Nick Cannon and Mariah Carey’s divorce deets are spilling. Find out how much each of them would have to pay if they decide to dish on their failed marriage AND how much money Nick originally came into the marriage with inside…

We’ve been talking about Nick Cannon and Mariah Carey’s divorce since news broke in August. And now, since the “America’s Got Talent” host has officially filed divorce papers, deets from their prenup (and a few other deets) are coming to light.

We heard the twosome has worked out their property settlement agreement, but if either of them decide to disclose details of their failed marriage, they’ll have to cough up six-figure payments! 

According to TMZ, Since MiMi came into the marriage being worth more than $150 million, if she decides she wants to share details about their marriage, she will reportedly have to pay HIM $500,000.

But, if Nick decides to talk (which we know he would have no problem doing) he would have to pay her $250,000. Yes, HALF of what she would have to pay.  And it's because he reportedly--based on the docs--came into the marriage—in 2008— being worth just a tad bit short of $500,000. Wait...what? What happened to the $50 million folks claimed he had when he first married Mimi? Hmph.

And get this, reports also allege Nick took out a $470,000 loan to pay for Mimi’s engagement ring, which was actually $500,000, NOT the $2.5 milli that was previously reported. Chile...
 

If they can't talk, maybe we can get something out of an old assistant, maid, nanny, someone. Anyone else interested in knowing the dirty deets? If anyone does decide to talk, we're here for it.

Vivica Fox, Kenya Moore and Thandie Newton hit the carpet at NBCUniversal's 2015 Winter TCA Tour yesterday to promote their current tv shows. Meanwhile, “Empire” star Jussie Smollett is giving his take on why TV is so diverse and why films aren’t inside….

Day 2 of NBCUniversal’s 2015 Winter Television Critics Association Press Tour was held at The Langham Huntington Hotel and Spa in Pasadena yesterday. And a few YBF celebs hit the carpet before chatting it up about their respective shows.

“Celebrity Apprentice” star Vivica A. Fox popped up on the carpet looking fabulous in a blue hip hugging laser-cut dress before hitting the panel to dish on her latest tv spot.

Luckily, Ms. Fox appeared to be in a good mood even though her nemesis/”Celebrity Apprentice” co-star Kenya Moore was also in the building. The ladies were able to play nice during their press junket after their recent war of words via Twitter.  Good for them.

Shades of red seems to be the “it” color for Kenya Moore this season. She "twirled" on the carpet flaunting her curves and her lady lumps in a red midi dress before hitting the panel to discuss "Celebrity Apprentice".

On the upcoming episode of "Celebrity Apprentice", the late Joan Rivers will be appearing on the show. Be sure to tune in to NBC on Monday at 8pm ET to catch it.

Actress Thandie Newton was also in the mix to dish on her brand new show that she’s starring in titled “The Slap”.

The drama series is an adaptation of an Australian drama series that was based the 2008 novel by Australian author Christos Tsiolkas. Thandie plays a woman named Aisha, the wife to a public servant named Hector.

Aisha throws a birthday party for her husband with family and friends in attendance. But ish goes left when Hector’s cousin SLAPS a couple's misbehaving child and they threaten legal action. This occurrence opens up a can of worms that uncovers long-buried secrets within this group of friends and family.

The show will premiere February 12th at 8/7c on NBC.

Following the Oscars snubbing African-Americans in the major categories for this year’s awards, “Empire” star Jussie Smollet is speaking out about the difference between diversity being prevalent on television, but not so much in films.

Lee Daniels’ hip hop drama “Empire” debuted with record-breaking views for its debut, becoming FOX's highest-rated television premiere in years. And if you ask Jussie why the numbers were so high, he would tell you it’s because of the diversity of the cast. He believes people want to see people like them on tv and that's why shows like "Scandal" and "How To Get Away With Murder" are raking in millions of viewers every week.

The young actor chopped it up with MTV News about why television is so diverse and why movies haven’t seemed to have caught up with the times yet. He said,

“TV is a more diverse space right now because TV is driven by the people. When a television show like ‘Scandal’ becomes the biggest show in recent history, suddenly advertisers and networks want to jump on that. And what it’s showing is that people want to see diversity. They want to see people who look like them on television, and they also want to see people who don’t look like them on television. But in film, everything is still driven by individuals — and those individuals can make or break your movie.”

He then went on to talk about how good movies starring African-Americans are being created (i.e. No Good Deed, Beyond the Lights), but the honchos who choose what should be nominated are completely ignoring those works. He said,

“That’s not to say black films don’t make any money because black folks do very well at the box office. Taraji’s [P. Henson] movie with Idris Elba — that she produced along with Idris — featured a black leading lady and a black leading man, both producing that film, and that was a number one film. It’s not like black folks are putting stuff out that is falling on deaf ears. People are listening. It’s just the people in charge of the nominations aren’t listening.”

“What message does it send to the masses when someone — or an entire race — is completely snuffed? And completely ignored for work that was at the top of their game? That’s what we need to be asking,” Smollett said.
 

Very good points! He also talked about how the media puts black actresses against one another and why they aren't being nominated in categories they definitely should have been included in. He explained,

“Kerry Washington is probably not stressing over the fact that she did not get a Golden Globe,” said Smollett. “I bet she is doing really fine right now. But it’s about her not getting it and what that represents. It’s the reasons behind why was she not nominated. That’s what we need to be talking about. It’s not about being sad she wasn’t nominated; it’s about asking yourself, ‘Well, why is there only one spot for a black women to be nominated for Best Actress?’”

Kevin Hart is currently taking over the box office with his blockbuster hits as he brings the comedic relief in all of his films. But will he ever venture into playing a gay role? Find out what he said and get the deets on the time he spilled juice on Beyonce and Jay Z inside….

Kevin Hart has been putting in work and put three blockbuster films under his belt in 2014. And he made plenty of money. But would he ever consider starring in a film as a gay character? Right now...NO, but he's not totally against it.

Yesterday, “The Wedding Ringer” star hit up Power 105’s The Breakfast Club to chat it up about his new rom-com (which hit theaters yesterday) when he was asked if there was ever a role he regrets not taking up. He revealed he regrets not taking the role as rapper-turned-actor Alpa Chino (played by Brandon T. Jackson) in the 2008 action-comedy Tropic Thunder.

At the time, Kevin decided not to do the film because after reading the draft, he felt the character was “real flagrant” and that his insecurities would hinder him from delving into the role 100%.

He explained,

“I can’t, I can’t do this. I feel like I can’t do this because I don’t I think I’m really going to dive into the role 100% because of the insecurities about myself trying to play that part. What I think people are going to think while I’m trying to do this is going to stop me from playing that part the way I’m suppose to. I’m not at that acting point in my career".

But, he hasn’t completely ruled it out. He said if he gets to a point in his career and feels like the part is right, he may do it. He dished,

“Seven years later when I’m done this part and you say ‘Hey Kevin, I thought you said you would never do it.’ [If] I’m at a point where I want to take a chance, this role made sense, the story made sense, I may do it.”

The Ride Along star also talked about the time he spilled “a carafe of pineapple juice” on Beyonce and Jay Z at a party in Houston during All-Star Weekend. He said he went to reach for a drink to pour it up when he knocked over the juice and it spilled all over Hov. Then Bey pops up from behind Jay and screams “What’s all this on my leg?!”

Then he jokingly says, “I was like ‘yo, here!’ I pulled out $20 and I just gave it to him in his hand and I was like ‘just take care of whatever’ and I just left and never went back”. HA!

Also in the interview he talked about how his character in The Wedding Ringer is a completely different role than what he normally plays, calling it the best movie he has done thus far.

The “Thinkin Bout You” singer paid homage to Aaliyah, on what would have been her 36th birthday (Jan. 16th), with the release of a soulful rendition of the Isley Brothers' 1976 classic “At Your Best (You Are Love)”. The "One In A Million" singer released her own cover, which appeared on her debut album Age Ain't Nothing But A Number, in 1994.
 

Frank has been teasing fans with new music via his Tumblr as they patiently await for the follow-up to his critically acclaimed debut album Channel Orange. And this falsetto-laced jewel "You Are Luhh" is just the track to hold them over.

Following a successful run on Broadway as the first black Cinderella, Keke Palmer is ready to get back to work.

The 21-year-old YBF starlet will star in a FOX anthology series titled “Scream Queens”, created by "American Horror Story" writer Ryan Murphy. She will be joining singer Ariana Grande, Joe Manganiello ("True Blood"), Lea Michele ("Glee") and Abigail Breslin (Little Miss Sunshine) as series regulars on the comedy-horror. Previously announced cast mates include Jamie Lee Curtis and "American Horror Story"'s Emma Roberts.

The show is reportedly a lot like "American Horror Story" where each season will have a different storyline play out. For Keke’s season, the show will focus on a college campus "rocked by a series of murders”. Yikes!

Kevin Hart returned to “Saturday Night Live” for his second hosting gig on the show. And of course he brought the laughs. Check it inside….

Kevin Hart took the stage again on “Saturday Night Live” last night for the first new episode of 2015, following his 2013 appearance.

Before bringing the laughs, Kevin and his fiancée Eniko Parrish (above) attended a play at Mastro's Steakhouse in NYC.

The Wedding Ring star opened the show with a monologue about “thug raccoons” taking over outside of the home he shares with his "rib". He yelled, “Bottom line, we got a thug raccoon running around outside! My son goes outside, and the first thing he said was, 'Dad, I'm scared. Can you come with me?' I said, 'Absolutely not. This is your journey. This is about you becoming a man.'"

In a new skit, Kevin plays a “corner boy” in Brooklyn along with comedians Kenan Thompson and Jay Pharoah. “Empire” fans get excited! The “hip hopera” soapy drama series has been given an early renewal for Season 2. Yep, Lucious Lyon, his bad a** ex-wife Cookie, and their three sons will be taking over the small screen for a new season.

The Lee Daniels-directed drama burst on the scene with record-breaking ratings becoming FOX’s highest-rated debut in years. According to Nielsen ratings, “Empire” captured 9.9 million viewers for its premiere episode. For the second episode, ratings rose capturing 10.3 million viewers, beating out every other broadcast show. Woot!

Yesterday, the “Empire” cast Bryshere Gray, Jussie Smollett, Trai Byers, Taraji P. Henson and Terrence Howard hit the panel during FOX’s 2015 Winter Television Critics Association press tour to chop it up about their breakout series (atop).

One of Beyonce’s backup dancers from the duo Les Twins caught a right hook to face during a dance battle in Las Vegas last night. And it was all caught on video!

Identical twin brothers Larry and Laurent Burgeios were battling it out on the dance floor at Revolution Lounge when ish went from 0 to 100….real quick.

TMZ got their hands on the video footage of how it all went down. And according to the person who shot the cellphone video, the Les Twins were allegedly taunting some of the opposing dancers. Laurent tried to make peace, approaching one of the dancers with a handshake, when dude set it off on him, punching him in the face!

Luckily, he appeared to be ok after it was over. The guy who threw the punch was hauled off by security and the dance battle was shut down.  Sighs....

Apparently, much of her family skipped out on her wedding to Wiz Khalifa.  Why?  Because he's African-American.

Why does this matter if she asserts her "blackness" OFTEN while making sure everyone knows she's Cape Verdean?  That's because people in her family, according to Amber, see a huge difference between black Americans and black West Indians/Creoles.

"With my family, they feel like they're more superior or better than an African American because we're Creole and we have culture and that's something I battle with most of my life.  It's more of the older people in my family."

Well, we wonder if those same family members believe her stripper career and twerk videos and half naked thirst trap Instagram pics she's become known for are "superior" actions as well.

Christina promoted the premiere of her new E! show "Christina Milian Turned Up" (which debuted last night) while Cynthia dished on the latest "RHOA" tea.

When asked if she was dating Lil' Wayne, Christina gushed over the rapper saying, "Lil Wayne and I am very close. We have a close personal relationship. And I really like him alot.  We have a great chemistry."

When Andy jokingly asked if Christina had ever tried Sizzup with Weezy, she said that Wayne doesn't drink sizzup anymore,"He's got a tall drink of this" (pointing towards herself).

Christina, who arrived at "WWHL" dressed as her "Turned Up" alter ego, says her E! show will reveal a new side of herself to fans.

Amber Rose and Blac Chyna partied at Dream over the weekend where Amber got a lapdance and "photo approval" from her Wiz Khalifa on Twitter.  See pics inside....

Amber Rose spent the weekend in Miami, collecting a few coins for hosting parties on South Beach. She and her bestie Blac Chyna hit up Dream Nightclub where Amber hosted Varsity Lifestyle Group's on going Eye Candy Saturdays party.

Amber's presence brought out tons of celebs and created a serious party atmosphere.  DJ Khaled was among the partiers.

Other celebs spotted at the party included Flo Rida, Red Cafe, and "LAHH Hollywood" stars Nikki and Mally Mal.

According to folks at the party, the club hit capacity at 1am and everyone partied until 5am.  VIP tables sold out at $5K a pop. 

At one point, Amber got a lapdance.

You'll recall that a few weeks ago, we saw a clip of Amber twerking on Chris Brown, and last night, a female fan created her own "twerk" moment with Miss Rose.

Yesterday, the entire SELMA cast and crew trekked to Selma, Alabama to commemorate civil rights leader Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. in remembrance of the Selma Voting Rights Movement. Peep the moving pics inside….

Several events went on in Selma, Alabama yesterday in remembrance of one extraordinary man: Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Dr. King led the people of Selma (and others from all over) in marches from Selma to Montgomery in 1965 as part of the Selma Voting Rights Movement, which eventually lead to the passage of the Voting Rights Acts, allowing all Americans the right to vote.

And in honor of Dr. King and the hundreds of people who shed their blood for our civil rights, Oprah Winfrey, directress Ava DuVernay, David Oyelowo, Common, John Legend, the SELMA cast & crew and hundreds of others marched on the historic Edmund Pettus Bridge…the place where marchers were attacked by Alabama state troopers as they exercised their constitutional right to vote.

Marchers met at City Hall where they were led in prayer before trekking the streets of Selma:

Common and John Legend came out to celebrate Martin Luther King after winning the Best Original Song Golden Globe Award for their track “Glory”.

Amongst the other activities in Selma, a special screening was held to show the civil rights film. SELMA executive producer Paul Garnes posed it up with Common, Oprah, Ava, David and John Legend on the red carpet before the viewing.

SELMA director Ava DuVernay looked absolutely fabulous on the carpet.

There was also a Q&A session held at Selma High School with Congresswoman Terri Sewell in attendance.

The cast took the stage to answer any burning questions the audience had.

Afterwards...

David, Common and John Legend greeted onlookers, snapping selfies and showing lots of love. Nice!

And to close the event-filled day....

The SELMA cast assembled on the Edmund Pettus Bridge as they honored Dr. King with speeches and performances.

John Legend and Common took the stage to perform "Glory" with the Tuskegee University Choir.

Comedian and television host Steve Harvey celebrated his 58th birthday this weekend. He and his wife Marjorie spent sometime aboard a yacht, crusing around Miami, with Marjorie tweeting, "Mission Accomplished #HisSmileSaysItAll #Miami #MarjorieHarvey #SteveHarvey"

The relaxing cruise allowed Steve and Marjorie to reflect on Steve's stellar career, which he works on tirelessly.  He explained his work ethic to CBS News saying,

"I tape 180 shows in 34 weeks. And then as soon as I'm done, I go home to Atlanta to tape 'Family Feud.' And in eight weeks I tape 185 shows. And then every morning on the radio I do 240 live shows a year, every morning! The checks help get you there," he laughed. "The moment they quit paying me -- I'm exhausted!"

And when CBS News asked about Steve's road to success, he credited his parents. 

"My father's one single role was to talk to me about manhood.  You work hard. You don't be lazy. My mother was a Sunday School teacher for 40 years. She taught me about God and faith and prayer. That combination has gotten me to where I am today, and I don't doubt that for one minute."

Steve's birthday cake paid tribute to his love of cigars. He tweeted, "The big day continues. Walked in the kitchen this morning and this cake was waiting on me ..... I've got a great soulmate and a great family."

It looks like the Harveys really know how to celebrate their birthdays. You'll recall that Steve purchased Marjorie a Rolls Royce for her birthday.

After announcing his forthcoming mixtape Sorry 4 The Wait 2, Lil Wayne released the full version of his newest freestyle after giving a preview of the track in his Sorry 4 The Wait 2 trailer. On his latest musical offering, Weezy drops a few verses over ILOVEMAKONNEN‘s Metro Boomin-produced track “Maneuvering”, which he dubs “Fingers Hurting”.

Ne-Yo drops a new sexy single for the ladies titled “One More” featuring T.I., who serves up the risqué rhymes. The ballad will be featured on the R&B crooner’s sixth studio album Non-Fiction, which is scheduled to drop January 27th.

Following the release of her new single “I’m Ready”, former Destiny’s Child member Letoya Luckett is back with another new track. But this time, Letoya switches gears from singing about love to singing about unity and peace.

On “Together” the “Single Ladies” star rallies up with the Caliber Foundation to help families and victims affected by illegal gun violence, asking fans to donate to the cause via RallySong.com.

August Alsina went to promote "peace" at a concert in St. Louis but wound up in a brawl of his own!  Watch the tape inside...

“I Luv This Sh*t” singer August Alsina was involved in a backstage brawl on Saturday and it was all caught on tape!

Here's what went down....August was set to hit the stage at Chaifetz Area for the State Of Emergency 2 concert. The event itself was set up to benefit the St. Louis Put Down the Pistol program (an anti-gun initiative). But backstage.....it was NOT anti-violent.

Spies report that August and his crew got into it backstage with the show's promoter, Loose Cannon Slim, because August allegedly showed up late.

In the clip, you'll see words exchanged and then there's shoving, pushing and a few punches thrown. It doesn't look like any punches connected with August, as his security team did their best to keep him out of trouble.

But August tried it.....you'll see him attempting to jump into the brawl.  And Fabolous was there too.....holding a cocktail...NOT fighting.

The rating are in for LIFETIME's "Whitney" biopic and the film was a runaway success!  Get the numbers inside and read the statement released by Whitney Houston's estate slamming the movie.

Saturday night proved that the American television audience is hungry for stories about Whitney Houston.  LIFETIME devoted their entire Saturday lineup to the legacy of Whitney Houston, beginning with the Angela Bassett-helmed "Whitney" movie, detailing her love story with Bobby Brown, and two hour-long specials "Bobby Brown: Remembering Whitney" and "Whitney Houston Live: Her Greatest Performances." All and all, the network boasted 11.8 million total viewers across the three telecasts, according to Nielsen Fast Cable Ratings.

For "Whitney", 4.5 million total viewers watched Yaya DaCosta and Arlen Escarpeta as Whitney and Bobby, bringing the network its most-watched telecast across all key demographics since "Flowers in the Attic" last January.

Fans also took to social media to discuss "Whitney" where it was the most tweeted-about program for the day and Lifetime’s second most tweeted-about program ever.  Yaya tweeted out her thank-yous to fans and critics who supported the project.

Of course....the estate of Whitney Houston was not thrilled by the film.  On Whitney Houston's Facebook page, Pat Houston, President of The Whitney Houston Estate, wrote a scathing letter calling out Angela Bassett and LIFETIME.

My daughter came home from high school yesterday and shared with me inquiries she had endured from her peers and teachers about the upcoming TV movie about her aunt Whitney. She was somewhat exasperated and said she did not get it – that a woman who claimed to be her aunt's friend would direct a movie that seems so unloving towards her Aunt, and how it could affect her cousin Krissi. I share with you the thoughts I shared with my daughter yesterday – that there is often a fine line that separates elevation and degradation in the industry. What lifts up one person in the headlines may in fact destroy another. I don't think it ever entered their minds that they were assaulting the legacy of another individual; they just want the job or the opportunity to shine. But to do so in such an incredible way, to go after someone who cannot correct what you get wrong, someone who – like so many people, and especially women – struggled to hold up their humanity and live with dignity despite their personal challenges, is wrong.

It is easy to turn a blind eye to other people if you're not careful. But the needs of Whitney's family matter. We have dealt with her every emotion from the day she was born until the day she died, which gives us absolute position and absolute authority as a family to feel the way we do about her legacy. We matter. We're still here. Why wasn't there a call to myself, Gary, Cissy or even her daughter? Why deny selected members of the family an advanced copy of the film? As we once again enter a season of bereavement and the strategic timing so close to the anniversary of Whitney's death, this is a disappointment that any of us who loved her could do without. This creative pursuit at the expense of the integrity of such an iconic woman, who is voiceless today, reeks of condemnation and deceit. It reeks of enslavement to an industry that will likely do the same to you one day. As my grandmother used to say, “Keep living.”

I say this to all Whitney's family, friends and fan base: If you watch this movie, watch it knowing that Lifetime is notorious for making bad biopics of deceased celebrities and brace yourself for the worst. You should not be surprised that someone decided to do a made for TV biopic. And, I might add, without the family's blessing and despite her mother's request to not do this movie. It happens every day. But misrepresenting the term friendship to advance an agenda is not only disrespectful and dishonest but a slap in the face to her true and loyal friends. You should expect people will always rise to the occasion for prominence and profit – not love, respect or honor. I question the morality of the making of this because of the lack of experience knowing Whitney's life. Never would Whitney allow her story to be told by an inexperienced team and how naive of anyone to think otherwise, unless you're caught up in illusions of grandeur that you can just do anything and people will accept it. This made for TV movie is certainly not a trailer to Whitney's life story.

God gave us a gift in Whitney and she gave us her best, despite what stories are told. We will wear a breastplate of armor for Whitney and that's what friends are for. In the spirit of Whitney's "I Go To The Rock”: “On Christ the solid rock I stand.. all other ground is sinking sand." Let's just be peaceful in all of this. Truth is violated by silence just as much as by a lie.

Lifetime will encore an event block this evening, starting with "Whitney" at 8:00pm ET/PT, "Bobby Brown: Remembering Whitney" at 10:00pm and the special "Beyond the Headlines: Whitney Houston" at 11:00pm.

Over the weekend, the Hip Hop mogul pulled out all the stops for his baby boy’s birthday, throwing him an epic 90s themed birthday bash at a Bel Air Mansion.

The lovely ladies of TLC, T-Boz and Chilli are in New York City this week, on a press tour for their final album.

In addition to appearing on Huffington Post live, the ladies stopped by Good Day NY where they wore custom designs from Brea Stinson.

TLC's promo tour is about their fifth AND final album, which they've decided to fund using Kickstarter.

During a talk with TIME, the ladies explained their Kickstarter decision,

"We wanted to continue to stay outside the box. Fifteen years ago, we were really one of the first groups to work with MP3s, as far as a digital record. That was a big deal, and I remember people couldn’t believe we had done something like that successfully. Working with Kickstarter and all of the wonderful things that they’ve done, and their excitement [about] wanting to work with us — you definitely don’t want to work with someone who’s not excited about your project because they’re not going to put their heart, sweat and soul into it like we’re going to do. We knew we wanted to take that avenue. Doing that with them allows us to involve our fans a lot more than what we’ve done in the past. It’s not so new for us, but it’s newer for them, and newer for us to have them so involved. It’s different and exciting."
