The Other Woman, which co-stars Nicki  Minaj with leading ladies Cameron Diaz, Kate Upton and Leslie Mann, hits theaters April 25th.

Apollo Nida has been caught up in yet another alleged scheme--this time involving a charity.  He struck back against the organization who accused him of attempting to scam them for money.

Radar Online reports that Chase DeCarlo of Dio Bambini reached out to Apollo to host a charity event in Chicago, which would be for battered women and children. 

Apparently, Apollo asked for a $2K appearance fee, some of which he felt he contractually should have received up front.  However, Dio Bambini says they were “feeling really leery” about giving the "RHOA" star a deposit for the event, since it was scheduled to take place weeks after Apollo’s impending court date.  DeCarlo said Apollo was “pressuring me to book him.”

While some folks are asking why a charity organization would want a convicted felon affiliated with their event in the first place, Dio Bambini claims to Radar that Apollo was trying to stick them for their paper:

“At first I thought he would do it for free,” DeCarlo says. “His people were saying … he wouldn’t mind appearing.”

DeCarlo says, “At first it was like, ‘Ok, I’ll do it for $2,000.’” Then, DeCarlo says he bargained him down to “about $1,200. It’s still a lot, but we’re still in discussion. He just sent me a contract for $2,000!”

“We’re trying to get Kandi to come too, and she said she would come for free,” DeCarlo reveals. “I’m still talking with my people to see if it’s worth it getting Apollo to come at all. We have people with a better background willing to do it for free, so I don’t know.”

Apollo responded to Radar saying:

“Not only am I facing legal troubles, but to have something like this [happen]?” Nida tells Radar exclusively. “…I get attacked for doing good things.”

“There’s a clause that says if I don’t show it’s refunded,” he explains. As for the $2,000 fee, he says, “I’m not going to go to a charity event in Chicago for free,” since he would need to pay for travel and expenses. As such, Nida says his proposed fee of $2,000 was “very generous.”

Then...he took to Youtube to speak out.

Phaedra Parks' husband said he received a "disturbing phone call" from his manager that some drama about a charity event he was supposedly going to make an appearance at, has gone viral. Apollo said that the organization, which does not a 501(c) designation, contacted his booking agents to appear at an event.

Apollo says they sent over the contract and it included a 15% deposit to him. No money was exchanged and the contract was not signed, then all of a sudden, Apollo says, he was accused of trying to scheme money from them. Apollo said the $2K he requested wasn't for profit, but instead was for lodging, travel, etc.

"For someone to do this to me, it's completely erratic behavior. Right now there are circumstances going on that you all know about. I have a lot of people who are supporting. And there's a lot of haters who aren't. For you to try to mess up a brand, Apollo Fitness, Apollo Nida is a brand. So for you to say something so derogatory...

All of my contracts are official."

The 7-time Grammy nominated songstress Jazmine Sullivan is making a comeback after declaring she was leaving the music industry.  She announced back in 2011 via Twitter:

Now the 26-year-old Philly native is getting back on the scene with her first appearance at a sold-out show at KOKO London Theater this past Saturday.

There are reports that Beyoncé’s& Solange half brother and his mother, Alexsandra Wright, may be moving to an LA-area homeless shelter! More inside.....

IN TOUCH Magazine is reporting that Alexsandra Wright, the mother of Mathew Knowles' son Nixon may be moving to an LA-area homeless shelter! Now....we think this is simply a ploy to garner attention and to embarass Mathew but we digress. She told the mag,

“Nixon deserves to know his family, and I hope one day he will meet his sister Beyoncé. I can’t imagine how Beyoncé feels knowing she has a homeless brother. I know if I were in the same position, I would reach out. Maybe she is too busy.”

So how did this happen?  Well.....you'll recall that Mathew and Alex went to court last month and a judge retroactively reduced his payments from $12,000 to $2,400 per month because of his change in income. As a result, he won’t have to make another payment for almost two years. 

Now....it looks like Alex is out of luck as she's run through the money she's collected so far. She told IN TOUCH she's having severe financial hardships. SMH... you ALMOST want to feel sorry for her.  ALMOST.

As Drake is known for rapping his emotions, his new track, co-produced by PARTYNEXTDOOR and “40”, called “Day In The East” doesn’t disappoint.

Following the release of “Draft Day,” Drizzy released “Days In The East,” which some have already heard being he performed it last month on a tour stop in Birmingham, England (RiRi missed this one, she hit up the Manchester show).  It could possibly be a track that was scrapped off Nothing Was The Same.

About 3-minutes into the song, you can hear Rihanna vocals in the background singing, “I threw my hands in the air and said show me something” from her track “Stay.”Hmm…

Rihanna and Drake spent some time in Amsterdam and they were spotted grabbing sushi. He makes a reference to their time together rapping, “Wakin’ up in Amsterdam with the boy/You would probably kill another man for the boy”

And he also spits, “Ain't the first time cause I've lost you before/Had to get it back.” Totally refers to his and RiRi’s on-and-off relationship. Why do you think he and Chris Brown were fighting?

Dizzy also dished on an evening he spent with Erykah Badu, sipping tea, talking about the woman he loves. He rapped, “Remember one night I went to Erykah Badu house, she made tea for me/We talked about love and what life could really be for me/She said, 'when that sh*t is real, you just know'/ And I was thinking bout you, you already know.” Mmhmm…we know.

Yesterday, Russell Simmons and his All Def Digital company presented the sold-out "ADD Comedy Live" hosted by comedian Tony Rock. The packed house included model Eva Marcille, Chris Brown’s boo thang Karrueche, “Baskebtball Wives: L.A.” star Sundy Carter, actor/director Bill Duke and “Bad Girls Club” star Tanisha Thomas. Baby Layla Simone was born at 11:01AM on Thursday morning.  And the tiny bundle weighed in at 5 pounds, 8 ounces and 18 inches.

Lil Scrappy is claiming an Atlanta spa discriminated against him and his family for being black after they cancelled his daughter’s party. The salon has now fired back saying they aren’t racist, and Scrappy was just LATE. Read the deets when you go inside…

“LAHH ATL” star Lil Scrappy was ready to put “them paws” on someone after his daughter was left in tears when an Atlanta salon refused to serve his family. Why? Well…according to Scrappy, it was because they’re black!

It was reported Scrappy put down a down payment to have his little girl, Emani’s 9th birthday party at Glamour Girls Day Spa. Scrappy and Emani’s mother, “LAHH ATL” star Erica Dixon, showed up and when they got there, the salon refused to let them in. They claim they were only 20 minutes late, but the salon said otherwise.

Scrappy got upset when they wouldn’t let them in after he had already made a down payment and the salon owner allegedly told Scrappy they didn’t want to serve “you people.”

That set Scrappy off and the cops ended up being called because obviously, dude wanted his money back. He got half of his money back and the salon agreed to mail the rest.

Now, the salon is speaking out.

Glamor Girls Day Spa’s owner Angela Shannon told TMZ she didn’t let them in because they were extremely late and she had other customers waiting. She insisted it had nothing to do with them being black and confirmed she paid Scrappy a full refund of $275.42...with receipts to prove it.

Can’t get mad if you operate on CP time.  Allegedly.

Former Destiny's Child chick Michelle Williams is still singin'.  And now, she's taking her fab church girl self on the road for a 50-city tour with the rock opera, Jesus Christ Superstar.  And she's playing prostitute Mary Magdalene.

Michelle appeared on "Good Morning America" today with co-star Brandon Boyd to announce the tour and to belt out one of their songs.

As for Jesus Christ Superstar, the musical written by Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice about the last days of Jesus, the tour kicks off June 9th in New Orleans.  Fun YBF fact: The original production earned five Tony Award nominations, including one for Ben Vereen, who played Judas.

As we gear up for this Sunday's season finale of "House of Lies" (this season was amazeballs by the way), star Don Cheadle is making his promo rounds.  And he stopped by "Chelsea Lately" last night to dish about giving his co-star Kristen Bell a contact high....while she was pregnant!

Apparently, while the cast was doing a scene that involved getting someone high to steal business from them, they had fake blunts rolled....but someone in the cast decided to have a REAL one.  That unnamed person said he wanted to see if he could get it introduced into the scene for real, and Kristen said she was OK with it....because she didn't think it was really real.

Don's long time girlfriend Brigid Coulter (whom he shares two kids with) is also co-starring on the show this season as Mekhi Phifer's character's wife.

“Married To Medicine” season 2 red carpet premiere kicked off last night as well as “Raisin In The Sun’s” Broadway opening and afterparty. Check the pics of the fab events inside…

BRAVO’s "Married To Medicine" is back for a new season and to kick things off, a few celebs came out last night to hit the red carpet for the season premiere.

The “Married to Medicine” cast members Dr. Jackie Walters, Quad Webb-Lunceford, Toya Bush-Harris and newcomer Lisa Nicole Cloud hit the carpet, while Mariah Huq, Dr. Simone Whitmore and newcomer Dr. Heavenly Kimes (a dentist married to a doctor) were not there.

Tamar Braxton, Tamar’s husband Vince Herbert, Towanda Braxton (looks like Tamar and Towanda finally kissed and made up), “House of Payne” actress Demetira Mckinney, and former “Girlfriends” star Jill Marie Jones were also there to catch the premiere.

Season 2 promises to be “brutally honest” and the “most explosive” season yet with the ending of Mariah and Quad’s friendship, Dr. Simone’s marriage possibly heading down splitsville lane and Dr. Jackie (who survived breast cancer twice) wanting to expand her family through adoption or surrogacy.
 

Celeb doctor Jackie Walters (who cares for Toni Braxton, T.I., & Usher) along with her husband Curtis hit the carpet. This season, Dr. Jackie is ready to experience motherhood. Although she’s unable to have children on her own, she’s open to adoption or using a surrogate, but her biggest obstacle will be getting her husband on board.

Toya Bush-Harris along with her emergency medicine physician husband Eugene Harris continue to search for Toya’s dream home in season 2. She will also struggle with her long-time friendship with castmate Simone possibly ending.

Quadriyyah "Quad" Webb-Lunceford and her psychiatrist husband Gregory Lunceford looked great last night. Quad will struggle with her ending friendship with close friend Mariah this season.

And newcomer Lisa Nicole Cloud, a successful entrepreneur and fashion designer will bring a bit of sass to this season.

Rapper Trick Daddy was arrested last night near his home in Miramar, FL.  His mug shot and details inside...

Well, this doesn't look good.  No parts about it.  "I'm A Thug" rapper Trick Daddy, government name Maurice Young, was cuffed and booked on Thursday due to being in possession of a gun.  Since he's a convicted felon, it's illegal for him to have a firearm in his possession.

His full set of charges this go-round: Two counts of possession of a firearm by a felon, possession of cocaine and driving with a suspended license.  He posted $6,100 bond Friday morning.

Sigh.

This long sheet of charges, in addition to this sad mugshot where he's barely even recognizable, signal A LOT is wrong in Trick Daddy's world.  And it seems to be more than just his Lupus diagnosis he revealed back in 2009.

Unfortunately, this is just the latest in a LONG string of arrests and foolishness.  According to Gossip Extra:

In 2003, he faced assault charges in Miami after he allegedly brandished a gun and threatened to kill a man during a dispute following a street basketball game. He was charged with aggravated assault with a firearm, possession of a firearm in the commission of a felony, and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

He was convicted in 1991 on charges of cocaine possession, carrying a concealed firearm, and violating probation, also in Miami. He served two-and-a-half years in state prison.

After wrapping up the Mrs. Carter World Tourin Lisbon, Portugal last week, Beyonce, Jay Z and daughter Blue Ivy were spotted in the concrete jungle with smiling faces last night. Most likely, going to celebrate...because today marks power couple's 6th year of marital bliss.

Beyonce was spotted looking super cute in her JOE'S JEANS Elsa blue print oversized jacket and matching JOE'S JEANS Darla high water skinny jeans.  And she paired the fresh and fun look with blue, pink and gold strappy heels and a bright pink Tom Ford Alix bag.

Jay carried cutie Blue, dressed in a gold trimmed tuxedo pant, in his arms as they walked out of Bey’s office in NYC:

Wonder what she's cooking up....

The hip-hop family is finally back home after traveling the world, sightseeing in Barcelona, enjoying a day at the park in Dublin and spending an afternoon biking and lunching in Amsterdam. Blue definitely has more passport stamps than the average adult.

Showing she's a daddy's girl at heart, Rihanna and her father Ronald Fenty spent some quality daddy-daughter time in Santa Monica, enjoying dinner at her absolute fave Italian restaurant Giorgio Baldi on Thursday.

Rih kept it laid back and cute like usual in a grey dress and sneakers.

After dinner, the daddy-daughter duo treated themselves to Starbucks as they walked out holding hands.

RiRi took a break from holding hands with Drake (who released a new track “Days In The East” opening up about their situationship) to get her father caught up on her current happenings, like being named the 2014 Fashion Icon for the upcoming CFDA Fashion Awards on June 2nd!

Although the CFDA Fashion Awards (going down at Alice Tully Hall at Lincoln Center in NYC) is months away, Rihanna seems ecstatic over her Fashion Icon accolade showing off on Instagram:
