The killing of Florida teen Trayvon Martin continues to makes headlines across the nation as the special prosecutor appointed to the case has decided not to convene a grand jury. And in other shocking news, the shooter, George Zimmerman, is now taking donations to help aid in his "defense." Get the deets inside.....

After the killing of Trayvon Martin almost two months ago, there are now new developments where shooter George Zimmerman is concerned. 

In a shocking move that raised many eyebrows, the special prosecutor investigating the shooting decided AGAINST putting together a grand jury to seek an indictment against George Zimmerman. As a result, it means George CANNOT be charged with first-degree murder.  "The state must go forward and be able to prove its case beyond a reasonable doubt," said Angela Corey, the special prosecutor assigned to the case.

This doesn't mean Zimmerman won't be charged with anything at some point.  It's still a disheartening turn of events.
 

Meanwhile, George Zimmerman, the man who shot Trayvon Martin, started a website last night (which crashed within minutes) where he is soliciting donations. He said in a statement for the first time via his site, 

“As a result of the incident and subsequent media coverage, I have been forced to leave my home, my school, my employer, my family and ultimately, my entire life.  This website's sole purpose is to ensure my supporters they are receiving my full attention without any intermediaries."

Interesting that there are actually people out there who are going to send this man their money.  And the audacity of this man to talk about his inconveniences after shooting an unarmed boy several times.  It just gets more disgusting as things develop.

Khloe Kardashian has publically voiced her support for husband Lamar Odom. And the couple's friends say Lamar has been depressed and moody since his trade to the Dallas Mavericks, and now sudden departure from the team.  Get the deets inside....

Reality star Khloe Kardashian was spotted arriving at LAX right after it was announced that Lamar Odom was leaving the Dallas Mavericks.  And now she's publicly announcing her support for her husband.  

Reports say Lamar has been depressed and moody since his trade to the Dallas Mavericks and Khloe wants to be there for him.

Lam Lam's (Khloe's name for him) foul mood all started with his trade from the LA Lakers.  A source close to the couple said, 

"Lamar hasn't gotten over being traded from the Lakers, and he has been depressed and moody ever since the trade happened. Lamar felt that he was ripped away from his Laker family with no warning or notice. He couldn't fathom the fact that the Lakers traded him after all of his years with the team."

And since the trade, Lamar never found his footing and decided to leave the Mavericks.  He released a statement saying,

"The Mavericks and I have mutually agreed that it's in the best interest of both parties for me to step away from the team.  I'm sorry that things didn't work out better for both of us, but I wish the Mavs' organization, my team mates and Dallas fans nothing but continued success in the defense of their championship."

In support of her husband, Khloe tweeted:

Fans of BET's hit scripted series "The Game" will be pleased to know the cast is suiting up and hitting the field for a 6th season.  Get the deets inside on Girl Melanie & co. and find out how the rest of BET's tv lineup is looking.....

Although BET won't offically announce its fall lineup until their upfront presentation on Thursday, we got a sneak peek at what's to come and both "The Game" and "Let's Stay Together" will be returning.

At its upfront presentation on Thursday, according to Deadline Hollywood, BET will announce that "The Game" has been renewed for a sixth season.  Hopefully Brandy returns for the Chardonnay/Jason Pitts story line.  And possibly Brittany Daniel could reprise her rolse as Jason's ex-wife Kelly.

Also, one of the network's other original sitcoms, "Let's Stay Together," has been picked up for a third season.  With their renewals, each sitcom will likely produce an order of 22 episodes.

In addition, BET is expected to reveal deets about the hour-long pilot "Being Mary Jane" starring Gabrielle Union (previously called "Single Black Female" & produced by Mara Brock Akil) and the sitcom "Young Man On Campus" starring Jacob Latimore (produced by Jacque Edmonds).   

One show that's still in limbo is the Tracy Ellis Ross/Malcolm-Jamal Warner family sitcom "Reed Between The Lines."  

Outside of the tv realm, "The Game" star Tia Mowry Hardrict is prepping for season 2 of her Style channel reality show with twin Tamera Mowry Housley called "Tia & Tamera."  And Tia's also written a book called Oh, Baby! Pregnancy Tales and Advice from One Hot Mama to Another that hits stands on May 15.  Grab a copy!

Bad news for "The View" co-host Sherri Shepherd.  Even though she got to live out her dream of "Dancing With The Stars," she was surprisingly eliminated last night.

Monica dropped her New Life disc yesterday and have been on a whirlwind press tour which included a stop by "106 & Park."  The "It All Belongs To Me" singer talked about the album, to the status of her joint tour with Brandy and her marriage/kids.  And when asked about the title of the album she said,

“We all as humans sometimes are fearful of what’s ahead. So ‘New Life’ is just saying embrace the new things that can come into your atmosphere. It can be great for you. So as I embrace new love, new music, new people, new things… It’s just been an amazing experience. So I named it ‘New Life’ just as a representation of that.”

So....38-year-old rapper Solé, who left the scene several years ago to start & cater to her family with singer hubby of almost 10 years Ginuwine, is attempting a comeback.

If you were expecting a new look to go along with the song....there isn't one.  Solé hasn't changed a bit since she hit the scene 13 years ago on JT Money's "Who Dat" song and her own "4,5,6" track ft. Kandi Burruss.

Now, 4 kids and a blended family later, Solé is coming out of hiding (she's based in Maryland with Mr. Elgin and fam) with this look:

She still looks good for this to be 13 years and umpteen kids later.  But she may want to think about coming back via a different route.  Just a suggestion.

It's been announced that George Zimmerman will be charged in the Trayvon Martin shooting.  Deets inside.....

In Florida today, special prosecutor Angela Corey announced plans to charge George Zimmerman in the shooting of Trayvon Martin.  For now, it was not immediately clear what charge(s) George will face until it's announced at the press conference later this afternoon.  But.....George is still MIA so this should be interesting.

And many people around the country have been weighing in on the situation.  Recently Bill Cosby said, 

“Without a gun, I don’t see Mr. Zimmerman approaching Trayvon by himself.  The power-of-the-gun mentality had him unafraid to confront someone. Even police call for backup in similar situations.”

“We’ve got to get the gun out of the hands of people who are supposed to be on neighborhood watch,” he said. “When you carry a gun, you mean to harm somebody, kill somebody.”

And earlier today, Trayvon's parents spoke at a National Action Network press conference where they vowed that their son's death would not be in vain.

Shortly after being taken into police custody today, special prosecutor Angela Corey charged George Zimmerman with second-degree murder in the shooting of Trayvon Martin.  Get the deets inside....

During a press conference held in Jacksonville, FL moments ago, Angela Corey, the special prosecutor appointed to the Trayvon Martin case announced that George Zimmerman will be charged with second-degree murder.

George Zimmerman, who turned himself in earlier today, is in police custody in an undisclosed location for his own safety.

Ms. Corey says the decision to charge Mr. Zimmerman was arrived at last week after reviewing all of the factual and physical evidence.

Although Mr. Zimmerman is currently being held without bond, a judge will soon determine if this decision will be reversed.

The worst kept secret of VH1's "Love & Hip Hop" series is now out.  Season 2 newcomer and Jim Jones' now ex manager, Yandy Smith, just showed the world her baby bump and confirmed she is indeed with child. 

Yandy was put on baby bump watch over a month ago.  And despite her sub-tweet denials, she's revealing it all now....

When Yandy started to show a more rounded belly over a month ago, it sent folks into overdrive saying she was pregnant.  And the rumors are indeed true.

Tonight, the feisty "I'm about my checks" reality star & manager posted the above cute pic on Instagram (in the same Givenchy dress LaLa & Fergie rocked recently) saying,

While folks have speculated that the divorce of NeNe and Greg Leakes was a "sham" storyline to boost "RHOA" ratings, it turns out that it was the real deal. Get the deets on their divorce inside...

For years now, fans have thought NeNe Leakes was faking the funk about leaving Greg, but she did!  She just didn't want YOU to know about it.  

It turns out that NeNe actually filed for divorce in Forsyth County on April 29, 2010, during season 3, and finalized the divorce September 29, 2011, after season 4 had wrapped.  So she was keeping mum about whether or not she had actually divoced Greg likely to keep up the chatter about her personal life.

The former couple married in 1997 in Athens, GA and have one son together, Brentt, and NeNe’s older son Bryce from a previous relationship.

I'm sure the divorce will be put on blast at some point during the explosive three-part reunion which starts on Sunday.

Hmmm....I wonder if Greg asked for spousal support.

Juicy: Speaking of your husband, what was the plastic surgery claims about?

KB: He's decided to try and ruin my life by telling lies to the media about plastic surgery, etc. in attempt to ruin any possibility of me having a career. It seems that the women of basketball wives would be on my side seeing what I'm going through.

Juicy: What made you invite Keisha to your video screening after she threw you under the bus?

KB: Actually that's the result of editing. My video screening happened BEFORE the bottle throwing incident. I haven't seen Keisha since she started the fight between Evelyn and I.

Juicy: You seemed to be taking the girls' criticism very lightly at the screening...

KB: I'm a very cultured individual. I've worked in corporate America and shook hands with the President. I know the difference between what's good and what isn't, so when someone tells me something is horrible and I know it's not, it's laughable to me.

Juicy: The girls seem to think you're jacking they're style. What's your response?

KB: In response to me "jacking" their style......I've been me since birth, and although I'm younger than most of them (oh wait I forgot, I'm 40 according to them!), ask those who know me the best, I haven't changed.

Juicy: To set the record straight, when it comes to JEN do you adore her the way the girls claim?

KB: Jen has been the only person in the group that has been consistently nice to me and I appreciate that. Because of that, I consider her someone that I can become friends with. It's soooo sad that they have a "mob" mentality and because Jen refuses to "join the crowd" and hate me like they have decided to do before they even got to know me, all of a sudden they say I idolize her. It's their way of trying to make Jen not like me. I'm so proud of Jen for being an individual.

Juicy: What are your current thoughts on TAMI?

KB: I'm very surprised to see the footage of Tami talking bad about me behind my back. I still feel that she has a good heart, that's why she stepped in between Evelyn and I. Because of the supposed "stabbing" that my husband accused me of, I really didn't want to have to hurt Evelyn on national television, so I appreciated that. But as a fellow mother of two, it's very disappointing that she was so mean and hurtful knowing she went through the same things I'm going through on the show.

Hmmm......messy.
