But 106KMEL attempted to "check" Keyshia by telling TMZ that they had NEVER booked her as a headliner. They said,
“We were surprised to see Keyshia Cole’s Tweets the night of our show ... as she was never scheduled to be the show’s final act. When we were notified a week before her performance that she planned to cancel, we immediately removed her name from all advertising and promotion and offered refunds to those fans who requested."
Hmm....sounds pretty suspicious. We're sure Keyshia's people asked AHEAD OF TIME where she'd fall in the show's lineup.

In a shocking revelation to PEOPLE magazine, hearthrob actor Michael Ealy revealed that he wed Khatira Rafiqzada, his girlfriend of four years, back in October.

During two different interviews, rapper T.I. covers ROLLING OUT Magazine and speaks to The Breakfast Club about the impact of prison had on his life and what his wife Tiny Harris means to him. See the highlights inside and hear Katt Williams side of the story about slapping a Target store employee.
T.I. is one rapper who has been through many challenges before the public eye as a rapper, tv personality and prison inmate. While speaki to ROLLING OUT and The Breakfast Club, he tries to explain how things he's gone through have impacted his family, his music and the way he lives his life today.
During a very candid interview with ROLLING OUT, he spoke about the moment he realized that wife "Tiny" Harris was the one for him, how prison changed him and cleared up misconceptions about black youth choosing the jail system over college. Here are the highlights:
On how he was affected by prison:
When I went to prison in 2009, I had so much resentment for the system. When you’re in a certain element, you can exercise certain strengths. But when you place me in a jungle and it’s all about survival, I’m going to have tp posture myself in a way I’m fit to survive. By the time I came out of prison, my mind-set was different from when I went in. Prison did me no good. But personally, I regressed completely.
In certain neighborhoods, do you think that more respect is given to those who went to jail when compared to others who went to college?
That’s a misconception. I think white folks put that out there because they want us to feed off that. I grew up in Bankhead, been around Campbellton Road, Simpson Road, West End and every ghetto in Atlanta. And I never thought it was cooler to go to jail than to go to college. I knew college wasn’t for me, but I knew jail wasn’t for me, either. If you give me the option between jail and college, I’m taking college. They have women in college, ain’t no women in jail. I’ve never thought that. And no one I ever spoke to said, ”Man, something in me wants to see what it’s like to go to jail.” On the other hand, we knew that we were doing things that could land us in jail. But we never thought it was cool. That’s a misconception. If you’re a teenager, or whatever, don’t believe that going to jail is cool. I’ve been in there with people who are doing 20-year bids and life sentences. Those folks never feel like it was cool.
When he knew Tiny was the 'one':
For me, it was early. I can’t say the exact day. Because even when you initially make the decision, you still wrestle with whether you made the right decision. Within the first two years, I made that initial decision. Then maybe another two years, I confirmed that decision. A few years later, I finalized that decision.
How women can find their king or the perfect man:
I hate to tell them something to do to get a man, and when they finally get that man they find out he’s not the man they should have gone after. But you have to really get to know the person you think you are in love with. Learn who they are. Spend time with them. Because a person can only perpetrate for a certain amount of time. And one thing to always remember, you never really know a person until you watch them when they don’t know they’re being watched. If there was a hidden camera in the room, I would be the same way I am when we’re together. How you see me, that’s how I am.
And on "The Breakfast Club"
T.I. chatted with Power 105 this morning where the hosts thanked him for performing at their anniversary bash earlier in the week. While promoting his upcoming Trouble Man disc, T.I. discussed the difference between being T.I. (the reality tv personality) and TIP (the hardcore rapper). He broke down his evolution as an artist and explained how he had to navigate putting out records that would keep him popping in the streets while not offending his probation officer or compounding his legal issues with the feds.
During one intriguing part of the chat, he spoke about prison and how it's supposed to be about rehabilitation, yet he says he did more drugs and got into more trouble while in jail (trying to survive) than he did while he was out free. He explains his multiple prison stints by saying that you have to go into a "prison mindset" to survive, once you are back out on the streets, you may still have that "prison mindset" that allows you to make poor choices.

And on the comedy front....
Katt Wiliiams is back on stage and using his routine to explain some of his recent public outbursts. Previosuly, we told you about Katt slapping a Target store employee and now we know what led to the slap (from Katt's point of view.) In the clip, Katt explains that the employee made a sarcastic comment about some of his legal woes saying, 'Your assistant is already suing you, you p**sy ass n***er." Katt then told him, "Say it again and see what happens." And the next thing that happened was the slap.
As it turns out, the employee, Forrest Liebenberg, was fired shortly after the incident with Katt. Although Forrest didn't return phone calls to TMZ about Katt's claims, it does seem to make sense. When you verbally attack a man who's already been known to physically attack others, you have to expect you'll get something thrown back at you...or a slap in the face.
But at least Forrest hasn't filed a lawsuit againt Katt...the funnyman already has enough to tend to.

Shemar was spotted with a pic of Dr. Martin Luther King on his back, which may been the tattoo he was getting. We're not sure about what he got, but an MLK tattoo would match well with his "FREEDOM" tattoo for Black History Month.

Tamera penned an open letter to letter to newborn son Aden that she posted on the site recently. She posted a note to fans saying,
"It’s been over a month now, and I am still in complete awe of my beautiful baby boy. The love I have for this chubby, squirmy, adorable little bundle of joy is hard to put into words, but I wanted to try and capture it so that down the road, he knows exactly how I am feeling right now"
She went on to explain why she decided to write a handwritten note...
“I decided to hand write him a letter to welcome him into the world and tell him just how much he means to me. And since my amazing fans have been there with me every step of the way, I wanted to share the letter with all of you too!”
A portion of the letter reads,
Dear Aden,
You’ll get used to mommy’s tears eventually. I cry at everything. Once I heard I became pregnant with you, I felt a joy that I have never felt before and cried tears of joy. Mommy has wanted to be a mommy ever since she can remember. Once I met your father Adam and we knew we were going to be married, if we were going to have a boy I, me, knew your name instantly. Rapper Fat Joe has pleaded guilty to tax evasion and owes nearly $700K to the federal government. Find out more inside.....
Fat Joe, real name Joseph Cartagena, is on the hook for stiffing the federal government out of roughly $700K in income taxes for 2007 and 2008. The rapper appeared in federal court this morning to enter his plea and was freed on a $250K bond. He is scheduled to be sentenced in April and faces up to two years in prison.
His lawyer, Jeffrey Lichtman, said Fat Joe "had already taken steps to resolve this situation" before he had been charged and hopes to pay back the feds before April 3.
Fat Joe owned the Somerville-based Terror Squad Production Inc. and Miramar Music Touring Inc. and also earned income from FJTS Corp.

The trailer for Tyler Perry's Temptation: Confessions of a Marriage Counselor has been released and may prove to be Tyler's steamiest production yet. The film stars Jurnee Smollet as an Ivy League-educated relationship expert who dispenses marital advice for a living but gets involved in a steamy affair with Robbie Jones, inciting the rage of her husband Lance Gross.
Featuring appearances from some of the film's other high profile stars like Kim Kardashian, Brandy and Vanessa Williams, the steamy trailer plays out like an R-rated erotic thriller but it may be be a little misleading to fans. Although Tyler described the film as "one of the most provocative movies" he's made...it managed to get a PG-13 rating. We guess he didn't want to alienate his Christian-fanbase.
Nevertheless, the trailer seems pretty exciting and will definitely get fans and viewers interested in what's to come. And Kim's acting doesn't seem bad at all. Unfortunatey, fans hoping to see Kim reunited with former BFF Brandy will have to wait as the ladies didn't have any scenes together.
"Tyler Perry's Temptation: Confessions of a Marriage Counselor" is out in theaters on March 29, 2013.

BET has announced the high-achieving individuals who will be honored at the 2013 BET Honors. The network announced that actress Halle Berry, musician Chaka Khan, basketball star Lisa Leslie, music executive Clarence Avant and religious leader T.D. Jakes will all be feted at the Jan. 12 event in Washington, DC.
The show will be hosted by Gabrielle Union and is set to air on BET on Feb. 11.

After a morning stroll through The Grove with dad Djimon Hounsou, Kenzo Lee was spotted at LAX last evening with mom Kimora as they prepared to jet off to St. Barth's.
Kimora tweeted her ex-husband Russell Simmons to let him know that she and Kenzo were on the way to join him and their daughters Ming and Aoki Lee. She tweeted, "On our way!-> RT @UncleRUSH: Aoki Lee chillin n St Barths @OfficialKimora u C ur baby?! They cnt wait 4 u 2 come!"

Ming and Aoki Lee are featured in a photoshoot for the latest issue of OK! Magazine called "Hollywood's Cutest Kids." Inside, the sisters talked about their fashion sense. Ming said, “We have a sewing machine and we know how to drape and design our own clothes. We make our own stuff,” She added that her inspiration come from style watching saying, “I like to go to the grove and see what people are wearing and how they style themselves.”
And when Aoki was asked where she finds her inspiration she joked,“I like looking at clothes online. I can’t drive yet so it’s easier.”
While waiting for Suge Knight to finish getting a mani/pedi, police in LA detained funnyman Katt Williams after finding marijuana and a gun on his person...but no arrests were made! Get the details inside.....
Katt Williams had another run in with law enforcement recently, but this time he DIDN'T get arrested! The comedian was stopped by LAPD outside of a Subway shop recently after police alleged they were called to bust up a disturbance caused by Katt.
Katt was cuffed and placed in the back of a squad car after police found both marijuana and a gun in Katt's possession. While this would have normally spelled doom for any other troubled man, it turns out that Katt had all of his paperwork straight (including a medical marijuana card and a gun permit).
So what led to Katt being detained? Katt thinks the LAPD had racial motives. Of course. He told TMZ he was waiting in front of a Subway while his friend Suge Knight was finishing up with a manicure and pedicure when he was approached by cops. He claims there was no disturbance and after he was detained, a Subway employee even brought out sandwiches to Suge and Katt. How nice of them.
We're happy Katt didn't end up back in jail, but we hope this incident ends up on one of Katt's stand-up routines. The thought of Suge Knight getting a mani/pedi while Katt gets cuffed is quite humorous.
It was a family affair in Atlanta as Ne-Yo teamed up with The Boys and Girls Club to bring the 6th annual Compound Foundation Giving Tour. He brought his fiance Monyetta and their kiddies along.

The 42-year-old, who spends every Christmas in Aspen, was dressed up like a teenager in a pair of tight jeans and a white jacket with a side ponytail. But she still looks young and fabulous though.
Mrs. Carey-Cannon, whose "All I Want For Christmas" song has become a Holiday standard, was seen heading into Gucci, Joan Boyce and other high end stores.

Joseline Hernandez popped up on the most recent episode of "Kandi Koated Knights" where she blasted Tamar Braxton for making jokes about her looking like a man.
Joseline's anger stems from comments Tamar made earlier in the week during the debut of her new talk show on VH1 "Tiny Tonight." During a segment about realiity tv, Tamar made a few jokes about Joseline possibly being a man. While that rumor was proven false, it still seems to hit a sore spot for Joseline when someone brings it up.
Joseline said (in slightly broken English)
“First of all Tamar, they been saying you look like a dude four years ago. B***h you the one that look like a man, don’t get it twisted. Dont go there. For real, you like 50 years old. Im a young broad, I dont know you, why you f**king with me. I dont know who you are, I know your sister."
Joseline went on to call Tamar a crusty Beyonce wannabe. And though she did admit that she "heard" Tamar's single "Love and War" was good, she said it's about time Tamar got a hit since she's been trying for make it in the industry for years.
Then Tamar responded to Joseline on Twitter saying,

Pilar Sanders has lost custody of her two sons and had her child support payments slashed in half as she continues her divorce/custody battle with former NFL great Deion Sanders. Get the deets inside.....
The end of the year hasn't been looking great for Pilar Sanders, the estranged wife of Deion Sanders. On Wednesday, she lost temporary custody of her two sons and had her child support slashed from $10,500 to $5,500 a month, according to Page Six. Though Pilar retains custody of the couple's daughter (Deion has visitation rights) it's another crushing blow to her.
Devastated about the decision, Pilar said,“I am sad that Deion has been able to keep my boys away from me since Oct. 26 — no Halloween, no Thanksgiving — and now he is threatening to keep them away from me for Christmas. . . . He is using our innocent children as a pawn in this ugly, ugly divorce.”
Her publicist, Kali Bowyer, said,“Pilar has become a victim of Deion’s celebrity status, which has swayed the courts and blinded justice . . . It has become evident at this point that there is an absolute prejudice against Pilar, and this has become a completely one-sided court circus.”
The way the case is playing out seems pretty similar to that of Usher vs. Tameka Raymond and does make one question whether celebrity status plays a role in how cases are decided. We see this didn't end well for Tameka and Pilar may be walking the same plank.
So what's her next move? Pilar's attorney is trying to have the couple's 13-year marriage annulled and have all their assets declared community property. They'll meet back in court to fight over custody on January 9, 2013. Good luck on that annulment.
