Finally, some good news for Sherri Shepherd. In one of the TWO court battles she’s currently involved in, a judge has rejected her ex-husband Jeffrey Tarpley's petition for custody of their nine-year-old son. Deets inside…

They say when it rains, it pours. BUT…after the rain comes the rainbow.

“The View” co-host Sherri Shepherd can cross one major thing off of her significantly important to-do list. And that’s to keep custody of her nine-year-old son, Jeffrey (above).

On Monday, Sherri and her ex-husband Jeffrey Tarpley appeared in Los Angeles Superior Court for a hearing to establish who would be awarded physical custody of their son. Luckily for the talk show host, her ex-husband’s petition for temporary custody was denied and their son will remain with his mother.

According to court documents obtained by PEOPLE, Judge Michelle Williams ruled against Tarpley's request, citing that "there has not been a material change in circumstances.”

Sherri’s ex-husband filed the petition after making claims that she is a “horrible mother” and her hectic work schedule was causing her to neglect their son's needs. Nice Try.

After court, Sherri thanked all her supporters for their continued support and prayers tweeting:

Keep the prayers coming... Still got more battles - please judge me by my character and not from the tabloids who are having a slow news day

(or his look alike) is turned away from her in bed...then disappears.  Then Tiny, in her satin robe and bra, starts singing in the mirror:

Lebron James apologized for causing a neighborhood traffic jam buy sending neighbors a box of cupcakes!  Get the story behind his good deed inside and watch he and Savannah cheer on LeBron Jr. at a tournament.   

Since announcing his decision to leave Miami and return to Cleveland, reporters and news crews have been camped out LeBron's ritzy neighborhood.  The ensuing interest has created so much traffic that LBJ apologized...with a box of cupcakes.  

The card sent to neighbors was posted on DJ Envy's site, reading:

We came across a cute video of LeBron and Savannah cheering on LeBron Jr as he played for the Miami City Ballers in the AAU Fourth Grade Division I national championship tournament. The game was held this past weekend at Kentucky Basketball Academy in Lexington, Ky.

FYI - "Bronny" score 11 points, helping his squad top the Mississippi club DMG, 51-46. We guess he's a chip off the old block.

Zoe Saldana has finally confirmed what we called out almost a month ago--she's expecting her first child!  Deets inside...

After showing up to her Guardians of the Galaxy premiere this week with an obvious baby bump, Zoe Saldana can no longer hide the fact that she's expecting.  So her rep confirmed today that the 36-year-old movie star is indeed pregnant with her and husband Marco Perego's first child!

The fab mom-to-be graces the cover of The Hollywood Reporter's August 2014 issue. Her publicist confirmed the news to THR after the undeniable baby bump pics surfaced this week.

Back in In June, we posted a series of pics over on our Instagram (follow us HERE) putting Avatar actress Zoe Saldana on Preggers Watch.  And we posted her growing belly over the last few weeks with raised eyebrows.  And, as always, we were correct.

Well, that's one way to promote a movie that looks like a flop waiting to happen.  Zoe has remained mum about the news on her own social media accounts, and posted these hide-my-bump pics from this week's premiere:

Well here's some WTF material to carry us through the day.  Naya Rivera, Big Sean's ex-fiance, is now MARRIED to someone else.  Plus, Snow White Charlize Theron insults our fave twin Tia Mowry.  Deets inside...

So....three months after rapper Big Sean and Naya Rivera ended their engagement (and it was a messy end), chick went and got married to someone else.  Not engaged, MARRIED.  And had the black & white wedding photo prepped and ready to happily hand over to People magazine this morning.

After pics surfaced of the "Glee" actress and actor Ryan Dorsey boo'd up in Cabo this weekend, Naya's rep confirmed today that the twosome were actually there to get MARRIED.

About their Mexican nuptials, the couple told the magazine:

"We feel truly blessed to be joined as husband and wife.  Our special day was fated and everything we could have ever asked for."

To go from dating to engaged to broken up to MARRIED to someone else...all in the matter of about a year....is many, many things.  Some may some thirsty, some may say...other things.

In other news, "Instant Mom" star Tia Mowry is spilling the tea about how much of a mean girl actress and Dior face Charlize Theron can be.  She revealed to In Touch about Charlize Theron:

“She wasn’t very nice to me.  I said ‘Hi,’ and she actually rolled her eyes and said, ‘Oh my God.’”

While Tia tells the mag that she understands that anyone can be caught on a bad day, the exchange was still a disappointment. “I wasn’t over-the-top. I know how to approach another celebrity,” she adds. “Charlize was just mean. I’m just being honest.”

If this is true, and the Mowry girls are the last folks to makeup lies, get your entire life Charlize.  You better respect and recognize YBF twin royalty...

Pharrell Williams has just released the visuals for his single “Come Get It Bae,” from his chart-topping album G I R L.

The Luis Cerveró-directed clip seems to have used the same concept from Pharrell’s video “Marilyn Monroe”.....an array of women of different races showing off their dance moves. And guess who makes a cameo? Miley Cyrus. She lends her vocals to the song and dances around with P in the video. Celebrity choreographer/music video director Fatima Robinson also graces us with her presence.

Lauryn Hill had to flex on a fan after he tried to heckle her for being late at a Chicago performance. Also, comedian Jay Pharoah made a parody of Usher’s“Good Kisser” with his rendition, “Bad Kisser.” Peep the funnies inside….

You definitely don’t come for L-Boogie and think you won’t suffer the consequences.

One fan learned the hard way after Lauryn Hill had him escorted out of House of Blues in Chicago last week. Ms. Hill was tapped to take the stage at 10:30pm before a sold-out show. So why did a paying fan heckle L-Boogie? Well...she was late (which she does from time-to-time) and didn’t hit the stage until 11:20. And some fans were pissed.

Sources tell TMZ her opening song sucked and that’s when a fan started to call her out on it. This set Lauryn off and she went into a rant before having security escort the man out.

She said,

“I do this because I love it, not because I owe you anything. You can get on the blogs, you can tweet and you can say whatever you want to…I don’t give a rat’s a**! I do this because I love it. Give that man his money back. Security…security…”

Ha!

Sources also say L-Boogie gave a lousy performance and saw a line at the box office for a refund. Sound familar?

Outside of her memoir, highly-publicized Oprah interview and the antics of estranged-granddaughter Bobbi Kristina, Cissy Houston has remained out of the spotlight since the death of her daughter Whitney Houston...until now.  

Thanks to Lifetime (and director Angela Bassett), Cissy has been forced to speak out on behalf of the Houston estate, and they are not pleased that yet again, Whitney's life is being dissected by "continuing misinformation and comments offered by people who did not know her."  In an exclusive to ET, Cissy spoke against the upcoming biopic saying,

"Lifetime has chosen to go ahead with the movie about Whitney in spite of my family's objections. No one connected with this movie knew Whitney or anything about her relationship with Bobby," she said in a statement to ET. "In the two years since Whitney's death, many people have stepped forward to speak about their close relationship with her. I find it difficult to believe people who knew and supposedly loved her would participate in a movie about her done by folks who didn't know her. We are exhausted by the continuing misinformation and comments offered by people who did not know her. Please please let her rest."

Seems the Harris household would rather put their true feelings on wax instead of discussing their issues behind closed doors. T.I. has released a new track titled “Stay” featuring singer Victoria Monet, likely a new track from his upcoming album Paperwork. 

On the track, the Kang of the South raps about going to the ends of the earth for his woman and hopes they can eventually get it right. Clearly, this track was written for Tiny.

He raps:

“Man after everything we will never be the same/ Man I’m tired of tellin’ lies, know you sick of playin’ games/ I remember you got a tattoo, put my name on it.”

“Shawty, I’d die, kill for ya if you keep it real / Go to jail, even if I got to kneel, I will.”

Doesn’t look like a reconciliation is in the future for high school sweethearts Robin Thicke and Paula Patton. Even after all of his begging, pleading and breaking down on stage to get her back.

It was reported the couple could have possibly been working on a “re-coupling” but now it’s being reported that they have put their Hollywood Hills mansion up for sale. Huge bump in the road...

According to the Hollywood Reporter, the three bedroom, three-and-a-half bathroom home on the exclusive Bird Streets has been listed for $2.985 million. The home was passed down to Robin in 2005 after his father Alan Thicke purchased it in the ‘90s.

This news comes five months after the couple announced they were splitting. Guess an album named after her (and every song dedicated to her) just wasn’t enough….

Hot mama Jennifer Hudson waved at photographers as she arrived at LAX, fresh off a flight from Dallas, Texas yesterday. Looking super fit in a longline blazer, a black t-shirt and leggings, JHud explained to Weight Watchers' digital magazine Momfeeds that she's passing on her healthy eating habits to her son David Jr. "What I've realized is that the secret ingredient to teaching my son anything is fun. By taking some of the things that I've learned from my own experiences, and wrapping them up in a whole lot of fun, I'm making the healthy choice the easy choice."

"One of my favorite tricks is the fruit bowl. In fact, when I travel for work…I make sure that there's a fruit bowl waiting for us at the hotel," she said. "It's good for me because I always have a healthy snack available, but it's even better for David Jr. because, unlike me, he doesn't even think about the chips and candy bars in the vending machine down the hall."

Regina King is officially the hardest working woman in Hollywood.  Get the deets on her three gigs inside and find out when The Best Man Wedding will hit the silver screen next year.

Regina King is grinding away in Hollywood.  The Oscar-nominated actress has three high-profile gigs lined up that are going to make a her a force to reckon with in Tinsel Town.  First, she'll return to CBS' "The Big Bang Theory" to reprise her role as the university's director of human resources. "BBT" is one of the most watched comedies in America and is syndicated internationally. It's a HUGE look for Regina.

Next, she's been tapped to direct Kerry Washington and the rest of the Gladiators for the 16th episode of "Scandal."

And in perhaps her biggest feat, she's signed on for the ABC drama "American Crime." According to THR, "American Crime" will star , Timothy Hutton and Felicity Huffman and explore the personal lives of the players involved in a racially charged trial. Regina will appear in 7-episodes as "the devoutly religious sister of Carter who comes to Modesto in order to help her brother navigate a judicial system that she believes is stacked against him."

After her 7-spisode run, Regina has an option for two additional installments.

We have some positive news to share! Beyonce personally invited a group of teens from North Texas to her “On The Run” stop in Dallas yesterday…for free! Also, Dwyane Wade hosted his Wade’s World Foundation (WWF) dinner in his hometown. Deets and pics inside…

One hundred (yes...100) lucky North Texas teens were awarded the time of their life after Beyonce personally invited them to her and Jay Z’s joint “On The Run” performance at AT&T stadium on Tuesday.

Dozens of teens involved with a non-profit organization called “Hanna 4 Hope” received an email inviting them to the show as Yonce’s special guests. “Hanna 4 Hope” was started after 15-year-old Hanna Clark took her own life. The charity has provided resources to help the teens who were affected by their friend's suicide and gives them a safe haven to discuss issues they are facing in their own lives.

After months of tears and heartache, the teens finally had a reason to smile. Awww.

As Bey and Jay make their stop on their tour, she has been donating tickets to her shows to local charities. Bey’s camp randomly select organizations that spread positive messages to teens to give free tickets to. Nice!

Last night, Miami Heat superstar Dwyane Wade hosted the Wade's World Foundation Dinner at Chicago Cut Steakhouse in his hometown of Chicago. And look who came out to show his support…Rev. Jesse Jackson Sr!

WWF provides support to community-based organizations that promote education, health and social skills for children in at-risk situations.

“I can’t just let basketball define who I am and what I am supposed to become,” said Wade. “Like my mother always tells me, ‘[My life] is bigger than basketball.’”
 

Also showing their support, Chairman of JPC (publisher of EBONY and JET magazines) Linda Johnson Rice posed it up on the carpet with D. Wade.

D. Wade held up a student’s artwork posing alongside President/Publisher of Michigan Avenue Magazine Dan Uslan and his sister/ President of Wade's World Foundation Tragil Wade. In Tragil joined the organization in 2007, she has raised $3.2 million dollars while implementing new programming and also expanding the foundation's global reach through outreach.

Mr. Grey summoned Beyonce to his office and had her singing a new tune...or at least a new version of her modern classic.  Mrs. Carter recorded a new version of “Crazy In Love" for the first trailer for FIFTY SHADES OF GREY, which stars Jamie Dornan and Dakota Johnson.  It's unclear whether the song will also appear on the frisky movie's soundtrack, but we can't imagine why it wouldn't.

The reality star/singer is currently gearing up to go on tour for her musical, “A Mothers Love.” The tour kicks off Labor Day weekend in Columbus, GA and will end in New York on December 1st. Kandi said this about her new endeavor,

Lil Scrappy's family vacay with Emani and Momma D turned sour because of some allegedly racist employees at a Nickelodeon resort. Watch the tape inside and see Common and Jhene Aiko performing "Blak Majik."

You can't mess with folks kids! "LAHH ATL" star Lil Scrappy was captured confronting a Nickelodeon Suites Resort employee in Orlando after she allegedly passed over his daughter Emani during a show.

Momma D (also shown in the tape trying to calm the Prince down) told TMZ the Scrappy was upset because the staff kept skipping over his daughter and other black kids. SIBEBAR: This ish isn't too far fetched as a Black family sued Disneyland last year after one of the "characters" refused to hug the Black kids.

In the tape, you'll see Momma D AND Emani stepping in to calm Scrappy down.  Momma D says Scrappy told the host"You need to pick my daughter. This is some racist-ass s**t."  And get this....the person shooting the video told TMZ that they AGREED with Scrappy!

A rep for the resort told TMZ that they don't discriminate on race, color, religion, sex, or national origin..... and that Scrappy's daughter did participate in the show. Umm hmmm.

“Cold Case” singer Elle Varner also hit the red carpet looking fab in her LBD and pinned up curls.

Elle caught up with singer Daisha (in an interesting ensemble) on the carpet, throwing up the peace sign. Wonder if she and K. Michelle are playing nice now since Meek Mill is behind bars….

Mariah Carey and her little black dress, Vivica Fox and more were on the red carpet for the Hercules movie premiere in Hollywood last night.  Check the pics inside....

MiMi threw on her little black dress to show off those curves at the premiere Of Paramount Pictures' "Hercules" at TCL Chinese Theatre.  And after congratulating Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson on his big new role as the Greek god, she hit posed it up all over the caprpet in her usual style.

She was spotted being whisked down the carpet in her white heels by good riend and business associate Kevin Liles:

Good to see her out of her hot tub and dressed on a carpet.  She was there to cheer on her homie and producer of the movie, Brett Ratner.  She tweeted:

“A+++mazing movie !!!!! @HerculesMovie @BrettRatner".

Vivica Fox was there keeping it fun and flirty:

Eddie Murphy brought his young girlfriend Paige in the mix.

And The Rock also had a pretty young date--his daughter Simone.  Fom Hercules to daddy.  Sweet!

Matt, who's still owed about $114 million through 2019 on his Dodgers contract, is in talks for a trade. So far, The Red Sox, Indians, Mariners and Rangers have all shown interest.  No matter where he goes....he's got a reason smile.

You'll recall that Chanel is allegedly engaged to rapper A$AP Rocky, but doesn't she look all cute with Matt too?  Hmmm...

The fall 2014 campaign is dubbed “Exclusively Styled” and features "Fashion Police" star George Kotsiopoulos as the brand’s style editor and curator of the shoot.

Zoe Saldana's maternity wear is slaying across the pond. She's in London for the premiere of her flick Guardians Of The Galaxy, and she chose a 2015 Valentino Resort printed gown for today's PR festivities.

Earlier today, just one day after she confirmed she's pregnant, E! News reported that Zoe's expecting TWINS! "She's thrilled!" an insider says.  Congrats Zoe!
