It was a family affair at the Annie premiere in NYC Sunday night.  We've got the cute pics of The Carters, Lala & Kiyan, Jamie Foxx and his daughter and DeVon Franklin with wife Meagan Good inside!

Celebs showed up to the Ziegfeld Theater Sunday night to celebrate one of Hollywood's biggest films of the season, Annie.  

The Carters are fresh off a trip to Iceland where they celebrated Mr. Carter's 45th birthday last week.  Producer Jay-Z was spotted making an entrance Sunday night while being the ever doting dad and carrying little Blue Ivy into the big event.  And mama Beyoncé made sure her little girl's cape was just right for the cameras:

Papa Hov carried Blue (who's getting super tall) past the mob scene of fans and the tot seemed unbothered as she smiled and waved.

The Carters snapped a few shots with Jaime and Quvenzhane Wallie and Jamie Foxx.  And Bey posed with Quvenzhane and her castmates.

DeVon Franklin, who was an integral part of SONY bringing the musical to the big screen, hit the carpet with his fab actress wife Meagan Good.

Will Smith had some fun with the Annie kids on the carpet.

Will snapped a photo with Cameron, Quvenzhane and Jaime.

Little Quvenzhané Wallis, jeweled out in a Deepa Gurnani hair clip and custom-embellished Converse sneakers, posed it up with her co-star, "Sandy".

Jamie Foxx brought his daughter Annalise (and her friend) to get a taste of the Hollywood life.

And LaLa Anthony is back from filming her new Destined movie in Detroit.  The hot mom rocked a red two piece crop top and skirt and boots look as she brought her stylish son Kiyan on the carpet.  Cute!

Singer Sia, pictured second from the far right, was on hand to help celebrate as she wrote and arranged much of the music on the soundtrack.

By the way, the cast goes to the White House today (Monday) for a fun visit.  Annie hits theaters nationwide on December 19th.

Nene Leakes and Kim Biermann, who rose to fame as the original peach-holders on "RHOA", appeared on BRAVO's "WWHL" last night where the two patched up their differences and ushered in a new phase of friendship.

Dubbing themselves "Salt N Pepa", the ladies laughed and hugged through montages of their funniest "RHOA" moments and biggest fights.

When a fan asked Nene why she was able to rekindle her friendship with Kim, but NOT with Cynthia Bailey, Nene revealed that she felt betrayed by Cynthia, during last season's reunion.  And when Kenya Moore's name was mentioned, Nene quickly changed the subject adding,"You'll never be a part of this circle."  Ouch!

Now that he has dropped the extra weight, he’s feeling extra fierce and untouchable as he posed it up with friends and his pink Birkin bag. In other surgery news….

Laser eye surgery is a very serious procedure that if done wrong, could cost you your vision.  That’s what happened to Mel B. The former Spice Girl lost total vision in her left eye after a botched laser eye surgery.

In an interview with Hello! magazine, the singer revealed she has been blind in her left eye for the past 15 years since her cornea was badly damaged during the laser treatment.

She said,

"I can't see at all out of my left eye. The lasering went wrong so this will be totally life-changing."

The mother of three is now planning to undergo a cornea transplant to fix and hopefully restore her vision. And she seems pretty optimistic about it. She added,

“Hopefully I won’t be seeing what the other person’s seen, the other dead person.”

Nice that she can still find something positive after going through such a tragic event Let’s hope this upcoming surgery gets her back on track. Good luck Mel!

Chris Brown has apologized for bashing his ex-girlfriend Karrueche Tran on social media, while Drake's camp shot down rumors that he'd ever hooked up with her.  Get the deets on the fallout inside and see how Karrueche handled the aftermath. 

In case you missed it, Chris Brown was up in his feelings over the weekend, lashing out at Karrueche Tran with an eyebrow-raising rant that exposed the messy deets of their relationship.

But now that he's had time to consider the damage, he's had a change off heart.  The "Loyal" crooner posted an apology on IG, admitting to fans that he is young, dumb and emotional (at times).

"Being young and dumb is one of my strong suits and emotional at best. I love hard and react impulsively when I'm hurt at times. I don't think social media is a place to air out or hash out personal problems and a nigga feel hella WACK for doing it. So I AM APOLOGIZING I live in a glass house and the same shit that makes me great also is my curse. Everybody know I love that girl. I don't care how my image my look to the public because I'm still gonna be the best at what I do. I just want baby girl to know I apologize!"

During his infamous rant,  Chris accused Drake of hooking up with Karrueche behind his back. Well....Drake has denied this "affair."  Friends of Drake SHOT DOWN the accusations, telling TMZ, "Drake's an ass man. Think about it, all tse strippers he gets with ... the first out of his type was Rihanna."

HOWEVER, it is true that Kae traveled to Toronto to see Drake, but only in support of a friend who was actually hooking up with the "Champagne Papi."   We know Drake likes his strippers...and Kae does not fit the mold. 

Here's a good question, how is Karrueche dealing with the attack?

While Chris was in his feelings, Kae was in a bikini and sipping cocktails in Miami with friends. 

In fact, Kae seems to have turned her back on the whole situation. 

But there was one huge casualty in this war....Kae's Instagram account.  In the midst of the battle, her IG account was suspended.  Kae tweeted, "I did not delete my Instagram. I'm way too addicted. Soooooomeone reported my page as an impersonation and now it's disabled."

Hmm....we wonder if that "someone" was Chris (or a member of his team)? You'll recall that Blac Chyna's social media accounts were also hacked right after she and Tyga split up.  Why are these dudes so petty?

There’s an alleged sex tape involving Tameka Raymond and her ex-husband Usher being shopped around, but if you ask Tameka, she knows NOTHING about it!  Find out what she said on “The Real” inside…

There have been rumors circulating that an alleged sex tape starring Tameka Raymond and her ex-husband Usher is being shopped around...again.

According to previous reports, the “Good Kisser” singer had his car broken into (back in 2010) and the thieves stole two laptops, two video cameras and some jewelry. Apparently, on one of those laptops had a private sexual session involving the R&B singer and his then wife.

But Tameka claims she knows nothing about a sex tape. The “Atlanta Exes” star stopped by daytime talk show “The Real” to dish on this alleged sex tape. She told the ladies if there is a sex tape, it was made without her consent, alluding that a housekeeping worker (or an intruder) could have planted cameras in their bedroom to catch them in the act.

She said, “That was my husband. I trusted him but I mean we, we traveled a lot...I don't, I don't know if someone might of snuck in or housekeeping didn't have a camera set up you know so I don't know. I haven't seen it, so I don't know and no one's presented anything to me. So I don't know.”

This isn’t the first time the reality star has commented on this alleged sex tape. She revealed to TheYBF.com years ago she didn’t recall taping a sex session with her then husband.

Seattle Seahawks star Russell Wilson got blasted on Twitter for an "alleged" affair with a fellow NFL player's girlfriend.  More inside.  

Twitter is a messy playground for the broken hearted, and even the men of the NFL are vulnerable to heartache.  Earlier today, Detroit Lion tight end Joseph Jules Fauria put Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson on blast for having an "alleged" affair with his girlfriend.

While Russ has not responded to the accusation, one person who has thrown his hat in the ring is Brennan Clay. You'll recall that he accused Dallas Cowboys running back DeMarco Murray of having an affair with his wife.

Brennan responded to Joseph's tweet by offering some advice of his own, "Swerve on These...."

Over the weekend, Oprah held a special brunch in Santa Barbara to honor the civil rights leaders who helped pave the way. Also, President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama hosted a reception at the White House to honor the Kennedy Center honorees. Peep the pics inside….

Upcoming SELMA star and producer Oprah Winfrey pulled out the red carpet for many of the civil rights activists that dedicated their lives to the Civil Rights Movement.

Over the weekend, Oprah hosted a special brunch in Santa Barbara to celebrate the “Legends of SELMA” and civil rights pioneers who have paved the way. These brave African-Americans participated in marches from Selma to Montgomery, Alabama, which eventually led to the passage of the 1965 Voting Rights Act, following the passage of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.

And what better way to celebrate their efforts than to treat them to a day of fellowship and worship before the screening of the upcoming SELMA flick, chronicling the life of famed civil rights activist Martin Luther King, Jr.
 

"EXTRA" correspondent AJ Calloway came to honor the civil rights legends who came before him. And he brought his mother along with him as they caught a quick photo-op with the hostess with the mostest.

After AJ recited The Lord’s Prayer during the event, he caught up legendary actress Phylicia Rashad, iconic singer/songwriter Bill Withers and the fab Angela Bassett (who makes her directional debut in LIFETIME’s Whitney Houston biopic on Jan. 17th).

“News One Now” analyst Roland Martin and ABC series mastermind Shonda Rhimes were also on the scene.

“Instant Mom” actress Holly Robinson Peete and her husband Rodney Peete snapped it up with legendary civil rights activist and journalist Myrlie Evers-Williams.

Political strategist Donna Brazile and SELMA director Ava DuVernay were all smiles at the event.

Roland also caught an "us"sie with director George Lucas and his wife Mellody Hobson. Fab times!

President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama hosted a special reception for this year’s Kennedy Center honorees at the White House yesterday.

After suffering from a sore throat (caused by acid reflux) President Obama was all smiles as he welcomed the five Kennedy Center honorees during a reception before the big gala.
 

Our fashion forward First Lady looked gorgeous, per usual, in a blush Monique Lhuillier and Sutra jewels as she walked in holding hands with her husband.

Legendary musician Al Green was amongst the five honorees of the evening including rocker Sting, actor Tom Hanks, comedienne Lily Tomlin and ballerina Patricia McBride.

“The View” co-host Whoopi Goldberg took the podium to say a few words about the iconic singer. Notably, she said,“Al Green can caress a lyric like no one else.” Taking a break from his "UR Experience" tour, Usher was also in attendance. He was tapped to sing a rendition of Al’s classic hit “Let’s Stay Together”.
 

Our fave YBF ballerina Misty Copeland saluted ballerina Patricia McBride with a beautiful dance in her honor.

And Bruno Mars closed out the night with a medley of The Police hits "So Lonely", "Roxanne" and "Message in the Bottle". Nice!

Hip Hop mogul Sean "Diddy" Combs and Canadian-born rapper Drake reportedly came to blows outside of a Miami hotspot over the weekend.  Find out why inside...

The word on the street is that Diddy laid hands on Drake and sent him to hospital...real quick! We know you're wondering, what could possibly cause such a stir between those two?

According to Page Six, Diddy and Drake got into a fight outside of Liv at the Fontainebleau Hotel in Miami during DJ Khaled's birthday party. Sources on the ground claim the physical altercation stemmed from a "musical" misunderstanding.

The source said, “Drake and Diddy got into it outside the club. They were arguing over the rights to a song, and got into a physical fight. Diddy claimed that Drake was using music without the proper rights.”

DJ Sam Sneaker, (he's Rick Ross' offical DJ), watched the fight go down, so he posted his own "report", claiming the fight WAS NOT about Cassie and that Drake dislocated his shoulder!

Neither Diddy or Drake have commented about the fight on social media, but we imagine Drake will rap about it.

Last night, K. Michelle and all of her “rebels” took over Compound nightclub in Atlanta to celebrate her sophomore album.

Anybody Wanna Buy A Heart? is set to drop tomorrow. And to celebrate, she partied it up with her fans with a fun-filled night of dancing, sipping and singing.

Of course, she posed it up with some of her "rebels" for an "us"sie.

And even signed autographs throughout the night. Nice.

 The "Love Em All" singer has created a 6-minute mini movie for the visuals to her track "Something About The Night". In the Child Basquiat-directed clip K channels legendary jazz singer Billie Holiday in a 1940's jazz club as she battles alcoholism, a booming career and a controlling male counterpart. The full 6-minute mini movie will premiere Tuesday, December 9th on BET's "106 & Park" to coincide with the release of Anybody Wanna Buy A Heart?. Peep the video trailer above.

Since becoming “on-again”, “Basketball Wives L.A” star Draya and Dallas Cowboys cornerback Orlando Scandrick are doing what most couples do around the holidays…host a party!

Over the weekend, Draya and Orlando invited some of their closest friends and family for a night of holiday festivities, complete with an ugly Christmas sweater theme.
 

And as you can see, there were plenty of spirits to keep the party "lit".

Little Sadie is growing up so fast.  You'll recall the joy the couple expressed when they announced the birth of Sadie.  Now she's walking!  

In addition to his work in Hollywood and raising little Sadie, Jesse is one of the most vocal voices of his generation with respect to social activism.  He's been at the forefront when it comes to speaking out about injustice towards African Americans.

Nicki Minaj turns 32 today! And to celebrate, it was reported she nabbed the 2nd highest rated “Saturday Night Live” episode this season. Also, she’s gearing up for a European tour, set to kick off in March 2015. Deets inside…

Nicki Minaj is 32-years-old today. And to kick things off, it was announced today that Nicki's “Saturday Night Live” appearance (hosted by James Franco) boosted the shows' ratings a significant amount. So much so, it became the 2nd highest rated “SNL” episode of the season, following the highly rated Chris Rock/Prince episode. Nice!

The "Anaconda" raptress (known to have fun playing her own made-up characters) participated in a few skits which involved her impersonating the “Flawless” Beyonce in a Hip Hop Nativity scene. She also impersonated Kim Kardashian West for the Weekend Update segment. Nicki’s head was photoshopped on Kim’s nude Paper magazine cover as Nicki tried to explain how the photo was taken out of context.

After her skit appearances, she hit the stage to perform three tracks from her upcoming The Pinkprint album (Dec. 15th),"Bed of Lies", "Only" and her most personal offering yet, "All Things Go".
 

For her “Bed of Lies” performance with Syklar Grey, the booty-ful raptress slipped into a red crop top and red high-waisted pants by Alexander Wang, which she paired with a fly pair of Giuseppe Zanotti booties.

Apollo Nida has launched a new fitness program, whle Tasha Smith's husband is blasting her and her financial integrity.  More inside...

Maybe Phaedra Parks was inspired by Apollo Nida and that "hustler" mentality.  In spite of an eight-year jail stint, Apollo Nida is still building his empire.  While behind bars, Apollo launched a new workout movement called Nida Fitness 4%. According to the press release, the program points out that getting one hour of exercise a day is roughly only 4% of a person’s day, hence the tagline for the company: “It’s only 4%.”

Over on his website, he's selling waterproof USB wristbands with the tagline written on them and he promotes the movement through a few videos. Check it out.

In other news...

The split between Tasha Smith and her husband Keith Douglas just got nastier.  In previous posts, we revealed that they've EACH taken out restraining orders against one another. Now, Keith is publicly insulting Tasha's business practicies.  In an open letter to Woman Veteran Interactive, Keith tells the organization that Tasha backed out of a plan appearance for "personal" reasons and never planned to return their $12K deposit!  Here's his letter:

THE OPEN LETTER:

Dear Ginger,
Hope this letter finds you in good spirit and health. I would like to express these sincere words to you. I know you do not know me but character is more important than anything. I have been in the entertainment business for over 15 years. I have five grown children, three boys and two girls. I am not a Hollywood celebrity nor do I claim to be. I'm a proud and sincere father and mentor to many. In life your record speaks for you. I have never had any financial or money problems with anyone in this industry. I respect what people do especially you by dedicating your life, your time and your service towards people who are in need and we both know that although we live in one of the greatest countries in the world, there is extreme poverty out there in these streets for various reasons. I take those who serve our country in military, very seriously because they have put their lives on the line so people such as myself can enjoy the liberties and safe will because of them.

I would never take advantage of you or anyone else for personal gain and I hope that you would think so. It saddens me just to know that you got caught up in this drama between my wife and I. So, as a man I must personally apologize to you for such a great inconvenience. I just want to make a few points and my reason for making these points is because it was never about the money with my wife as well as I. When my wife reached out to you two days before your event, her reasons were because of "personal reasons" and that was exactly true. Those personal reasons were because of our domestic split and she probably wasn't in the best mood at that time which is clearly understandable. Although when you have an obligation, you must put behind personal reasons to fulfill your obligations. I have seen my wife on several occasions fulfill her movie obligations even when she was sick and tired but yet she showed character and fulfilled the role. But in this instance, I must speak the truth, she did not show character towards you and your organization. Keep in mind once again her reasons were for "personal reasons".

It was never mentioned to you that she wasnt coming "because she didn't get paid". Prior to her coming to your event, there was a domestic restraining order filed against her that was served. She was upset with me because of my actions and decided for some reason to tell your organization to come after me for repayment when she clearly knew that we had received your companies payments through paypal way before your event. She even acknowledged through text to me which was sent to Kimberly. So, although we are currently dealing with this matter in court, I will be sending you half of your repayment now and if my wife doesn't step up to the plate and send you the other half, I will be bringing this matter before the judge for full payment. Once I am reimbursed I will send you the remaining balance.

This letter that I am writing to you is an open letter because there is nothing to hide. Once again, I would hope that you would accept my sincere apologies for any hurt or inconvenience this has done to you and your organization personally.

Royals, meet the Royals.  Check out The Carters& Royal Couple link up at the Barclays Center Monday night for the Cavs vs. Nets game inside...

It was a majorly stary night in Brooklyn Monday as superstar LeBron James brought his Cavs to the Barclays Center t take on the Nets...in front of Beyoncé& Jay Z.  Oh, and the Duke & Duchess of Cambridge, Prince William and Princess Catherine (in a cute Tory Burch coat, which we're sure was a salute to American designers), decided to make this their first NBA game ever.

Of course, our American Royalty made it a point to go chit chat it up with the Royal Couple during a time out after halftime:

And, understandably, a frenzy ensued:

Beyonce walked away looking like THAT chick.

While LeBron put on a show, which ended up with the Nets losing 110-88, retired NBA legend turned Humanatarian Dikembe Mutombo shared popcorn and laughs with Kate & Wills courtside:

Ha!  Speaking of Humanatarian work, The Royals were guests of the NBA as the NBA recently announced a partnership with William’s United for Wildlife organization and a coach program.

How cute is this moment!  After the game, the Royals met LeBron, who gifted them cupcakes and two jerseys -- even one for baby Prince George.  Ha!

And Bron caught up with Yankees star pitcher CC Sabathia after the game as well.

By the way, the NBA stars didn't forget about the Eric Garner/Ferguson protests going on all around the country--even outside the Barclays Center doors at the time of the game.

LeBron and Kyrie Irving rocked "I Can't Breathe" tees during warm ups.

And Jay Z reportedly hand delivered tees to the Nets locker room.  So the fellas put the shirts on during warm ups as well.  Nice!

Earlier in the day, while William made a quick jaunt over to D.C. to chop it up with President Obama at The White House, Princess Kate visited Harlem's Northside Center for Child Development with First Lady of New York Chirlane McCray, wife of Mayor Bill Deblasio.  Sweet!

Yesterday, reports hit the net of VH1's "Hit The Floor" dancer Stephanine Moseley being killed in an apparent murder/suice allegedly at the hands of her estranged husband, Earl Hayes of Floyd Mayweather's The Money Team.

More details have surfaced, and the man at the center of their last domestic dispute is reportedly Trey Songz.  Deets inside....

As details emerge in the Hayes/Moseley murder-suicide, the details make the story that much more sad.  As previously reported, Floyd Mayweather says that he watched the murder-suicide on Facetime as Earl let him in on his murderous binge.  Floyd was unable to talk him down, but reports state Earl's accusations of Stephanie having an affair were at the root of the Earl's rage.

According to TMZ, Earl separated from Stephanie--who was a backup dancer for Chris Brown, Usher and others -- two years ago (however, the pic above was taken 8 months ago) after accusing her of sleeping with several male celebs.  The site reports:

They got back together but, as one friend put it, "He was crushed and never got over it." We're told he frequently brought up Songz.

After four  years of marriage, both Earl and Stephanie are dead after shots and screams rang out in their L.A. apartment.  SWAT Team found the two bodies.

And co-star Rob Riley spoke up about domestic violence and how to help Stephanie's family monetary necessities related to her death:

Uh oh!  Not everybody is feeling K. Michelle's booty-ful new pictures from her Anybody Wanna By A Heart album booklet.  She revealed a new pic today that has the internets in a tizzy...but there's a model who's screaming THIEF!  Find out why inside....

While K.Michelle s out about about doing promo for her brand new AWBAH album today, a model named Lady Tatyana is going IN on her about stealing her photoshoot idea.  Nope, K.Michelle wasn't the only person in the world with the idea to stick roses in her ass and call it art. 

Once K showed off pics from her album booklet this AM, a model named Lady Tatyana started going in and accusing K. of stealing her and her photographer's ideas!  And yes, she gave picture proof and is searching for legal ground to do something about the alleged idea theft:

We have a feeling we haven't heard the last of Lady Tatyana.  But what are your thoughts?  Is it possible K. simply saw the image floating around her Instagram feed with no knowledge as to who the originator was?  Should she have sought harder to find out?

Kanye West is constantly on the move these days.  But he may stop in one city long enough to receive his just announced BET Honors Visionary Award!  Deets inside...

Rapper Kanye West was spotted dressed in his usual all black while departing on a flight at LAX yesterday.  And we wonder if he was on the phone chatting about his big news just announced this morning.  

Host for the 2015 BET Honors, once again, is Wayne Brady.  And the talented tv host hit up "The Voe" this morning to announce next year's honorees.  Mr. West will be honored with the Visionary Award for his work, art, and contributions to the entertainment industry.  Nice!

Also honored with various awards for their excellence in their respective lanes: Usher, former and first black female Spelman College President Johnetta Cole, Microsoft CEO John W. Thompson, and legendary actress Phylicia Rashad.  Loves it!

Meanwhile, while he was this phone walking through the airport, Kanye refused to answer questions about his rumored rocky marriage to Kim Kardashian West. After spending a month apart, the pair had a dinner date in New York on Saturday.

K. Michelle’s album Anybody Wanna Buy A Heart? drops today. And this morning, she revealed on The Breakfast Club that she and Idris Elba were involved in an 8-month relationship and that her entire album is about the sexy British actor. This morning, the “Love Em All” singer hit up Power 105's The Breakfast Club to chop it up about her new musical offering and many other interesting things.

Known to keep it all the way real, K dropped a few nuggets during her talk with radio hosts Charlamagne and Angela Yee. She opened up about her failed relationship with No Good Deed star Idris Elba.

According to K, she was actually involved with the sexy British actor for 8 months after meeting at the Soul Train Awards! Who knew? She also confirmed her entire album tells the story of their quick romance. When asked if the entire album is about Idris she responded, “Yes, I’m not going to lie”.

Before she put the album together, she said she sent Idris all of the records she was planning to put on the album. She said he told her that he hates the place that they’re at with their current “situationship”, but he called her music a work of art.

During their romance, K revealed Idris told her that they were going to have a future together. But that all went out of the window once he got his wife(?)/make-up artist Naiyana Garth pregnant. Rather than getting in between this man and his family, she decided to walk away from the situation. We're still trying to do the math on when this alleged relationship went on being that he has been with Naiyana for atleast a year before they had the baby. Maybe K was playing the sidechick role? Or was she thinking the relationship was more than it really was...

But, according to the songstress, they didn’t end on bad terms because he didn’t necessarily do her dirty. She confirmed they will always have a creative bond (remember he directed her VH1 musical Rebellious Soul) and jokingly said she would still give him some. (Not mad!)  She believes if they had met at a different time they would probably be together now.

The “How Do You Know” singer also talked about her friend-turned-enemy Lil Kim, dubbing her as “Plastic Penny” (remember when Kim called her a bag of nuts? Ha!)

The “Maybe I Should Call” singer also talked about working on a new television series with Mona Scott-Young. On the show, K will be helping her fans catch their man cheating, after setting up decoys to see if they’ll bite. Sounds…right up her alley.

K also dished a bit about getting plastic surgery and liposuction. She said, “It’s my body, my money I can do what I want to do”. Well alright. Speaking of her body, a model named Lady Tatyana is accusing K of jacking her photoshoot ideas for the cover art of her AWBAH album. Get the receipts here.

In other K news....

On last night’s season finale episode of “K. Michelle: My Life” the R&B songstress met up with her son’s father Brian Bowman after not seeing him for five years, hoping to make peace with the man she was once in love with. So why hasn’t she seen the father of her child in five years?

Well, apparently Brian started dating one of her sorority sisters! The thing is, they weren’t actually a couple when he started dating her soror, but she still felt some type of way. She said she was very hurt and embarrassed after their break-up.

Brian tried to justify his wrongdoing by saying K dated one of his fraternity brothers, which K admitted to, but said she only did that because he started dating one of her sorors first.  Sih.

But for the sake of their son Chase, the two have put the past behind them and are working on a healthy friendship so that they can co-parent effectively. Brian is now married (possibly to K's sorority sister) and has daughter. Now K wants her son to start spending more time with his father and his sister. Peep their convo above.

Since giving birth to her baby boy Cree, “Instant Mom” actress Tia Mowry Hardrict has been all about living a healthier lifestyle. After totally committing to her new healthy lifestyle, she started her own organic herb and vegetable garden in her backyard.

Tia stays busy in the kitchen cooking up organic recipes for her son and husband Cory Hardrict. And now that she has her own garden, she’s picking her homegrown greens straight from her backyard.
 

The green thumb cutie led a tour of her green garden with lifestyle website How You Glow. And while showing her off all of her hard, green work, she offered up a few tips on how she’s maintaining her clean lifestyle.

Did you know “America’s Next Top Model” first male winner Keith Carlos once flexed his skills on the field in the NFL?  He went from the gridiron to the runway. Find out what he said about winning this year’s competition show and how he went from the field to flossing his sexiness in front of the camera and the runway…

Meet hottie Keith Carlos! He’s a former NFL wide receiver who played for the Philadelphia Eagles in 2011 and then later signed to the New York Giants. But after an injury in 2013, he was waived with an injury settlement and his football career came to an end.

Rather than try to re-enter the National Football League, Keith decided to try his hand at modeling, especially since he was always told he should be one. In an interview with Zap2it, he revealed how and why he decided to get into modeling:

"I've always been told I should model ... but I was so attached to football that I never really immersed myself into it. So once my career came to an end, I was like, 'I'm gonna do something different.' So I jumped into modeling and 'America's Next Top Model' is this huge platform and a great start, where I can get the international exposure that I need. So I decided to try it out and look what happened!"

The rookie runway walker signed on to appear on Cycle 21 of “America’s Next Top Model” and won! He was named the winner on December 5th. And it seems he’s uber excited over his accomplishment. He said,

"I was very surprised that I won because Will was such a strong model and Adam was so red-hot towards the end. The fact that I came through and pulled it out was very surprising for me."

Nice.

Since entering the modeling/fashion world, Keith admits it has allowed him to get more in touch with his emotional side, which in turn, helped him to perfect his modeling craft. He dished,

"I never really had to talk about how I felt before, but during confessionals or during our interviews, that was able to open me up and allow me to show some emotions," says Carlos. "As a football player, you're taught to be hard and blah blah, but you're not really taught to be emotional, as not emotional as far as sensitive.I learned by opening up with these emotions, I was able to get a better photo. That's what my mentors taught me. You gotta be able to model inside out because the film won't lie. The camera can pick up on your emotions, so you have to portray that character you're in in that moment."

So far, the budding model has walked in 2014 New York Fashion Week and has posed it up for GQ editorials. Now that the show has come to end, he’s ready to take over the modeling world (with the help of his agency Next Model Management) and working on "getting as many campaigns as possible."

He added,

"I'd like to walk in all the fashion shows I can -- New York, L.A., internationally. I'm looking everywhere to take this opportunity I have now and really make the most of it."
