The block is hot!

Lil Wayne just pulled the trigger, firing off a lawsuit against his “daddy” Birdman to legally terminate his contract with Cash Money.

Weezy was serious when he said he wanted OUT of the empire he helped to build. And according to new legal documents, Wayne claims Birdman violated his contract after not coughing up the millions he was owed for his much delayed Tha Cater V album. Now it all makes sense why the album wasn't released...MONEY! We know Cash Money has a rumored history about not paying their artists.

And since Birdman won’t PAY up, Wayne says he’s walking (taking his Young Money crew with him) and he now wants $51 milli!

TMZ reports:

Wayne wants the judge to declare he's the joint copyright owner of all Young Money recordings ... which includes Drake, Nicki Minaj and several others.

Sources connected to Wayne tell TMZ ... if Birdman antes up then he can release "Tha Carter V," but only if Wayne gets paid. Wayne says he was supposed to get an $8 million advance when he began recording in December, 2013 and another 2M when he completed the album a year later, but so far he's gotten nothing.

After dissing Birman on his "Coco" remix, he's clearly ready to duke it out in court and not just on wax. This can only get messier....

In squashed beef news....

"Real Housewives of Atlanta" star Kandi Burruss Tucker and "Atlanta Exes" star Tameka Raymond have let bygones be byonges and have kissed and made up.

You may or may not remember, the two reality stars got caught up in an Internet "beef" after Kandi appeared on an episode of "Watch What Happens Live" in 2010. During the taping, Kandi was asked to name her celebrity crush, in which she said she did not have one. But then she was asked to name at least ONE person, so she ended up choosing Usher. Well, that made his ex-wife Tameka feel some type of way, so she took to Twitter to shade Kandi for naming her husband, even though the two were seperated at the time.

Fast forward to now...Kandi invited Tameka on her late night sex webisode "Kandi Koated Nights" to discuss what really went down and how they hashed out their differences.

After being officially divorced for over a year, Porsha Williams says she’s ready to tie the knot again. Find out what she dished to the ladies on "The Real" inside....

“Real Housewives of Atlanta” star and Dish Nation co-host Porsha Williams will be joining the ladies on the set of “The Real” tomorrow as a gust co-host where she reveals she is ready to tie the knot once again.

Since officially divorcing from her former NFL baller husband Kordell Stewart in December 2013(and receiving nothing from their settlement after 2 years of marriage), the reality star seems optimistic about walking down the aisle to meet a man at the alter again.

So is there a prospect? She didn’t exactly say, but she did say she lets the guy know straight out the bat she wants to get married again. Hmm...could this be the reason she and the NFL baller she was in along-distance relationshipwithcalled it quits? Hmph.

Here’s how the convo went down:

Porsha Williams: I want a husband!

Tamar Braxton: You do?

Porsha Williams: Yes!

Tamar Braxton: You do?

Porsha Williams: Yes I do and I put it all the way out there and I’m not afraid if he gets afraid because I say I want a husband.

Tamar Braxton: But you just had one Porsha!

Porsha Williams: I did but guess what, he’s gone!

She then went on to say that in Atlanta, men take women to the strip club as a first date. She admits that back in the day it was nothing for her to meet a guy at the strip club to "get to know him" (although we can't imagine how much "getting to know" someone you could do considering the surroundings), but now she wants to start “acting more life a wife”.

During his chat with "Ellen" (where he premiered the clip), Ye opened up about his new album and revealed he and Kim want more kids.

On marriage and family changing him:

"I have always someone to think about going home to: something not only to be brave for what I want to do for humanity, but also to be more protective of myself for my family."

On having a bigger family:
“We’re trying,” he said. “I just want whatever Kim wants.”

On his new album:
"We’re still trying to find the vibe. [There’s] this transition from what I felt when I did Yeezus to what I feel now and we’re just creating, so we haven’t found it yet.”

'I'm like "wait a minute babe" to Kanye, "didn't she have your phone a second ago?" Sure enough the phone was in the toilet. I put it in a bag of rice but nothing worked'

Iggy Azalea is responding to statements made by Philly natives Eve and Jill Scott about her "blaccent" and authenticity.  See her response inside...

During a promo stop through Shade 45 for their film With This Ring, stars Eve and Jill Scott ignited an internet firestorm after they offered pointed critiques of Grammy-nominated rapper Iggy Azalea, with Eve coining the term "blaccent."

"The blaccent. Is that horrible? A lot of people gonna get mad at that, say what you want, but f*** it. I'm saying it in a sense that...she's from a different place. I've said this before, It would be dope to hear her with HER swag, what are you, who are you and what is that? That's the only reason I say that. [Australians] are so dope. That's my only thing."

"I think she's fly, I think she's good to look at, I think she's a pretty girl, she has a dope body. All of that is fine. I just wish there was a little bit more of where she came from."

After the interview went viral, Iggy went on Twitter to defend herself.  She suggested that Eve and Jill were threatened by her (because she's complex and multidimensional) and that they want her to be some Australian "stereotype" so they can feel more comfortable.  She tweeted,

Amber Rose was spotted making moves on the West Coast.  In addition to doting on her adorable tot Sebastian, she attended a meeting.  See pics of Amber out and about and check out Diddy heading into an office building...

Model, actress and LA/Hollywood socialite Amber Rose (shown above with her assistant) was spotted on the run yesterday...in her Ferrari.

One of Amber's many stops around town was a run to McDonald's where she treated her son Sebastian to lunch.

Bash clearly earned his Happy Meal as he allowed mommy to shower him with love and affection. 

After lunch with Bash, Amber headed to Hollywood for a meeting.

We're not sure what Amber's meeting was about, but we're glad to see she dressed for the occasion.  You'll recall that she spent last week posting provocative pics from Miami - at least she's covered up in LA. 

At the same building....

Photographers caught Diddy walking into the same office building as Amber Rose.  While the two were not spotted talking  to one another, they might have met to discuss a joint venture.  Hmmm.....maybe Amber is about to become a Ciroc girl?

Kyle Norman, a member of Jagged Edge is behind bars for allegedly attacking his fiancee.  So much for asking her to meet him at the alter.  More inside...

Sigh.....maybe R&B group "Jagged Edge" should have delayed their comeback. In case you missed it, the former So So Def artists are waging a return to the charts. While they've already dropped"Getting Over You" and "Love Come Down", their efforts may be derailed because of one member in particular.

Kyle Norman (atop) is standing in his own way, landing himself in jail for allegedly assaulting his fiancee.  CBS in Atlanta reported Kyle's arrest, revealing that cops responded to a disturbance call about a fight between an engaged couple.  When police arrived, they were met by the victim who said she had gotten into an argument with her fiance Kyle about his drinking.  The police report states that the victim:

• had welts under her eyes
• a golf ball sized knot on her upper left forehead
• a cut to her nose
• a burst blood vessel in her eye

The victim accused Kyle of punching and choking her, then shoving her engagement ring down her throat!

\Wait....didn't Kyle sing on "Let's Get Married"? SMH.....

Although Kyle had allegedly broken the victim's phone, she managed to call the police (using his cell) and run to a neighbor's home.  When police arrived, an officer reports that he saw Kyle running down the sidewalk and as he pulled up, he turned around and shouted at them, "I need to go to jail." 

Sounds like that brown liquor was talking.

While the victim was taken to Atlanta Medical Center, Kyle was taken to jail and charged with aggravated assault.  And to help make sense of this, Kyle told the cops that he was upset about his dad having cancer - and that led to the drinking and the argument.

Sherri Shepherd's surrogate is speaking out about the cold shoulder she and "the baby" are getting from the famed actress and the toll it's taking on her financially.  Find out what she said inside...

In a new interview with Inside Edition, which airs tonight, Jessica Bartholomew (Sherri Shepherd's surrogate) slams the former “View” host for walking out on her child. You'll recall that Sherri and her estranged husband Lamar Sallyenlisted Jessica as their surrogate and she birthed a baby boy, Lamar Jr.

Unfortunately, Sherri cut out on the marriage, according to Jessica and Sal, before the baby's due date.  Now, Jessica says Sherri doesn't want anything to do with the child (Lamar Jr. does not carry her DNA).

Jessica has decided to share her story, revealing that she is listed on the child’s birth certificate as a “noncustodial parent” and is being pursued for child support by the state of California!

On her life since the birth of Lamar Jr.

“It’s affected me a lot. I am now listed as a noncustodial parent in California. I have a child support case coming against me now.”

On life since Sherri left the picture:

“Because [Shepherd] doesn’t want to be a part of the baby’s life, I have to pick up all the slack with my name being on the birth certificate, a noncustodial parent, medical bills. I’m still considered the mother of a child that’s not mine.”

On being angry with Sherri:

“I am angry with Sherri because she never once contacted me to tell me what was happening. It was kind of like I was left out in the cold.”

On how Sherri changed:

“She would call up and check on me during the pregnancy in the beginning. At the 20 week appointment, she seemed very excited. She was going to see the baby for the first time…I didn’t see any warning signs right away.”

What se's like to ask Sherri:

“I would ask Sherri why she did what she did – if she thought it was okay to do something like that…I just don’t understand how she can act like this baby is nonexistent. It just blows my mind.”

So messy.

Chile....the chicks from "BBW LA" are fighting.  Yes....apparently these women are still relevant and still filming. 

So for those of you interested, here's the backstory:  During a 2014 fight between Brittish Williams and "Mint Swim" designer Draya Michele, Brittish found out that Draya didn't own her trademark....so she bought it.  This was all exposed when Draya responded about the rumor in someone's Instagram comments section.

Remember when Safaree hinted that he had a hand in crafting Nicki Minaj's rhymes during an interview with The Breakfast Club?  Well....the Barbz went off on him, so now he's backtracking on Twitter.  During a long rant, he apologized to Nicki and praised her for her quick wit and ability to write a good punchline.  And he says she does it all by herself.  Check it:

Suge Knight is back on LAPD's radar tonight after learning the Death Row founder was involved in a man's death after a hit and run.  Find out the details that led them on a hunt for Suge tonight...

Earier today, there was a fatal hit and run in Compton.  And, based on a report from KTLA News, the fatal accident may involve Suge Knight after he had an altercation on the set of a video production:

Witnesses at the scene told KTLA they saw Knight working on a video production in Compton where TMZ reported the Death Row Records founder got into a fight with crew members and then ran over a bystander.

Video posted to Instagram by witnesses showed an ambulance and fire engine on scene.

The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department only confirmed that two pedestrians were struck and one killed in a hit-and-run collision just before 3 p.m. at Rosecrans and Central avenues (map).

Two people were transported to a hospital where an adult male died, the Sheriff’s Department’s Compton Station said in a news release.

ABC News NY said Suge's lawyer claims the rapper/producer was attacked by two men and he tried to quickly flee the scene.  In the process, he hit a friend with his car and kept on driving.

The LA Country Sheriff's office put out this press release tonight:

Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Homicide Bureau detectives are responding to the 1400 block of West 97th Street, South Los Angeles, to investigate the circumstances surrounding a fatal shooting that occurred on Thursday, January 29, 2015 at approximately 3:30p.m.

The victim is a male adult that was pronounced dead at the scene.

There is no suspect information at this time.

The investigation is still ongoing.

Suge's lawyer says the producer is expected to turn himself in.

The L.A. native is a graduate of Yale.  And she told the NY Times abut what happened when she found out she landed the role in HTGAWM after over 5 other tv roles didn't pan out:

"Words can’t describe how one would feel in that moment after doing a test for something you really want but in your heart you don’t think you have a chance of getting. I wanted to cuss, but I was still inside this building."

Gorgeous mom, wife and actress Kerry Washington turns 38 tomorrow (Saturday).  So she's got lots to celebrate:  The return of "Scandal", her birthday and the Superbowl.  Oh, and she just hit 1 million followers on Instagram (and she celebrated with an IG message from her and her pup Josie).

Before catching up with Ne-Yo backstage, Kerry chatted up Kimmel in the hot seat and tried not to give away in spoilers.

She also dished on her birthday always falling around the Superbowl:

"There have been a couple years when my birthday was in perfect alignment with the Superbowl and I felt like the whole nation was partying for ME.  You can't tell I'm an only child can you?"

As for what her b-days were like as a kid:

As an only child, my mom always would give me a theme party if I wanted one.  It was important to my mom that I had toys that reflected a bunch of different cultures.  So I had black dolls and brown dolls....and one year I requested Snow White.  My mom was like, 'Ughhh'.

And if she still gets presents from her parents at this age:

"I tend to send something to my parents something....I feel like they did all the work.  I just came out.  And I like to put something inappropriate in the card like 'Thanks for getting it on....'  And if you know my mother, she's like, 'Ughhh'.

Famed actress Keke Palmer (who wrapped up a stint as Cinderella on Broadway) was spotted singing her heart out while filming a music video that will be for her upcoming film "Brotherly Love."

Produced by Queen Latifah, the film tell the story of three siblings struggling to make it out of Philadelphia.  Here's the synopsis:

"Set on the backdrop of Philadelphia's famed Overbrook High School, we track the lives of the nations number one high school basketball player Sergio Taylor as he deals with the early pressures of hood fame. His older brother June who had basketball dreams of his own, but after the death of their father he resorted to the allure of the streets to fill the financial void in the home. Finally, their sister Jackie (Keke) the princess of the bunch who has strong ambitions to pursue a musical career, but is suddenly side tracked by an unexpected encounter with teenage love. This story takes place in a city where the life expectancy of a black male is twenty-five years of age. "The Real" co-host Adrienne Bailon showed off her vocal skills at Karaoke night with her friends recently. She took to the stage, covering Beyonce's"Single Ladies" and Bonnie Tyler's"Total Eclipse Of The Heart".

While fans of Adrienne have always known she's a singer (3LW, The Cheetah Girls) they were shocked when she revealed on "The Real" that she's fearful about releasing new music (see below).  Well....she showed no fear at karaoke. Check it....

If you watched “Scandal” last night, we’re sure you all were on the edge of your seats hoping, wishing, praying Olivia Pope (Kerry Washington) would get away from her kidnappers. We surely were.

The first episode since their mid-season break kicks off showing us what went down when Olivia was kidnapped from her home right before she was going to get it in with Jake. And, per usual, the memes were lighting up our timelines as we watched Liv use the dirtiest bathroom, her usually tamed mane get wrecked, and her many failed escapes.

T.I. dropped a few pearls for his artist Iggy Azalea about her ranting on social media. In so many words, he told her to shut it and focus on her music. Also, check out Tip’s new cinematic music video with Jeezy titled “G Sh*t” inside….

The paps caught up with the Grand Hustle honcho as he was leaving Crustacean in Beverly Hills and asked him his thoughts on Grand Hustle's raptress popping off at folks on Twitter.

He responded,

“I think she should focus on what got her here which is her music and performing and continue to just present her talents to the world. It’s just like asking Tom Brady if he should be commenting on DEFLATEGATE”.

The Australian rapper teamed up with shoe giant Steve Madden for a shoe collection that’s scheduled to be released this coming February. But apparently, she’s “livid” over the final results of the photos...that SHE posed for.

Images from the shoe campaign popped up on a Tumblr page (which has now been set to private).  Once she got wind of them, she set it off…on social media.

Iggy hopped on Twitter to blast the footwear company for doing a photoshoot with her image and not telling her. Umm…we’re not sure how she went on a photoshoot set posing for Steve Madden (and her new shoes) and they not “tell her about it”, but that’s why she says she’s mad.

Another day, another rant.  Maybe she's pissed because they didn't run the photos by her first?  But it's interesting she said this is the "most disgusting shoot" that STEVE MADDEN did....as if she's not in the shoot and posing.

AFTER her Twitter rant, she tried to clear things up claiming she was talking about another set of pics (that she DID NOT post). She said:

For the record: I absolutely LOVE these images, they are from the shoot I directed for my Steve Madden campaign. Im incredibly proud of the shoes we've made together, as well as these images that I've been anxiously waiting to share with you all. What I had a "rant" about on Twitter isn't in regards to these pictures, it was about another, different set of images i wasn't a part of creating that I felt weren't reflective of my vision and direction for the collection. I'm an artist and I'm extremely passionate and emotional and crazy sometimes because I care ALOoOoot about this shit! I love Steve and he gets it! Artists clash sometimes, it doesn't mean I dislike the brand. I love Steve Madden as an individual and as a company. I have 3 more seasons I'm making with these guys and I'm going to enjoy it. Shit just happens sometimes and you gotta fight for what you believe in! The shoe company has responded to Iggy's rant with an official statement released to the Huff Post which reads,

"This was a lover’s quarrel. We love Iggy and are very excited about our collaboration. When you get two artists working together sometimes there are fireworks. It’s our creative differences that allow us to design an incredible collection and we are looking forward to sharing it with the world!"

Looks like the two have possibly talked and smoothed things over.

Could Nelly be heading down the aisle?  Maybe...."in about a year or so."  The "Nellyville" star dropped in on the ladies of "The Real" where he opened up about being a single dad and hinted at taking the leap of marriage with Floyd Mayweather's ex-Miss Jackson.  Somewhere......Ashanti just screamed!

On if he'll propose to Miss Jackson:

Nelly: Well, yeah, yeah, yeah, more like in about a year or so. You know what I’m saying, I think it’s very important that you get to know one another before you know, especially in this business friendship is everything. It lasts a lot longer when you become friends first. I think what we’re doing is not trying to succumb to the pressures of what everybody else thinks our relationship should be and just taking our time with everything. Because it’s been a lot, you know, she’s been through a lot. I’ve been through a lot.

Then, Nelly talked about raising his two children alongside his niece and nephew and why its important to show that world that single dads (not baby's fathers) do exist.

On showing the relationships he has with his kids on "Nellyville":

Nelly: "Yeah, you know, I think it’s very important. We are the only generation and I think this is where we have to realize the magnitude of what we’re doing. We are the only generation of parents that I mean we share the most with our kids! You know, we share the same clothes, we play video games, we like the same things. You know, me and my son, we can literally be buddies. Like we wear the same shoes. You know, sometimes his clothes go a little far with him and my nephew, but I mean they are always in my closet. And I dip down in their room and snatching hats, you know what I’m saying and little things. We talk about the same things. We like the same music, majority of it!"

Sometimes they go a little far. but I still understand that you have to let the youth be the youth. You know, and you gotta let them make their own mistakes, but it’s also important to understand that umm… you know, you got to guide them!

Good friends Porsha Williams of "RHOA", Monyetta Shaw of "Atlanta Exes" and Toya Wright of a few BET reality shows made it a girls' night as all three hosted The Gold Room in Atlanta last night.  The ladies snapped a pic with fellow host Mendeecees Harris of "Love & Hip Hop", who just welcomed a new baby girl with girlfriend Yandy Smith, and promoter Mr. Ruggs.

Toya and her new grey hair seem to be unbothered by the latest marital drama in her household.  So she's partying her nights away and having some fun:

The mom and reality star rocked a mini skirt and crop top from BCBG to show off her bod she's been hitting the gym had to get, Louboutin boots, and a jacket from her store Garb Boutique.

Monyetta kept it cute in Monika Chiang and Louis Vuitton.

Porsha rocked her little black dress and blew off some steam from the latest airing of "RHOA" where she's accused of being a mistress.

Mendeecees hosted alongside the ladies as well.

The Dream popped up sans his wife to party it up.

Dice and her girlfriend snapped a cute shot.

Bill Bellamy was also in the building.

And Jazze Pha was in the mix as always.

And over in Arizona, Kevin Hart is partaking in the pre-Super Bowl festivities.

Kevin was busy hosting The Madden Bowl XXI party at the Live Wire in Scottsdale.  But he paused long enough to snap a pic with special guest Jiff Pom, the celebrity dog.  Adorbs!

Fiance Eniko was by his side as usual and snapped a cute pic with Kevin's sign that has double meaning.  Their nuptials are on deck....

Another woman is coming forward (in her own way) making claims that 50 Cent assaulted her, and she has the pictures to prove it. Of course, 50 has already popped back. Peep the receipts inside….

Looks like there’s major trouble in paradise between 50 Cent and his supposed main squeeze Tatted Up Holly. According to Holly, 50 Cent assaulted her (on multiple occasions) and she's tired of it! She sent him a threatening text saying she would release the photos of proof because he "f*cked with wrong one". Yikes.

Once she fired off a few “f*ck u” texts to her alleged lover, Tatted Up Holly (atop on the red carpet at The Family premiere in 2013) took to Instagram to show the world the text conversation she had with 50 about whooping up on her. In the IG caption, she calls the NY rapper a bully and says she will NOT tolerate a grown man putting his hands on her.

She posted (then deleted:)

While there's no proof this is ACTUALLY 50 she is talking to, Holly claims it is. 

As usual, the “Power” producer took to his social media platform to start name calling. He posted a pic of Holly with the caption,“This hoe community p*ssy. Me, Trey, JR, j”. And of course he took it down, but not before it was caught by the world to see. 

SIDENOTE: Why does Trey Songz’s name ALWAYS ends up in the middle of some relationship drama?  Sighs….

Well, he didn't seem to have a problem with her allegedly being "community p****" when he was dating her.

Anyway, this isn’t the first time the “Power” star was accused of domestic violence. You’ll recall, 50’s baby mama Daphne Joy (mother to his youngest son Sire) accused him of kicking her and trashing her condo back in 2013. And like someone with some sense, she called the police and filed a police report. The L.A. City Attorney's office ended up charging 50 with 1 count of domestic violence and 4 counts of misdemeanor vandalism. He eventually accepted a plea deal to have the charges dropped and was sentenced to 3 years probation, 30 days of community service and had to cough up $71,000 in restitution to Daphne.

50's first baby mother Shaniqua Tompkins also revealed he was abusive to her when they were together during an interview on V-103’s Ryan Cameron Morning Show last year. She said once her son Marquise (whom 50 has DISOWNED) and her daughter witnessed him hit her, she decided to leave. She said he would be hitting her one minute and then crying like a baby in her lap the next. THIS guy....

So, if he DID put his hands on Tatted Up Holly, it certainly seems like he would be violating his probation. But did chick file a police report? This thing with blasting folks on social media before getting the authorities involved has become a pattern with folks.

If she does decide to bring charges against him (and he's convicted), 50 could find himself in some serious trouble.

Katy Perry promoted her upcoming 2015 Super Bowl halftime show today, revealing that in addition to Lenny Kravtiz, she's also bringing out an old-school female artist.  Find out who'll hit the stage inside...

"Dark Horse" singer Katy Perry hosted a press conference today where she hyped her upcoming halftime performance at the 2015 Super Bowl and dropped an interesting tidbit.  When asked if she had any surprises in store, she said her show would feature an "old school" female artist. "It's a bit old school. But I think when this person enters the stage and you hear the first ring of the chord, I think jaws will drop and faces will melt."

Following Katy's press conference, numerous outlets began speculating about the "artist" and then the levee broke....it's Missy Elliott!

A person speaking to the AP on condition of anonymity revealed that the "old school" artist is indeed Missy Elliott. Fans of the two will recall that they previously worked together on Katy's song "Last Friday Night (T.G.I.F.)" in 2011.

While Missy's participation was not officially announced by the NFL (cause it's a "surprise"), we hope she is sitting somewhere getting her fingerwaves on fleek.  In addition to the "Beep Me 911" rapstress, we can also expect to see sexy rocker Lenny Kravitz hit the stage with Katy too......maybe they'll perform "American Woman"?  SIDEBAR:  Is Missy Elliott really OLD school?  The 90s weren't that long ago.   It's not like Katy is bringing out the Sugar Hill Gang.   #noshade

Updates in the Suge Knight murder hit-and-run investigation are rolling in. Suge has been arrested on suspicion of murder and the victim’s family believes he definitely committed murder. Get the deets inside….

After turning himself over to authorities last night, rap mogul Suge Knight has been officially arrested on suspicion of murder in connection to a fatal hit-and-run in Compton yesterday.

The Death Row Records co-founder turned himself in to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, accompanied by his lawyers. He was arrested and booked around 3AM.

According to reports, Suge’s attorney alleges two men were attacking the rapper/producer on set of a promotional shoot for the film, Straight Outta Compton, where Suge was allegedly not welcomed. As he tried to escape, he supposedly hit two pedestrians, one being his “friend” Cle Shaheed "Bone" Sloan and the other identified as another “friend” of his 55-year-old Terry Carter (above). “Bone” was taken to a local hospital, but was not seriously injured. Unfortunately, Terry was pronounced dead on the scene. 

Eye witnesses on the scene tell KABC that they believe the hit-and-run was intentional. One witness reveals,

"All I hear is some arguing and something was going on, so I turn to look out and I seen Suge Knight turn around and go to his car. He backed his car up and put it in drive and then he hit Terry Carter. He ran him over twice," described Robert Smith, a witness.

And Terry’s family believes the same thing. They first want people to know that Suge and Terry are NOT friends, but rather business partners who worked together on a few projects. In a statement released by the family, it says Terry was NOT involved in any physical altercation and the hit-and-run was NO accident. A portion of the statement reads,

"Although Carter was present for the physical altercation, the family has asked that it be made CLEAR that he was NOT involved in any altercation. It was not an accident, it was murder," the statement read.

A family member also spoke to TMZ with a few additional details:

Both witnesses and detectives told her Suge and Cle "Bone" Sloan got in a physical fight while Suge was sitting in the driver's seat. Suge gunned it and struck Bone.

This is where the relative says it's murder. Bone was laying injured behind the truck and Terry ran over to pull him to safety. The relative tells TMZ Suge KNEW Terry was there but was so determined to kill Bone he just didn't care, and gunned it in reverse, rolling over Terry's head.
 

Suge is now behind bars on a $2 million dollar bail and his attorney says he does not plan to make bail. You’ll recall, he was out on $500K bond after he was charged with one count of robbery for allegedly stealing a camera from a photographer in Beverly Hills a few months ago.
