Annnnnd that's a wrap for Shawty Lo!  Before his show could even see the light of prime time, Oxygen has canceled the rapper's "All My Babies' Mamas" show due to constant pressure.

After defending the show once it started the very short lived publicity campaign, the Oxygen network has put the kibosh on ATL drug honcho turned rapper Shawty Lo's made-for-foolywang "All My Babies' Mamas."  That's right. You won't be seeing 10 women, who are all mothers to Shawty Lo's kids, play out their foolish, sad or cringe worthy behavior while Shawty stays in the middle being equally foolish and getting praised for it.

The Daily Beast says their sources say Oxygen will announce cancellation any day now.  Interestingly, the network first defended the show by saying,“It was not meant to be a stereotypical representation of everyday life for any one demographic or cross section of society.’’

Oh really?  Interesting.

The creator of the petition, Sabrina Lamb, worked to stop the show from airing.  She stated in the petition (the gist of it) that the show would be a horrific example of life for a certain "group" of people.  She told the Daily Beast:

“I love that the people who’ve signed the petition are from all backgrounds, ages, and countries.  This one elderly white man wrote me and said even he was tired of the stereotypical images of black people.’’

“This show is about more than a rapper and his girlfriends.  This is a show about kids who had no choice in how they came into the world. This show sets them up to be ridiculed and made fun of. None of us should be OK with that.’’
 

She said on her Facebook page today:

My entire statement will be announced tomorrow (outlining all of our victories) at the press conference and posted here at 12:00 noon-ish. Until then, I thank all 38,000 supporters who stood up for our children and said, "Enough Is Enough!" Oxygen Media awoke a sleeping GIANT!!

Here's to hoping certain other networks follow suit with their foolish shows.  But we doubt that will happen soon.  Thanks Oxygen for choosing standards over quick money.  Anybody can make a buck.  But it's all about who is and isn't affected when you make one.  Clearly, not everyone gives a damn. 

Rappers Kris Kross reunited for a special appearance at the So So Def Anniversary 20th Anniversary Press Conference in Atlanta recently. See pics from the press conference inside....

Rappers Kris Kross (Chris "Mac Daddy" Kelly and Chris "Daddy Mac" Smith) are all grown up now and wearing their clothes the right way nowadays.  The duo made a rare appearance in Atlanta earlier today at a press conference in Atlanta honoring the 20th anniversary of So So Def Records. 

Founded by Jermaine Dupri, So So Def helped establish Atlanta as the mecca for R&B and Hip Hop music in the 90s with Kris Kross leading the way. And everybody was jumping around trying to rap fast just like these kids.

Although the group has not recorded since their 1996 album Young, Rich & Dangerous, they will be returning to the spotlight for a special So So Def All-Star Anniversary Concert on February 23 at the Fox Theater in Atlanta.

The Anniversary Concert will be preceded by a series of events, including a private VIP dinner, a star-studded Anniversary party and a pre-concert reception. A 20-song “Best of So So Def” compilation CD is also in the works for a June release.

Founder Jermaine Dupri was honored at the press conference by Mayor Kasim Reed where legendary So So Def performers Xscape, Kris Kross, Da Brat, Jagged Edge, Bonecrusher, Dem Franchize Boyz and Dondria celebrated.

Walter Jackson really wants his extended 15 minutes, y'all.  The "Real Housewives of Atlanta" semi-boyfriend of Kenya Moore is begging Bravo's exec Andy Cohen to let him give the real deal about him and Kenya.

After going on V103's radio station a while back dishing on his for-the-cameras relationship with "RHOA" star Kenya Moore, Walter's not done yet.  He's been spotted with women on dates and such a few times, so he quickly got the wrap of being a player.  Maybe this is what's prompting him to come out about his fake relationship.

Now, Walter's taking it a step further by asking Andy Cohen...on Twitter...of he could go on his show ("Watch What Happens Live") to dish some dirt.  He tweeted:

Hi @BravoAndy, I am willing to come on your show and prove that we hadn't seen or talked to each other until the show started taping.

Why are we not surprised?

It's been rumored for a little while now that former "Basketball Wives" star Jennifer Williams had a new man.  And that her man was this guy pictured above.  And it's indeed true.

The twosome were spotted cuddled up last night at BET's afterparty for the premiere of "Second Generation Wayans" and "Real Husbands of Hollywood".  And it seems Jen is cool with being much more public about their relationship.  No better way to say SO LONG to your messy ex husband and/or ex bestie than to be happy with a new boo.

Cisco is the founder of CMG entertainment.  Jen told S2S that the two met on the set of a video, and they remained friends...leading to an official couple status.

Hopefully Cisco's giving her whatever she needs.  Time will tell...

Carmelo Anthony has spoken out about his "alleged" marital problems and also addressed his 15-day fast of "clarity" and how that could have led to the "Honey Nut Cheerios" situation.  Find out what he said inside and hear about Nicki Minaj's dreams of becoming a bus driver on "The Tonight Show."

After his post-game confrontation rampage against Kevin Garnett made headlines, many folks were wondering what set NY Knicks superstar Carmelo Anthony off and if he was having problems at home.  Though some rumors have Carmelo and LaLa living apart, Carmelo denies having any marital problems telling the Post after last night's game (that LaLa missed because she was at a makeup event):

“Just letting you know me and my wife have no problems. We’re good.  We have our time. We have our down time. She works. I work. We make it work. Communication is the key.”

It seems like he admitted that their relationship (like all of them) may have its minor downs, but it's normal relationship stuff that everyone goes through. We don't need to rush them off to splitsville just yet.

And though he didn't blame his hunger for the confrontation, he did reveal that he's just come off of a 15-day fast.

“It’s just for my own sake. Sometimes in life you need clarity in your life. You kind of want to replenish your body, build your body back, get all the toxins, unuseful things that you don’t need in your body out.”

So having a clear mind...and "maybe" being hungry...and possibly having your wife insulted is enough to push any man over the edge right?

Well, for his part, Carmelo hasn't confirmed how Kevin insulted him, but he did say again it was “something you don’t say to men.”

And when asked about coming off his fast and what he's going to eat, he jokingly addressed the "Honey Nut Cheerios" and said,"I’m definitely going to get a bowl of that, for sure.”

Nicki Minaj, dressed in her signature pink and a gold Versace necklace, chatted with Jay Leno last night on "The Tonight Show" where she talked about her performing arts background in high school and how she had dreams of becoming a bus driver as a child.

Nicki has come a long way since that dream and said that if she ever became president that she would make "illegal" u-turns "legal" because she hates driving to the next corner.  Yes...the important things.

She also talked about her role on "American Idol" (which starts tonight on FOX!) and talked about what she looks for in a contestant.  The head Barb says she wants that "IT" factor that she can't really describe, but you know it when you see it.

Two "rich" ladies, Amber Rose and Nene Leakes, were spotted out handling their business (and exposing it as well) in L.A. yesterday.  See the ladies inside...

Amber Rose, who looks like she's about to pop any second now, was spotted feeding the meter in L.A. yesterday. She joked about gaining weight on Twitter saying, "I'm finally getting a Lil chunky going into my last month of pregnancy...Better now then in those first couple months #Chunkydonkymonkey"

Later, she was spotted leaving a nail salon in West Hollywood after a quick touch-up.

While her black leggings revealed a pair of pink and black undies, it was her pink leather jacket with the word "RICH" on the back that really made a statement.  We guess Wiz's "ONIFC" album sales and tour dates are keeping the couple set up pretty nicely. 

We're sure Amber is going home to put her feet up and rest.  She tweeted that she doesn't do housework anymore, "Our cleaning ladies are the shit! If it wasn't 4 them our house wld look crazy cuz my big ol tired self ain't cleaning nutten. ;-) "

There have been a few confusing rumors since yesterday.  One Oxygen source telling the Daily Beast that Shawty Lo's "All My Baby Mamas" has gotten the axe, and another source telling Rumor Fix that the show is still in production.  But this evening, the Oxygen network themselves has put out the official statement that the show has indeed been pulled.

Things looked pretty bleak for Shawty-Lo, Ecreia, and the rest of the baby mama's afterThe Daily Beast reported that Oxygen had caved to pressure from organizer Sabrina Lamb and the more than 36,000 people who signed her petition demanding Oxygen yank "All My Babies' Mamas" from its lineup.  Then, Oxygen denied the cancellation.

Though they were definitely dancing around the issue, Oxygen told RumorFix:

“That rumor is simply untrue. The project remains in early development." They added, the show "... is not meant to be a stereotypical representation of everyday life for any one demographic or cross section of society.”

But just moments ago, Oxygen gave a final official statement to The Grio saying NO to Shawty Lo....and all his babies mamas.  Here's their words:

“As part of our development process, we have reviewed casting and decided not to move forward with the special.  We will continue to develop compelling content that resonates with our young female viewers and drives the cultural conversation.”

We have a feeling Shawty Lo may not know yet as we're told by one of his PR people that the rapper was "sick" at home today.  And his team still was under the impression...as of a few hours ago...that the show was still a go. This surely won't make him feel any better.

It's a WRAP for "All My Babies Mamas"...before it even hit the air.

17-year-old rapper Chief Keef is currently in custody for a parole violation. Find out the deets inside...

Rapper Chief Keef is locked up in Chicago after violating probation stemming from a January 2012 case...where he pointed a gun at a cop.

The "I Don't Like" rapper previously received 18 months probation and was ordered to stay away from firearms....but that didn't happen.  Last June, the rapper was seen visiting a gun range in NYC in a promotional video that has since been removed from Pitchfork.com.

He was taken out of court on Tuesday in handcuffs and is due back on Thursday for a sentencing hearing.  His manager tweeted,

Kandi's got herself a husband...almost.  Her boyfriend Todd Tucker proposed and the twosome have just confirmed their engagement!  Deets inside..

"Real Housewives of Atlanta" star Kandi Burruss and boyfriend--tv producer Todd--are set to walk down the aisle soon.  After "that man moved into the house" (in our Riley voice), it was a only a matter of time before Todd popped the question to take their relationship even further.

After rumors swirled today that the two were engaged, Kandi gave the exclusive to Us Weekly confirming that it's indeed true.

39-year-old Todd proposed on New Year's Eve at a party in Atlanta with friends. All of the couple's reality star and ATL friends were in tow.

And by the way, Todd got Kandi's 10-year-old daughter Riley's blessing before asking for Kandi's hand in marriage.  And he slid a two carat diamond on his bride-to-be's ring finger.

Kandi, who was engaged once before to the now late A.J. Jewell, said about the news:

"I was totally surprised.  I used to make jokes with my friends that I [was] part of the Forever Single Club.  That's what I said before, but now I'm totally different."

The twosome met on the set of "Real Housewives of Atlanta" during filming of the South Africa trip last season.  And 36-year-old Kandi also says they plan to have kids together once they're married.

She also talked about why the feud between her and Mariah began, and the shade she felt from day 1.

She also said she's not ready for the live tapings because she doesn't trust her mouth."I don't want everybody to think I'm a crazy psycho."

Funnyman Kevin Hart appeared on BET's 106 and Park yesterday to promote the debut of his highly-anticipated series "Real Husbands Of Hollywood."  

He was joined on the set by co-stars Robin Thicke and JB Smoove who chatted with hosts Bow Wow and Paigion.  

The series kicked off last night and also features Boris Kodjoe, Nelly, Nick Cannon and Duane Martin as "very over-the-top" caricatures of themselves.

Despite rumors of marital strife, Carmelo Anthony and wife Lala Anthony are together across the pond (not pictured) for an upcoming Knicks game.  Get the deets on their London game and hear how he feels about the owner of Madison Square Garden making plans to spy on him inside....

Carmelo Anthony and wife Lala are proving the gossips wrong and showing that they are still together while on a NY Knicks trip to London.  The team is currently across the pond where they'll play against the Detroit Pistons at the O2 Arena on Thursday.

It's Carmelo's first time being back in London since he was a part of the gold-medal winning Olympic basketball team.  He told the NY Post that he brought his wife along and he's ready for the exhibition style game.“It feels good to be back. I’m tired now, but I’ll get some rest and see how I feel. It’ll bring back some good memories.’’

And LaLa was in good company as other NBA wives like Porschla Kidd and Alexis Stoudemire also made the trip.  And it's all thanks to NY Knicks owner James Dolan renting a supersized charter so the Knicks could bring their wives and kids along for the London game.

But back on American soil, James is gearing up for what some consider to be a shady move.  When the Knicks play the Bulls on Friday and Sunday’s game vs. the Hornets, he's hired two audio technicians to sit on opposite sides of the court to record Carmelo's on-court dialogue with other players. Say what!?

Carmelo spoke up about it,“I don’t care about the microphones, I wasn’t aware of it. I found out on the plane [ride].’’

He added,

“I don’t think the mics are going to stop what goes out on the court. But it was funny when I heard it. No, I wasn’t upset. Not at all.” 

He took an even more positive attitude yesterday saying,"I got an owner who looks out for me. You can’t beat that, an owner that protects his players."

We're glad Carmelo is looking on the bright side of this.  And it might be interesting to hear our favorite NBA ballers trash-talking while on the court.  That alleged"Honey Nut Cheerios" line is better than anything we've heard on reality tv lately.

Rihanna's new single cover for her track "Stay" is raising a few eyebrows.  Check out the ode to Chris Brown inside, plus her "Pour It Up" cover....

The track, which appears on her latest release Unapologetic, is all about about her singing her heart out about wanting her lover to stay....even though she doesn't know how she fees about it.  So it's only right she has a picture of her and her on-again off-again lover Chris Brown (possibly from their first very public night out at the club) as her cover.

Something tells us (if this image is in fact from their club date) the video will be footage of them at the club that night as well...since we're told cameras were rolling everywhere.

Another single cover she released is for "Pour It Up", another new single off Unapologetic.  It's a pic of her drinking it up during her time at Coachella this past summer.
