Just when we thought we've seen the last of this Myla Sinanaj chick and Kris Humphries, we haven't.  And while usually we would roll our eyes and give a mumbled "Bish Please" when someone is thirsty enough to keep dragging up old ish...this time, our ears are perked.

That's because Myla now has nothing to lose.  And we all know what happens when bitter jumpoffs have nothing to lose.  Check out how she just put Kim Kardashian and Kanye West on blast with some VERY likely truths inside...

You may remember Myla Sinanaj as the Kim K. knock off Kris Humphries ran to in NY/NJ when he and Kim K first called it quits, 72 days into their marriage.

Kris never claimed Myla as his chick, only his neighbor.  But more than enough evidence was eventually provided that proved she was indeed a neighbor with benefits. 

Myla met Kris while working as the overnight manager at a local W Hotel.  So she had to stay quiet about everything she knew about the Kris/Kim/Kanye saga.  That is...until chick stopped working there recently.  And she's now making and swimming Swimsuits.  Yep. (That's a sneak peak of her line above.)

Since we're always here to lend an ear to a thirsty jumpoff (remember all her tales about being abused and being pregnant with Kris' child?) esp. one with good tea and nothing to lose, here it goes.

Myla took to her Twitter last night after complaining about suffering from a migraine.  She needed to get some ish out that was obviously burning her up.

Myla posted the above pic of a check that Kim Kardashian's lawyer (Laura Wasser) sent to her in order to get her to appear at the divorce deposition a few months ago....ON KIM'S BEHALF!  Well isn't that clever of Kim....getting your almost ex-husband's jumpoff to go against him in a legal deposition in order to (likely) get her to expose some dirt on Kris?  Not surprised.

Chick claimed she didn't want to travel there to defend anybody's Kim K., so she told them she "didn't have gas money."  And this check magically appeared to alleviate her of her financial stress.  Myla said (read from bottom up):

To Kim's legal team's defense, our own legal sources tell us it's usually mandated by law that the person involved in the deposition must cover certain travel expenses of the person they are requesting the presence of, if said person lives a certain number of miles away from deposition site.  In this case, Myla lives on the east coast and the deposition went down on the west coast.  We're pretty sure that requires Kim's legal team to cut this chick a check to cover her travel expenses.

Stunning gal Beyonce is taking one night off from her Mrs. Carter World Tour to pause right outside of London for a good cause.  Chime For Change, the do-gooder Gucci-backed organization she co-founded with Salma Hayek and Frida Giannini, is putting on their big Sound Of Change fundraiser concert tonight at Twickenham Sports Stadium.

While plenty of celebs have been announced on the line-up as performers and presenters--including Bey herself, Madonna and Timbaland, other details are being kept under wraps.  But first, just hours ago, the fab ladies snapped pics backstage in the media room while donning gorgeous Gucci.

After we saw Gabe Solis on "Braxton Family Values" giving himself an extreme makeover, re-proposing to wife Trina Braxton, and renewing their wedding vows in front of the Braxton family, it seemed to have been too little too late.

Trina just pulled the trigger on the divorce...

Looks like that reconciliation after their almost-divorce last year didn't work.  Because Trina Braxton filed court papers in Georgia recently requesting a divorce from husband Gabriel Adrian-Solis, and citing the marriage is irretrievably broken.

Back in February of 2012, Gabe was accused of engaging in internet sex--allegedly with a transvestite.  The internet cheating was also highlighted on their reality show "Braxton Family Values," where Gabe admitted he is a sex addict.  But he denied the internet sex with men rumors, despite picture proof.  Mmhmm.  Trina threatened to leave, but seemed to have taken him back with semi-open arms.  The couple even renewed their vows on this season of the show.

But oh wells.  Now, TMZ reports that Trina wants the marriage to completely end...now:

As for the nuts and bolts of it all ... Trina says she'll try to work out a financial agreement with her estranged husband to divvy up their assets (and debts) as calmly as possible. She's asking for a total divorce, claiming there's no hope for reconciliation.

Trina has two teenaged sons from a previous relationship.  Do what you gotta do boo.

The Carters weren't scared to show their PDA on stage at tonight's Sound Of Change charity concert for Gucci's Chime For Change organization.  Co-founder Beyonce took the stage in London and brought out her man during "Crazy In Love," plus powerful women like Jennifer Lopez, Mary J. Blige and more took the stage to be the voice of so many women around the world who need one.

In the land of celebrity real estate, Robert Griffin III just dropped $2.5M on a pad in Northern Virginia while Kanye West is trying to unload his apartment in New York.  Get the deets and the pics inside...

Washington Redskins Quarterback Robert Griffin III just dropped $2.5 million on a McMansion in Northern Virginia.

Sitting on over three acres, the 9,000 square foot home is located in a luxurious golf course community and boasts five bedrooms, six baths and a wine cellar.

Though RGIII signed on with the Redskins in 2012 for a reported $21.1 Million, he and fiancee Rebecca Liddicoat still want some free gifts.  The twosome is registered at Bed, Bath & Beyond, and he thanked fans via WhoSay for sending gifts (pictured at the top) from the registry.

In other real estate news.....

Kanye West's famed SOHO apartment is now on the market for $4.5 million.  The fourth-floor unit, located at 25 West Houston St, which has seen the likes of Amber Rose AND Kim Kardashian (all in the same year), is said to feature a few unique "installations".  Aside from the very minimalist nature of the decor, 'Ye's got some very interesting details around the pad.

According to the NY Post, a broker explained that there is a long slender basin located five feet away from Kanye's bed in the master bedroom. 

“It’s the height of a normal sink, but it’s a huge, long, granite object, probably about 9 feet long but only a couple of feet wide. At the front is a sink.  It was long and extremely narrow and very artsy-looking."  The broker continued, “The apartment is amazing. If you like modern and sleek spaces, this is it.”

Also, after vistors enter the apartment and walk down a narrow hallway, they are greated by a statue.  “It looks like an angel, or a little boy Cupid, and it’s on a raised platform”

We're sure most of Kanye's prized possession are now in Paris (it seems that's where he wants his next home to be in addition to the one he's looking for with Kim in L.A.), but folks who actually saw the interior noted that the master suite’s walk-in closet had a dozen pair of expensive sneakers (mostly all Jordans) and there was an angel statue in the living room.

Although a recent rumor nearly derailed his working relationship with Rih Rih, we're happy he got things back on track because this snippet is interesting!  He previewed a little of it on "Sway In The Morning" on Shade 45 recently.  Check it out...

Tiara, a graduate from Ball State University, has revealed that she's in the studio working on her debut LP Sallie Mae. But don't expect to hear Wale on the disc. He told Hot 97 that they no longer have a working relationship and she's actually signed to someone else! It's officially a girl for Kim& Kanye!  We pretty much figured it out a while ago with the ballerina-style baby shower invites and rumors, but on last night's episode of "Keeping up With The Kardashians," Kanye's baby's mom found out the sex officially.  Check it inside, plus pics from Sunday's baby shower celeb arrivals...

At Irving Azoff's posh L.A. mansion Sunday afternoon, friends and fam of the Kardashians made their way back to the same place Khloe & Lamar Odom got married in 2009.  Kanye & Kim's baby shower went down at his home as he's 'Ye's former manager and Kris Jenner's good friend Azoff.

Dad-to-be Kanye made an arrival while hiding behind his hoodie he closed around his face.  The irony of him hating publicity and paparazzi so much but making the Queen of it all his baby's mother.

Kim's long time friends Nicole Richie and Khadijah Haqq made their cute arrivals.

And her twin sis Malika was there looking cute in black & white.

Singer Lauryn Hill has chosen to vacate her NJ mansion. Get the deets on her pre-prison move inside and see how Will and Jaden Smith's"After Earth" performed at the box office. Also, find out why the cops showed up at Shemar Moore's house.   

After falling behind on her rent, troubled rapper Lauryn Hill reportedly informed her New Jersey landlords that she would vacate her rented-mansion on May 31 and settle up with them for $7,000 in back rent.  

But having to find new digs for herself and her kids is just one of the issues currently facing Lauryn.  We told you previously that she's due to start her three month prison stint for tax evasion on July 8 and she's been attacked for the lyrics of her "comeback" single "Neurotic Society." 

Outside of a few rants on her Tumblr page, Lauryn has been pretty silent about her future and how she's dealing with the upcoming prison sentence.  We just hope she can hold it together. 

At the movies.....

After a whirlwind promo schedule, which even included a few high profiles stunts in Europe (DJ Jazzy Jeff and Alfonso Ribeiro were roped in), Will Smith's action film, After Earth, didn't live up to the high expectations of SONY pictures this weekend.  Falling victim to bad "word of mouth" and even more critical reviews, the film took in $27 million opening weekend, landing in third place at the box office. 

Though that figure may seem pretty high, it's definitely NOT "Will Smith" status.  Made with a $130 Million budget, SONY tried to sugar coat the weekend gross saying, "While we were expecting more domestically, we believe the film will perform strongly when we open overseas over the next few weeks."

Good luck with that.  Meanwhile, Tyrese and Ludacris are still holding steady at number one with Fast & Furious 6.

And in LAPD news......

We all know "Criminal Minds" star Shemar Moore's party motto "What Happens At Shemar Moore's House NEVER HAPPENED", but Saturday morning, one of Shemar's guests told the LAPD "just what had happened."  According to TMZ, one of Shemar's guests called the cops, claiming the actor assaulted her. And by the time cops arrived, both Shemar and the woman had accused one another of pushing and shoving.  And yep, alcohol was involved.  So what happened?

According to a police report, the guest claimed she was pushed into the pool and prevented from entering the house to dry off.  Although Shemar did arrive with towels (at the backdoor *snickers*), the "irate" guest was asked to leave the party and that led to the pushing and shoving.  The cops arrived at 3:45am to file their report, but no arrests were made because neither of them had injuries.  

SMH....it's sad that they had to lay hands on each other but we wouldn't want someone "fresh out the pool" walking through our posh L.A. house either.  Womp.

So...this video surfaced of NFLer Kerry Rhodes and his former "assistant" Russell "Hollywood" Simpson.  And it looks like the rough draft of some sort of docu-reality show.  But it's the ending....well actually the whole thing...that has us believing more than ever that Russell was not lying about his intimate relationship with Mr. Rhodes.

In case you forgot, "Hollywood" is Kerry Rhodes' ex assistant.  And "Hollywood" claims he was also Kerry's ex-lover.  While rumors of athletes being gay aren't surprising, this one seemed a bit "concocted" with the beach pics from vacay (several of Kerry's friends went as well) where Kerry is cradling Mr. Hollywood all over the beach.  It could have just been all in fun right?

Well...

This random video that shows how "Hollywood" lives his life as a celebrity assistant is very....interesting.  Apparently, dude is trying to get a reality show about his life that is about being friends with and an assistant to an athlete.  But there two indeed seem...close.

Toward the end, the two are laying in bed kiki'ing...with Kerry shirtless and Hollywood rubbing his arm.  They seemed to be talking about a mutual friend's soda habit and they seemed to think it was hilarious.  Guess it's one of those "inside" jokes.  Check it out for yourselves:

"America's Got Talent" judge Mel B celebrated her 38th birthday this weekend with a party at the opulent dayclub Encore Beach Club followed by dinner at Andrea’s...both at Wynn Las Vegas. 

Her good looking husband, Stephen Belafonte, was right by her side for the festivities, which of course a good excuse to show of their fabulous bodies.

Basketball legend Metta World Peace (formerly Ron Artest was there to celebrate).

And "Celebrity Apprentice" star Li'l Jon manned the wheels of steel.  In addition to making music, Lil' Jon is also one of the resident DJs at The Wynn.  

Before she and Stephen retired to their suite for a power nap and wardrobe change, Mel B was snapped spraying the group with champagne!

And after the afternoon wound down...

Mel and her husband headed down to Andrea's with they  dined on Executive Chef Joseph Elevado’s inspired Asian fare including Shishito Peppers, Shellfish Platter, Wagyu and Lobster Roll, Salmon Tartare, Hamachi Sudachi, Crispy Tuna, Chicken Potstickers, Miso Black Cod, Oysters, and Five Spice Lobster.

The couple also shared a gorgeous birthday cake and other sweet treats with their guests.

After dinner, Mel B, who wore a Rebecca Taylor dress, headed off to Surrender Nightclub (also in the Wynn) with her friends to dance to night away to Lil' Jon and Sidney Sampson.

And in other birthdays.....

"Basketball Wives" star Tami Roman celebrated the 17th birthday of her daughter Jazz Anderson with a swanky party in the LA area.  Before the evening started, the ladies were glammed up by Yoshi studios.  

Then the ladies headed over to the fab party Tami threw for Jazz (shown about with baby sister Lyric Anderson).

And a few of mommy's friends, like actress Elise Neal (above) and and Jackie Christie of "BBW LA" turned out for the David Tutero-planned event.

Following a surprise appearance at Hot 97's SUMMER JAM XX, rap icon Lil' Kim was spotted filming a music video outside of the Metlife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey.  And we're just gonna say she looks good...all things considered.

Outside of her own projects, Lil' Kim has popped up on recent singles from Tiffany Foxx and Young Goldie's"1 Hunnit".

And while there's no release date for Lil' Kim next music project, she's looking good and we can't wait for her next release.

Inside the magazine, where Serena pulls double duty as special-guest editor, she opens up about a debilitating fight against a pulmonary embolism two years ago, the recent documentary Venus and Serena, and how she learned to embrace her curves. She joked,

“It can be a bit weird. Before it was, 'Serena has a big butt,' and that was all. Now there are way more people who feel comfortable with themselves and they're saying, 'I'm a woman, and this is what I look like.' I always say, 'We're popular now! We're finally in style!'"

Also, Serena is embracing the aging process and says that she's never felt better in her life.

"I feel lighter, I feel healthier, and even though I’m 31—which really isn’t old, but for an athlete, particularly a tennis player, it’s old—I promise you, my body has never felt better. Considering how much I’ve played and how much I’ve done, I feel fine. I’m strong...”

"The View" co-host Sherri Shepherd made a very special announcement on The Tom Joyner Morning Show today where she revealed that she and husband Lamar Sally are going to have a baby!

During her stint on "The View" Sherri was very forthcoming about her decision to freeze her eggs a few years ago and now she and Lamar plan to conceive via surrogate. She said,

“We found a drama-free uterus. We found a girl that didn’t have any drama in her life. We’re putting in our egg and Sal’s sperm and we’ll let you know how it progresses.”

Also, Sherri has a new wig line LUXHAIRNOW by Sherri Shepherd debuting on QVC on June 13.“I’m doing everything. I’m like a Jamaican. I wear wigs all the time. If I don’t come off “The View” with a bra line and a wig line, something is wrong.

And if that weren't enough, her book“Plan D: How to Lose Weight and Beat Diabetes” is on shelves now and she'll be hosting the second season of NickMom's stand-up comedy series "NickMom Night Out."

PEOPLE Magazine posted details about the wedding of Jack McCain, the son of U.S. Sen. John McCain of Arizona and his wife Cindy to Renee Swift over the weekend.

The couple held a rehearsal dinner Friday night at the Tonga Room of the Fairmont Hotel with a wedding ceremony on Saturday at San Francisco's Grace Cathedral.  A reception followed at the California Academy of Sciences with all of the McCain children in attendance and Meghan McCain providing live tweets throughout the ceremony.

Jack, who serves as a lieutenant in the Navy, met Renee, a Bay area native and a captain in the USAF reserve, during a tour of duty in Guam.

The couple plan to honeymoon in Africa, after which Jack is slated for another deployment.  Congrats to the happy couple!

HOT 97's annual SUMMER JAM was held in East Rutherford, NJ yesterday with Trinidad James, A$AP Rocky, Nicki Minaj, Rick Ross and Lil Wayne among the high profile appearances.  See pics and video inside and find out which rapper dissed Teyana Taylor....

Yesterday, Hot 97's Summer Jam took place at New Jersey's MetLife Stadium for its 20th anniversary concert. The legendary event brings together some of the biggest and most influential hip-hop artists in the music business...and those folks usually bring out their even more famous friends!  This year, The Wu-Tang Clan helped close out the show with what celebrated the 20th anniversary of their classic debut Enter The Wu-Tang. 

Bad Boy's French Montana was among the homegrown hip hop all-stars who rocked the mic for the evening. For his set, the rapper brought out Rick Ross.

Lil' Wayne also joined French Montana on stage for a performance of "Pop That".

"I'm Different" rapper 2 Chainz performed a few of the hits that turned him into one the industry's hottest artists.

2 Chainz and A$AP ROcky also performed together.

And for his song "I Luv Dem Strippers" 2 Chainz brought out Nicki Minaj.  As she exited the stage, Nicki had some QT with Hot 97's DJ Peter Rosenberg who felt the wrath of her Barbz after he insulted her during Summer Jam 2012.  The viral insult made her bolting from the show.

R&B crooner Miguel performed an energetic set, and this time, no one was injured!  He even brought out Mariah Carey for a performance of "#Beautiful". 

Also, J. Cole appeared for "Power Trip."

Hometown hero Joe Budden, who's become more famous for his antics on VH1's "LAHH 3" than his music, hit the stage to show folks he can still rhyme.

Any hip-hop fan knows you can't have "Summer Jam" without someone getting dissed or (verbal) shots being fired...and Teyana Taylor was on the receiving end of a jab this year.

In what could be a well-timed publicity stunt, shortly after Hot 97's Peter Rosenberg announced that A$AP Ferg would be dropping his debut album, Trap Lord, on August 20, the rapper hit the stage and dissed G.O.O.D. Music starlet Teyana saying, 

“Who you know who got big tits – Teyana/ Sucked on em when I lived out in Harlem/ got signed back Pharrell and started acting like a prima donna.”

So far, Teyana has not responded to the diss but people ARE talking about Ferg and his album release date.  Coincidence?

Over the weekend, Solange Knowles performed-rocking Box Kitten--at the 6th Annual Roots Picnic at the Festival Pier in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Though she's known around the world as a fashion diva, Solange revealed to The "L" Magazine (a Brooklyn-based publication) that her most important role is being a mom.  And she said living in Brooklyn (near family and friends) allows her to be a better mother.

“You know...my parents are here, my sister is here, my cousin is here, all my friends are here. We really wanted Julez to have the experience that we had growing up—being able to drop in on his aunt’s house and being able to hang out with Grandma and see our friends and have that experience of actually having a soccer game and having family show up. It’s such a beautiful feeling, but also having that village is a necessary reality so that I’m able to pursue my passion both outside of motherhood and outside of my career.”

On "Crooked Smile" J. Cole enlists TLC for a song about embracing one's imperfections.  Off of his upcoming disc Born Sinner (June 18), he raps,

Twins Tia & Tamera Mowry are keeping it new-mommy fab as they make their rounds at L.A. events these day.  Check out the twosome bringing their baby boys to a pediatric AIDS charity event inside, plus how mommy Beyonce is still toying with the media about whether she's pregnant again...

Actress Tia Mowry-Hardrict, son Cree Taylor Hardrict, actress Tamera Mowry-Housley and son Aden Housley arrived at the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation's 24th Annual 'A Time For Heroes' at Century Park yesterday.  And they looked fresh faced and ready for some fun for a cause.

Their brother, "Baby's Daddy" actor Tahj, came out to lend his support as well.  Loving the stripes and dots on the trio.

And new parents Tamera and Adam Housley snapped pic.  Cute.

Tamera's got the perfect mommy glow and looks totally cute these days, while Tia has been getting back to her pre-baby body.  Tamera will be back on TV this July for the new talk show "The Real," and Tia will be starring on Nick's "Instant Mom." 

Looks like the fab chicks, who own reality show "Tia & Tamera" is gearing up for another season, are officially bck at it.

And in other mommy news, Beyonce's ever the slickster when it comes to covering up rumors of a pregnancy.  When "Today" asked Bey during their interview this morning about the showing of the Sound of Change event, it seems they were hoping to get an exclusive announcement.  But Bey wasn't having it.

“What kind of rumor? What? Huh, huh? I don’t know what you’re talking about,” she told the reporter.

Mmmhmm.  Since she's not confirming or denying the pregnancy, Bey will likely play coy until she finds another stage to drop the mic on while exposing that bump.  That is if she's actually pregnant.

Rap icon Jay-Z is on the brink of singing a deal with Samsung Mobile that would net him $20 million dollars.  Get the deets on the rumored deal inside....

Rapper Jay-Z, whom FORBES Magazine has listed as one of the wealthiest hip hop artists in the world, is reportedly set to add $20 million dollar to his bank account once a deal with Samsung Mobile is inked.  

So what would entice Jay-Z to lend his image to Samsung?  An insider told the NY Post, 

"The eight-figure deal will be inked in the next few weeks, and is the biggest of its kind. You can speculate that he’ll want to develop some kind of new music-streaming service to promote his acts and music on mobile devices."

In other Jay-Z news, insiders say his Roc Nation Sports group is on the verge of signing Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver DeSean Jackson.  But because DeSean recently fired his former agent,  he can't be "courted" publicly by Roc Nation until AFTER he files paperwork with the NFL players union.  But for now....all eyes point towards the Roc.

We just hope DeSean doesn't post any photos of himself with Jay-Z like Geno Smith did before he signed. Players have to keep those "non-agent relationships" on the down low to avoid penalties and fines.
