Mya has released a video for her latest single "Mr.Incredible" and we have it for you inside....

Mya has released a sulty video for the "Mr. Incredible" track off her K.I.S.S. disc.  She dedicated the video to her hardcore fans saying, "A gift to my fans. Thank you all for supporting the "K.I.S.S." album in 2012."

Produced by Young Yonny, the video features Mya rocking a 70s "Soul Sista" wig while taking a sexy bubble bath. Later, she steps out of the tub to set the mood right in a dimly lit room of candles.

Katt Williams should definitely be concerned about taxes and the fiscal cliff as he's already on the hook with the IRS for $4 million!  Get deets on his tax woes inside.....

It has been a rough year for Katt Willaims as he's had numerous slaps and run-ins with fans, police and even his assistant.  And if those legal woes weren't enough to carry over into 2013, now he has the weight of the IRS on his back. 

First, Katt is accused of not paying $3.2 million in taxes for his big money days of 2008; then he didn't pay $829,352 in 2009; and now the Feds want $284,000 for 2010!

All in all, Katt is in debt to Uncle Sam for a total of $4 million.  And when you think about what he'll be paying in legal fees....he might what to book an HBO special or release a DVD or two.

It's official.  After reports surfaced earlier this week of insiders claiming Brandy got engaged during the Christmas Holiday, it's now been 100% confirmed.  Deets inside, plus a pic from her and Ryan Press' Hawaiian getaway...

They been dating for two years, and he just put a ring on it.  Brandy's rep just confirmed to Entertainment Tonight that Ryan popped the question during the Holiday, and the twosome are set to be hitched!

It will be the first (real) marriage for 33-year-old Brandy.  And after chick told everyone who would listen just how much she loved herself some Ryan, it's good to see that he's head over heels as well.  The twosome have been attached at the hip (pictured together above at the 2012 'VH1 Divas' show) since they started dating, and Brandy confirmed on 'Wendy' that they already live together.

And insider told Us Weekly, "They are thrilled and happy and Brandy feels this is so right."

Ryan will become stepdad to Brandy's 10-year-old daughter Sy'Rai.  The "Wildest Dreams" singer has written songs about music industry exec Ryan and gushed about her boo in interviews, so the engagement comes as no surprise.

And just how are the love birds celebrating?  They're currently living it up in Hawaii.  Brandy posted a pic of her happy self saying, "Hawaii sun all in my face:) having a great time with my love @ryanpress215".  And Ryan posted his bride-to-be looking hot saying, "Right here with me":

Along with his twin daughters, Diddy, Quincy and Christian spent the day swimming and playing on inflatable trampolines and toys.  Must be nice to be a Combs kid.

Diddy didn't want to miss a moment of the fun so he took a few pics of the kids playing  on top of his yacht Oasis in the hot tub.

The proud papa later hit the ocean on his propeller toys and tweeted about his exciting day saying, "I love seeing them happy."

Father of the YearDwyane Wade got a bit heated during last night's game against the Bobcats.  Now he's defending himself on Twitter about that shot to the groin....

Miami Heat star D-Wade is usually a pretty even tempered player.  But after some rough contact from Charlotte Bobcats baller Ramon Sessions (#7 pictured above right after the conflict), Dwyane had to give him a little something.

In the middle of the 4th quarter of Wednesday night's game in the MIA, Dwyane flailed his leg on Sessions and it resulted in D-Wade's knee kicking dude in the groin.

The Heat still won the game, but Dwyane rushed to his Twitter to explain his actions..especially because it went down in front of his boys:

"I'm far from being a dirty player + my intent was never 2 kick Ramon Sessions.

I just reacted to the contact that I got from him.... More than anything, I think of my boys watchin me be4 retaliating 2ward any player. Im moving 4ward + ready 2 get back on the court in MIL."

Mr. Wade was slapped with a 1 game suspension on Thursday, without pay, and he will serve it by sitting out tonight's game when the Heat travel to Detroit.  Peep the video below and decide if this scrap-up really warranted a suspension...

Beginning on Saturday, December 29th, fans are encouraged to submit photos of specific poses in hopes of being selected for a chance to be part of a crowd sourced Halftime introduction spot and welcome Beyoncé to the stage on CBS on February 3, 2013.

In addition, people who submit their photos will be entered into a drawing for a chance to be one of 50 lucky fans selected to perform on the field as Beyoncé and her dance team take the stage during her Pepsi Super Bowl Halftime Show.

Something more than those scantilly clad bikini pics have come out of Rihanna's trip to Barbados.  Thanks to the "Diamonds" chick flashing her perfectly perky T&A in a fully open balcony window (where she knew paparazzi had been watching her for days).

While Rihanna rocked swimsuits that got smaller and smaller each day that she was back on her native island of Barbados recently, she was caught (shocker) fully naked on her balcony.

Pics just leaked of Rihanna changing from a black bikini to a little red one.  And the paparazzi camera caught her fully naked bod as her ass was propped up on full display in the open door.

Despite the nude pics hitting the net last night, the "Fresh Off The Runway" singer has yet to say anything about it.  Cat never got her tongue before when she put out her own damn near naked pics or when she was trying to clear up a rumor.  But this time, she remains mum.

Is that because she knew the pics were being taken...seeing that she keeps turning around looking out the balcony window while chillin' butt ass naked? Just a thought...

She's pregnant....again!  "Real Housewives of Atlanta" star Phaedra Parks just returned from her Christmas vacation to the Bahamas with hubby ApolloNida and friends.  And she revealed some big news.  Deets inside...

Phaedra released the first pic showing off her growing baby bump on the beaches of the Bahamas.  And now Phaedra Parks is letting her fans know that she and Apollo are indeed expecting their second child.

Big brother Ayden is 2 and a half now.  So the lawyer turned funeral service entrepreneur will have a little helper on her hands.

Phaedra & Apollo spent the Christmas Holiday in Nassau at Atlantis Paradise Island with co-stars Kandi Burruss and Todd.  Plus, reality tv homies Toya & Memphitz Wright, Rasheeda & Kirk Frost, Evelyn Lozada and everyone's kids.  She seemed to always hide her belly in pics, and now we know why.

But the Holiday times haven't been all happiness and rainbows for the couple.  With a new episode of "Housewives" airing this Sunday that shows some possible strife between the Phaedra & Apollo, the couple is also dealing with the deaths of close family members.

She wrote, in part, on her BRAVO blog last week,

“Many of you have been wondering where I’ve been and why I have not blogged lately. Well unfortunately, both Apollo and I recently lost our maternal grandmothers. In early November my grandmother became ill and I chose to direct all of my energy and focused on caring for her and supporting my mother."

“Unfortunately, on November 25 my dear grandmother passed away. I immediately sprang into funeral mode preparing for her memorial service and burial. I wanted to make sure her home going service was reminiscent of her spirit: elegant, joyous, and unforgettable! As we were returning home from my grandmother’s obsequies, we learned that Apollo’s grandmother passed away. So, we have been very busy caring for our families and managing the tender moments of loss and grief.”

Through all the grief and sadness, Phaedra & Apollo will be welcoming in happiness with their brand new bundle of joy.  Oh, and their new joint fitness DVD too.  Congrats!

Many of the music biz's top recording artists like Rihanna, Nicki Minaj, Kanye West and Lady Gaga saw their social media impact decrease dramatically as YouTube "cancelled" millions of "likes" and "views" of their videos. Find out why inside...

Some of music's biggest viral videos like Beyonce's "Single Ladies," Lady Gaga's "Bad Romance" and Psy's"Gangnam Style" saw their social media impressions decrease as YouTube recently cracked down on fraudulent view count-building techniques called "black hat."

The crack down affects the nations' largest recording companies--Sony and Universal--who were stripped of 2 billion hits after YouTube cracked down.

So what exactly is black hat?  It's "the term used when hackers artificially build up the numbers of views or likes on a YouTube video - enabling them to make clips appear far more popular than they really are and increase their exposure on the site."

YouTube doesn't come right out and accuse companies like Sony or Universal of hiring hackers to do this.  But how else would it have been done?  They stated,"This was not a bug or a security breach. This was an enforcement of our viewcount policy."

Universal, home of Rihanna, Nicki Minaj and Justin Bieber, lost a total of one billion views in the video site’s biggest ever crackdown.  Alicia Keys and Rita Ora lost 850 million.

It's well understood that YouTube operates as an unofficial music chart.  So for promotional purposes, it sounds a lot sexier to say Rihanna's "Where Have You Been" video got 100,000 likes and 25 million views versus 1000 views and 25,000 likes. 

The longterm impact of the crackdown won't likely hit folks like Justin Bieber in the pocket, but will impact people who rely on their "view count" for advertising purposes on the YouTube channels.

We guess folks will have to go back to the old hustle and grind of actually asking people to spread the word about their pages and channels.  Or just having talent....

Three "topless" video vixens are suing rapper Tyga for exposing their nipples in his "Make It Nasty" video. Find out what led to the lawsuit inside and get details about Katt Williams child endangerment arrest and views on guns and safety...

Earlier this month, Tyga released his "Make It Nasty" video. Now, three of the scantily clad video vixens in the clip are suing the rapper for breach of contract.

In a lawsuit filed by Alissa Rae Ross, Azia Davis and Elizabeth Velasquez, the trio "agreed" to appear topless during the filming of the video after they were assured that their nipples would be covered and the video would be tastefully shot. Or as least as tasteful as a "nasty" video from a strip club anthem rapper could be.

Things were fine (the edited video was a hit)...until Tyga decided to post the unedited version on his Twitter account where the ladies' nipples were fully exposed.  They are now suing the rapper for breach of contract, invasion of privacy, as well as fraud. The video is below:

What's with video chicks and strippers suing for ish in their job descriptions?  You're a video chick in a NASTY video....and you're shocked and outraged it wasn't "tastefully shot"?  Why not wear pasties if you were so concerned about your nipples being shown and ruining your 'classy' image?  I mean, we all know that bouncing your exposed ass and coochie crack on men and other women while wearing damn near nothing is ONLY distasteful if your nipples are shown.

Sounds just like the chick (who may or may not be a stripper) suing Trey Songz because he threw money at her in a strip club.  But we digress.
 

And in police custody news....

Katt Williams could possibly ring in the new year without his kids as he was taken into police custody recently and his kids were taken away.

Katt, who has mentioned his "children" during his comedy routine on several occasions, was jailed recently for possible child endangerment.

After a VERY public string of arrests and assaults, it's only natural that a light bulb would go off at the L.A. County Dept. of Children and Family Services that he might need to be investigated. And they did.

They showed up at Katt's home in Woodland Hills, CA and found numerous guns and illegal drugs leading them to conclude that his home was a safety hazard for the kids.

UPDATE: Last night, Katt was released from jail (on $100,000 bail)  and TMZ caught up with him to question his kids safety and he responded, "How do you keep kids safe without guns?"

Also, Katt claims the guns were secure,"If the police come in and raid my place and break into my gun boxes, you're gonna find guns! I'm not in a gang, what difference does it make?"

So what about the drugs?  Katt said that weed is not a drug and we know from his previous run-ins with the law that he does indeed have a permit for medical marijuana.

Sadly, the D.A. may still bring possible felony child endangerment charges. We'll keep you posted....

UPDATE 2: Katt, along with Suge Knight, got into a club brawl right after Katt was released from jail.  This is just sad at this point.  STAY HOME! TMZ has video of Kat being chased back to his SUV outside of Eden nightclub in L.A.

Flight actor Denzel Washington is on his annual yacht vacay around his favorite luxe caribbean cities.  Pics of Denzel taking his wife, Pauletta, and their son pulling up to Anguilla for his birthday inside...

Denzel and Pauletta were spotted sipping champagne in St. Baths the day before.  And for Denzy's 58th birthday yesterday, the couple and their son yachted over to the nearby island of Anguilla (where they have also been going for years) for the 2012 Anguilla Festive.  And to hit the golf courses with  legendary athletes Michael Jordan and Gary Sheffield, who we hear are also in Anguilla for the Holiday: 

They hopped off their yacht to hit up a fabulous beach, then took their small boat back to their massive yacht.

Samuel Jackson opened up recently about his controversial role in Django Unchained, revealing why he thinks he was ignored by the Golden Globes and his thoughts on winning an Oscar.  Find out what he said inside....

As folks like Spike Leepublically bashDjango Unchained for its Hollywood depiction of slavery, Samuel Jackson defends both the film and its director in an interview with Deadline.com.  He also says why he thinks he's often overlooked at the Oscars and Golden Globes.  Here are the highlights:

On his role as Stephen (a freed slave [according to what Leo DiCaprio's character intorduced him as in the movie] who oversees the plantation):

"I mean Quentin writes interesting characters. I’ve been pretty despicable in most of his films. People loved Jules (Pulp Fiction) but he’s a murderer. People loved Ordell (Jackie Brown) but he’s a murderer. Stephen has an unusual take on slavery. He’s okay with it.

“I hope he’s reviled, and people want to see him die. People enjoy him, but it’s strange. He’s a funny guy in a way, despicably funny. People laugh at Stephen and what he does, but you know they do want to see him dead.”

On Quentin Tarantino turning slavery into a western:

“I would say that Quentin’s way is the way to reach a larger audience, and slavery seems to be another backdrop. We seldom understand that when people were out there shooting Indians or whatever, on the other side of the Mississippi there were people getting beaten down. This is the first time those genres cross paths. When you take that and make it entertaining in a way, you express the brutality of what slavery really was, of how people were really property and the way people treated them."

On why he didn't get a Golden Globe nomination for "Django Unchained":

“I understand what the Golden Globes is. It’s the only show they (the Hollywood Foreign Press Association) have and is their biggest moneymaker so you have to pack the room with people that are going to make people tune into that show. With popular actors and the popular television shows, it’s whoever they think people want to see on the red carpet and hope that they win, not necessarily the quality of work you’ve done.”

On how he feels about Oscars and Golden Globes:

“I figured out early in the game that the best thing for me to do is just keep going to work. I don’t worry about picking a movie that says ‘oh my god, this has Oscar potential’. Other people think about that stuff, I don’t. I look at some actors and go ‘they only do those kinds of movies’. I do movies I want to see myself. "

We wonder if Samuel will pick up an Oscar nomination, as his role as a black slave master/overseer on a white man's plantation was one we rarely, if ever, have seen in a film.  And he did a damn good job, no matter how uncomfortable it made people.  Afterall, isn't that the job of an actor?

P.S.  It seems like most people with harsh criticsms of what they think this movie is, did not see the movie at all.  At least not in full.  See the movie before pre-judging.  We think it was an interesting and intriguing perspective at the day to day life and mindsets during the slave era that in many ways, were historically true.  It was not a documentary from solely a historical perspective, and it was not intended to be.

Most folks didn't catch it till recently, but Jaden Smith snuck and dropped his newest collabo on Christmas Eve.  This one is with Kid Cudi and it's called "Higher Up."  Peep it inside...

The track is originally a Kid Cudi song, released back in 2009.  So the new version of this track keeps Cudi's vocals and adds 14-year-old Jaden's verses.  And a few of his verses are talking about his dress-wearing fashion and a few apologies to his parents about being vocal about some things he saw that were hard to forget.

“I’m different, dawg, I wear dresses/ I’m not upset you don’t mess with my style ’cause this stuff’s aggressive,” Jaden raps.

Meanwhile, Jaden's starring in another film with his father, Will, called After Earth.  And is also working on his own clothing line, MSFT.

Django Unchained star Jamie Foxx took his youngest daughter on a trip to Australia for New Year's.  And the twosome was spotted with a few others (possibly the baby's mama) at a petting zoo in Sydney.  We've got the cute pics inside...

After a busy year of promoting his box office hit Django Unchained, Jamie Foxx took an end of the year vacay to Australia on Thursday.  And even though it's summer time down under, the 45-year-old was spotted at a petting zoo in Sydney on Saturday, bundled up in a hat, scarf and sweater.  Trying to be in disguise much?

He brought his youngest daughter along, but not his 19-year-old daughter Corinne who tweeted that she wished she was in Aussieland too:

His little munchkin, in the teal shorts, looked happy as pie to petting all the cutesy creatures.  And there were also a few women in the group, one of them possibly his daughter's mother.

Jamie got in his petting time too. 

The actor also tweeted about partying it up at Marquee in Sydney with his homies, including Dallas Austin.  And his co-stars Jonah Hill & Leo DiCaprio are also yachting around Sydney right now.  So it looks like he may have a little reunion with the guys while there.
