She said she's just an average 18-yr-old who lives at home with her parents and drives a Ford Hybrid.  She has a boyfriend who's over 18...but under 25, and Tracee Ellis Ross is her style icon.

She also told a funny story about her Dad watching her film a "makeout" scene.  Awkward!

And standing next to Kate Moss, with my Afro bigger than days light. I don’t by any means consider myself the most qualified for model material. I think that people tend to respond to what is real. Black women carry that flame with so much ease and confidence. It is being captured and celebrated on all fronts in fashion now. I have friends who are doing greats things, that movement is very real and well deserved!”

"Ray" actor and singer Jamie Foxx brought his model daughter Corinne out for a celeb-filled evening last night.  They had dinner at BOA Steakhouse and were spotted hitting up the Soho House for a party afterwards:

Drake is hitting the gym to prepare for his upcoming tour.  And he's showing folks just how much his gym time has paid off.  Check the pic (and a better look at that Aaliyah tattoo) inside...

Fresh off paying a visit with his goons to the tattoo artist who tatted a girl's face with the rapper's name, Drake instagramed a pic of himself showing off his back work in the gym.

Getting pretty buff there Drizzy.  Not bad.  But what also caught our eye was a better look at that Aaliyah tattoo.  And the odd placement of his other tattoos.  Maybe it's just us.

Halle Berry was spotted hitting up a bakery in West Hollywood yesterday with a birthday cake for her boo Olivier Martinez's 46th birthday.  Cast and all.

She was wearing the emerald and diamond ring that folks initially thought was an engagement ring. But it turns out that it Olivier simply gave it to Halle as a gift (according to friends).

Although sources close to the couple say they have not ruled out wedding plans, the jewelry company that helped start the rumor has backed off the story as a rep from the Gurhan company said, "Although Halle is a great fan of Gurhan we cannot confirm that she is wearing a Gurhan design." 

Later, she was seen shopping at Fred Segal in Santa Monica, CA.

And then Halle headed over to World of Vintage Tee Shirts where she came out with a bag full of shirts (LAWD knows  Oliver can wear the hell out of a t-shirt).

MLK Weekend in Atlanta is a big event.  And "RHOA" star Marlo Hampton joined in the fun with Derek J and a "mystery" man last night--who just may be her "Big Poppa" she mentioned on the show. See the pics inside....

Remember when on a recent episode of "Real Housewives of Atlanta," newcomer Marlo attributed her "riches" to God...and even mentioned having her own Big Poppa sponsoring her lifestyle?  Well she hit up the Gold Room in Atlanta the other night (looking fabulous we might add but yes, she still gets the side-eye) with her bestie Derek J.  and a certain mystery man that was lingering by her side all night (far left in the pic above and the only man looking straight out of place). 

They held hands while leaving out.  Marlo's been labeled as a con artist and convict with a rap sheet longer than most rappers.  So who knows what this chick is really doing to "get her paper."  Do you boo.  She wouldn't be the first or last fraudulent person getting tricked out to.  Just wish she would keep it 100 and say what it is--since she seems proud of it and all.  Just sayin'.

Tonight in Washington D.C. at the Warner Theatre, Gabrielle Union hosted the taping of "THE BET HONORS" which airs Monday, Feb. 13 on BET at 9pm.

This year, the FLOTUS was among the attendees as the fifth annual show celebrated the accomplishments of poet/author Maya Angelou , musician Stevie Wonder , songstress Mariah Carey, filmmaker Spike Lee , the Tuskegee Airmen , and inspirational coach and mentor Beverly Kearney (education).

But the evening's highlight was hostess Gabby Union who looked into the audience at her boyfriend Dwyane Wade and said, "Why are you crying on the floor after your loss to Dallas Mavericks? You have a ring! I should be the one crying....Where's my ring?" (looks at wedding finger)

Hmmm......maybe Gabby should create a one-woman show and hit the road. She has the comedic chops for it!

Last night, FLOTUS Michelle Obama, Aretha Franklin and Terrence Howard were among the high profile celebs who came out to pay tribute to Mariah Carey, Spike Lee and Maya Angelou at "BET HONORS 2012." See red carpet pics inside...

Last night, Gabrielle Union played hostess as tons of celebs walked the red carpet for the "BET HONORS 2012" at the Warner Theatre in Washington, DC.  The show, airing February 13 at 9pm on BET, honored Maya Angelou, Stevie Wonder, Mariah Carey, Spike Lee, The Tuskegee Airmen and Beverly Kearney.

One of my fave looks on her--perfect white dress.

Mariah hit the carpet in a nude and black form fitting gown--and for once, we actually love what she's wearing.  And it looks like her hubby Nick did too:

The 2012 honoree arrived on the arms of her husband Nick Cannon.  He's looking great since his release from the hospital.

MiMi hit the stage with Spike Lee and Stevie Wonder.

And even little Moroccan was brought up on stage as well.

The FLOTUS Michelle Obama was a presenter at the show and she looked stunning in red.

And on the red carpet, hostess Gabby Union posed with BET exec Stephen Hill.

And there was "nearly" a Destiny's Child reunion (sans Beyonce) as both Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams walked the red carpet and both ladies looked amazing. 

Willow Smith wore a long canary yellow dress.  This is the most covered up and age appropriate I've seen this little girl look in a while.

Soul singer Ledisi was looking quite fab.

TV's Judge Hatchett showed off her purple gown and cast.

After suffering from back-to-back illnesses in November, an upbeat Rihanna stopped at the doctor's office yesterday in L.A. before hopping on a flight for a vacation.  And she even gave her followers a little peek into her closet.  Pics of the constant jet-setter inside...

In a cute multi-colored maxi dress and shoes we're not necessarily loving, the "We Found Love" singer made her way to her check-up.

And after a change of clothes, she was off to LAX, but not before tweeting a pic of her closet saying, "What's a vaca without Christian L?"

Yesterday, Red Tails stars Tristan Wilds and Elijah Kelley did the "wobble" at Tuskegee University as part of the "Red Tails Tuskegee Takeover" on the school's campus.  Watch the cast members kick it with the kids inside, and see MORE pics from the White House screening with The Obamas. 

Tristan Wilds and Elijah Kelley were on the campus of Tuskegee University yesterday for RED TAILS TUSKEGEE TAKEOVER.  The event featured movie screenings, historic bus tours, a community block party, and a meet & greet with actual Tuskegee Airmen and RED TAILS cast members. 

The event is a part of a massive campaign to promote the film which opens in theaters on January 20, 2012.

Now this sounds like a mission impossible.  Singer Robin Thicke and his actress wife, Paula Patton, owe Uncle Sam some serious dough in back taxes.  All to the tune of half a million dollars.  Deets inside...

Paula's new Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol movie may have raked in $188M and counting at the box office, but maybe she hasn't received her cut of her salary.  Because she and her crooner hubby are seriously behind on their taxes.

According to the Detroit News (who has become infamous for outing folks and their tax issues), the IRS filed a $492,583 tax lien against Paula Patton and Robin Thicke on Dec. 28 with the Los Angeles County Recorder of Deeds.

The address on file is a P.O. Box, but the Hollywood couple does have a sizable home in Santa Monica.

Paula also cashed in on her recent box office hits Jumping The Broom and Precious.  While Robin just released his fifth studio album, Love After War, last month.

And it doesn't appear that they deliberately avoided paying the taxes.  Their rep said this weekend:

“They were just made aware of the issue and it is being taken care of immediately."

Somebody on their accounting team is getting fired...

Now that singer Chris Brown NO LONGER does interviews, I guess we will have to follow his body language to know what's on his mind.  Recently, he got a tattoo of girlfriend Karrueche Tran on his arm. Could this mean that they are madly in love? Pic inside....

Chris Brown (who ALREADY has plenty of tatts) proved his commitment to Karrueche Tran recently by getting a tattoo of her.  The tattoo is located on Breezy's arm and is picture of Karrueche's face covered with paint and wet hair, apparently from a photo she recently took.

You're never too old to go to the Happiest Place On Earth.  So Halle Berry and daughter Nahla did just that to wrap up Halle's beau, Olivier's, 46th birthday weekend yesterday.  Pics of the trio having a good ol' time inside....

Halle and her 3-year-old daughter Nahla enjoyed a big day at Disneyland yesterday afternoon.  They were spotted taking in the parade with Halle's boyfriend and birthday boy (his actual b-day was on Thursday) Olivier Martinez.

Olivier had fun riding Space Mountain while Nahla drove bumper cars with mommy at Utopia.

Nahla can barely see over the steering wheel--how cute!

Looks like Mr. Martinez brought back his own gift of balloons for little Nahla.

And since Halle is back to wearing a cast on her injured foot, the fam got the scooter treatment around the Park.  Fun times!

This weekend, rappers Lil' Kim and Trina partied with fans in Tampa, FL at the Channelside IMAX Theater.  See pics and video inside.....

Multiple fights broke out inside the club which caused Trina's security to pull her from the stage. But Lil Kim was unfazed...of course...and jumped on stage and performed.

Friday night, rapper besties Lil' Kim and Trina hosted a party together in Tampa at the Channelside IMAX Theater.

Lil' Kim rapped along to a couple of her tracks for the crowd and surprisingly got it poppin' to Drake's song feat. Lil' Wayne  'Motto'.  So much for that beef those two had a while back...

The 69th Annual Golden Globes red carpet was indeed a fabulous one tonight.  Pics of the YBF celebs who graced the carpet with their presence inside...

Before the Hollywood celebs sat down for dinner and host Ricky Gervais' jokes tonight at the Beverly Hilton, they showed off their glam looks on the 2012 Golden Globes red carpet.

Mission Impossible star and presenter for the night Paula Patton made a bold statement in this extremely bright yellow Monique Lhuillier Spring 2012 strapless gown.  The fitted and ruched bodice with mermaid hem works for her body:

Loved the hair, makeup, and minimal jewelry--diamond earrings by Kwiat.  Bold color, but she pulled it off nicely.  One of the most sophisticated looks we've seen her in lately.

Viola Davis, nominee for Best Performance by an Actress in a Motion Picture - Drama for The Help, showed up in a sexy cranberry one shoulder Emilio Pucci gown which showed off her uber toned arms:

And showed off her gams too.  She kept to the rich tones of her look and rocked gold Fred Leighton jewels and a gold box clutch.

And she's getting this makeup game down to a tee.  Fab.

Mary J. Blige was nominated for Best Original Song in aMotion Picture for her track, "The Living Proof," she wrote and performed for The Help.

And she rocked her usual earth tone glittering and fitted halter style dress by Michael Kors.  The feathers on the bottom of the dress are a bit different than the norm for her, but it just feels like we always see her in a dress such as this.

TV Correspondent Shaun Robinson departed from her usual pageant-girl look and did a more simple black jersey material dress by Impero Couture with a one-sleeved flowing white bodice.  She rocked black ankle strap sandals by Adrienne Maloof, a Swarovski clutch and jewelry by Dena Kemp.

And Octavia Spencer, nominated for Best Performance by an Actress In A Supporting Role in a Motion Picture for The Help, went the trendy spring route as well on the carpet tonight:

She rocked a lavender chiffon cap sleeved Tadashi Shoji gown with crystal embellishments gathering the middle of the bodice.  And had matching lavender Christian Louboutin pumps to match.  Very pretty color for her.  But I wish she smiled more.

The stars were out at The Beverly Hilton tonight to see who took home a prestigious Golden Globe award.  And congrats are in order for actors Idris Elba & Octavia Spencer who took home top awards of the night!  Deets inside...

Earlier tonight, the ridiculously sexy Idris Elba won one of the top honors--the 2012 Golden Globe for Best Performance by an Actor in a Mini-Series or a Motion Picture Made for Television award for "Luther."  The British actor thanked his daughter, Isan, who he said was having a Golden Globes party at home.  Sweet!

And actress Octavia Spencer also won one of the top awards tonight: Best Performance by an Actress in a Supporting Role in a Motion Picture award for "The Help."  She was shocked by the win, but pulled it together enough during her acceptance speech to thank everyone, including Martin Luther King, Jr., whose birthday we observe tomorrow.

She commented, "Martin Luther King Jr. said it best: All labor that uplifts humanity has dignity and importance!"

Congrats to Octavia!

Actor Morgan Freeman received the distinguished Cecil B. DeMille award.  And as he thanked the iconic Sidney Poitier, who also received this award, for presenting him with the accomplishment, Morgan said he would rename the award in his house to the Sidney Poitier award.  Nice!

And congrats to YBF actor David Harewood, whose "Homeland" cast won the much deserved award for Best Television Series - Drama.

LaLa Anthony brought her 4-year-old son, Kiyan, to Tastebuds in NYC for a playdate with singer Christian Milian's daughter Violet, who turns 2 next month.  Tastebuds is where kids go to cook, learn, and play via a creative culinary playground.
