRE” breakout star Jussie Smollett and Terrence had some fun with fans before Jussie hit the stage to perform.

The man behind all of the good music on "Empire," superproducer Timbaland was also in the mix, snapping it up with Tyrese. Ty has been hinting he may be starring in season 2. Yes, “Baby Boy’s” Jody and Yvette may be reuniting.

"The Lyons" were all smiles backstage.

"Cookie" got kissy with her son "Jamal" before he rocked the stage.

Baby Boy stars “Jody” & “Yvette” were busy snapping “us-ies” in the audience as the party got started. We are SO here for a Jody & Yvette reunion on the upcoming season…IF the rumors are true.

Taraji was all about snapping and posting "us-ies" last night snapping it up with Timbland, Ty and Terrence. Tyrese captioned, "The best moment of the night is Terrence Howard walked up to me and said "So you talking shit about me on Instagram huh? #EmpireMoves keep your hands off of my #CookieJar - This season is gonna be some furniture moving around this mother f%€|€\!r" Ha!

“Empire” star and singer V. Bozeman came out to party and rock the stage.

Tyrese rolled into the party in style. He and Timbaland took a moment to hang out in his custom Rolls-Royce Ghost Sprinter van. He captioned, “#VoltronGhostSprinter @Timbaland let's just say we're about to do some heavy heavy shit!!!!!" Must be nice.

Jussie and Bryshere aka "Yazz The Greatest" hit the stage to perform their hot tracks “You’re So Beautiful” and “Money For Nothing.”

V. Bozeman flexed her vocals on “What Is Love.”

Jason Derulo is quietly, one of the most successful recording artists in the business.  According to Nielsen Music, his single “Want to Want Me,” is now at No. 8 on the Billboard Hot 100 and is very close to becoming his 11th platinum single. His amazing chart success and washboard abs were enough to land him the cover of BILLBOARD's "Summer Shape" issue where he dishes on fitness (he swears by Shawn T's Insanity), guilty pleasures (warm lava cake with vanilla ice cream) and his post-Jordin Sparks love life. Here are the highlights:

On growing up:“My mom says I was an introvert. I never saw myself that way, but I was always focused. I didn’t spend a lot of time doing things that I didn’t think would make me great. I studied all kinds of dance, all types of music. I got good grades. I started hitting the recording studio around 13.”

On his post-Jordin love life: He says dating is like "..A deck of cards,” and he’s “having a good time getting to know people.” He adds, "I do get tired of playing nice. Especially when people think I did something wrong, or that she broke up with me. But it’s so behind me.”

Wednesday, supermodel Tyson Beckford joined pop princess Britney Spears on stage during her "Piece Of Me" residency at Planet Hollywood Resort in Las Vegas.  Tyson, who stars in the stripper-themed flick Chocolate City (in theaters today) hit the stage during Britney's "Freakshow" song where he allowed her to walk him on a leash.  From the looks of it, Tyson enjoyed the leash and likes being dominated.  Hmm...Perhaps his next role could be "51" Shades of Grey.  SIDEBAR:  He did have a few "kinky" scenes in Trois 2: Pandora's Box too. 

If Brit and Ty look comfortable together, it's because this wasn't their first time working together.  He also guest starred in her "Toxic" video a few years ago.  Afterwards, Britney thanked Tyson for being a good sport.

Kicking off her birthday weekend festivities, “Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta” star Rasheeda was also tapped to host. Gemini season is here and the "Boss Chick" seems ready to "turn up."

Her hubby and “LAHH: ATL” co-star Kirk Frost came out to celebrate with his wife.

Also tapped to host, Rocsi Diaz, HLN's "The Daily Share" anchor, flaunted her curves in a yellow lace mini dress paired with nude sandals.

In the latest issue of "GQ," Zoe Kravitz, who's has already starred in three major films in 2015 Insurgent, Mad Max: Fury Road, Vincent-N-Roxxy (and it's only May, talked to GQ about being a triple threat in the same realm as her father and other entertainment greats.

"It's interesting that we've come to a place where people are expected to just do one thing. You used to have to be a triple threat to make it in Hollywood. Think about Gene Kelly and everyone. You used to have to sing, you used to have to dance. You were an entertainer."

And Zoe is definitely an entertainer. In addition to her butt-kicking roles in Divergent series and Mad Mad films, Zoe is set to star in the comedy DOPE (which opens at the ABFF in NYC next month) and she fronts the rock band Lolawolf.

If you're wondering why Zoe works so hard, it's because she's serious about paying her dues.  She told the mag,"It's so much work. But let's be real: I'm not doing this for the money. We're still in that phase of paying our dues."

What's next for Zoe?  She's recently announced a starring roll in Viena and the Fanomes with Dakota Fanning.  The flick (due in 2016) is about a roadie who travels across North America with a punk band during the 1980s.

Today, Mary J. Blige was spotted taking a walk through Cannes where she's in town for the 68th Cannes International Film Festival.

The photo above (atop) was actually Mary's second outfit change of the day.  Earlier, MJB headed to the beach to soak up some sun rays.

Mary, shown applying sun tan lotion to her skin, helped raise money for amFAR a few days ago.  In addition to turning heads on the red carpet, Mary also hit the stage to perform.

By the way, Mary's lastest album The London Sessions (in stores now) was given the documentary treatment a few weeks ago during the Tribeca Film Festival. We hope the piece hits Netflix soon....

Tennis champ Serena Williams took a break from training (she's getting ready for the French Open) to attend a photocall for the film 'Pixels' starring Adam Sandler.  Serena has a cameo in the flick.

In addition to her work as an actress, all eyes are on Serena and her accumulation of Gram Slam titles.  At this moment, Serana has 19 titles (she won the Australian Open in January) and that leaves her three shy of Steffi Graf's Open-era record of 22 and five short of the all-time record of Australian Margaret Court.

As she sets her sight on a win at the French Open, Serena opened up about her success and her fairytale life. "You know, I never thought I would be at 19. I never thought I would make it this far. Every day I feel like I'm living a dream. I don't want to wake up from it because it's been really good."

Congrats are in order for one new dad! Washington Redskins quarterback Robert Griffin III and his wife Rebecca Liddicoat welcomed their first child together, an adorable baby girl.

Weighing in at 7lbs 9 oz, little Reese Ann Griffin was born yesterday. And both mom and baby are doing just fine. The doting dad raved about his new little princess saying,

Kendrick Lamar lands the cover of EBONY magazine’s June 2015 Celebration of Black Millennial Music issue. Meanwhile, Michael B. Jordan is blasting internet trolls who are upset over his Fantastic Four role. So why are folks mad? Well…because he’s black and the role was written for a white man. Deets inside…..

Kendrick Lamar is having an amazing year thus far. His highly anticpated sophomore album To Pimp A Butterfly landed the No. 1 spot on the Billboard 200 album sales chart and stayed there for two weeks in a row. He was recently awarded the "Generational Icon Award" by the state of California and he recently got engaged to his high school sweetheart Whitney Alford. Life is good for the west coast rapper and it’s only getting better.

The Grammy-winning recording artist has landed the cover of EBONY magazine’s June 2015 issue. And it’s a special edition issue, celebrating Black Millennial Music. And who better to have on the cover than the TDE honcho.

On Friday, Kendrick took to his Twitter to release the cover himself. Once his cover story is released, we will definitely bring it to you. Other artists being celebrated in the issue include Janelle Monae, Vic Mensa, Tink, FKA Twigs and more. You'll be able to get your hands on a physical copy once it hits stands next month.

In movie news....

Michael B. Jordan made headlines when he took on the role of Johnny Storm the Human Torch in the new Fantastic Four reboot. And it came with a lot of negative backlash since race plays a role. The Johnny Storm character was written for a white man with blonde hair and blue eyes, so some folks are all up in arms because a black man will be starring in the upcoming reboot.

The sexy actor decided to respond to the “internet trolls” who have an issue with a black man playingJohnny Storm in an open letter via Entertainment Weekly. And here’s what he said:

You’re not supposed to go on the Internet when you’re cast as a superhero. But after taking on Johnny Storm in Fantastic Four—a character originally written with blond hair and blue eyes—I wanted to check the pulse out there. I didn’t want to be ignorant about what people were saying. Turns out this is what they were saying: “A black guy? I don’t like it. They must be doing it because Obama’s president” and “It’s not true to the comic.” Or even, “They’ve destroyed it!”

It used to bother me, but it doesn’t anymore. I can see everybody’s perspective, and I know I can’t ask the audience to forget 50 years of comic books. But the world is a little more diverse in 2015 than when the Fantastic Four comic first came out in 1961. Plus, if Stan Lee writes an email to my director saying, “You’re good. I’m okay with this,” who am I to go against that?

Some people may look at my casting as political correctness or an attempt to meet a racial quota, or as part of the year of “Black Film.” Or they could look at it as a creative choice by the director, Josh Trank, who is in an interracial relationship himself—a reflection of what a modern family looks like today.

To the trolls on the Internet, I want to say: Get your head out of the computer. Go outside and walk around. Look at the people walking next to you. Look at your friends’ friends and who they’re interacting with. And just understand this is the world we live in. It’s okay to like it.
