Amid reports that they are no longer living under the same roof, photographers captured an interesting exchange yesterday between Khloe Kardashian's husband Lamar Odom and her best friend Malika Haqq, where a car and two suitcases were returned/dropped off...at a local gas station.  See the pics inside and offer up your own theories....

It's no secret that Khloe Kardashian and Clippers baller Lamar Odom have hit a rough patch.  About what though, is the question.  Earlier in the year, the couple had to do damage control regarding some misappropriated funds with Lamar's charity and then a few weeks ago, Lamar attacked a group of photographers as the couple were plagued by infidelity rumors.  And Khloe has started to become a bit more open via her family's reality show about their fertility troubles.

While Khloe and Lamar (and the ever present Momager Kris) have shot down cheating rumors before, the alleged mistresses keep coming forward, as recently as this week.

And yesterday, photographers saw Khloe's bff Malika (pictured above in black) drive Lamar's white Mercedes down from the couple's home to a nearby gas station.  Once there, Malika chatted with a man (who appears to be a close friend of Lamar).  

Lamar (still wearing his wedding ring) later emerged from the gas station and got into his vehicle, with his friend, and drove around for about 20 minutes before they returned to the parking lot.  

Then, the friend helped Lamar load two suitcases and some golf clubs from the friend's blue Mercedes into the back of Lamar's car.  The whole scene seemed a little suspect.  Is it possible Malika drove Lamar's car to him because his isn't allowed to go home?  Hmmm....

Though Kris Jenner told E! News a while back that Khloe and Lamar are not getting a divorce, it sure seems as though the couple are living apart. It was reported that Lamar had moved into The Garden Inn Hilton in Calabasas, Calif. (near their home), with one source telling Radar Online,

“Khloe did kick Lamar out of the house. He had been staying at the Hilton, but once photographers found out he was staying there, he moved to another location. Lamar isn’t living under the same roof with Khloe right now. She knows he has been cheating on her and is absolutely devastated.”

Khloe oddly posted a pic of their feet together in a pic AT the Garden Inn Hilton.  And paps have seen Lamar go in and out of the hotel several times recently. 

It's also worth noting that Khloe is VERY active on social media and but has not mentioned Lamar for a very long time (though they did attend Kylie's Sweet 16 together).  Does it look like these two are headed for splitsville?

Cassie is turning 27 soon, and she's already started celebrating her last days of 26 with her baddest celeb friends Trina, Teyana Taylor and Rocsi.  Peep the party pics from last night inside...

Last night, Cassie kicked off her birthday celebration (an special edition Pre-VMA party) at NYC nightclub W.I.P.  And chick looked carefree and gorgeous as usual.  Wouldn't you be as well if your sugar daddy/boss as multi-millionaire & mogul Diddy Combs?

The "Paradise" singer partied the night away with celeb friends Trina, Teyana Taylor, and Rosci Diaz.  And, of course, the main chick of Mr. Ciroc was laced with nothing but Ciroc Amaretto and more for the party:

Academy Award-winning actress Jennifer Hudson has joined an esteemed list of entertainers who have been captured for the Disney Parks‘ Disney Dream Portrait series.

Created by legendary photographer Annie Leibovitz, Jennifer is featuring as Princess Tiana (from the Walt Disney Pictures’ animated feature film The Princess and the Frog), in a portrait entitled, “Where you always follow your heart.” The image can be seen in upcoming issues of Vanity Fair, O – The Oprah Magazine, and People.

In the meantime, Jen, who's currently starring in the motion picture Winnie (September 6th), is back in the studio working on her third album.  She tweeted, "Boss lady got a lot of work to do! From meetings to studio with the only babyface ! Crazy right ....."

And just when we thought the high school sweethearts turned Hollywood power couple of Paula and singer Robin Thicke was pretty much perfect, the bubbly actress wasn't shy about telling us why it hasn't always been so peachy.  While her flight attendant character in the upcoming rom-com is willing to sacrifice herself for love, Paula tells us she's done some equally crazy things...all because of love.  And yes, that includes spying on her husband to make sure he wasn't cheating, and catering to her "woman's intuition".  Check!

Tell us about your character:
"Montana" is a really fun character to play. When I read the script I laughed out loud. I said I want to play this character but more importantly I wanted to be apart of a movie that I could see would be great. A great romantic comedy. Montana Moore is a young-ish woman that you meet at the beginning of the film and she thinks she’s found the man of her dreams. She thinks he’s going to ask her to marry him but she soon discovers he’s not so dreamy. She’s just gotten back from this trip to see him and she’s miserable and in walks her sister, played by the beautiful younger Lauren London, and she’s getting married in a month. She’s happy for her sister because she loves her but its also like...

Especially because her mother is very aggressive and the mother puts so much emphasis on the importance of marriage and that your not a lady unless you’re a wife. So you find a woman who’s at a real emotional place. She is desperate now. She says she’s not showing up at that wedding without a husband or at least a ring on this finger. With her two best friends played by Jill Scott and Adam Brody, who do a magnificent job in the film, they devise a plan because they realize I wont be able to find a new man in a month unless he's in jail, needs a green card or on the down low (laughs) so she has to go back in the past and revisit the ex-boyfriends to see maybe I was too picky, maybe I can do something differently. That's where she’s compromising her self and she's desperate.

You see all these different wardrobe changes to try and fit in these guys lives but something at the core of Montana won’t let her go all the way until she finds the real love. So it's a very fun journey over this 30 day period among all these men that she visits and the insane things that happen to her along the way with what these guys do. It's about a woman who realizes that she's enough on her own and no longer has the need to please her family anymore and she says take me as I am whether you like it or not and I’m okay with me, alone. So I always think of this movie as having two happy endings. I’ll leave the rest as a surprise.

Who is your favorite male counterpart?
I hate picking favorites. I really love working with everybody I have to say this. Its a good thing when you have such a huge cast like this and have great actors coming to play everybody came and brought their A game. They all felt passionately about the movie and just brought it. Thank God for them. But I do have to point out that Taye Diggs does a magnificent job in this movie he is so freaking funny, you’ll see. He was very fun to play with. I love working with Derek Luke. Nobody has a bigger heart than this man but Djimon is amazing. Its so hard to pick!

How much of Paula Patton is in your character Montana Moore?
I always find something about myself in my character I think its important. Not that you don’t become other people. I need to find one piece of myself, if its small or big, thats like the character. I don’t judge the character. I can exaggerate and envelop from something thats true on the inside. There’s a lot of things I keep to myself, for personal reasons that I connect to her but I do connect a lot about wanting to please people, caring about what everyone else is thinking and the growth that it takes to be okay with yourself and say, ‘you know what? Look, this is who I am, take it or leave it’ and love yourself enough to persevere through life, take the hits as they come, but know that you’re doing your best, trying your best, thats all you can do. It's still a work in progress. I'm a sensitive beast. But more and more as I get older I just try and not need approval from everyone else.

What advice would you give to single women looking for true love?
Don't look for your true love. Don’t look for a man that's going to marry you. That's not going to do you any good. Once you get the pretty ring and the party, there is a marriage part that you have to think about. It's more important for a woman who truly knows herself and enjoys her life alone and doesn’t complain about being alone and is spontaneous, which I no longer have because I have a child! I feel like when you enjoy your life and you love yourself people gravitate toward you and feel that you are confident and secure and that's when all the men start to come or whatever partner you want. But to marry not because it looks good on paper but someone who loves you exactly the way you are and all your flaws in spite of them and is willing to ride or die with you.

At one point Montana ends up in a trash can to spy on her boyfriend. Have you ever gone to great lengths to see if your man is cheating?
Yes. (laughs) Listen, I’ve been married a long time and we’ve dated a long time. Have I checked up on my man? Absolutely! Have I hidden in bushes, have been caught and made a fool out of myself? Yes! Love makes you do crazy things. [SPOILER ALERT] Luckily, I didn’t find him with a pregnant woman. Luckily, I was wrong. But I have absolutely [spied].

Are you telling YBF readers to start spying?
I wouldn’t say that's the best course of action but I think at that point you’re not really listening to anybody. You’re just like, I gotta find out, I’m going to do it. A lot of bad things can happen when you go on someone’s property uninvited. I would not recommend it. That's why there's love songs and books and poetry. Love makes us do the craziest things. I will say this: Sometimes we can be too suspicious and that's gotten me in trouble, but women’s intuition...trust it. Always.

We are not mad Paula.  Protect that investment!

Rapper 2 Chainz was arrested for obstruction of justice (mugshot above) after he refused to grant the Oklahoma City Police Department access to his tour bus. Get the deets inside and find out about Juicy J's $50,000 scholarship for twerkers......

2 Chainz and 10-members of his entourage were booked into the Oklahoma County Jail after they refused to allow the police to search their tour bus.

Last night, Mr. Chainz performed alongside Lil Wayne, T.I. and Future for their America’s Most Wanted Tour and apparently they "celebrated" on the bus.

Initially, cops pulled 2 Chainz's tour bus over for a busted taillight, but once cops made contact with the driver, they realized some illegal activities had been going on. But cops weren't allowed to confirm their suspicions because 2 Chainz and the crew LOCKED the doors and refused to allow them to search the bus. The cops towed the bus to their parking lot and began a search once they obtained a search warrant. Mind you....all of this took 8 hours!

Oklahoma City Police Department Sergeant Jennifer Wardlow told Radio.com,

“We stopped the bus about midnight and it was near I-40 and Meridian,”while the investigation was still underway. The reason for traffic stop was it looks like there was a broken taillight. When officers went up to bus and made contact with the driver, there was evidence of drug usage going on the bus. We’re not getting into specifics of what it was, but it was apparent to the officers that there was drug use going on the bus. The driver was taken into custody without any problem. When he got out and shut the door, it locked so the officers couldn’t get into the tour bus.

“The decision was made to tow the bus to our police training facility and obtain a warrant. It was about 8 a.m. Oklahoma time when they were able to get a warrant, and it was at that time that all the people who were on the bus came off.”

According to the AP, investigators DID find narcotics on the bus but they could not determine who they belonged to. But over on Twitter, Titty Boi/2 Chainz claims they didn't find anything!

Kanye West sat down with Kris Jenner for her daytime chat fest where he expressed his love for Kim Kardashian, calling her his "joy".  We've got the first video preview inside.

Plus, J. Cole's controversial thoughts on skin color in hip hop and politics. 

Kanye West sat for a taped interview with Kris Jenner (airing tomorrow) where he put on his..."non threatening voice"....and expressed his love for Kris' daughter Kim. And revealed a pic of his daughter North West.  

In the new preview, he gushes, "I could have people say, 'This is going to damage your credibility as an artist or designer.' And I say, you know, I don't care, I love this woman. I love this person. She's worth it to me."

Oh.  And when referencing the recent death of his grandfather, Portwood Williams Sr., he said"his whole thing was about joy, having joy in his life. (Kim is) my joy. She brought my new joy into the world."

He went on to explain how Kim and North have changed his life.  

"There were times (after her death), I would put my life at risk. I didn't have something to live for. Now I have two very special people to live for, a whole family to live for, a whole world to live for."

Kanye West's hour-long interview on “Kris” will air Friday, Aug. 23. Also, Kanye is set to perform “Black Skinhead” at the 2013 MTV Video Music Awards in Brooklyn on Sunday, Aug. 25.

While promoting the new video game Splinter Cell: Blacklist, which he endorses, rapper J. Cole spoke to BET.com about a few controversial topics including homophobia and color issues in hip hop and politics.  When talking about being light-skinned vs. dark-skinned, J. revealed that he didn't think Barack Obama would have been elected if he were dark-skinned! And he doesn't think he himself would have much success as a rapper if he was dark skinned either.  Here are the highlights:

You got some backlash for anti-gay lyrics and you gave a statement to the Huffington Post. Do you regret using the word “f*****”?

No, not at all. It’s much different than the autism thing, it wasn’t conscious; that was a slip-up, being offensive without intent. The line was to engage the conversation of homophobia in Black culture and in hip hop. I thought it was going to be a way more interesting conversation that came from it. Of course I made the statement, but I thought from that it would spawn better conversations like, “Why are we so homophobic?” Much more than I think any other culture, I don’t want to just compare it to white people, but in terms of jokes that you make — everything’s got to be “pause” or “no homo.” You cant even play basketball without someone saying, “pause.” I’m not innocent of it. I am part of that same culture – but why? That line was supposed to be offensive and confusing, but I was hoping to have more conversations about it.

There’s been a lot of conversation about the Trayvon Martin tragedy and what young Black men experience. Do you experience racism?

For sure, absolutely, I just got pulled over on 42nd street in Times Square for what I believe was nothing. They said it was for tints on my front window, which is barely tinted. I really believe it was because I had my hat low. I was driving through Times Square and I just didn’t want to be seen. So I had my hat low and I think I was looking “suspicious” just as a Black man with my brim low, when I was really just trying to cover my face. They came to my window, pulled me over. I feel like if I was a white man driving, they wouldn’t question me about my tints. They told me to roll down my back window; they look in my car as if they’re looking for something. I feel like that was the real thing, they were trying to catch somebody slipping. That just happened three days ago. I almost didn’t even name that because I am so used to that. That’s something that I feel like somebody my age that’s white doesn’t have to go through, especially in New York City. On the other hand, every time I’m on the plane in first class — this is a lesser evil but it still represents their mind state — I promise you, 60 percent of the time somebody asks me what basketball team do I play for or do I rap. [Laughs] I am a rapper, I wish I could tell them something better — that happens all the time and I hate it. I hate that we’re stereotyped and I hate that I’m fitting into the same stereotype.

You’ve talked about including dark-skinned women in your music videos versus all light-skinned women. The light-skinned, dark-skinned issue certainly affects women in hip hop; does it affect men in hip hop?

I can’t say it for sure but I just think we’re still in America. We’re still Black Americans. Those mental chains are still in us. That brainwashing that tells us that light skin is better, it’s subconsciously in us, whether we know it or not… still pursuing light skin women. There are some women out there that are like, “I don’t even like light skin men” and that’s fine. But Barack Obama would not be President if he were dark skin. You know what I mean? That’s just the truth. I might not be as successful as I am now if I was dark skin. I’m not saying that for sure, I’m still as talented as I am and Obama is still as smart as he is, but it’s just a sad truth… I don’t even know if this is going to translate well into text and people not hearing what I’m saying, but it’s a sad reality. So I can only naturally assume it’s probably easier for a light skin male rapper than it might be for a dark skin male rapper. It’s all subconscious s***, nobody’s aware — I think that s*** still subconsciously affects us.

Well this is a double dinner date we never expected.  "Extra" corrpsondent AJ Calloway and his new wife and baby were spotted grabbing dinner in SoHo last night with Alec& wife Hilaria Baldwin.  We can only imagine what those dinner convos were about.

It's dinner with the Baldwins night!  The veteran celeb who seems to despise all paparazzi and media was spotted breaking bread in NYC with a member of the press--AJ Calloway.  The former "106 & Park" host turned "Extra" correspondent showed off his new wife Dionne and their brand new baby Amy Belle.  Their baby girl is barely 10 days old and already meeting one of the legends of the biz:

Y'all know Mr. Baldwin doesn't "do" paparazzi.  So he gave the cameras a mean mug.

And AJ and his wife were spotted walking home with the baby afterwards.  Cute.

Baggage Claim star Djimon Housou was spotted having a cutesy father-son dinner with Kenzo Lee at Matsuhisa restaurant in Beverly Hills.

His (and Kimora Lee Simmons') little one is growing up so fast!  The 3-year-old shares time with both mommy and daddy in L.A.  And it seems to be working out just fine.

Snoop Lion hit up "106 & Park" last night to reveal all the 2013 BET Hip Hop Award nominations with hosts Bow Wow& Angela Simmons.  Check out who's running the noms inside....

Last night on "106 & PARK", BET Networks announced Uncle Snoop as the host of the BET HIP HOP AWARDS '13 taping Saturday, September 28th back in the ATL.  So you already know the Atlanta Civic Center will be up in smoke that whole weekend.

Snoop said about his new hosting gig:

"I'm excited to be hosting this year's 'BET Hip Hop Awards 2013.'  We're going to have fun this year and I will make it a show to remember, ya dig?! I'll be giving a ton of surprises, showcasing my exclusive GGN News clips and bringing all my nieces and nephews to the stage for an exciting night of hip-hop."

This is the 8th year for the Hip Hop Awards and Snoop promised that this year's show will be a true tribute to real hip hop culture.  We shall see...

As for who will be bringing home all the Award Show bacon this year?  Looks like Drake& Kendrick Lamar will indeed rack up.  The "Poetic Justice" rapper led the nominations with 14, Drizzy followed with 13 and J.Cole received 10.  As for the ladies, Nicki Minaj joins the boys' club with 1 nomination.

The Awards premiere on BET on Tuesday, October 15, 2013 at 8:00 P.M.   And they will also air on Friday, October 18th on BET's international network in the UK and Africa.

Three-time nominee Trinidad James came on to talk about his nods.

La La Anthony (shown above last night celebrating the one year anniversary of Courvoisier Gold at Bootsy Bellows in West Hollywood) has launched the fall collection of 5th & Mercer (exclusively through SHOPBOP.com). La La says she created 5th & Mercer to combine the classic uptown style with more edgy downtown detailing at smart and affordable price points.

She added, “I wanted to share this line to give women a variety of options, whether it’s a fun look with the printed sweatshirt or a more dressed up style with the pencil skirt. There is something for everyone in this collection and I’m so excited for it to launch!”

Her own makeup line, clothing line, reality show, film career....she seems to be getting everything she set out to get.

Singer & smartypants Ameriie is headed to a bookstore near you with a new science fiction novel. The "Everytime" songstress has reportedly signed a deal with New Leaf Literary & Media, Inc. and is expected to release her novel sometime in 2014.

Via the Good Read website, the singer confirmed her plans saying,“I received my B.A. in English from Georgetown University, and I am currently writing a Young Adult sci-fi novel”.

And just in case you were wondering if she's taking a detour from music (meaning, more of a detour she seems to have already taken), she assured her fans that she will continue to record. “Meanwhile, I’m doing my best not to forget to eat, drink, or sleep. I also create music.”

You may want to do a double take.  Nope...that's not Nicki Minaj.  It's TRINA....doing a tribute to Nicki Minaj during last night's 2013 BMI R&B/Hip-Hop Awards honoring Cash Money’s Bryan “Birdman” Williams and Ronald “Slim” Williams.

We don't think we've ever seen a vet in the game tribute a newbie, but, there's a first time for everything.  The baddest chick Trina hopped on stage at the Manhattan Center in NYC last night to tribute Nicki Minaj.  The blond wig, overdone leg baring red dress, jewels and all were all part of the costume.  And we damn near couldn't tell this WASN'T Nicki.

It was a full out Young Money takeover as the Award show--which was supposed to be Black Tie but oh well--was a tribute to the label's head honchos Birdman & Slim.  So Weezy, Birdman, Nicki, Mack Maine and more all kicked it front row:

Nicki, who looked all the way ready for fall in these black tights and flirty gold foil & black skirt and matching long sleeved blouse, accepted and shared the Songwriter of the Year crown with Benny Blanco by each writing four songs that rank among the year’s most-performed.

In case you were wondering, Nicki’s top contributions include “Dance (A$$),” “Girl On Fire,” “Make Me Proud,” and “Starships.”   And Benny was recognized for “Diamonds,” “Heart Attack,” “Payphone,” and “Work Hard Play Hard.”

And Nicki Minaj’s “Starships” earned Song of the Year honors as she wrote it herself along with a few others.

Weezy & his Cash Money crew, including Juvenile (WHERE YOU BEEN JUVE?) accepted an award from BMI's head honcho Catherine Brewton and co-hos Ray-J.  Plus Slim & Baby copped the ICON Award.

The fellas took the stage to  offer up a message to hip hip.

Kanye West just revealed the first pic of baby North West!  And we've got the bouncing baby girl's pic inside. 

Plus, we've got the highlights from his interview with grandma Kris Jenner where he reveals his obsession with his baby's mother Kim Kardashian (both past and present), what it's like living with the Kardashian/Jenner clan, and why he's so hateful of the paparazzi (it comes with being an over protective new dad).

Kanye revealed the pic today and also dropped lots of nuggets in a rare interview.

If you thought Kanye just hated the paparazzi because he was being extra, well, that's only part of it.  The run-ins all stem from him being an overprotective new dad to baby North West and his new family. 

Kanye's interview with Kris Jenner on her "Kris" show today revealed a few things we didn't know: Just how deep his obsession with joining the Kardashian family really runs, his super sweet romantic side, how Kim & her fam have changed his life, and why it was so hard finding love after his mom died.  Oh, and he's now getting closer with his dad who was an esteemed photo journalist.

Here are the highlights:

On falling in love with Kim Kardashian upon first sight

The first time we met, she was in the studio and was Brandy's assistant. She brought us something to drink--something you can't drink on daytime TV.  She came to the video me & Brandy were doing.  And I asked my manager, "Who's that girl right there?" He said, "Who, Kim?"

Love at first sight?  "Oh yeah, definitely.  I remember seeing pics of her like out with Paris Hilton and asking my friends, "You ever seen Kim Kar-da-jan--I couldn't pronounce it."

On finally meeting Kim
I had this TV show I was working on that had all these puppets around it. And we were doing this skit where I was playing a Star Wars character. And I wanted her to play Princess Lea because she was my dream girl. She came to the show and I remember being so nervous around her and so in awe because she was in front of me. I was in love with her before I even got to talk to her.

On finding love after his mother died

Since my mom passed, it was very difficult to find love. It's hard for anybody to find love, esp. if you're famous. Or polarizing.I'm definitely romantic. Because I'm an artist. i like surprises, I like to sweep someone off their feet....After I lost my mother, I felt like I would put my life at risk.  I felt like I didn't have anything to live for.  Now I have two special people to live for.  A whole family to live for.

On being the ultimate romantic (and his custom Zanotti shoes for Kim)

We went to Rome, went to Florence, went to Remini, Italy. people said why would you go to Remini? A friend of mine, Giuseppe Zanotti, has a factory out there. So I brought her there. I sat there and we sketched out shoes for her that Zanotti made from scratch and he sent her the shoes in like 2 weeks. So she got to pick out her own Zanottis.

On his obsession with joining the Kardashian family years before he started dating Kim

Kris revealed an example of a pic where Kanye photoshopped himself into the annual Kardashian Christmas Card (which he did often).  Kanye said, "I just dreamed about being next to her….I don't want to start jumping up and down on the couch or anything."

On being a dad and protecting North from the paparazzi

The thing I think about as a dad is just protection.  That's my only goal is to protect my daughter.  That's my instinct.

A big thing that plagues us is this idea of the paparazzi chasing a 5 year old around and screaming at them.  For me I'm supposed to be this musical genius.  But I can't even work the car seat that well.  I'm embarrased in front my girl that I can't work the car seat.  What if I can't work the car seat when all these paparazzi are hounding us and then they take pics of me not being able to do it correctly....then the pics end up on 20 media outlets then 20,000 people come after me like "You can't work the car seat!" So it has me waking up in a cold sweat and trying to learn about the carseat at 3AM.

On why Kanye decided to reveal North on the show

We have not attempted to get paid from a magazine.  To stop all the noise, I thought it would be really cool that on her grandmother's season finale to bring a picture of North.

On being annoyed with people and paparazzi using the couple for money and a come up (he didn't address whether he felt Kim did this herself & participated in this to get to where she is)

There's so many people who are only around you to make money off of you.....I'm going to talk to the Mayor of LA and the Mayor of NYC about zoning.  There have to be parameters around places like schools.

On what it's like living with The Jenner/Kardashian clan

I think...it's interesting.  Just as a creative guy, I would have my apt. in New York and be a bachelor.  It was super minimal, just one plant somewhere.  But here, it's something everywhere and a lot of noise.  But now I'm used to it.  When I'm out, I try to get home early just to get home to my family.

(Then Kris chimed in about missing Kanye when he leaves for business trips and constantly asking when he's coming back.)

Chris Brown was in a funky mood yesterday as he went on a Twitter tirade calling the Los Angeles DA's office racist, accused Beyonce of being a copycat and even sending a shout-out to a notorious LA Gang!  Read the tweets inside....

Chris Brown is back to his old tricks when it comes to over sharing on social media.  We all know Chris is no stranger to lashing out against Rihanna, Frank Ocean and Drake on Twitter, and now Beyonce, Jay Z and the Los Angeles DA's office are on the receiving end of his wrath.  

First, Chris posted a VINE clip of Beyonce dancing in concert during "Bow Down" and insinuated that she copied a few moves from him!  He said, 

@chrisbrown vine.co/v/hhbuPXmuI75 looks familiar. Beyonce,U might as well go ahead and do this collab. JAY might have a problem wit it but this Piru!

For those who aren't aware, Piru is LA's largest BLOOD gang. So now we're wondering why Chris would ask Bey to do a collaboration and then mention the Piru crew dealing with Jay's negative feelings. 

But over the course of the evening, the Bey/JayZ tweet was one of the less offensive tweets that Chris sent out.  In addition to sending out a vague threat to "gangsta rappers" and saying they could come see him, he said the Los Angeles DA's office was racist and added that he paints monsters on his walls and cars as"...a reflection of u bitchass niggas and this bitchass system".

SMH.....Between calling the LA County DA a racist (sidebar: The LA county DA, Jackie Lacey, is an African American woman) and shouting out a notorious LA gang, we hope Chris isn't putting his parole in jeopardy.  Since dude has been skating on thin ice all summer...this can't be helpful.  Prime example why we need an entrance exam or something for folks to gain access to Twitter.

Producer Swizz Beatz has release his new banger “Hands Up” which features Rick Ross, Nicki Minaj, 2 Chainz, and Lil Wayne. Also, Swizz's wife Alicia Keys sings the hook for the new track.  A video for the single was shot earlier this year and is set to debut in a few days.

And in other music news..... 

This summer, we've been following Robin Thicke's "Blurred Lines" song which has seen its share of highs and lows.  On one hand, the song is the biggest song of the singer's career, but on the other, it's becoming big legal issue.  

We told you earlier that Robin had filed a preemptive lawsuit against the estate of Marvin Gaye, hoping to prevent them from suing him for copyright infringement....and now we know why!

Billboard revealed that Robin   offered the family of Marvin Gaye a six-figure settlement in order to preempt a copyright infringement lawsuit, but the family turned him down. THEN, Robin filed his own preemptive lawsuit, which made it seems as though he was simply protecting himself from a greedy family....but was that really the case?

Marvin Gaye III spoke to TMZ saying,

“There’s a way to do business and a way to not do business. We’re not happy with the way that he went about doing business let alone suing us for something where he clearly got his inspiration from at the least.  That’s caused my family a lot of duress.”

When asked by TMZ if he’s going to sue Robin, he answered: “What do you think?"  Smh......it looks like the war is FAR from over.

The Smith family was spotted in New York City yesterday.  Check out their latest choices in outfits and get the deets on former "BBW:  LA" stars Gloria and Laura Govan shooting their own reality show with their NBA men Matt Barnes and Gilbert Arenas. 

"Drowning" singer and fashionista Willow Smith was spotted stroll through the streets of New York City yesterday.  

Willow sported her signature sporty-street chic look and posted on Instagram, "hey street boy, you want some style?"  Oh...

Willow's A-list parents, Will and Jada are also in NYC.  The couple were spotted leaving their hotel yesterday.  

The ever busy Will has just signed on for a new flick called Focus where he'll play a con man who becomes romantically involved with a novice, who is being played by Margot Robbie. During the action flick, their love begins to throw him off his game while he’s staging an elaborate con in Buenos Aires. Shooting is set to take place in New Orleans and Buenos Aires in October.

And in new reality shows.....

Following a failed attempt at an acting career with "Clean OPS" (which went largely unnoticed), former "BBW LA" star Gloria Govan is going to stay in the lane that initially made her famous with a new reality show starring solely her family.

During an interview with TheJasmineBrand at Snoop's recent Athletes vs. Cancer Flag Football game (pictured above), Gloria confirmed that she and her sister Laura have being filming a new reality show with their husbands Matt Barnes and Gilbert Arenas about their family life.  

She stated, 

"We’re working on a family show – me and my sister, Gilbert, Matt, all of our kids – you know, my sister has got like 18 kids. I [was] just saying “Gosh! You have a lot of kids!” Yeah, it’s really 4. But it feels like 18, because they’re all over the place. So yeah, we’re doing a lot of stuff. We have a lot of stuff that we’re doing together which is really cool."

When asked if the show would feature any other Basketball Wives, Gloria revealed that's a NO.  It's all about the Govans!

"So the show would be just the Govans. I mean the Govan sisters and their husbands and their families. You know Gilbert Arenas is one of the greatest players that has played. Matt is obviously, he just came off from one of his best seasons in his entire career so we’re really excited about what that one brings. But really, we just want to show people that the real, true grind of the basketball wives and just being what it looks like to be in that life. Mainly I think it’d really just show us and our families and how much stuff we really have going on."

So far.....Gloria says the show hasn't been picked up, but several networks have shown interest.

And you'll recall that we told you about Gloria's fabulous Santa Barbara wedding to Matt a few weeks ago.  She also revealed why she walked down the aisle to "All Eyez On Me" by Tupac.

"Yeah, well you know, that stuff’s just crazy. I walked out the aisle – ‘All Eyes On Me’ with Tupac. And it was crazy is that Matt actually picked out all the music – all the music! So I didn’t know what I was going to walk down to. I was like, “Yes, it’s going to be like Jesse Powell or like, you know some… I had no clue what I was walking down to, so I was like… “Alrrrrright boy”. And when I heard it, I’m like “Damn, that’s hilarious”. I stopped and posed at the top and then I kept on moving so it was amazing, it really was all ‘us’ – what we represent and just fun. We have been married for almost a year now so we really just wanted it to be crazy and that’s exactly what it was."

"The Face" star and international cover model Naomi Campbell was spotted reconnecting with a group of friends in Formentera, Spain this afternoon.  The well-deserved vacation caps off a summer of fashion shows, magazine shoots and taping of the UK-season of her reality show "The Face."

The Piano actor Adrien Brody, who reportedly dated Naomi nearly 10-years ago, was also on the trip.  

Adrien and Naomi are both guests on Roberto Cavalli's yacht and were seen enjoying a yoga session aboard the luxurious watercraft earlier this morning.

The summer's hottest crooner Robin Thicke performed "Blurred Lines" tonight at the 2013 VMAs with a little assistance from Miley Cyrus, who also performed "We Can't Stop" (unfortunately, she didn't bring out Khia!).  

And after Miley stopping grinding long enough in these booty shorts with her tongue out and all on Robin's private parts, Robin was joined onstage by 2 Chainz, Kendrick Lamar and the Alabama State University Stingettes for a performance of his latest track, "Give It To You."

Kanye West made his seventh appearance on stage at the 2013 MTV VMAs tonight when he performed "Blood On The Leaves."  Though he had reportedly originally planned to perform "BLKKK SKKKN HEAD", we guess the MTV execs shut that down.  But it's all good because it's one of our fave tracks on Yeezus.

The performance was still full of its controversial elements, as Kanye performed in the shadows of a lynching tree.  Nevertheless, he had the support of Kim Kardashian (who was home in Cali with their daughter North West) tweeting “Best performance of the night @kanyewest !!!!!!!!!”

Well that's sweet.

The 2013 MTV VMAs were straight outta Brooklyn tonight!  And as the award show returned to New York, the celebs brought their fashion game to the carpet (well, some of them).  Check out our red carpet round up inside...

Never thought we'd say this, but Rita Ora gave us life on the carpet.  And was pretty much the only one to do so.  Outside the Brooklyn Barclays Center in front of MTV's Brooklyn Bridge replica, the "R.I.P." singer hit the carpet in this striking Alexandre Vauthier Couture ensemble. 

The look was complete with a sequin long sleeved deep plunging top, a folded over black & white waist and a dramatic feather skirt with an exaggerated train and a slit up to the whoohah.  But she pulled it off fabulously, esp. with the short blonde bob and black & gold ankle strap Louboutins.

Yep, loving it.  Something we would actually expect from Rihanna, who showed up in jeans and a tee.

She strutted through the Barclays center after jetting through the red carpet in an MC Lyte "Gotta Get A Ruff Neck" tee, her own Rihanna for River Island jeans, and a Lynn Ban diamond cuff.

Ashanti popped up in her signature high slit curve hugging gown by Michael Castillo paired with Lorraine Schwartz jewels.. This seafoam green look is all the rage for the season.

And she pulls it off nicely.

The Smith kids made their way to the red carpet after been driven there with dad Will. Willow kept it trendy in denim G-Star overalls paired with a vintage ‘The Runaways’ tee and Givenchy ‘Shark Lock’ wedge booties. Must be nice to be wearing Givenchy before you even hit your teenage years.

Her big brother Jaden rocked a simple Alexander Wang black tee, his own MSFTSrep’s signature jogging pants and Nike sneakers.

Big Sean and girlfriend Naya Rivera showed up in all black. Naya rocked a vintage Paco Rabanne cut out dress for a sleek look. And Sean looked like he was playing dress up in his uncle's clothes, as usual.

Danity Kane made their "big comeback" announcement.  The girl group made their first official appearance together and confirmed they are doing this WITHOUT Diddy....

Jennifer Hudson looked fabulous in this Christian Dior number, composed of a houndstooth corset and a pencil skirt with a draped embellishment at the waist.  Sexy.

Robin Thicke and Paula Patton, in a sleek black Lever Couture Fall 2011 gown and Giuseppe Zanotti heels, made their way to the carpet looking like a couple who just gets it in all the time.  The parents of little Julian showed up looking hot as Robin was on the slate to perform his hit song "Blurred Lines." 

No word on whether Paula tapped Miley on her shoulder backstage about all that twerking she did on her husband's privates....
