Last night at The House of Blues Sunset Strip in West Hollywood, Chris Brown and Trey Songz hosted an event to make a special announcement (which they pretty much already announced months ago): They're going on the Between The Sheets Tour and it kicks off January 28th in the fellas' home state of Virginia.

The guys sat down with E! News host Terrence J to dish some details.  They're bringing their homie Tyga along for the 25-city tour, which wraps in March in Inglewood, CA.

Speaking of Breezy, he and Jhene Aiko are featured on a newly leaked Omarion track, leaked by Omarion himself.  Justin Credible premiered the "Post To Be" track on Power 106 last night, and it's all about how life is supposed to be on the West Coast.  The track will appear on O's upcoming album Sex Playlist, dropping 2015.

Bill Cosby and his social media team were publicly shamed on Twitter after #COSBYMEME went down a very dark road.  Watch as Twitter attacks "America's Dad" over past sexual abuse allegations inside...

Because the world has vastly changed since Bill Cosby's heyday on "I-Spy" and "The Cosby Show", perhaps someone in his family should explain to him that things can't be swept underneath rugs and tucked away...at least not anymore. 

A little backstory - back in 2006 (before people really knew how to utilize the power of social media) Bill Cosby settled a civil lawsuit filed by 32-year-old Andrea Constand, a former Temple University employee who claimed Bill drugged and sexually assaulted her in his Philadelphia-area mansion in 2004. Although the story made the cover of PEOPLE, it went away fairly quietly. But here's the thing, Andrea WAS NOT an isolated incident. In fact, there were 13 women involved in that civil suit (see Newsweek) and they each told similar stories of sexual abuse that stretched as far back as the 1970s.

Why aren't those allegations talked about more? That's up for discussion. But one thing's for sure, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and other modes of social media will no longer let the "elephant" in the room go unnoticed.

For some reason, someone in Bill Cosby's camp thought it'd be fun to allow "fans" to create their own Cosby memes (this was actually suggested and promoted on billcosby.com).  Although they expected this:

We doubt Bill Cosby actually uses Twitter.  This begs the question, was someone from his staff assigned the duty of telling him about the backlash....and did they show him any of these memes?  #awkward

Nate Parker was spotted promoting his film "Beyond The Lights" while Meagan Good and DeVon Franklin were spotted at LAX yesterday.  See the LA candids inside...

Beyond The Lights star Nate Parker was seen arriving at The Jimmy Kimmel Show in the LA area yesterday, where he promoted his new film which opens on Friday.

Nate, who arrived with who is reportedly his daughter (he has 3!), spoke exclusively to TheYBF.com a few weeks ago about Beyond The Lights, moving to Hollywood and his rags-to-riches story.  During our chat, he revealed that he had an agent within three days of his move...and his first gig within three months.  Since that time, he's never stopped working!

Meagan Good and her husband DeVon Franklin were seen arriving at (LAX) yesterday.

Meagan has been super busy over the past few months.  In addition to dealing with the nude hacking scandal, she recently directed the Halloween movie Dead Diaries Massacre which stars Karrueche Tran and “Gossip Girl” actress Yin Chang.

Meanwhile, Meagan's hubby is no slouch in the entertainment business either.

In addition to being a highly-sought after motivational speaker around the world, he recently starred as himself in the documentary Holy Spirit.  And he's also converted his post as senior vice president of production for Columbia Pictures into a first-look production deal with Sony.

Nicki Minaj is responding to the ishstorm of controversy she created this weekend with her lyric video for her new song "Only".  Check out her explanation inside...

The Anti-Defamation League (ADL) and plenty of people on social media had a huge problem with Nicki's new Jeff Osborne-directed lyric video for "Only".  There was plenty of Nazi propaganda throughout, which read as Nazi glorification.  To make matters worse, the lyric video was released on November 9th, the date that is believed to be the start of the Holocaust.

Abraham H. Foxman, ADL National Director and a Holocaust survivor, issued the following statement:

Nicki Minaj’s new video disturbingly evokes Third Reich propaganda and constitutes a new low for pop culture’s exploitation of Nazi symbolism. The irony should be lost on no one that this video debuted on the 76th anniversary of Kristallnacht, the “night of broken glass” pogrom that signaled the beginning of the Final Solution and the Holocaust.

It is troubling that no one among Minaj’s group of producers, publicists and managers raised a red flag about the use of such imagery before ushering the video into public release.

This video is insensitive to Holocaust survivors and a trivialization of the history of that era. The abuse of Nazi imagery is deeply disturbing and offensive to Jews and all those who can recall the sacrifices Americans and many others had to make as a result of Hitler’s Nazi juggernaut.

Ncki offered up this explanation today, saying the video wasn't her idea:

Hmmm.  Maybe one of the 25 conference calls per day, the ones Nicki claims she conducts so she can have control over her business, should have been with her homie A. Lucas.

The fact this video also came out on the same day as her hosting gig at the 2014 MTV EMAs casts a little shade on the genuineness of this simply being artistic work influenced by a cartoon.  It caused the controversy Nicki thrives off of, on the same day she was in front of millions of people across the world. 

We're not calling it a PR ploy, but...

[UPDATE] Nicki's director Jeff Osborne has put out his own statement, saying he stands by his work, which he confirms involves Nazi imagery, and asks 'What else is trending?':

“Before I start, be clear that these are my personal views and not the views of Nicki Minaj, Drake, Lil Wayne, Chris Brown, or Young Money.

First, I’m not apologizing for my work, nor will I dodge the immediate question. The flags, armbands, and gas mask (and perhaps my use of symmetry?) are all representative of Nazism.

But a majority of the recognizable models/symbols are American: MQ9 Reaper Drone, F22 Raptor, Sidewinder missile, security cameras, M60, SWAT uniform, General’s uniform, the Supreme court, and the Lincoln Memorial. What’s also American is the 1st Amendment, which I’ve unexpectedly succeeded in showing how we willfully squeeze ourselves out of that right every day.

Despite the fact heavy religious and economic themes were glossed over, there’s also Russian T-90 tanks, Belgian FN FAL, German mp5 (not manufactured until 1966), an Italian Ferrari, and a Vatican Pope.

As far as an explanation, I think its actually important to remind younger generations of atrocities that occurred in the past as a way to prevent them from happening in the future. And the most effective way of connecting with people today is through social media and pop culture. So if my work is misinterpreted because it’s not a sappy tearjerker, sorry I’m not sorry. What else is trending?”

Controversial rapper Nicki Minaj touched down at LAX in a fur coat after hosting the 20th annual 2014 MTV Europe Music Awards in Glasgow, Scotland.

Nicki arrived to a heap of controversy as her lyric video for "Only" was blasted for its Nazi-inspired imagery.  She responded to the controvery via Twitter saying te video concept wasn't her idea.  Oh...

In addition to Meagan Good & Devon Franklin and Nicki Minaj (above), Amber Rose was also at LAX draped in....a lot of clothing.

On the business front, taking on Nick Cannon as her manager seems to be working out well for the soon-to-be-divorcee.  She's always in and out of LAX...."working" it seems.

Joan Smalls, one of the world's reigning top models (and VOGUE covergirl) was spotted on the streets of NYC in a sexy black dress and showing some leg.  It's easy to see why Joan is one of the most sought after models in the fashion industry.

RHOA star Kenya Moore was seen leaving a taping of "Good Day New York" promoting the record ratings season of "RHOA" (and probably her new hair care line) in a white coat dress and knee-high grey boots.

In addition to promoting the 7th season of RHOA, Kenya is also one of the stars of "Celebrity Apprentice."  Hopefully, the new season will put to bed rumors about a big fight between Kenya and Vivica Fox that surfaced earlier this year.  We'll be tuned in...

Last night, Nia Long and her sons Massai Zhivago Dorsey II& Kez Sunday Udoka watched the San Antonio Spurs defeat the LA Clippers (89-85) at the Staples Center. Nia Long pulled a twofer that evening because the busy mom got cool points from her son s (for sitting them courtside) and she got to spend time with her boo, Ime Udoka, a former NBA player and now an assistant coach with the Spurs.  Ime is also Kez's father....and Kez is his mother's TWIN.

Singer Alicia Keys, who's expecting her second child with producer Swizz Beatz, appeared on "Live With Kelly & Michael" today to promote her children's book Blue Moon: From the Journals of Mama Mae and LeeLee (Mama Mae & Lee Lee).  It's the first volume in the series that she wrote AND illustrated the publication. Her second book in the series is called Mookey. According to the Amazon synopsis,

Blue Moon is an inspirational and magical tale of discovery created by Grammy Award-winning artist Alicia Keys, and was inspired by her childhood relationship with her own grandmother. Famed producer Rodney Jerkins is celebrating his 20th anniversary in the music business by recruiting new artists to cover some of his biggest hits. One of the first songs is a planned remake of the 1998 Monica and Brandy classic "The Boy Is Mine"....with Ariana Grande and Jessie J.  You read that right.

He'll also redo Whitney Houston’s“It’s Not Right But It’s Okay” with “Stay With Me” crooner Sam Smith. Sam is VERY excited about the project. During a talk with Hits Daily Double, Rodney relayed Sam's response saying:

“Sam told me [that] was the song that made him want to sing. When I asked him if he’d be a part of this project, he was like, ‘No one else can do that song but me!'

Alrighty then....are we all excited that some of R&B's greatest hits are getting the re-do by some of today's hottest (non-Black) artists? Maybe Rodney can recruit Justin Bieber to remake "Say My Name" or Taylor Swift for "He Wasn't Man Enough"?  Since we're going down this road and all...

Mind you, a judge in Texas awarded Deion FULL CUSTODY of the children so we don't know how these posts will play out in family court.  On the other side, Deion has not retaliated towards Pilar but he did post a subliminal tweet moments after Pilar's "police call" photo.  He said....

Singers Rihanna and Jennifer Hudson joined Jamie Foxx on the National Mall last night for a live concert honoring American Veterans.  See photos and video inside...

Last night, The National Mall in Washington D.C. served at the backdrop for the live HBO special The Concert for Valor, honoring Americans Veterans. The A-list talent on the evening's bill included Academy Award winners Jennifer Hudson and Jamie Foxx.

The evening began with Jennifer's rendition of "The Star Spangled Banner" followed by Jamie introducing a video message from President Obama who said, "These men and women volunteered for service, knowing they'd be sent into harm's way. Tonight, you'll hear their stories".

Throughout the evening, Americans veterans where honored with song tributes and videos created to highlight the many sacrifices they made. 

Later in the show, Jennifer returned to the stage to perform a cover of David Guetta's"Titanium" with "Bang Bang" sensation Jessie J.

Backstage, Jamie, who's starring in Annie (in theaters on December 19th), posed for a pic with Jessie J.  The Oscar-winner also covers the latest issue of ESSENCE. 

Rihanna hit the stage for perform her hit song "Diamonds."

The performance capped off a fun-filled visit to the nation's capitol where she stopped by The White House and posed for a few SCANDAL-styled photos. 

She tweeted, "I sincerely enjoy this and every moment I get to stop and show my respect and appreciation to our real life super heroes! You are the heart, the core and the future of this country and others! Taking a break from the studio, Ciara packed up her almost 6-month old son Future Jr. and trekked it to Bel-Bambini in West Hollywood yesterday.

CiCi and baby Future were on the hunt for some new designer clothes at the posh baby boutique to add to little Future’s already stylish wardrobe.
 

The 29-year-old singer kept it comfy in a pair of denim overalls and slip-on sneakers.

Usher was spotted taking a leisurely stroll with his girlfriend while as his legal team launched an investigation into an alleged sex tape starring the R&B crooner and ex-wife Tameka Raymond!  More inside...

Yesterday, Usher and his long-time girlfriend Grace Miguel began their morning with a stroll through Georgetown in Washington, D.C.  

Although Usher and Grace appeared graceful under pressure, the singer's legal team has mounted a investigation into a stolen sex tape starring the "Good Kisser" singer and his ex-wife Tameka Raymond.  According to TMZ, the tape was stolen from Usher's car in Atlanta back in 2010 along with 2 laptops, 2 video cameras and a million dollars in jewelry.

Apparently, someone has been shopping the tape (it was on one of the computers) around to various blogs and now Usher's legal team (led by Mark Geragos) is attempting to shut it down.

In happier news, fans of the crooner can access his latest single "Clueless" as the bottom-of-the-box prize in specially marked boxes of Honey Nut Cheerios (purchased at Walmart stores).  We admit it's an interesting marketing ploy but you'll recall that fans did not respond well when Ciara's team paired her Fantasy Ride disc with a KFC coupon. We're just saying...

“For Better Or Worse” star Tasha Smith has responded to her estranged husband's restraining order by filing her own court documents!  Read  Tasha's claims of abuse inside...

A few days ago, we gagged when Keith Douglas filed a restraining order against his wife of 4 years, Addicted star Tasha Smith, claiming she'd threatened to kill or harm him on multiple occasions.  Now....Tasha, who also stars on OWN's "For Better Or Worse" has filed her own court docs with similar allegations.

In HER documents (as reported by TMZ), Tasha alleges that Keith has flown into jealous rages, calling her a "f***ing d**e" and accusing her of sleeping with women! She says, "When he's in a rage, I feel that he is capable of killing me."  Tasha also offered to call in some of her famous friends, including Tisha Campbell Martin, to validate her claims of abuse.

SMH...since both Tasha and Keith vehemently deny the allegations brought against them, we suspect this issue will need lots of legal mediation. We will keep you posted....

Last night, the first screening of the upcoming civil rights film Selma was held in Hollywood. And of course, many of the cast and the behind-the-scenes folks of the film were in attendance. See pics of Oprah, Common, Tessa Thompson, Davis Oyelowo and more inside….

A brand new movie chronicling the life of civil rights activist Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. is coming to the silver screen real soon. And before it hits theaters, the first screening of SELMA was held during the 2014 AFI Fest at the Egyptian Theatre in Hollywood yesterday. It brought out many of the YBF actors/actress who star in the film and those who helped create the motion picture.  

Chi-town rapper Common, who plays James Bevel, and all his sexiness hit the red carpet for the first preview of the film.

Common’s character led the monumental 1963 March on Washington and the 1965 Selma Voting Rights Movement. The epic march from Selma to Montgomery culminated in President Johnson signing the Voting Rights Act of 1965, one of the most significant victories for the civil rights movement.

Dear White People star Tessa Thompson got fierce for last night’s event in a white tailored tux look. The YBF chick will star as founding member of the Student Nonviolent Coordinating Committee, Diane Nash.

Diane played a key role in bringing Dr. King to Montgomery, AL, in support of the Freedom Riders. She also played a major role in the Birmingham de-segregation campaign of 1963 and the 1965 Selma Voting Rights Campaign.

Selma director Ava DuVernay looked gorge on the red carpet. Initially, the screening was only for 30 minutes of the film but at the last minute, Ava decided to show the entire film to the audience.  She received a standing ovation.

She took to Twitter and tweeted, "So, @Oprah. I think I want to show the whole film. Not just a 30 minute preview. Why wait, right? Let's DO this! Hot off the presses! Yes?” Oprah responded,“@AVAETC I always thought that was why you were working 20hr days to show the WHOLE film. Congratulations” Nice!

Actor David Oyelowo brought his wife Jessica along as his date for the first screening of the film. David was tapped to portray Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.

While onstage during a Q&A session after the film, the British actor spoke about receiving the powerful role of Dr. MLK. He said,

“Very soon after my wife and I moved to this country, I was told from above that I would play this role on the 24th of July, 2007,” Oyelowo said, prompting a few audience gasps. “I couldn’t believe it, so I wrote it down.” There was a snag in God’s casting plan, though. “The director [of the project] at the time did not agree with that higher power,” the actor revealed. Seven years later, though, after DuVernay was brought on board to direct, he finally fulfilled this prophesy. “A process of my birth, my experiences, my faith, time, and these incredible people led me to this moment.”

Luckily for him, he had Oprah (whom he worked with on The Butler) in his corner, championing him for the role.

“Soul Man” actress Niecy Nash (who graces the pages of the newest Playboy magazine) worked the carpet in an all black everything look. And we’re feelin’ it.

The relationship book author was joined on the carpet by her electrical engineer husband Jay Tucker.

Niecy plays civil rights heroine Richie Jean Jackson, wife of Dr. Sullivan Jackson (played by Kent Faulcon). Richie offered her home as a safe haven for MLK and other activists during protests and demonstrations.

Oprah, David and Ava stopped for a photo-op during the screening.

And after the showing of the film, the Selma cast and production staff took the stage for a Q& A session. Exectuive producer Oprah dished on finally deciding David was the man for the MLK role saying,

“David and I became fast friends when [we] did The Butler together,” Winfrey told the audience, “and he told me that [playing Martin Luther King Jr.] had been his dream for a very long time. He showed me a tape that [he had made of himself in character as King]. I saw that tape and I said, ‘Yeah, I can see King in you. It's not quite there, but I can see it's on it’s way there. And I want to do whatever I can do to help you get there. That's what got me to say yes.”

Afterwards, Lady O greeted eager fans and handed out autographs.

Fab times. Selma is expected to hit theaters Jan. 9th.

A third person involved in the glass-shattering brawl between "Blood, Sweat & Heels" stars Geneva Thomas and Meylssa Ford is speaking out about the fight.  Find out whom she blames inside...

Fans of BRAVO's "Blood, Sweat & Heels" haven't met 36-year-old Arzo Anwar, the show's newest castmember, but she's ALREADY involved in one of the show's biggest storylines (the brawl between castmates Geneva Thomas and Meylssa Ford).

Arzo, a Stylist/Fashion designer and owner of Blend Showroom in the NYC's fashion district released a statement to TheYBF.com explaining HER side of the dispute and placing the blame on Geneva. She told us,

"I think Geneva forgets this was all being taped. I never initiated or was I the aggressor in any kind of fight with Geneva. Her accusations are false. I'm a business woman and our show is about career women and empowerment. All I can say is it was a very unfortunate evening. Things played out very unexpectedly as we were taping an episode of our show when Geneva assaulted another cast member and my long time friend Melyssa Ford."

BOOM!  Well...you'll recall that Geneva filed a $25 Million lawsuit against Meylssa, claiming that she'd been framed! It will be interesting to watch this play out once the new season begin.  Until then, we'll keep you posted.

Alicia Keys and her growing bump glowed on the “Wendy Williams Show” this morning as she gushed about becoming a mother for the 2nd time and her new children’s book. Also, Ashanti joined the ladies on “The View” to co-host this morning. More inside….

For some, pregnancy can sometimes slow down a mom-on-the move. But that doesn’t seem to hold true for R&B singer Alicia Keys.

As she approaches her due date, Alicia Keys (above in her Haze Collection shades and gold AK for Reebok kicks) has been busy on the red carpet and the promo circuit, proving that pregnancy will not keep her from the grind. Recently, the “We Are Here” singer hosted a huge charity event, Keep A Child Alive 11th annual Black Ball, with a star studded guest list including Kanye West, Aretha Franklin, Madonna, Nas, Clive Davis and many others. And this past Sunday, she hit the stage to perform her inspirational track “We Are Here” at the 2014 MTV EMAs.

Now…the Grammy Award winner is making her press rounds to promote her newly released children’s bookBlue Moon: From the Journals of Mama Mae and LeeLee. Alicia stopped by the “Wendy Williams Show” this morning to talk about her first published children’s book. She shared the the characters Mama Mae and LeeLee are loosely based on her relationship with her own grandmother and her new book also includes an accompanying app.

During the interview, Alicia gushed of motherhood for the 2nd time. Her 4-year-old son Egypt is ecstatic that he’s about to be a big brother and her husband Swizz Beatz is equally excited about the upcoming arrival of their new bundle of joy. She confirmed her due date is the end of December, so there’s a possibility for a New Year’s Eve baby!

So is it a boy or a girl? Alicia is not telling! She revealed she and Swizz know the sex of the baby, but are keeping it under wraps…for now. Can we expect a new addition after the birth of baby #2? She answered, “I’m not sure, I think we should get through this one first.”

Wendy tried to get squeeze some tea out of Alicia by asking her about Swizz’s ex-wife Mashonda joining them in St. Barts during a family vacay this summer. Alicia simply answered, “I think it’s about the kids.”

True indeed.

And on another daytime talkshow....

Ashanti glammed it up in a colbalt blue Michael Costello dress and Valentino heels for a guest appearance on ABC’s daytime talkshow “The View” to co-host alongside Whoopi Goldberg, Rosie Perez and Nicolle Wallace this morning (filling in Rosie O’Donnell’s spot).

The “Early In The Morning” singer made sure to put her best face forward before she hit the set with the ladies.

Once on the set, the ladies started talking about former president George W. Bush. Ashanti reflected on a time she went to the White House to sing for Christmas and was shocked to learn President Bush knew her by name! She said as she walked in President Bush said, “Hey Ashanti! My daughters have your CDs.” She was totally caught off guard because she had no idea the president knew who she was.

During another “hot topic”, the ladies were discussing the world’s first artificially intelligent vibrator. Physicists have designed a vibrator that uses motion sensors to learn what works for you. Ashanti chimes in“Where’s mine?!” Ha!

In entertainment news, Beyonce popped up as a "category" on the hit tv show "Jeopardy" while ABT soloist Misty Copeland is set to make her debut in "Swan Lake" with the Washington Ballet.  More inside...

As if we needed any further proof that she ran the world, Beyonce recently popped as a category during last night’s episode of “Jeopardy!” as a part of their annual “Tournament of Champions.”  The answers included Destiny’s Child, Blue Ivy, Cadillac Records, “Single Ladies,” and “Drunk in Love” for $1000. 

In other Bey related news, she'll release the Platinum Edition of her self-titled album with two new songs, “7/11″ and “Ring Off,” plus four new and unreleased remixes on Monday, November 24th.

In other entertainment news....

Misty Copeland, who first rose to national recognition when she became a soloist with the American Ballet Theatre in 2007, is still a trailblazing force within the world of professional ballet. With multiple beauty ads and magazine covers under her belt, Misty's latest feat will take her straight to the nation's capitol.

On Instagram she revealed that she"...is set to make her American debut in “Swan Lake” with the Washington Ballet in April 2015 with Washington Ballet’s Brooklyn Mack as her partner and love interest, Prince Siegfried. Mack is also African American, and the two will effectively shatter the all-white stereotype of “Swan Lake,” the most traditional of ballets."

Naturally, people are very excited about this ground-breaking feat in casting. Washington Ballet Artistic Director Septime Webre said,

"I’ve been a fan of Misty’s for years. There’s a freshness and newness that she brings to what she’s doing, and with the attention that she’s receiving now, it’s an exciting moment. To give her the opportunity to dance her first ‘Swan Lake’ in the U.S. this spring, and to pair her with Brooklyn Mack, questions some notions about who should be dancing principal roles in classical ballet.

Septime added, “Having two African Americans dancing together seems to provide a fresh take on this classic while challenging traditional notions of what a ballerina and principal male dancer should look like in the classical canon.”

If you're interesting in seeing the historical debut of Misty and Brooklyn, their opening-night performance with the Washington Ballet is slated for April 9 at the Eisenhower Theater.

The highly anticipated Lifetime biopicAaliyah: The Princess of R&B biopic will debut on November 15th at 8/7c, and ahead of its premiere date, we have a sneak peek.  The film stars Alexandra Shipp as Aaliyah and Wendy Williams is on board as executive producer. Wendy said,

“As promised you will see how she meets R. Kelly, what her father and mother’s reaction was to R. Kelly, when it ends with R. Kelly, how she moves on to Dame Dash.But what you won’t see if the plane crash. I just thought that was distasteful.”

Good news for the peach-holding ladies of RHOA, the Season 7 debut of The Real Housewives Of Atlanta delivered Bravo’s highest-rated season premiere in the network’s than 30-year history with 3.8 million viewers and 2.2 million adults 18-49. Those numbers are up 23% and 24 % in terms of total viewers and the demo.  Congrats!

Brooklyn rapper Fabolous returned to his old stomping grounds for the launch of new label Rocawear BLAK, which Fab stars in the brand’s 2014 holiday ad campaign.

Fab and his designer kicks were on hand at Macy’s downtown Brooklyn to sign autographs for fans as the face of the new revamped version of the famed brand.
 

The fashion head and sneaker collector said becoming the face of the brand was easily a “no-brainer”. He dished, “When I was asked to be a part of the Rocawear BLAK campaign, it was a no brainer for me. I’m all about being authentic and that is what this brand stands for,” said Fabolous. “The Rocawear BLAK collection has a fresh point-of-view and I’m excited to be a part of it.”

Fab and the store manager Mr. Brock took a moment to shake hands.

And in new music....

Rick Ross is gearing up to release his seventh studio album Hood Billionaire (Nov. 24th). And for his newest offering, he released a track featuring Jay Z titled “Movin’ Bass”.  Rozay and Hov collaborate on the Timbaland-produced track, which marks Ross and Jay’s seventh joint single. The MMG honcho is literally disappearing right before our eyes. Thanks to sweating it out in the gym with CrossFit exercises (which he has dubbed RossFit) and maintaining a balanced diet with meals prepared by his chef Amaris Jones, Ross is steadily on his way to a totally fit life. Sad news for “Married to Medicine” star Mariah Huq and her husband Dr. Aydin Huq. Unfortunately, she suffered a miscarriage while carrying their twins. More inside….

Mariah Huq, star of BRAVO’s “Married To Medicine”, has unfortunately suffered a major life changing blow. According to a post made by her husband Dr. Aydin Huq, Mariah apparently suffered a miscarriage, losing the twins she excitedly announced she was expecting on social media weeks ago.

About a month prior, Mariah posted (and then deleted for whatever reason) an annoucement to her Instagram that she was pregnant with twins. Sadly, she lost them due to a miscarriage. Yesterday, her husband Dr. Huq took to his Facebook and posted a collage of pictures of he and his wife in the hospital and a message, personally thanking family and friends for their well wishes during a what he called a trying time. He wrote,

Thank you for all your well wishes on our pregnancy. It is with heavy hearts that we must announce that we have miscarried. This is by far one of the hardest things that either of us have had to go through, and we are truly saddened by this double loss. We ask that you keep our entire family lifted in prayer, and Mariah a speedy recovery.

Mariah and Dr. Aydin have a son and daughter together, seen above dressed as the Incedibles for Halloween. Too cute.

Dr. Huq also took to his Instagram and issued a separate thank-you message, thanking the hospital staff and family. He wrote:
