Lamar Odom has finally brought himself to rehab.  Deets inside, plus why A$AP Rocky is in trouble yet again....

Reports this evening state that Lamar Odom, who has been looking slimmer and slimmer lately (pictured above last weekend at Blockbuster), has entered rehab for drug & alcohol abuse.

Two sources tell People,"He realized he needs help."

Lamar has reportedly been struggling with an addiction to cocaine (allegedly crack) for at least 2 years now.  And he and wife Khloe Kardashian Odom have reportedly physically separated because of it.  After several failed attempts of interventions by the Kardashians, Lamar has finally given in. 

We wonder if his new lawyer for that DUI of his, Robert Shapiro, had anything to do with it.  Supposedly, Kris Jenner asked Shapiro to rep Lamar because he has experience with addiction as his son died from it.

Also, today, a man alleging to be Lamar's dealer came forward about selling Odom $16,000 worth of cocaine back in February in Lamar's hometown of Queens.

In other news, A$AP Rocky has done another foolish act.  he was just slapped with a lawsuit by a female fan who claims he slapped her during his concert at the past weekend's Made In America festival.

According to TMZ, A$AP was charged with a misdemeanor over this debacle.  Here's the deets they gave:

The [young mom] claims A$AP was trying to make his way through a crowd of dancing fans -- with a bunch of girls pulling on his shirt -- when A$AP turned and fired off an open-hand slap, connecting with her face.

The woman claims she was injured from the alleged slap -- suffering whiplash from the impact.

Here's a thought--stop walking your happy ass through a crowd of hundreds of thousands of people if you don't want to be yanked.  Either don't walk thru, or deal with it, or have your security deal with it.  Slapping females or any fans is just ignorant.  Especially because this is not A$AP's first time slapping a female fan for the exact same reason.

It's that time of year folks. New York Fashion Week has officially kicked off, and celebs turned up to the biggest opening day event last night at the Lincoln Center--the Style Awards.

Fashionista Nicole Richie played host for the event honoring Model of the Year Kate Upton and had a few wardrobe changes.  And we loved 'em all. 

First up, she hit the red carpet in an all black Pre-Fall 2013 Antonio Berardi look complete with a velvet crystal embellished cropped sweater and tailored trousers, all topped off with Vivienne Westwood Anglomania Isabelle pumps.

She switched into a ruched red spaghetti strapped gown with gold jewelry.  Then rocked a mixed print look of a printed long sleeved pencil dress and leopard heels.  And then sparkled in a silver embellished jumpsuit, complete with pockets and a bust cut out.  What's your fave?

Also there was model and A$AP Rocky's girlfriend) Chanel Iman who made a bold statement in stark white.

Alexis& presenter Amar'e Stoudemire brought their NBA couple's style to the carpet last night.  Fashion lover Alexis, was in head-to-toe Lanvin including the jewelry.  She had a glam-mom moment while getting ready and posted a pic of herself feeding her baby boy Alijah while in hair and makeup.

Singer and TV personality Adrienne Bailon went for old Hollywood glam in this curve hugging fiery red strapless gown.

And Nicole's co-host NY Giants baller Victor Cruz won for Most Stylish Athlete of the Year.

Chante Moore, Lil Mo, and Claudette Ortiz may have had to straighten out the drama on last night's "R&B Divas: LA" reunion, but they surely glammed it up nicely for their new cover of Kontrol magazine.

Kelly & Chante Moore battled it out over who was approached first, what drama was started by the producers and more.  And then "Fred" from the show came on stage to attempt to straighten things out.

It seemed like Kelly as trying her damndest not to lose her cool, and so was Chante.  Especially when she said the real reason why she was mad at Kelly quitting "every 3 days" was because she's got checks to get and child support payments to make.  SAY WHAT?!

Rashid Jones was spotted in New York City yesterday taking a stroll with a new man.  We know we've seen him before, but his name is still a mystery to us.  And no, he's not Clark Kent.

Rashia, who's already begun filming her last season with "Parks & Recreation", has a few tv projects coming down the pipeline.

She and her sister Kidada continue making a name for themselves outside of daddy Quincy and are bringing a new series,"Ladyballs", to the CW.  Rashida will serve as co-executive producer.

Rashida has also received a commitment from FOX to develop a new show called "Struck" with writer Alexandra Rushfield.  According to THR, "Stuck revolves around a middle-aged woman who works at a bank and gets her "stuck in childhood" daughter a job there. Within a day, the daughter becomes the mother's boss. The comedy will follow the duo at home and work as they help one another get "unstuck." "

K. Michelle was spotted celebrating the birthday of her boo Lance Stephenson last night.  Peep the cuddled up pics and the twosome partying with friends inside...

Last night, former "LAHH ATL" star K. Michelle was spotted partying and celebrating her new life in New York City at hotspot W.I.P in Tribeca. You'll recall that W.I.P was the same spot where Chris Brown and Drake brawled a few months ago.  

At one point during the evening, K. Michelle hopped on the mic to thank her fans for the success of her album, Rebellious Soul, and her hit singles like "V.S.O.P."

K, who's recently relocated to New York to join the cast of "LAHH NY" and to film her own spinoff show, also wished her boyfriend, Indiana Pacers point guard Lance Stephenson, a happy 23rd birthday.   And you know she wished him a happy birthday very well....

Former "Gossip Game" star K. Foxx and singer Raheem DeVaughn, who just dropped his A Place Called Loveland also, were also there to party it up.

K. and Lance were joined by a group of their close friends, including Bridget Kelly (who will likely appear on K's upcoming solo spinoff show). She tweeted, "These girls are my (heart) you see who got you In difficult times."

The group spent the night popping bottles and dove in to a large birthday cake.  Happy birthday Lance!

For UPTOWN's Aug/Spet 2013 issue, supermodel Tyson Beckford becomes the quintessential gent with a collection of fall’s classic looks. 

Not sure who he's inviting into this tub with these yes, but we're sure he'll have more than a few takers.

During a recent interview with UK's The Sun, Tyson revealed that he's received death threats over his job as a judge on Britain and Ireland's Next Top Model show.  

"I got a lot of negative tweets... I got death threats: 'We're coming to shoot you when you come to London'. I come from America, I'm coming from ganglands. It ain't like I haven't been shot at before. Bring it on buddy! But I did alert Sky (the network). And I don't say where I am on Twitter. I might tweet a photo, but if anybody rocks up (arrives there) they'll find I left a few hours ago. But I'm not worried."

Yikes.....we 're glad that Tyson has beefed up his security.  Now we know why his Twitter timeline NEVER includes where he's located!

John Legend covers ROLLING OUT's latest issue, with a slihtly awkward in-the-clouds theme.  Inside, he talks about his new disc, Love In The Future, the decline of R&B on the radio, the misogyny of rap music and his upcoming marriage to Chrissy Teigen. 

"Hip-hop is the dominant music on black radio today. The stations that traditionally played R&B aren’t playing it as much these days. That’s a part of where music is going. At times, I listen to more hip-hop than R&B. I don’t blame radio stations for playing mostly hip-hop. But it’s our responsibility as R&B artists to make music that will attract the people. We have to make music that’s urgent, great and compelling.”

“Hip-hop has a strong misogynistic streak that we should try to get rid of. More rappers should be careful about what they say about women. I think they’re trying to sound tough, or sound like they don’t give a s—. But to me, it just sounds like you’re an a–hole. I think rappers should pay more attention to what they say about women. Some of the things I hear, I find pretty disgusting.”

On his future marriage to Chrissy Teigen:

“Nothing will be perfect. I know that our marriage will not be perfect, but I feel good about it. I think you should treat people how you want to be treated, no matter what kind of relationship you are in. It’s not that complicated. Everyone is selfish to a degree, we all have our own desires and we mess up in life. But the key to being in a good relationship is knowing how to listen and figuring out a way to not be selfish all of the time.”

On Kanye West:

“Kanye is good at pushing the culture, pushing the conversation and making people think and challenging his audience,” Legend says. “He does that with this new album as well. The music is interpreted differently by a lot of people. Part of what makes him exciting as an artist is that he makes thought-provoking music. It’s something that’s provocative and I think it’s a good thing.”

He spoke some truth about that mysogyny in the game.

It's a Tamar Takeover!  "All the Way Home" singer Tamar Braxton was all over New York City yesterday promoting her Love and War album. See the fab (and snatched) chick on the move inside with her fam and find out what she revealed about initially hid her pregnancy.  

Tamar Braxton was spotted making several stops during her New York City press tour yesterday, and of course, "She" "Me" "Her" managed to switch up her outfit at each location.  

She and her husband, Vincent, were spotted at “Live with Kelly & Michael,” NBC NY Live, Sirius XM, WBLS, Logo TV, VH1, and Time Inc Studios.  And they hada party last night to celebrate the big album drop.

Tamar, who's signed to EPIC Records, was congratulated by company CEO LA Reid on the breakout success of Love and War.  

Tamar also chatted with Hot 97 personality Angie Martinez.  

Sway's Shade 45 show was also on the list of stops.   

And during an interview with ABC Radio, Tamar dished about becoming a first time mother, why she and Vince shot their own spinoff show, and revealed the reason Vincent wanted her to conceal her pregnancy.  Here are the highlights:

Why She Hid Pregnancy for So Long:

"I was the one who wanted to tell and Vince didn't. It was a situation where Logan wasn't planned. And it's almost like when you have fertility issues you're waiting for the shoe to drop," says Tamar, who welcomed baby Logan Vincent Herbert three months ago. "So Vince just wanted to wait as long as he could just to make sure everything was going to be OK and we were in the clear."

On Motherhood:

"Motherhood is great. Logan is great. He's a great baby," Tamar gushes. "And he's nothing like his mother. He's not dramatic at all. He's very much like Vince -- very chill, relaxed, laid back."

On Baby Logan Vincent Herbert:

"My mother [Evelyn Braxton] tells me that Logan is pretty advanced," Tamar says. "He's cooing a whole lot. He laughs. He listens. And you can tell he's listening because if somebody's talking he'll look over at the next person then he'll look back over. He's all in your conversation. Yeah, he's just a really good baby."

Why She and Vince signed up for "Tamar and Vincent":

"[Vince] did it for me in a sense. He just felt like the viewers needed to see a different side of me because on Braxton Family Values you just see me as...the loudmouth baby sister who gives all of the unsolicited advice in the world," Tamar tells ABC News Radio. "And you do, because that's the role that I play when I'm with my sisters. But you know when I'm with Vince, I'm also a mother now and I'm a businesswoman and there's another side to me."

Despite a report yesterday that claimed Lamar Odom had check into rehab, a newer report says Lamar HAS NOT check into rehab and has gone AWOL again.  But his boss, the E! network, is sticking to the rehab story.  Get the convuluted deets inside.....

The Lamar Odom saga continues......

Now that the "demons" of Lamar Odom's life (drugs, DUIs, infidelity) have been put on public display (partially due to his association with the Kardashian machine), we were all very hopeful when PEOPLE published a report that Lamar had entered rehab....FINALLY.

The accompanying article claimed that two sources had confirmed Lamar's enrollment.  One source said, "He realized he needs help." But here's the funny thing, Khloe Kardashian didn't know about any of this, allegedly!  TMZ reports that Khloe has been blindsided by "rehab" news and after a couple of phone calls, TMZ said they COULD NOT verify that Lamar had actually entered a treatment facility.  This could just mean the facility was doing their job and keeping confidentiality....remember that little word?

Also, the site added that the Kardashain Klan does not know of Lamar's whereabouts.  SMH....it's not good for a wealthy alleged crack/cokehead to be wandering the streets.

Let's all hope that Lamar IS in a rehab facility and TMZ and the Kardashians just don't know where to look.   Because his bosses over at the E! network surely believe he is in somebody's rehab.  E! Online put out a story minutes ago saying their sources tell them Lamar is indeed in a facility getting help.  So....we've got competing rehab stories.

The bodyguard of several celebrities like Jay-Z, Beyonce, Rihanna and Lady Gaga, Norman Oosterbroek, was killed on Monday in Florida.  And the bizarre details are just as saddening...

Fans of the biggest pop stars in the business have likely come to know the face of the tall ever present security detail chief known to most as Norm.  After getting his start protecting Nelson Mandela in South Africa, he's been Jay-Z's protector for several years and also became Beyonce's protector later into The Carter's relationship. 

Norm was the automatically recognizable head honcho of the security detail and we're told he brought many of the other bodyguards we see into the fold.  But his life came to a shocking end this week.

Usually, Norm is seen on the family vacays alongside Julius and others, but he was not seen on The Carter's current tip to Spain as he was back home in Pinecrest, FL.

According to police reports from Miami-Dade PD, Norm was tasered by police after he reportedly "stormed" into his neighbor's home at 10:45p Monday night, naked.  He reportedly had gotten into a very violent fight with the man of the house after the woman of the house, Christiane Jung, said she "heard rumblings" from inside her house.

Christine reports Norm confronted her and got into a fight with her husband, Markus, before Norm was reportedly seen swallowing a mystery substance.

Police ended up tasering 43-year-old "uncontrollable & violent" Oosterbroek after he could not be subdued once they arrived.  He was rushed to baptist Hospital where he was pronounced dead.

Police report to NBC Miami that he was likely under the influence of some drug:

"It’s possible that he may have been under some type of a narcotics. Again, he was observed swallowing, ingesting some kind of substance, unknown substance that is,” Miami-Dade Police spokesman Det. Javier Baez said of Oosterbroek.

The police department suspiciously will not reveal how many times they tasered him.

We're told Norm, who created RAD protection agency, is survived by his wife whom he married in 2009, April McDaniel, and they have one child together.   We're also told Norm had 2 kids from other relationships.

The Miami Herald says April, who was leasing the $500,000 South Florida estate with her husband, declined.

NBC Miami also reports that neighbors are asking for explanations surrounding the incident.

Speaking of love, there's none of that for reality star Kandi Burruss.  At least not where Bravo is concerned.

Kandi recently said she was "stressed" and was headed intot he studio to release (above), and now we may know why.  Bravo recently told her that her spinoff show, Kandi Factory, has officially gotten the axe.  It was rumored this would happen, but now, it's official.  She even confirmed the news to her fans on Twitter. 

This really isn't a shock.  We can probably count on two hands how many people were actually watching.  And based on the drama involving the contestants who were promised a song release via the show, we had a feeling that mug wasn't making a return.

Oh wells.  Now she can go back to focusing on "RHOA," her beef with Kim Zolciak (who some type of way KEEPS getting her spinoff show renewed), and her Bedroom Kandi ventures.

We suspected a "scandal" a few weeks ago when we spied "Age Ain't A Factor" singer Jaheim looking VERY cozy with "RHOA" star Cynthia Bailey....and now we know why! 

Cynthia, who also starred in Jaheim's "Age Ain't A Factor" clip, was chosen by director Derek Blanks to co-star in the mini-movie for his next single "Baby x3".

In the scandalous video, Cynthia plays a woman who's been cheating on her husband (played by her "real" husband Peter Thomas) with Jaheim. 

The video follows the couple as their strained marriage is torn apart by Cynthia's infidelity.  But it gets better.......

While Cynthia is cheating on her husband with Jaheim, we'll also find out that Jaheim's character has a wife and kid!  Messy!

We won't spoil it for you....but we do know that Jaheim's wife is arrested by the police at some point.  

The track "Baby x3" appears on Jaheim's Appreciation Day disc, in stores now.

"New Slaves" rapper Kanye West is headed out across North America with "THE YEEZUS TOUR" and he's bringing along Kendrick Lamar. Find out when the tour's coming to a city near you inside.....

21-time Grammy Award winner Kanye West (who just scored a $3 million pay day while performing at a wedding reception) will hit the road with THE YEEZUS TOUR, a 23-city North American tour, presented by AEG Live this fall.

According to Kanye's press release, fans can expect "state-of-the-art staging, production, and lighting design with his unmatched aesthetic, visionary creative mind, and an increasingly impressive catalogue of hits spanning his decade-long career."

We're sure.

The seven week tour kicks off on October 19th at the KeyArena in Seattle, and conclude on December 7th at the Toyota Center in Houston. Tickets and VIP Experiences go on sale in select markets starting Friday, September 13, details at kanyewest.com.

On most dates, Kanye will be supported by our fave Kendrick Lamar.   Hmmm....we wonder if Kim and North will join the road show?

Reports about Sheree Whitfield's home going into foreclosure are false, Sheree Whitfield says.  Details inside....

Last month, we reported that other sites, one of which was Tamara Tattles, grabbed an exclusive about former "RHOA" star Sheree Whitfield's Chateau Sheree going into foreclosure. 

Sheree says via her lawyers today that the original report is completely false.  And that Chateau Sheree is NOT in foreclosure.

"Ms. Whitfield operates several business ventures and the gist of the republished statements was to falsely accuse my client of being unable to meet her financial commitments," Sheree's lawyer says.  "There is no question that these false statements were calculated to injure Ms. Whitfield in her professional position in the business community and that they are defamatory per se."

So, there you have it.

We have the first pic of Monica and Shannon Brown's baby girl Laiyah Brown...and its adorable!  See the photo inside.....

On Tuesday,  Monica delivered a healthy baby girl, Laiyah Brown, with her husband NBA star Shannon Brown.  Kobe Bryant's wife, Vanessa, broke the news on Instagram saying, "I am so honored to announce that baby Laiyah Brown has arrived! Mommy and baby are healthy and well. Congratulations @shannonbrown26 and @monicamylife! We love you guys and we can't wait to meet Laiyah! #6lbs 9/3/13."

Shannon followed up Instagram saying, "I THANK GOD for her!!! JOY has been restored in my LIFE!!!"

And now...we have the adorable father/daughter photo. Precious!  He looks like such a proud daddy.
